NEW YORK, Sept. 10 /U.S. Newswire/ -- On the eve of the September 11 anniversary, the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) is calling on Western leaders to denounce the anti-Semitic conspiracy theory that continues to gain credibility in large parts of the world, the "big lie" blaming Jews for 9/11.
"It is unacceptable that in many parts of the world there is widespread acceptance of the myth that Jews were responsible for the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon," said Abraham H. Foxman, ADL national director. "This outrageous conspiracy theory is accepted as truth by ever-growing numbers, and this is fueling anti-Semitism throughout the Arab and Muslim world. Western leaders bear an important responsibility to help counter the spread of the big lie."
In a letter to the foreign ministers of European nations, ADL urged Western leaders to take public steps and to encourage educational initiatives to counter the spread of anti-Semitic conspiracy theories about September 11. The attacks have spawned several theories about Jewish or Israeli involvement, including the myth that "4,000 Jews" failed to show for work at the World Trade Center on the day of the attacks, and the conspiracy theory that Jews were the "real perpetrators" behind the attacks.
"This outrageous, anti-Semitic conspiracy theory is extremely dangerous and indicates a deep reservoir of anti-Jewish feeling spread by media and government lies about Jews," ADL stated in a letter to foreign ministers. "We have seen in the past century how such a lie going unchallenged can lead to mass murder. We urge you to issue a public statement denouncing this bigotry and to consider educational programs to make sure this hatred does not spread."
The Anti-Defamation League, founded in 1913, is the world's leading organization fighting anti-Semitism through programs and services that counteract hatred, prejudice and bigotry.

ISRAELI TERRORISTS ARRESTED IN THE USA
Fox News reports today, two Israelis have been arrested in the state of Washington after police detected small explosive parts in their car during just an ordinary check-up. The channel published a sensation of a similar kind in December 2001. It reported then, 60 Israelis were detained on suspicion of espionage and concealing information connected with the Sept.11 terrorism attacks.
Fox News reports, the two Israelis whose names are not published yet, were arrested for excessive speed. During the check-up small parts of TNT and RDX were detected in the car.
A preliminary questioning revealed the arrested men worked as furniture transporters. The incident occurred not far from Whidbey Island Naval Air Station situated near Oak Narbor, WA.
As of now the two Israelis are under arrest and charged with illegal stay in the USA. The FBI, the US Immigration and Naturalization Service, police already joined the investigation.
In December 2001 when Fox News reported arrest of 60 Israelis suspected of espionage, it was said the people were “active agents of the Israeli army or intelligence.” At that, some of them failed polygraph tests when asked about intelligence activity on the US territory. The channel also insists, the US authorities suspect the arrested Israelis of collecting military intelligence before committing the Sept.11 terror attacks and sent the information to the USA.
Fox News also got confidential documents connected with the operation that demonstrate, even before the Sept.11 attacks conspiratorial counterespionage operations were held, 140 Israel citizens were detained or arrested during the operations on suspicion of espionage against the USA. Two of the arrested, chairman of the JDL Irv Rubin and member of the organization Earl Kruger were accused with organizing acts of terrorism against the Fadh King Mosque in Los Angeles and California office of Republican Darrel Issa.
According to the TV company, Rubin and Kruger were arrested on Tuesday evening at the moment when explosive designed for bombs was delivered to the latter’s house. With the explosive the men planned to commit acts of terrorism. The TV company informs, another JDL member, who was at the same time an intelligencer for the US authorities, delivered the explosive.
At that time media and publicity joined the scandal. The US authorities were accused of a new “witch hunting” against Jews to demonstrate unbiased attitude to Muslims. The scandal was hushed up then, but as we see today, not completely unfortunately. It is hard to discern the truth and lie in the case. It may be either a well-considered misinformation, or Jews have probably gone mad as it is not a way to settle the Mideast conflict.
Reaction to the incident is expected to come soon. Especially when we consider influence of the Jewish diaspora on US’s politics and economy. The Jewish lobby is unlikely to swallow it.

