Google, the world's most popular on-line search engine, has quietly deleted more than a hundred web sites from some of its search result listings. Google's French and German listings no longer include purportedly anti-Jewish and racist sites, according to a report from Harvard University's Berkman Center. "To avoid legal liability, we remove sites from Google.de search results pages that may conflict with German law," a Google spokesman says.

Time Warner's ISP, Road Runner, has blocked access to all of Alex Jones' flagship websites across the entire United States.

We were first alerted to this problem early this morning when several locals in Austin reported that they were unable to access Infowars.com, PrisonPlanet.com or Prison Planet.tv.

Austin Time Warner had previously shut down access to our websites on a whim, claiming they were 'hate material' but in all cases had quickly restored them after receiving complaints.

However, this latest attack on free speech is occurring nationwide, with Time Warner subscribers from New York to California reporting that their access to the websites is being blocked.

The last attempt to shut us down came shortly after the London Bombings, which saw our traffic go through the roof after we released a plethora of articles exposing government involvement.

The consequence of this is that Prison Planet.com alone on some days gets more hits than the Britney Spears website or Rush Limbaugh.

Previously we reported that UK ISPs like Tiscali were blocking their subscribers from accessing the website after the 7/7 bombings.

It is obvious that those in high places are showing their disapproval. This only vindicates all the information we have been putting out.

How can a website that merely reports and comments on mainstream media articles be described as 'hate' unless there's a different agenda afoot? How can Bill O'Reilly get on Fox News and call for assassinating Prime Ministers and Pat Robertson on the 700 Club do the same and yet we get censored for being hateful? We have never called for violence against anyone and actively encourage peaceful exchange of information.

This is part of a growing trend of authoritarian censorship of the Internet in preparation for the emergence of Internet 2, where only government approved websites will be allowed to exist and the old Internet will be shut down.

Monolithic corporations in lock-step with government are following the Chinese model, where any website mildly anti-establishment is immediately shut down and its owners arrested. The vast majority of Internet cafes in China were shut down in 2002 after the government started a fire in one Beijing cafe and then demanded all the rest be shut down for 'safety reasons'.

Under anti-terrorism laws in Italy, Internet cafe owners are forced to take photo ID's of all their customers and install key-logging and filter software which blocks any websites the government chooses.

Today's actions by Time Warner fall into the same category. The First Amendment is under siege by jack-booted totalitarians in suits that graciously lick the boots and follow the orders of the establishment lackeys.

In 2002 Dell Computers cancelled an order placed by Weigand Combat Handguns because the company name triggered a security alert. The word 'combat' was not accepted by Dell's post-9/11 security alert system. This is an example of the inane and sweeping nature of these filtrations systems and the blanket idiocy applied to these cases.

We are urging all our readers (not that you will even be able to read this if you subscribe to Time Warner!) to boycott any Time Warner/Road Runner ISP service and cancel your subscription with them. They have proven themselves time and time again to be an anti- American freedom hating tool of the establishment.

We urge you to double your efforts in spreading the truth. Copy and distribute our artcles more than ever. We are under a direct assault, the only response needs to be a massive and powerful counter-offensive. To all alternative media websites, please post this article as we are all in the same boat, we are all under enemy fire.

If Time Warner do not immediately restore subscribers' access to our websites we will initiate a wider boycott campaign. They are already receiving a deluge of complaints and according to some are now claiming that this is an 'error' that they are looking into and citing other websites that have also been affected, even though these websites are having no problems.

We will update this article as and when Time Warner restores access to Alex Jones' websites. If they fail to do so we will carry telephone numbers and e mail addresses for people to make their complaints.

The main thing is whether or not an ISP has installed
the Department of Homeland Security's "filter" .
This has nothing to do with anything that is in your computer.
It is in Yahoo, Google, AOL, and many ISP's.

