They boycott us! They rail against us! They deride us in our own country! They trash our language! They disregard our laws! They flood our schools while bankrupting our hospitals! They fly their flag in our country as if it's more important than ours! They screamed, "Buy nothing gringo!"

It's simple! Either the United States is a nation of laws. Or, it isn't!

Either we respect and obey our immigration laws, and ALL laws! Or, we don't! Either the ongoing flagrant disregard of our borders is a law-breaking renegade action! Or, it isn't!

Either employers enjoy blatant disregard for our laws against hiring illegals and thus make unlawful profits! Or, they don't! Either President Bush upholds the laws of our Constitution! Or, he doesn't!

Foreign enclaves on our soil fail the American Dream. Cultural apartheid accelerates national chaos! E Pluribus Unum "Out of Many, One"! We must learn, respect, and use the English language, and honor our civic due-diligence. Or, we fail as a nation!

Countless billions of underprivileged poor in third-world countries desire to come to the United States. Our immigration laws are enacted to control that ingress, but our government panders to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. That drives a piece of our economic engine--as it did in Paris, France--before the whole thing blew up. Australia, too!

In the last three decades, we added 44 million recent aliens, plus millions of anchor-babies. Each can sponsor citizenship for their parents and relatives in the near future. We suffer accelerating anarchy--an explosion waiting to happen.

The simple choice is:

Lawlessness and anarchy! Or, respectful law-and-order! In an ironic twist--aliens fled lawlessness and failed societies.

Major political chicanery deceives Americans. While the U.S. Bureau of the Census tells us there are "only" 12 million illegals; more specific population indicators tell us there are more--MANY MORE! Time Magazine's Pulitzer Prize winning authors Barlett and Steele informed us that the Census is wrong by a factor of three. Bear-Stearns proved 20 million illegals--plus their children. Head-counts in public schools verify higher numbers. Here is a VERY accurate estimate from Time Magazine, Bear-Stearns Report, NumbersUSA, additional figures from U.S. State Department, U.S Labor Department, U.S Immigration authorities, plus seven million anchor-babies research by Dr. Edwards of Center for Immigration Studies in Washington, DC.

What is the impact of this huge, unplanned influx? The answer: CHAOS! Our public schools flirt with disaster. Our prisons gush with illegal felons! Our public hospitals, likewise!

Our taxes explode through the roof! Believe it or not, our government is "doing it to us" while we never voted on this question. That is lawlessness-anarchy personified. Our Social-Services systems suffer overloading; fixed-income citizen-taxpayers decline into poverty.

Many of our lower-middle-class breadwinners (more than 20 million in the last ten years) have shifted into "the welfare society" when their jobs vanished. Catastrophic!

What about suffering American citizens? In 2006, some five million more Americans suffer job loss to aliens through insourcing, outsourcing, offshoring and wage depression. It is disastrous for America's working poor.

Thirty million U.S. citizen-taxpayers have already lost their jobs to aliens. American workers are being displaced and replaced by millions of foreign workers legally and illegally brought into the United States. It's being engineered by President Bush and a complicit Congress.

When the rate of immigration exceeds the rate of assimilation--it is a recipe for the destruction of any civilization.

What would it be like with a day without illegal aliens?

If illegals represent 12% of the U.S. population, what would happen if they boycotted not for a day, but for a decade by leaving our country?

-- We would have ~12% more gasoline available in the free market.

- Our highway crowding would alleviate by 20 million people.

- More used automobiles and homes would be for sale, and cheaper.

- Apartment rents would reduce; supply-and-demand.

- Public school overcrowding would diminish by 1.5 million at the very least.

- The remaining American students would receive excellent educations in English.

-- In Colorado, $3,000.000.00 would be saved in one day because illegals wouldn't be taping into public services. It varies in each state as to numbers of illegals. The savings in ten years would be astronomical.

- Hospital crowding would diminish, and budgets would improve.

- The need for social-services would diminish by billions of dollars.

- Produce-fruit prices would increase by 13%. Cheap compared to what taxpayers pay for services.

--Crime would drop dramatically and prisons would empty saving billions of dollars.

America would not suffer balkanization, language apartheid, cultural apartheid, angry non-citizens, chaotic schools and bankrupted hospitals. Benefits gained include more jobs for Americans, peaceful communities, less drunks on highways, less burglaries, less rapes, greater honesty in business, fair wages paid to Americans and SO much more. Let's have illegal aliens boycott the USA for a decade. We would all be better off and our country would be lawful, peaceful and sustainable.

Politicians and pundits are defending illegal immigration with worn-out myths that can easily be proven wrong. Myth: Illegal immigrants contribute greatly to the American economy.

Fact: So-called statistics supporting this myth are typically a deceptive amalgam of statistics and supposition arranged to conceal an undeniable truth. Consider, for instance, this statement from the ACLU paper Immigrants and the Economy (2002): "Immigrants pay more than $90 billion in taxes every year and receive only $5 billion in welfare. Without their contributions to the public treasury, the economy would suffer enormous losses." If 32.5 million immigrants (the total of legal and illegal immigrants, according to the recent U.S. Census figures) really pay $90 billion in taxes, then they pay half the taxes the average native-born American pays. Note too that the ACLU combines both legal and illegal immigrants into its statistic. Most taxes paid by immigrants are paid by legal immigrants. Illegal immigrants often pay little or no taxes because many of them are working "under the table" in the underground, cash-based economy.