Police Seize Rental Truck With TNT Traces

A Budget truck was pulled over in Oak Harbor, Washington last Tuesday near the Whidbey Island Naval Air Station and found to have traces of TNT on the gearshift and traces of RDX plastic explosive on the steering wheel, Fox News has learned.
The FBI, the Immigration and Naturalization Service, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and local police are all investigating.
Shortly after midnight on May 7, federal officials say local police pulled the vehicle over for speeding. Documents read to Fox News indicate that the driver and passenger told local police they were delivering furniture from California but that authorities doubted the story because of the early morning hour.
A bomb-sniffing dog first detected explosives on one of the men and inside the truck. High tech equipment was used later to confirm the presence of TNT and RDX plastic explosive.
Documents read to Fox News indicate that both driver and passenger were Israeli nationals. Investigators say a roadside check of the national database of immigration records indicated that one of the men had not entered the country legally, and the other was in violation of his visa. Both men were taken into custody for immigration violations.
At 7:30 that morning local police were notified that the BATF and FBI had tested the truck and found traces of explosives on the steering wheel and gear shift.
Officials say no other charges of been filed against the driver and passenger and an investigation is ongoing.
Authorities say records for the Budget truck do not indicate any recent rental for the purposes of transporting explosives, which would require

FBI suspect Israelis of nuclear terrorism
With America on top security alert, the FBI was hunting yesterday for six men carrying Israeli passports and plans of a nuclear power plant and the Trans-Alaska oil pipeline who were picked up by police in the Midwest US over the weekend but then released, The Times reported.
The incident is thought to be connected with the latest FBI alert and senior intelligence officials are furious that the men were set free before they could be fully questioned.
The men were traveling in two groups of three in white cars when they were pulled over by police officers in the Midwest. Security officials have refused to disclose further details.
The men were searched and questioned and the state officers discovered detailed plans and photographs of a nuclear power plant in Florida, along with box cutters - the weapons used in the September 11th attacks - and other equipment.
The men, who appeared to be of Middle Eastern origin and held Israeli passports, were then interviewed by immigration officials. When their passports and visas were found to be in order the officers, who were not aware of the country’s imminent security alert, let the men go without first calling in the FBI to question them more thoroughly.