It comes from the protocols that were developed from guidelines from
The Department of Homeland Security.
The Internet Service Provider is now being told that they are now
regulated by the Federal
Communications Commission; which in turn, receives guidelines from the
Department of Homeland Security. OF COURSE there is no legitimate
justification for Federal Communications Commission regulation of the
internet; since it does not use shared air ways.
The summation of all of this is clandestine censorship of the internet.
Your Internet Service Provider may be violating your freedom of speech.
Since the Passage of the Homeland Security law,
MANY of my political adversaries have disappeared from the internet.
Am I pleased?

Our freedom of speech is being taken away.

My own former ISP has told me that they have been provided with long
lists of numerous domains that have already been "blacklisted".

Most of the Internet Service Providers are now using a program
which "filters out" certain emails. Those who send the emails;
which are not being delivered,
ARE NOT GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE,
TO ADVISE THEM THAT THEIR MESSAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED.
These messages are simply "black holed".

This program; which "filters out" certain emails, and blocks certain
web pages, is allegedly to "protect" us from things such as spam, adult
content, viruses, and "hate speech", etc.
Who decides which "speech" is allowable?????
The "Thought Police" are here now.
I have repeatedly tested this program, by sending VERY SMALL political
messages, TO ONE SINGLE RECIPIENT, who is a close friend.
The messages had no "adult content", no virus, and had nothing that
could remotely be called "hate speech".
MANY OF these messages WERE NOT DELIVERED.

My own former Internet Service Provider has told me that the program;
which "filters out" certain emails, was developed using guidelines from
the Department of Homeland Security. At the same time, the Internet
Service Provider is now being told that they are now regulated by the

To read e-mail the FBI can order an Internet Service Provider to place
a special monitoring computer called Carnivore (now renamed Data
Collection System 1000) on its network servers. The FBI can then select
the e-mail of surveillance targets for capture and storage. Not content
with this device, the FBI now seeks to expand its surveillance
capability to the entire Internet.

"Surveillance" has now been upgraded to include actual censorship.

Censors “Ecstatic” At Harsh Fines Imposed on Internet Dissidents

Dear Free Speech Supporter:

Canada took another step down the road to being a Third World banana republic today. Robust political debate, sarcastic humour and vigorous dissent should any of it criticize privileged minorities are out.

Two youths, whom even the one-man tribunal acknowledged had few material resources, were slammed with $13,000 in fines by a Canadian Human Rights Tribunal consisting of Athanasios Hadjis.

It was also pay day for chronic human rights complaint filer Richard Warman – 12 complaints thus far. “I order Mr. Kulbashian to pay Mr. Warman the sum of $5,000 as special compensation pursuant to s. 54(1)(b) of the Act.” (para. 139) The award was given because Mr. Kulbashian named his tormenter and alleged that he was Jewish. To add insult to injury, “Mr. Kulbashian is ordered to pay simple interest on the award of special compensation calculated on a yearly basis at the Bank Rate (monthly series) established by the Bank of Canada. The interest shall run from the date of the complaint until the date of payment.” (para. 141) That should add a few hundred more shekels to Mr. Warman’s haul.

In addition to the $13,000 total of financial penalties, the defendants James Richardson and Alexan Kulbashian are slapped with a cease and desist order -- no more critical remarks about Canada’s privileged minorities: “I order Mr. Kulbashian and Mr. Richardson, as well as Affordable Space.com and the Canadian Ethnic Cleansing Team, to cease and desist from communicating or causing to be communicated, by the means described in s. 13 of the Act, namely the Internet, any matter of the type contained in the Hate Messages that is likely to expose a person or persons to hatred or contempt by reason of the fact that the person or persons are identifiable on the basis of a prohibited ground of discrimination.” (para. 135)

Needless to say those who love censorship and relish thought control are ecstatic tonight. “Bernie Farber, the CEO of the Canadian Jewish Congress was ecstatic with the decision and fines. ‘It makes a huge and important statement," said Farber. "It shows the seriousness with which the tribunal viewed this matter.’" (680News.com) As today was pay day for him, Richard “Warman was ‘ecstatic’ with the decision. ‘It shows human-rights laws work.’" And, of course, “Warren Kinsella, a Toronto lawyer and author of Web of Hate, called the ruling ‘terrific’ news in light of a 1999 decision by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission not to regulate the Internet. ‘Any parent knows, any member of a minority group knows, the Internet has become a cyber-sewer,’ Kinsella said in a telephone interview.”