Welfare is a term limited to only a few federal subsidy programs, and the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) notes: "Even though illegal aliens make little use of welfare, from which they are generally barred, the costs of illegal immigration in terms of government expenditures for education, criminal justice, and emergency medical care are significant." CIS estimates that the total net cost of illegal immigration is an annual drain on the government of $11-22 billion annually.

Myth: We are a nation of immigrants.

Fact: This myth is false on its face. Nearly 88 percent of the people living in the United States today are not immigrants; they were born here. This is a nation of natives, not a nation of immigrants. "But," the liberal propagandists reply, "we all have ancestors who come from other countries." And, one might reply, so does just about every other nation on Earth.

Are not the French merely descendents of the immigrant barbarian Franks, who drove out the Roman era Celtic Gauls? And the English are simply immigrant Angles and Saxons who virtually wiped out the Celtic Britons in the fifth century A.D. They too are simply nations of immigrants under this liberal myth, as is practically every other nation on Earth. The myth descends to meaninglessness upon any serious analysis. Yet whenever this myth is uttered, we are expected to nod our heads in agreement that a deep and salient point has been made.

Myth: You cannot deport 12 million people.

Fact: This is nothing more than a slogan for people who have stopped trying to address the problem. The U.S. government needs to begin deporting illegal aliens, and even if it only deports a fraction of them over the next few years that would be progress. If the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency deported only two million of the 12 million illegal aliens, 10 million illegals would be better than 12 million.

Congressman Tom Tancredo (R-Colo.) notes that enforcing employer sanctions could lead many to go home on their own without deportation proceedings: "If you can't get a job in this country, and if you can't get social service benefits, you go home." Additionally, a lot of immigrants visit families on their own, and wouldn't be able to get back in if Congress decides to secure the border.

On the other hand, if the 12 million illegals are legalized, none would be deported. Moreover, this amnesty (whether called amnesty or not) would simply induce more illegals to cross the Rio Grande in the hopes of waiting until the next amnesty.

Myth: Illegal immigrants are only taking jobs Americans do not want.

Fact: Many illegal immigrants are able to work for less than market value because they don't pay income or Social Security taxes and are able to take their entire paycheck (or cash) home. This is not only unfair competition against employers who follow the law and pay employees "above the table," but it depresses the wage scale for Americans who would otherwise select jobs currently filled by illegal immigrants. These are jobs that Americans "do not want" only because the illegal immigrants have depressed the wage scale for the positions. Take away the illegal immigrants, and the market would raise wages to the level where Americans would take the jobs.

Myth: Guest workers would only be here temporarily.

Fact: History demonstrates that "guest workers" would be as temporary as the "temporary" telephone tax, still in effect, that Congress enacted in 1898 to pay for the Spanish-American War. And what would happen if 12 million "guest workers" decided not to leave? Those who argue against deporting the current 12 million illegal aliens as impractical are likely, if challenged, to say they find the prospect of deporting "guest workers" impractical as well.

Thus, it is hardly surprising that President Bush fails to mention a time limit on the "temporary" worker visas the federal government would permit under the "guest worker" program he is pushing in his public addresses. Most pending congressional legislation would limit the "guest worker" to three years - but what then?

Myth: Illegal immigrants have a right to come here. It is our Christian duty to provide hospitality.

Fact: Nearly two-thirds of the 32.5 million foreign-born people living in the United States entered this country legally, and the United States has more legal immigrants than any other country in the world. That's hardly poor hospitality, and no bill before Congress that has a chance of becoming law would change this nation's hospitality. But it is poor hospitality to say to the nearly 22 million legal U.S. immigrants who waited in line that they wasted their time following the rules because illegal immigrants will now get the same status.

The need to deport illegal aliens and secure our borders has nothing to do with persecuting minorities or lack of hospitality. The United States can continue to allow a large or small number of immigrants into this country legally, depending upon how many can be reasonably assimilated without destroying our American identity. Rather, securing our borders is necessary as a matter of principle - in the interests of equal justice under law - as well as practical security in this age of international terrorism. And this nation can no longer afford to allow "myth-information" slogans to sidetrack the nation from fulfilling the mandate of controlling the borders.

The Bush-McCain BS Express

This week, President Bush said in California there's no way to deport millions of illegal aliens. He's the one that opened the barn door and let them into our country. He's the one that won't close the door as tens of thousands pour into our nation weekly. Senator McCain, his side kick and presidential wanna-be touts his ability to lead our nation with his bus ride "Straight Talk Express." However, he promised the one-time amnesty in 1986 with a pledge to secure our borders. He failed us then and Bush fails us now-miserably.