The chairman of the Jewish Defense League and a follower were arrested after allegedly plotting to blow up a Culver City mosque and the office of Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., federal authorities said today. Irv Rubin, 56, and a member of the militant group, Earl Krugel, 59, both of Los Angeles, were arrested late Tuesday after the last component of the bomb-- explosive powder-- was delivered to Krugel's home, U.S. Attorney John S. Gordon said. Other bomb components and weapons were seized during a raid at Krugel's home. Rubin and Krugel were expected to appear in court later today. They were booked for conspiracy to destroy a building by means of an explosive, which carries a maximum five year sentence, and possession of a destructive device related to a crime of violence, which carries a 30-year mandatory sentence. A government source told authorities about a series of meetings at which the scheme to bomb the King Fahd Mosque in Culver City and Issa's office was hammered out, Gordon said. The original target was to be the Muslim Public Affairs Council in Los Angeles but the source told authorities there was another meeting last weekend and it was changed. "Prior to last night's arrest, the source delivered explosive powder, the last component required to begin construction of the bomb, to Krugel's residence," the U.S. attorney said. The complaint against the pair quotes Krugel as making a comment during a meeting that Arabs "need a wakeup call." Tajuddin Shuaib, director of the King Fahd Mosque, said he was astonished by the alleged plot, which came during Ramadan, the holiest time of the year for Muslims. WASHINGTON - As the nation again stands on high alert, the FBI is searching for six men stopped by police in the Midwest last weekend but released - even though they possessed photographs and descriptions of a nuclear power plant in Florida and the Trans-Alaska pipeline, a senior law enforcement official said Tuesday.
The Federal Aviation Administration imposed new flight restrictions around nuclear plants nationwide Tuesday, and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission advised the nation's 103 nuclear plants late Monday to fortify security.
The FAA temporarily banned all flights near New York's Yankee Stadium, where President Bush stood before a huge crowd at a World Series game Tuesday night and - wearing a New York City Fire Department jacket - tossed the ceremonial first pitch.
"It helps to keep the fabric of our country strong," said spokesman Ari Fleischer.
Meanwhile, an administration official said the urgent terrorism alert sounded Monday evening by Attorney General John Ashcroft was based largely on a message transmitted Sunday night by an Osama bin Laden supporter in Canada to Afghanistan.
That message referred to a major event that was going to take place "down south" this week, the official said.
Knight Ridder reported Monday that American officials feared that members of bin Laden's al-Qaida terrorist network had been unleashed to launch attacks without specific permission from their superiors.
On Tuesday, agency spokesmen said the FAA's flight restrictions and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's security recommendations were based on Ashcroft's general alert rather than a specific threat. Ashcroft warned that Americans at home or abroad could be struck by another terrorist attack this week.
The incident in the Midwest apparently contributed to the new terror warning. The six men stopped by police were traveling in groups of three in two white sedans, said the senior law enforcement official, who requested anonymity.
In addition to the photographs and other suspicious material, they carried "box cutters and other equipment," the official said. They appeared to be from the Middle East and held Israeli passports.
They were let go after the Immigration and Naturalization Service determined the passports were valid and that the men had entered the United States legally, the official said.
A spokesman for the INS called the report unfounded. "We have absolutely no information at this point in time to substantiate that story," said INS spokesman Russ Bergeron.
It could not be learned in what state the six men were stopped or how they aroused suspicion. It was not known if their true identities matched those on the passports, or why the FBI was not releasing their names or descriptions.
Investigators think the men almost certainly have changed cars by now and have fled to Canada or elsewhere.
Ashcroft and FBI Director Robert Mueller were "furious" that the INS allowed the men to be released without holding them at least until the FBI could be consulted, the official said.
Ashcroft and Mueller appeared Monday evening at a hastily called news conference to announce that the government had "credible" but vague information that another wave of terrorist attacks could strike Americans within a week.
Shortly after the announcement, Vice President Dick Cheney moved once again to an undisclosed, secure location and remained there Tuesday.
There are three nuclear power facilities in Florida: Florida Power & Light Co.'s Turkey Point facility, south of Miami, and St. Lucie facility, near Fort Pierce, and Florida Power Corp.'s Crystal River plant, about 85 miles north of St. Petersburg.
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued a new threat advisory Monday night to all nuclear power plants, other electrical plants, a dozen decommissioned reactors and three nuclear fuel-manufacturing facilities, said spokesman Victor Dricks.
The action was in response to the FBI's general warning, he said, and the commission was "not aware of any specific threats" against any power plant.
The advisory suggested the plants fortify perimeter security and, if necessary, call in help from local or state law officers or the local National Guard.
At least one Florida plant was doing that Tuesday. At Crystal River, workers installed concrete road barricades at strategic spots inside the sprawling site, which includes one nuclear reactor and four fossil-fuel plants. Citrus County sheriff's deputies were summoned to supplement the plant's full-time security force, said Florida Power spokesman Mac Harris.
Florida Power & Light, which runs the two other nuclear plants in Florida, has adopted a corporate policy not to discuss security measures or threats in detail.
Spokeswoman Rachel Scott said FPL's plants remained at the highest level of alert. "We are in very close communication with all levels of law enforcement, including the FBI, to ensure we have the security measures in place to protect the plants," she said.
Also Tuesday, the FAA restricted all flights below 18,000 feet and within 10 miles of 86 "sensitive nuclear sites" until Nov. 6, the agency said. Exceptions can be made for law enforcement, medical and firefighting flights.
The 800-mile-long Trans-Alaska Pipeline, which delivers 17 percent of the nation's domestic oil production, runs from Prudhoe Bay on the Arctic Ocean to Valdez on the Pacific.
Tim Wolston, a spokesman for Alayeska, the company that runs the pipeline, said it had not received any information about the Midwest incident but it has enhanced security in recent weeks.
Still, the incident apparently contributed to the many pieces of information that triggered the FBI's general alert.
A senior administration official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the agency's warning was based on messages from known or suspected operatives of bin Laden in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Jakarta, Indonesia, Afghanistan and elsewhere during the last week, coupled with a new message Sunday that suggested an attack within the next week.
However, the official said the sudden flood of messages could be "deliberate deception of the kind we saw before September 11," when bin Laden associates sent a flurry of messages suggesting a forthcoming attack on U.S. interests in Europe or the Middle East. Those messages held no hint of the U.S. hijackings to come.
Bin Laden is suspected of orchestrating the attacks on the four jetliners, the World Trade Center and the Pentagon that killed nearly 5,000 people.
On Capitol Hill, some senators criticized the White House warning as alarmist.
"We all know that there could be another terrorist threat, and we know it could be imminent," Sen. Robert Torricelli, D-N.J.
Others said the president was doing the best he could under the circumstances.
"I give him the benefit of the doubt," said Sen. Carl Levin, D-Mich., a member of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.
Homeland Security Director Tom Ridge defended the administration's decision to issue the alert, and said it was unavoidably imprecise.
"If we had specific information about the type of weapon or a specific location, this would have certainly been shared with the local or state officials," Ridge said. "Unfortunately, we view the information as credible, but not specific."
He said it was a "convergence of credible sources that occasioned the alert. More than the usual, is all I can tell you."
In a related development, Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta conceded that many problems remain with airport security procedures.
Last week, security screeners in New Orleans failed to challenge a passenger who carried a handgun in his carry-on baggage.
Mineta said special agents from the FAA and other agencies would inspect screening procedures, and he warned that more flights and passengers might be delayed during the process.
Ridge urged Americans to find new reservoirs of patience and to remain alert, but also to find a way to proceed with life as normally as possible. He noted that Bush was keeping his commitment to attend the World Series game.
"America has to continue to be America," Ridge said.
"What terrorists try to do is instill such uncertainty, such fear, such hesitation, that you don't do things that you normally do. And all we're saying with a general alert is to continue to live your lives, continue to be America, but be aware, be alert, be on guard."