The defendants have not yet announced whether they will seek judicial review of this free thought gagging judgement.

The judgement, should it stand, clearly shows a nation controlled by minorities. The Majority is throttled from criticizing these “special” groups.

In an astonishing admission which didn’t seem to affect his judgement at all, Hadjis acknowledged that Mr. Warman was pursuing a political crusade against political views he did not like: “Mr. Warman is a resident of Ottawa. He has developed an interest in human rights issues over the past 15 years, and is actively involved in anti-racism groups. For a time, he worked for the Commission. Most recently, he has focussed his attention on hate propaganda disseminated through the Internet, by monitoring the Internet activity of what he describes as extreme right-wing and neo-Nazi groups.” (para. 4) Thus, Canadian law is made a tool for repression of “right-wing” or traditionalist Canadian dissent.

Warman has no interest, it would appear, in the incredibly lucrative rap music industry. Hideously hateful lyrics expressing urging to beat and abuse women, kill Whites and assassinate police are readily available on the Internet. These CDs are also sold over the Internet. Unlike Richardson and Kulbashian expressing their views with youthful exuberance, perhaps even exaggeration, but entirely out of idealism, the big corporations pushing rap poison over the Internet are in it for the big bucks.

What can you do? I suppose you have to ask yourself whether you care about Internet freedom. The overwhelming silence thus far from almost all the Canadian media suggests that they are quite happy to knuckle under to a minority reign of thought control and censorship.

A vital case is quickly coming to a head. Webmaster Marc Lemire is challenging this vile censorship section of the Canadian Human Rights Act. He’s launched a constitutional challenge. CAFÉ and Doug Christie’s Canadian Free Speech League are intervening as “interested parties” on his behalf.

White supremacists were spreading hate via Internet, rights tribunal rules March 10, 2006

TORONTO (CP) - Two white supremacists were spreading hatred when they posted highly offensive material on their websites about blacks and Jews, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal ruled Friday.

In a landmark decision, the tribunal ordered the men, one of whom ran the web-hosting service that carried the websites, to cease their hatemongering, levied penalties totalling $13,000 and awarded the complainant $5,000.

It is believed to be the first time Canadian Internet web-hosting service has been found liable for hate messages.

Bernie Farber, the CEO of the Canadian Jewish Congress was ecstatic with the decision and fines.

"It makes a huge and important statement," said Farber. "It shows the seriousness with which the tribunal viewed this matter."

The complaint was launched in February 2002 by Ottawa lawyer and human-rights crusader Richard Warman against Toronto resident Alexan Kulbashian, who is in his early 20s, and James Richardson, of London, Ont., who's in his early 30s.

Warman also named the Canadian Ethnic Cleansing Team, of which the two were members, as well as Kulbashian's web-hosting service Affordable Space.com and the defunct www.tri-cityskins.com, a website with neo-Nazi and white supremacist material.

Messages posted on the website included Holocaust jokes and songs about blacks, Jews, Muslims, Sikhs and other minorities.

"The material found on the tri-cityskins.com website is likely to expose persons who are non-Christian or non-Caucasian to hatred or contempt," the 48-page ruling states.

"Black persons and people of the Jewish faith are particularly laid open to ridicule, ill feelings or hostility, creating the right conditions for hatred or contempt against them to flourish."

Kulbashian was ordered to pay Warman $5,000 for identifying him in a hate message.

Tribunal decision-maker Athanasios Hadjis also ordered Kulbashian and Richardson each to pay $1,000 in penalties, and fined Canadian Ethnic Cleansing Team and Affordable Space.com $3,000 each.

Warman was "ecstatic" with the decision.

"It shows human-rights laws work," Warman said from Ottawa.

Richardson could not be reached and Kulbashian refused to comment.

However, a person who did not give his name but described himself as a "friend" of Kulbashian, an engineering student, said, "it doesn't matter, we'll see when asked about the ruling.

"I have to read the thing, the whole thing, before we come to a decision."