Isn't it amazing that New Orleans with Katrina rampaging--evacuated two million people within two weeks! Isn't it amazing that President Dwight D. Eisenhower deported one million illegal aliens in 1954 by enforcing U.S. immigration laws? By the simple act of prosecuting employers of illegal aliens, Ike saved the country from that invasion within a year. Isn't it amazing that when you let the gate open and all the cows escaped into the pasture that all you have to do is go to the pasture and round them up and drive them back to the barn?

Neal Boortz, a radio show host, listed these ways to remove illegals from America:

l. Close the borders by using troops and flying drone surveillance. You can shut down the flow to zero in a week. Jim Gilchrist's Minutemen proved it can be done with a bunch of old ladies and overweight men. 2. Arrest all employers who hire illegals, jail and fine them. Ike did it, so what's stopping Bush? 3. Pay living wages to jobs held by illegals that will attract Americans. What a concept to pay a living wage so Americans could support their families. 4. Heavily tax all wire transfers of money from illegals into Mexico. Illegals transfer $60 billion back to their countries, thus draining currency out of America while they use our services at taxpayer expense. [A lot of this money goes to pay coyotes that transfer Hispanics into the USA to pay off loans with heavy interest payments] 5. Change the law; if born to an illegal, a child is not automatically a US citizen. No more 380,000 anchor babies that go on welfare annually at a cost of billions to U.S. taxpayers. 6. Put an end to all freebies except emergency benefits for illegals (no free medical, etc.)

Bush and McCain slip their spindly legs into the same pair of pants. They swim in the same pond with the same scum, i.e., majority of Congress. Both don't do their jobs and both won't talk straight. Both B.S. the American public! Their lies become our reality. What is that reality? How about 20 million illegal aliens hitting all 50 states like a human Katrina? How about tens of thousands of illegal aliens marching through our cities with Mexican flags flying? Bush and McCain cannot B.S. their way of out those realities no matter how much they crave an amnesty.

Here is what's happening at the citizen level as opposed to government level B.S: 1.40% of all workers in L.A. County (L.A. County has 10 million people) are working for cash and not paying taxes. This was because they are predominantly illegal aliens, working without a green card. 2. 95% of warrants for murder in Los Angeles are for illegal aliens. 3. 75% of people on the most wanted list in Los Angeles are illegal aliens. 4. Over two-thirds of all births in Los Angeles County are to illegal alien Mexicans on Medi-Cal whose births were paid for by taxpayers. 5. Nearly 25% of all inmates in California detention centers are Mexican nationals here illegally. 6. 29% or a whopping 630,000 convicted illegal alien felons fill our state and federal prisons at a cost of $1.6 billion annually; not to mention the tragedies in death, drugs, crime and misery they caused American families.

Bush's constant mantra of being compassionate towards immigrants - he needs a dictionary as well. He needs to look up the word illegal. When you allow lawlessness, you invite more of it.

Bush/Kennedy/McCain have little news or intelligent commentary; instead they abound with clueless clichés like "comprehensive immigration reform" manufactured by the pro-business "open-borders" crowd. Their contemporaries and lobbyists force-feed them that illegal aliens are essential. "Without undocumented workers, no one would make your hotel beds, prepare meals or wash dishes!" they self-righteously trumpet. George Bush's "Work Americans won't do," has lost its pump - he is insulting every American citizen. Plus when will he discuss how much the American taxpayer gives to these lawbreakers due to his compassion.

Their B.S shows that twisting perceptions won't budge reality: 7. Over 300,000 illegal aliens in Los Angeles County are living in garages. 8. The FBI reports half of all gang members in Los Angeles are illegal aliens from south of the border. 9. Nearly 60% of all occupants of HUD properties are illegal. 9. 21 radio stations in L.A. are Spanish speaking. 11. In LA County 5.1 million people speak English. 3.9 million speak Spanish (10.2 million people in LA County).

Now we hear the further outrage that the George W. Bush "Guest Worker Bill" amnesty would provide "documentation allowing these workers to obtain drivers' licenses and purchase insurance, and get out of the shadows." Who's kidding whom? Alien drivers who can't read English or basic road signs shouldn't be driving. The claim of "insuring highway safety by licensing all drivers" is a charade; we all know that state DMV offices will never "flunk" an illegal alien's driving test. Obtaining auto insurance is laughable - illegal aliens who knowingly violate immigration laws will knowingly violate driving and insurance laws. In my state of Colorado, Justin Goodman, Dale Englerth, Don Young and Garrison were killed and left for dead by fleeing aliens. This happens in every state!

This is a reality check at the B.S. Bush, McCain and Kennedy spew from their mouths:

12. Less than 2% of illegal aliens are picking our crops but 29% are on welfare. 13. Over 70% of the United States annual population growth (and over 90% of California, Florida, and New York) results from immigration. 14. The cost of immigration to the American taxpayer in 1997 was a NET (after subtracting taxes immigrants pay) $70 BILLION a year, [Professor Donald Huddle, Rice University]. 15. The lifetime fiscal impact (taxes paid minus services used) for the average adult Mexican illegal alien is $55,000.00 cost to the American taxpayer.