This might seem strange but what is more significant is the deliberate ignorance by the Israeli government of the reason for the arrests. The Israelis did not even mention the reason or the case for which their subjects were detained. The point is that a big quantity of the Anthrax germ was held with the Israelis when they were arrested. Moreover, the detainees had 15 charts of the New York Trade Center and eight charts of the Pentagon building which were attacked on September 11th. This is in addition to other six charts of the White House, which was among the would-be targets of the September 11th attacks. According to discreet US reports, the charts found with the Israelis had accurately drawn the Pentagon building and the World Trade Center and defined their geometric projections, as well as, precisely depicted the many floors. Further, some data included in the charts define the itineraries of civil passenger planes and their destinations!!! The question is: Why does the American Administration accuse others of the September 11th attacks even there is no evidence that proves the accusation of others? This is not in defense of others, but a logical analysis of realities. Intelligence Online Releases Names Of Israeli Spies In Texas Anatomy Of Organization Exposed 3/10/02 8:50:54 PM LSN Staff
Houston, Texas -- The website http://www.intelligenceonline.com has released the names of the Israeli spies arrested in Texas, and published details of the anatomy of the organization.
According to the report, available at http://www.intelligenceonline.com/images/newversion/reseau/HTML/isr-net_A.htm , a Mossad agent named Italy Simon, who was arrested in Irving, Texas, headed the operation, with a man named Michael Calmanovic, an israeli communications expert who was also arrested in Irving, heading the Texas branch.
Working with Ofir Navon, an explosives expert, and Dilka Borenstein, another intelligence officer, both of whom are still at large, the group recruited 13 "art students", including Eran Moshe, a member of Israeli Special Forces Michael Gal, and Aren Ofak, the son of an Israeli army general.
The group worked with four dummy companies, Retaliz USA, Retaliz Raanana, Nice and Amdocs, each of which were headed by an Israeli Mossad or army officer. Hillel Dor conducted military equipment into the United States, possibly for the purpose of sabotage. Marina Glickman, a mossad agent, worked with exposives expert Zeev Miller to run the Retaliz Raanana front. Tomer Ben Dor, an expert in missle defense technologies, headed the Nice company.
Their front man for the AmDocs company was a man named Ophus Baer. The group established branches in San Diego, California, Little Rock, Arkansas, Hollywood, Florida, and Miami, Florida, headed by Yaniv Gilor, Sharon Ratzady, Hanan Serfaty, and Legum Yochai, respectively.
The group worked to infiltrate US Army bases and steal information, and is accused of helping to plan the September 11 World Trade Center attacks. US politicians and media networks, who are either owned or afraid of Israel and its control over much of the US government, have played down the incidents, and information on the penetration has been barred from most nightly newscasts and newspapers.