Warren Kinsella, a Toronto lawyer and author of Web of Hate, called the ruling "terrific" news in light of a 1999 decision by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission not to regulate the Internet.

"Any parent knows, any member of a minority group knows, the Internet has become a cyber-sewer," Kinsella said in a telephone interview.

"(The ruling) says, 'We believe we have jurisdiction over expressions of hatred over the Internet,' and that's a good thing."

Farber, an expert on Internet hate, said the lawyer had done Canadians a "valuable service," calling the websites "ugly, vile and brutal."

"This was exactly the kind of case that should come before the Canadian Human Rights Commission," he said.

The websites were shut down after the congress complained to Toronto police about four years ago.

Having received multiple responses to a controversial opinion about the Goldhagen-Peretz connection, allow me to offer these rejoinders to my critics. Contrary to the statements of one reader, I did not express any categorical rejection of taking military action against demonstrated terrorists. What I pointed out in my comments are the different positions that advocates of military action have taken since September 11. One perceptive reader rightly inferred that I do not endorse the plan being proclaimed by neoconservative journalists for a broad campaign against all Muslim states that are unfriendly toward neocon interests or professed ideals. But that is not the same as opposing any application of force in response to terrorism, as should be clear from an essay of mine that appeared in the most recent issue of Orbis.

Another critic faulted me for ignoring the fact that while Pius XII protected many Jews, he "was a Satan" to the Serbs. This point is exaggerated. Certainly Pius did not call public attention to Serbian Orthodox minorities persecuted in Croatia and Bosnia during the Second World War. Croatian Franciscans were among the Nazi-sympathizers who incited violence against the Serbs. Unfortunately there is a long history of nastiness between the Eastern and Western churches; and it is hard to tell which side has the edge. What should be mentioned on the other side is that Orthodox nationalists cooperated with the Nazis in Poland, Ukraine, and Rumania and brutalized Catholics and Jews in all of these places.

In Communist countries, State-appointed Orthodox clergy showed the same lack of gumption as the Jewish rabbinate in standing up to tyrants. While the Eastern church continues to hold a grudge over the Fourth Crusade, it is alas all too easy to ignore one’s own group’s moral failings. In the case of American Protestants who have converted to the Orthodox faith, and many on the right have, it may be best to stay out of this blame game entirely. There is no good spiritual reason for taking over European ethnic hates together with Orthodox theology.

Moreover, it is foolish to think that disgruntled Orthodox Christians are going to get mileage out of Goldhagen’s brief. He is beating up on all of Christian civilization, by recycling and expanding the already discredited charges against Pius XII. Neither he nor Marty Peretz could give a wrap what Pius supposedly failed to do for persecuted members of the Orthodox Church in Croatia. And it is hard not to notice the connection between this free-swinging attack and the progress of the anti-anti-Communist Left. One of the unfounded proofs that Cornwell cites of Pius’s anti-Semitism and his supposed softness on the Nazis is that the pope was obsessively afraid of Communist takeovers in Europe.

In Hitler’s Pope that statement comes up repeatedly, to demonstrate Pius’s proto-fascist and anti-Semitic personality. Supposedly it was impossible for someone who feared that European Communists would profit from the Second World War or who believed that Communism posed a danger to Christian societies to rescue the Jews from the Nazis. Though there was indeed a greater fear of Communism than Nazism on the interwar European right, many conservative Christians of the time, e.g., Pius XI, all of the Habsburgs, much of the Prussian nobility, and even the anti-Semitic Polish National Democrats, were strongly opposed to Nazis and Communists both.

Like his predecessor, Pius XII not only expressed distaste for both, but, to the consternation of Cornwell and the contemporary Left, said perfectly correct things about the Communist danger. Note that for the anti-anti-Communist Left and for victimologist Goldhagen, one can never be sufficiently alerted to fascist and Nazi dangers, which always lurk in Christian hearts and societies. Nor did anyone, with the possible exception of Communists and Communist fellow-travelers, do enough to save Nazi victims, seeing that all believing Christians, by virtue of their beliefs, should be killing or at least encouraging the extermination of Jews. At the same time, the anti-anti-Communist Left is always suggesting, there are no Communist crimes or atrocities that nice people would bother to criticize, save perhaps for the failure of the Soviet authorities to allow Jewish dissenters to bake matzos or the intolerance of Stalin toward more progressive Communists, like the Trotskyists.