What of the educational nightmare facing American family? Try this on for size compared to the B.S. that Bush and McCain shove down our throats:

According to the www.rockymountainnews.com , Denver, Colorado, April 26, 2005, page 6A, "Manual Closing Defended"; "And in all of Denver Public Schools last year, a district of 73,000 students, only 61 Hispanics students and only 33 black students were proficient on the 10th grade math test for the state." To follow up on the harsh reality facing American students, at DPS, one in five teachers quits or transfers out every nine month teaching cycle while facing students speaking 40 different languages.

It's time the B.S. Express start straight talking to the American citizen. These open borders advocates need to come clean with citizens and quit the B.S.

What if Disneyland Shut Down The Rides?

Last week, Georgia's governor signed into law the best and strictest anti-illegal immigration bill thus far. I implore everyone reading this column to personally take it to your governor's office, your mayor's office and send it to all your friends to do the same. This is about "States Rights" and we will not back down. My goal is to bring an end to illegal immigration peacefully by a simple metaphor proposed by Mike Cutler and reported by Sandy Miller, "It's called "Attrition through Enforcement," and it sets out a 'comprehensive' strategy well known to Congressman Tom Tancredo of Colorado and the House Immigration Reform Caucus. The plan has been summarized clearly with Sandra Miller and Mike Cutler, retired from 27 years' service in Treasury, Customs and INS, who often says, "Nobody breaks into Disneyland when the rides are closed. They either don't come or they go back home."

Miller said, "So Senator McCain, you close down the rides--crack down on the employers as you promised to do 20 years ago when you voted for the "one time amnesty," end the publicly-funded benefits to illegal aliens and their families as we did with Prop 200, end the government grants to agencies who help illegal aliens like Catholic Charities and Arizona Interfaith, and end the "anchor baby" citizenship nonsense that enables illegal alien families to "piggy-back" on their US-born children. And Senator, that won't require a constitutional amendment as you claim--we need only to pass HR 698, introduced earlier in the session by Congressman Charlie Norwood of Georgia."

The question of "States Rights" led to Civil War in America. American against American! North against South! Brother against brother! Blood flowed and men died. Emotions ran crazy when Americans with different views clashed. Right or wrong, men will take up arms prompted by their emotions.

Today, the United States government fails its citizens. George Bush and Congress refuse to protect America's borders. Over 20 million illegal aliens walk on thin ice as they parade around in our country with Mexican flags. "Reconquista de Aztlan" proclaims it's taking back the Border States. What those Mexicans don't realize is--this is OUR back yard, OUR home and OUR country. More so, it's our U.S. Constitution with laws that govern OUR people not Mexico's. We don't care what Mexicans think about the past; we stand in the present, and we stand on OUR ground. At some point, they will cross the line and Americans will respond with OUR laws first; but if Senator McCain and the rest of Congress refuse their oath of office, Americans will respond with violence.

In a speech at the White House, 1962 John F. Kennedy said, "Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable."

Losing our borders to this Mexican invasion leads to Civil War II in America--if we allow Bush to continue his reckless plans. We don't want to merge with Mexico. We don't want to speak Spanish in our nation. We don't want diseases and poverty of Mexico's poor. We won't degrade ourselves to that level of horror and corruption. We won't lose our sovereignty. The point is coming where we will stand and fight. We will protect our towns and cities. We WILL protect our borders. We will stand for our families.

D.A. King of Atlanta and other Georgians spearheaded this bill and, as you can see, they did not back down. They closed down the rides at Georgia's Disneyland! We must take their lead across all 50 states. This nine point plan signed by Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue sets the benchmark:

Section 1 of the bill establishes that the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act shall be construed to conform to federal immigration law.

Section 2 provides that on or after July 1, 2007, all public employers and those working on public contracts must begin to register and participate in the federal work authorization program. This program is operated by the Department of Homeland Security and verifies the legal status of a person to be employed in the United States.

Section 3 states that any person who is convicted of trafficking a person for labor or sexual servitude shall be found guilty of a felony and required to serve a prison sentence of at least one and no more than 20 years. Any person convicted of the same offense, however the victim is a minor, shall serve a prison sentence of at least 10 and no more than 20 years.

Section 4 provides that the Georgia Commissioner of Public Safety must establish a "memorandum of understanding" between the state, U.S. Dept. of Justice or Homeland Security concerning the enforcement of immigration laws. Certain police officers shall be trained in accordance with the "memorandum of understanding" and shall be authorized to enforce federal immigration and custom laws.

Section 5 provides that an officer must make a reasonable effort to determine the nationality of any person charged and arrested for a felony or DUI. If the prisoner is a foreign national, the officer must verify their lawful status either through documents in possession of the prisoner or a query to the Law Enforcement Support Center. If it is found that the prisoner is not lawfully present in the U.S., the arresting officer or officer in charge shall notify the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security.