At least three different groups of Israelis-some of whom may have ties to Israel's intelligence agency, the Mossad-were taken into custody after eye-witnesses reported seeing them celebrating in several locations across the river from lower Manhattan in New Jersey. In two cases, the men were reportedly videotaping the initial kamakazi attack on the World Trade Center in New York.
The five Israelis, who are suspected to have been Mossad agents, were arrested four hours after the attack while filming the smoking skyline from the roof of their company's building. It appears they were spotted by one of the neighbors shouting cries of "joy and mockery". The neighbors called the police and the FBI, according to Ha'aretz.

Fox News broke the story (Dec. 12) that the FBI has arrested 60 Israelis for spying on the United States and that Terrorism Task Force investigators have found evidence linking them to the September 11 attacks on the United States. They report that evidence exists indicating that high-level Israeli operatives (and thus Israel's Government) had advance knowledge of the September 11 attack and treacherously failed to inform the American Government, thus permitting the mass death and destruction of September 11.

The Israelis, a handful of whom are described as active Israeli military or intelligence operatives, have been detained on immigration charges or under the new Patriot Anti-Terrorism Law. Federal investigators said some of them failed polygraph questions inquiring about alleged surveillance activities against and in the United States.
A highly placed investigator told Fox News there are "tie-ins," but when asked for details flatly refused to describe them. "Evidence linking these Israelis to 9-11 is classified, I cannot tell you about evidence that has been gathered. It is classified information," the source said...."
There is already powerful evidence that the Israeli Government knew about the attacks in advance and purposefully did not inform American officials. The reason is that they wanted this horrendous "Arab" act of terrorism against America to happen so as to help Israel in their current struggle with the Palestinians.
The New York Times confirmed that the 130 Israeli casualties claimed by President Bush were false. Incredibly only one Israeli actually died in the WTC, a figure that is so fantastically low it proves that some Israelis were warned in advance. The Washington Post's Newsbytes also confirmed that Israeli employees in the WTC, through Odigo instant messages, got prior warnings two hours before the attacks!

The fact that Israel knew about this attack in advance and warned Israeli nationals, but not the American people, has to be one of the most treacherous acts in the history of America. The fact that Israel purposely allowed the attack to go on makes Israel complicit in the deaths of 4000 Americans.

FACT 1: The ship stopped at Hamburg with weapons bound for Iran was owned by the Zim shipping company.

The suggestion that the government of Israel had no knowledge of the weapons about the cargo ship stopped on the war to Iran is ludicrous. Would arms smugglers operating without Israel's knowledge choose a ship co-owned by the government of Israel itself, operated by a company cozy with that same government, a company that somehow knew to get out of the WTC just in time to avoid the attacks of 9-11?

In 1954, Israeli agents working in Egypt planted bombs in several buildings, including a United States diplomatic facility, and left evidence behind implicating Arabs as the culprits. The ruse would have worked, had not one of the bombs detonated prematurely, allowing the Egyptians to capture and identify one of the bombers, which in turn led to the round up of an Israeli spy ring. Some of the spies were from Israel, while others were recruited fro the local Jewish population. Israel responded to the scandal with claims in the media that there was no spy ring, that it was all a hoax perpetrated by "anti-Semites". But as the public trial progressed, it was evidence that Israel had indeed been behind the bombing. Eventually, Israeli's Defense Minister Pinhas Lavon was brought down by the scandal, although it appears that he was himself the victim of a frame-up by the real authors of the bombing project, code named "Operation Susannah."
It is therefore a fact that Israel has a prior history of setting off bombs with the intent to blame Arabs for them.
This is not the only example of a "False Flag" operation designed to trick the United States into attacking Israel's enemies. According to Victor Ostrovsky, a Mossad defector now living in Canada, Ronald Reagan was tricked into bombing Libya by means of a radio transmitter smuggled into Tripoli by the Mossad, which broadcast messages designed to fool the United States into thinking Libya was about to launch a massive terror attack on the west. On the basis of this fake evidence, the US bombed Libya, killing Khadaffi's daughter.
So, with this established history, it is now time to re-examine some facts about the World Trade Towers.
1. There is no proof at all of who was actually on the hijacked airplanes last 9/11. Even the head of the FBI admits that the only hard evidence are the names used by the hijackers on faked IDs. At least 7 of the men whose names were on those IDs have since turned up alive. Another had died back in 1999. None of the names of the alleged hijackers were on the passenger lists of the four aircraft. We do not know who was on those planes, only that we are supposed to think they were Arab Muslims.
2. The night before the attacks on the World Trade Towers, men using those stolen identities visited bars and strip clubs, making sure they would be noticed and remembered by all they met. Students of Islam will confirm that no Muslim devout enough to be willing to commit suicide would spend the night before he was to meet Allah violating so many of Islam's laws regarding alcohol and nude women. This suggests the planting of a false trail ahead of time, doubly so because we know the identities were stolen. Coupled with the deception of the faked Osama "confession" video tape , it is beyond question that deception and fraud exists in the World Trade Towers case.
3. Contrary to early reports (including a statement by George Bush) of large numbers of Israelis being killed in the 9-11 attacks, only two Israelis died, both passengers on the airplanes. No Israelis working in or near the World Trade Towers died. The foreign press has long rumored that Israelis were given an advance warning not to go to work on 9-11, and in the case of Odigo, an Israeli company with offices located near the World Trade Towers, the existence of a warning message sent before the four aircraft had even left the ground is an established fact. That someone in Israel knew of the attacks ahead of time is beyond question.
4. There is an Israeli spy ring. As in the Lavon Affair, Israeli assets have been trying to dismiss the spy ring story (apparently with the FBI's help) while accusing those who refuse to be silent of "anti-Semitism". The lesson from the Lavon case is that Israel's strident denials and smear campaigns are a sure sign that something is indeed being covered up, even as the "art students" continue to be deported. And, as a US Official stated in Carl Cameron's suppressed story on the Israeli Spy/Bugging Ring, evidence does exist that links the arrested Israeli spies with 9-11, but that this evidence has been classified by the United States Government, probably to keep from looking like total idiots at having been so easily fooled for the Nth time.
The United States has been deceived before by Israeli covert operations with the intention of harming American relations with the Arab nations. Israel has never hesitated to kill Americans ( USS Liberty) or allow Americans to be killed (The bombing in Beirut that killed 241 American Marines) when it serves a purpose. And, the fact remains that Israel has exploited 9-11 from the instant when Ehud Barak appeared on the BBC moments after the attacks on the World Trade Towers (holding a prepared speech) to the aggression against the Palestinian people which has escalated non-stop over the last 6 months.
Who is responsible for the World Trade Towers attacks? We truly do not know. What we do know beyond all doubt is that someone went to a great deal of effort to provide an easy and at times all-too-obvious a target to blame. Our nation was fooled by that stunt before. The result was that our money and the blood of our children was spent to attack someone else's enemies.
There is an old saying that goes, "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on ME!"
There is another saying, "We won't get fooled again!"