Section 6 establishes the "Registration of Immigration Assistance Act." This Act specifies exactly what actions a person who is not an attorney can take in assisting illegal immigrants with gaining legal status. Apparently people are claiming that they can assist illegal immigrants in becoming legal citizens and charging people fees for legal assistance and advice, however they have no authority to give such assistance or advice. Any person convicted of violating this section may be fined up to $1,000.00 per violation.

Section 7 provides that after January 1, 2008 no compensation over $600.00 per year for labor services to a person who has not been verified to legally to work in the U.S. can be claimed as a deductible business expense for state income taxes, regardless if the individual is issued a IRS 1099 Form. The Georgia Commissioner of Revenue is authorized to create forms to be used in order to verify the legal status of an employee.

Section 8 states that a withholding agent is required to withhold 6% state income tax of an individual whose wages are reported on a 1099 Form and who has failed to provide a valid taxpayer identification number.

Section 9 states that any person applying for state or local public benefits, who is 18 years or older, must execute an affidavit that he or she is a legal citizen or lawfully present in the U.S. For any applicant that has indicated that they are an alien lawfully present in the U.S., the agency must verify that person's status through the Systematic Alien Verification of Entitlement Federal program. Any person who knowingly provides false information on this affidavit shall be guilty of a felony and upon conviction, pay a fine of no more than $1,000.00 or be sentenced to imprisonment of no more than one year. Exceptions for this verification process include: federal exceptions such as emergency care, assistance for immunizations with respect to immunizable and communicable diseases, soup kitchens, and pre-natal care.

Bush and Congress can twist perceptions all they want; but reality will not budge! The illegal alien immigration nightmare slams into the public like a daily Katrina as it ravages American lives, towns, cities, school systems, hospitals, our language, law and order and the foundation of our country. We demand it be stopped and we won't back down Mr. President! You're at 34 percent approval rating according to a CBS poll. When our wrath grows, you'll limp out of your presidency worse than Clinton and you'll be lucky if your best friend stands by you and your horrible actions against America and the U.S. Constitution.

Mr. President - They Didn't Die For OPEN Borders

Bob Park of Arizona hosts a web site www.veteransforsecureborders.us showing M-14 rifles with fixed bayonets stabbed into three graves. Atop the rifles, WWII helmets symbolize dead American soldiers. For a sobering reality check of the horrible consequences this president and Congress thrust upon citizens of the United States-visit this site.

Hundreds of thousands of American soldiers died for this country. They fought for the liberty of this sovereign nation. They gave their lives for the U.S. Constitution. They gave their last full measure for America. They did not die so any president could violate his oath of office by not protecting America's borders. They didn't give their lives so 535 congressmen could pander away the rights of citizenship to an invading armada from Mexico. Those brave soldiers didn't die so illegal aliens could degrade U.S. citizenship by receiving it after breaking America's laws. It's wrong; it's immoral; it's unethical; it's against everything those soldiers fought for and we stand for--as a nation and as a people.

But what does it mean to allow our country to be overrun by millions of illegal aliens who march for their 'rights' in our streets when they possess no rights in our country? What does it mean that our military fight and die in Iraq while our own borders suffer invasion? Why do 35,000 of our troops guard South Korea's borders perfectly for 40 years when our own borders suffer thousands invading nightly? What do our brave soldiers die for if it isn't for love of country, for sovereignty and for community?

The stories below belong to American citizens on the front lines in Orange County where this Mexican invasion manifests itself daily. Do you think our soldiers died to have this happen to their country? What I'm talking about is 'Third World Momentum' of corruption that corrodes the fabric of any society overtaken by immigrants that manifest illegality in their daily affairs. No society can withstand such consequences. These points illustrate southern California through the eyes of a man who lives there: over 3,000,000 illegal aliens make up the 'bow' of our Titanic:

1. Mortgage fraud. I am a realtor and property manager. How can a hotel maintenance man with little down payment qualify for a $400,000.00 loan, his salary being around $40,000? The PENNYSAVER weekly throwaway includes ads of no money down, government money waiting, etc. Minority brokers are selling the properties, processing the loans and, in some cases, charging premium interest due to low down or no down situations using sub-prime market loans. Application fraud is enormous.

2. Overcrowding. Illegals have taken over the Class B apartments in Anaheim, Buena Park, Stanton, Orange, Santa Ana in Orange County as well as San Clemente. Lack of maintenance and age have taken a toll on these 40-60 year old buildings, but they command high rents due to overcrowding. State occupancy codes are lenient, and we have the pall of civil rights and HUD discrimination claims. If you try to root out overcrowding; the dollar talks and landlords let these people take over the properties. In another ten years, we can expect another two to three million added to this nightmare.

3. Failing schools. Public schools in Orange County are overcrowded. There is a shortage of math and science teachers; overall student achievement is way down. Fox News reported last week that LA School District has 750,000 students, 90% are Latino; 450,000 of them will not graduate. A friend taught a third/fourth grade combination class. Each and every child came to class from a single parent household. Social problems galore and he became a surrogate parent. Again, another two to three million immigrants will really make it a living hell for American students.

4. His wife teaches in Garden Grove. She found parents cannot communicate, do not value education, are too busy trying to keep a household going, are not remotely cooperative about discipline and suffer AD problems. These people do not join school activities; do little if any volunteer work. PTA, little league coaches and after school sports are non existent. It is not uncommon for 30 % of her kids to go to Mexico for Christmas holidays and come back in FEBRUARY. She has almost 100% turnover in school children during the school year. No measurement, no neighborhood schools, no nothing as these kids are phantoms.

5. The Korean Connection. On Korean TV, they advertise that North Orange County Fullerton School District has an excellent disabled child program. California spends a fortune on these kids. Somehow, these disabled Korean kids 'immigrate' here and become "dependents" and end up in our disabled children programs at costs up to $100,000 per year, per child. Teachers say the tension and pressure to perform for these parents is high, and teachers are miserable as well as other employees about the spending of USA money on these kids who are bogus dependents.

6. Our friends, the Johnson's, are in their late 60's. She had some stomach pains and chills. She asked her husband to take her to Chapman General Hospital emergency room in Orange, California. All beds were full of illegal aliens. They went to St. Joseph's, a bigger hospital in Orange. Every room, every bed, the hall, the waiting room was full of illegal aliens. After six hours with only a cursory look-over, she called to a nurse for some assistance. The nurse told her to call an ambulance and drive around the block with the siren on and drive back up to the emergency door to obtain priority.

7. In our business we check social security numbers of all adults. The credit check agency now has a data base to check, I think, the top 5000 terrorists out there on federal or Interpol lists. I find credit checking is popular, but many landlords do not credit check and they are supposed to check all renters out for terrorist ties from my understanding of the literature from the credit agency. After they move in: the overcrowding, the child molesters, drug addicts, former prisoners, illegal aliens can readily move in--renting rooms or they may be part of an underground railroad. It is not uncommon for people to live in garages or you find lots of apartments with locks on bedroom doors; many of these room rental situations are with STRANGERS. Some neighborhoods have 10 cars outside a house with 10-25 in the house. The schools, sewers, roads, trash services suffer.

8. Estimates show 45 percent of the population with an education of 9th grade or less. LA is a cultural jungle.

The person who wrote those eight points said, "Overall, we are invaded. We have poor schools. Nine emergency rooms closed in South California in two years. We have lost the rule of law here. Police will not report a crime; or, take a police report unless it is so serious they are forced to do it. That is why you see lower crime stats.

"This is life in Southern California. These are people I know who have been touched by crime, illegal behavior, breakdown in morals, pervasive denial and lying. I sometimes think my value system is shattered.....eat everything off your plate, study hard and some day you will be a success. I'm watching our sovereignty being destroyed by functional illiterates and bought-off politicians. Marie Antoinette asked the citizens to eat cake. In our America, the citizens are being asked to give illegal aliens our cake. The future may hold a serious cultural collision due to the rape of America by these illiterates and elites."

Mr. President: Our soldiers didn't die for open borders and this kind of America.

Globalism: You Won't Like It!

When you look at globalists like Senator Kerry, Condi Rice, Vice President Cheney, Senator Frist, President Bush and others in our nation's capitol, you're looking at men and women performing a frightening experiment on the United States of America. You're also looking at men and women who have failed to stand up for the U.S. Constitution.

They've failed their oath of office. They contrived us into an un-winnable war; created a horrific national debt; opened our borders to unending illegal immigration; outsourced, insourced and offshored jobs stolen from our middle class-and finally, they abet lawlessness of 20 million illegal aliens-instead of preserving our rights as American citizens.

These leaders support globalism. Their goal is to bring this country into line with the poverty and corruption of Third World countries like Mexico. A reader said, "You Americans have been living an artificially high standard of living for far too long; its time you drop down to the poverty levels of the Third World. Massive immigration will do that to you."

With one million legal immigrants pouring into our nation from Third World countries annually and over three million illegal aliens crossing America's borders each year-folks, that man must be laughing his head off at our sinking into poverty like millions in the Third World.

Globalization, or globalism, means centralization operating on a global scale - that is to say, centralization aiming at global dictatorship, a kind of ultimate expansion of tyranny. It follows that everything you see in the realm of politics, economics, human rights, and especially in all things seen as social engineering, reflect the endeavors of centralization. This will not change course, nor will it self-destruct! No! It needs to be opposed!

An interview with Mel Fowler concerning the debilitating aspects of America's dabbling in globalism may provoke an outcry, and later, fear of the future.

"I think most Americans have some idea of what "tyranny" means," Fowler said. "It's a quaint word we haven't heard people use for quite some time. Because things that have been happening to us in our United States of America of late, the word tyranny is coming back into use.

"Before our very eyes, the United States has been transformed from a settled, relatively good-natured, comfortable country into an imperialist, war-making state. The whole world is mad at the United States!

Fowler continued, "When I was a child, we were poor. Even seemingly solid businesses struggled to stay alive. We worried about unemployment, the depression and the approaching war (WWII) yet, in some way that's hard to explain, we were happy. Or perhaps I should say we had faith that the underlying supports were still in place. We were poor, and we didn't have anything. We are still poor, but now most of us have everything we might want, and then some - most of it acquired by going into debt.