the September 11 attacks in the United States, the Federal Bureau of
Investigation (FBI) gained information about a spy ring that had been
eavesdropping on the telephone conversations of U.S. officials.
While revealing this, the Fox News network announced that the FBI has arrested 100 Israeli nationals who have had direct links with intelligence and military agencies.
Mark Weber, the Director of the California-based Institute for Historical Review (IHR), recently made some stunning revelations about these arrests.
"A few weeks ago, Carl Cameron and Brad Hume from Fox News, which is an important TV news network, broadcast this significant story, revealing the existence of an Israeli spying circle in the United States.
"Their report was based on information gathered by the FBI and other U.S. security agencies, which indicated that Israel, using two companies, have been able to overhear a large number of telephone conversations and identify and monitor e-mails. As a result, U.S. authorities have secretly arrested a hundred Israeli citizens.
"A week after the disclosure of this news, the story was removed from Fox News' web site and no other networks or publications ever mentioned the incident again.
"Carl Cameron even mentioned in his report that anyone who followed up on the case may lose his or her life because the Israelis and Zionist lobby have such an influence in the United States that they can eliminate anyone who tries to expose the truth in this issue.
"This is why a lot of questions still remain as to the extent of the telephone wiretaps or the control over E-mails and what would be the consequences for the United States."
Weber further said this is not the first time Israelis have been involved in this type of espionage.
"This issue is by no means a new one and Israelis have been involved in several spying operations in the United States.
"You may remember that during the scandal with Monica Lewinsky, it was reported that [former U.S. president] Clinton had expressed concern over the tapping by a foreign country of his telephone conversations with her. He was most likely referring to Israel.
"I would assume that through its spying activities, Israel can demand hush money from Clinton, Bush or any other American officials. This is why the U.S. Administration would not reveal any information about those Israelis who are currently being detained."
As regards the reaction of the FBI, CIA and other security services to this incident, the director of the Institute for Historical Review said, "The FBI and CIA have declined to make official comments regarding anything to do with the case. However, independent journalists such as Cameron and Hume have reported that the case has been unofficially confirmed, but you can not expect the U.S. government to say anything on the subject.
"You may also be aware of the fact that the U.S. government has not disclosed anything with respect to the thousands of people arrested after the September 11 attacks and has not informed the detainees' families of their whereabouts. The U.S. is also treating the case of arrested Israelis in the same manner."
Asked what the U.S. officials' reaction would have been if these spies had been from Asia or the Middle East, Weber said, "Anyone who has studied recent U.S. history would realize that Washington permits Israelis to violate U.S. laws, but if citizens of another country attempt to do the same, the United States would never tolerate it.
"This is due to the enormous influence of the Zionist lobby, which is why reports that are contrary to Israel's interests are censored and kept secret. For example, in 1967, the Israeli air force and navy attacked a U.S. Navy ship, the USS Liberty, resulting in the deaths of 52 American servicemen and a large number of injuries.
"However, the important point is not the attack itself but the cooperation of U.S. government in censoring the related news in order to withhold the truth and keep the American people in the dark.
"This means that the U.S. is ready to victimize its own people for the sake of Israel and the Zionist lobby."