"Now we have globalism. It is an extension, to include the entire planet, of everything the British Empire aimed at. More than two centuries ago, Americans fought to free themselves from British Imperialism. Globalism, the current form taken by the lusts for empire is guaranteed tyranny for us all, except for the globalist elites. It is infinitely authoritarian in its mind set. It would seem that the globalist center of power will be seated at such a distance that there will be no concern or need for democracy, constitutionalism, or legal protections for common people, whose numbers are to be so drastically reduced."

The front line of the conflict we have with globalism is its very opposite, NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY.

"Whereas globalism seeks to centralize authority, power and wealth in the hands of its elite," Fowler said. "The interests of common people are served, not by centralization of those items, but by the opposite of centralization: by a distributive scheme regarding authority, power and wealth. National sovereignty is the only thing you have that protects those things that you most treasure. Without it, you have nothing. Providing you are willing to join forces with others like you, with the retention of national sovereignty, you might just have a fighting chance. If we lose our national sovereignty, hence our freedom and all else we care about, we will never get it back.

"The overlords of globalism appear now to be attempting to sprint to their goal of world dictatorship, and we now have some other things to worry us, not the least of which is the destructive power of several million illegal aliens pouring into our country every year.

"We have completely lost control of the political life of this country. The two-party system works splendidly for the globalists who captured our country some time ago. Those who see that the United States is in serious trouble are dismayed by the appearance that the great majority of our citizenry are not aware of it. They go on as if life is sweet and getting sweeter.

"As everyone knows, the two-party political system we have is rotten to the core. The public perception is that there are two ways to waste your vote: (1) vote the ticket of one of the major parties or (2) vote otherwise (i.e., third party or write in).

"Our legislative bodies are no longer responsive to the citizens and their needs, members of Congress and the Senate now answerable only to special interests represented by lobbying organizations such as AIPAC, the sources of wealth they depend on for necessary re-election money.

"Our manufacturing facilities and manufacturing jobs with them have been moved overseas. We are now dependent on China to produce and sell us what we need.

"As a result of profligate spending on wars and the maintenance of the huge military forces thought to be necessary for the Imperial power our government in its dream-like condition believes it to be, the United States now has the greatest burden of debt in its history, both public and private, accumulated during the period in which we acquired the greatest number of new millionaires and billionaires ever to grace our land, while the U.S. economy now perches on the precipice of collapse and bankruptcy, Alan Greenspan having performed magnificently for Wall Street.

"Our Constitution, laws and freedoms, are being trashed piecemeal by people who appear to place no value on those freedoms which the Constitution of the United States guarantees to its citizens, such people coming to America from various dictatorial regimes where they never acquired a respect for our love of freedom.

"The United States and its national sovereignty, we are told, are soon to become a thing of the past, the territory it now occupies to become part of a "region" in the globalist scheme consisting of Canada and Mexico with the former United States in between.

"We find that we have been substantially lied to about the purposes of environmental and land preservation measures, most of which we now know are tied into globalist endeavors under the sponsorship of the UN, to evict the public from most of the land we Americans thought of in the past as belonging to the people of our country for their use and enjoyment.

"Farmers who wish to continue to be farmers will not be allowed to produce their own seed for crops of subsequent years, but will have to apply to Monsanto or other corporate monstrosity for purchase of genetically modified seeds, from which only next year's crop may be grown.

"Law enforcement in The United States is rapidly being consolidated under the federal government and The Department of Homeland Security with its political biases, its inattention to aliens coming into the country, its taste for annoying ordinary American citizens with inappropriate personal searches at airports, its preemption of responsibility for local police departments and County Sheriffs, and other outrages."

Ten Traitors Plus One

A week ago, hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens waving Mexican flags marched in America's streets, ironically, against our U.S. Constitution-and contrary to the rule of law. They possessed no right to be in our country and no rights while residing in our country. They demanded rights they had no right to demand.

After breaking federal laws by barging into our country unlawfully, they demanded we change our laws to suit their purposes. They waved thousands of Mexican flags. When any army invades another country, it manifests dominance by raising its flag over the defeated nation. Think of our U.S. Marines planting Old Glory on Iwo Jima in WWII. Mexicana Airlines in their in-flight magazine, boasted, "With all due respect, Los Angeles is ours." Meanwhile, Mexicans succeeded in waving their flag on American soil in defiance of our sovereignty. They trampled the Stars and Stripes into the gutters of Los Angeles.

Who are these weasels in suits strutting around the halls of Congress, that if I met them face to face, I'd spit at their feet? They are fat, inane and useless old men hanging onto power even as they abdicate the reigns of law in their own country. These men represent foreign countries and corporations instead of American citizens.

10. Senator Mike DeWine (R.-OH) Judiciary Committee member, voted for amnesty for agricultural workers, for spouses and children of illegals. He co-sponsored an in-state tuition bill for illegals. He opposed increasing funding for Border Patrol and adding more ICE agents. This man is a traitor to the people of Ohio. He needs to move to Mexico where he can represent Mexicans.

9. Senator Patrick Leahy (D.-VT) Ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee. He worked with Senator Specter on his amnesty-granting immigration bill. This man is incompetent and as useless as a senator representing Cuba. He stands for nothing the people of Vermont want-and that is, to stop illegal immigration.

8. Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D.-IL) He co-sponsored of the House version of McCain-Kennedy. This man, in sheep's clothing advocates for Mexicans and does everything he can to destroy our sovereignty as a country. He's like a scorpion that our country swallowed and now, he's stinging us from inside our belly.

7. Rep. Howard Berman (D.-CA) He accused Rep. James Sensenbrenner (R.-WI) of playing to the cheap seats with his bill to construct a border fence. He co-sponsored legislation to increase amnesties for spouses and children of illegals. This guy would have you pay for his children to go to your schools while he takes welfare checks that he never paid into. He's a traitor, plain and simple.

6. Rep. John Conyers (D.-MI) Co-sponsored legislation to grant amnesty to illegal aliens with a family member or employer willing to sponsor them. He will assume Judiciary chairmanship if Democrats win control of the House in November. This guy is out to kill any understanding of what it means to be an American.

5. Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D.-CA) She consistently opposes any restrictions on immigration. She calls measures to criminalize illegal immigrants and those who assist them. She co-sponsored the SOLVE Act with Rep. Gutierrez to create a temporary guest-worker program. She is the handmaiden of opening our borders to an unending flood of immigrants. She would sell out her own family in a heart beat. She is selling out her own country before your eyes.

4. Senator Hillary Clinton (D.-NY) Once said she was adamantly against illegal immigrants. She now supports legalizing the 11 million illegals living in the U.S. She has vowed to block any bill criminalizing illegal immigration, suggested the House immigration bill would have made Jesus a criminal. As if she has stepped foot into a church in the last 40 years! Hillary Clinton is like a flag that flaps according to the direction of the wind.

3. Senator Arlen Specter (R.-PA) Judiciary Chairman, introduced a bill to convert illegal aliens into legal guest-workers for six years without first making them return to their home country and to allow more temporary workers and their families into the United States. He's old, intellectually inept and in control of our country's horrific destiny. This old man makes me sick as he attempts to double the current one million immigrants to two million annually. As if we don't already have our country filled with enough foreigners!

2. Senator Teddy Kennedy (D.-MA) He's the first O.J. Simpson! He's old, fat, drunk and has waddled around the halls of Congress for so long and blathered about nothing, that he's like antique plumbing: not working, stuffed up and useless. He's co-sponsoring legislation with McCain to grant amnesty to illegal aliens and has repeatedly supported amnesty efforts. He favors giving illegal students amnesty and a free college education. He's the author of the 1965 Immigration Reform Act that inundated this country with over 50 million immigrants that we didn't need in the first place. Now, he's overseen the addition of 20 million illegals that we don't want. He's going to force them down our throats anyway. That will pave the way for millions more.

1. Sen. John McCain (R.-AZ) He once served his country with honor, but today he leads with dishonor against our country. He's done nothing to stop the illegal invasion in his own state, but now, he's doing everything he can to assist illegal aliens across our country. He's the lead sponsor with Teddy Kennedy of a bill to grant amnesty to illegal aliens. He's degraded citizenship to the level of an illegal alien. He lacks honor and he lacks integrity for the U.S. Constitution.

Senators Brownback, Craig and Durbin snuck in the Dream Act into the Specter bill by giving illegal aliens in-state tuition at our expense while taking college slots from American kids, and the rest of the cowards in the U.S. Senate. Former Representative Duke Cunningham, now in prison for accepting $2.4 million in bribes from contractors, is the tip of the iceberg of corrupt congressmen destroying our Republic. They're spineless lapdogs for money and personal gain. My own Senator Wayne Allard (R-CO) featured a Mexican flag on his official senatorial website garnished with Spanish. Representative Chris Cannon of Utah along with Joe Baca of California do everything in their power to undermine our immigration laws. Their actions are the benchmark for treason against our Constitution. You can bet your senators and house representatives float in the same boat.

And who is the number one traitor? George W. Bush stands as the foremost traitor to his oath of office, his family and his country. He created the Iraq War with a lie and continues by lying to us. He accomplishes nothing except death and civil war for Iraq by keeping our troops in Iraq. His greatest transgression stands against the U.S. Constitution, which he has referred to as a "God damned piece of paper." He violates Article IV Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, daily, by not stopping over 10,000 illegal aliens from crossing our borders. He does not arrest employers of illegal aliens. He stands against 85 to 90 percent of the will of the American public to secure our borders. He allows our borders to remain free for terrorists and foreign invaders to cross at will. He supports outsourcing, offshoring and insourcing of American jobs to foreigners.

Bush and Congress represent Mexico and corporations that break our laws by hiring illegal aliens-instead of representing the U.S. Constitution and American citizens. You can demand they stop this invasion today or you will see an added 30, 40, 50, 60 million more illegal aliens in a few years.