In 1998 the Socialist premier of France, Bernard Jospin, performed the most horrendous act of Holocaust denial ever carried out in his country. But since he did so to shield his Communist coalition partners against the charge of fronting for Communist mass-murderers, his depiction of European Communists as honorable "anti-fascists" did not create much of a stir. At the time both the New York Times and Le Monde expressed sympathy for Jospin, trying to keep his coalition together in the face of rightwing anti-Communist sniping. In France one can still be jailed for "a crime of opinion," thanks to the Communist-Socialist left and its right-center look-alikes, for claiming it was the Soviets, not the Germans, who killed the ten-thousand Polish officers found dead in the Katyn Woods. Thanks also to the prevalent anti-fascist moral asymmetry, the media and the academy continue to honor Stalinist toadies, Sergei Eisenstein and Ilya Ehrenburg, as great tormented Soviet artists. Meanwhile, although this woman has already passed her hundredth birthday, a non-Nazi filmmaker, Leni Riefenstahl, continues to live in public disgrace for having made two films for Hitler.

A final criticism cries out for response, because it is so elliptical. It is offered by a wannabe Goldhagen defender, who claims I would not admit that John Calvin supported the execution of Spanish free-thinker Michael Servetus (carried out in Geneva in 1553 after Servetus had been expelled once before). I could not imagine why I would deny this fact, but am also unclear about how this incident bears on anything said in my last piece. To my knowledge, neither Calvin nor the magistrates of Geneva, who arranged for the dispatching of Servetus, a noisy anti-Trinitarian, occupied the See of Rome. I certainly would have opposed the act, although it did produce one positive side-effect. Thereafter no Protestant country would inflict the death penalty on anyone specifically for heresy. Punishing Catholics, as in England or Ireland, for suspicion of political disloyalty was of course another matter.

Spooks Shaft Hero: CIA frames WWII Vet to avert "energy revolution"?

Why is the US terrorizing its best inventors?

Seventy-five year old retired mining engineer Bob Lantz of the Reno, Nevada area, fought for the United States as a Navy pilot in WWII, but Monday the US Government is determined to imprison him, to "die in prison" according to his "public defenders", in an apparent scheme to suppress his New-Energy invention to replace nuclear and fossil fuel power.

Perhaps paralleling the case of Horst Joestzai, jailed for years in a bogus fraud conviction set up by wired funds transferred by "Dr." Frederick Von Bodungen years after Joestzai introduced him to Lantz as a CIA agent, and the case of San Francisco investigative journalist George Williamson who identified Bodungen to Lantz as a CIA operative previously involved in smuggling drugs into the US via oil rigs in the Gulf. Williamson was latter named in a 1998 lawsuit by Mohamed Al Fayed against the CIA and other government intelligence agencies regarding purported CIA documents Williamson proffered to Al Fayed linking the Agency with the death of Princess Diana.

With this backdrop what is one to think of the phone call Lantz received at 8:55am on January 16th from an anonymous caller saying "You had better back off. We can do worse than just a window", after a rock was thrown through his car window during the night of January 9th, the same day Lantz filed a million dollar civil suit against the prosecutor of his case, James Mead.

Lantz reports Monday, February 11th at 1:30pm, to the court of Judge Edward C. Reed, Jr., Senior US District Judge, in Reno for a custody surrender hearing after his sentencing almost a yearago to 5years imprisonment for a fraud in fact perpetrated without his knowledge by Norbert Vogler of Colorado who forged investment certificates with Lantz' signature notarized by his friend who later acknowledged that Lantz was not present when the forged signatures were notarized -- among 237 lies that Lantz has documented by Federal prosecutors in his trial after the government put him into poverty by illegally confiscating over $250,000 from him after a raid in 1994.

Why would anyone want to put an old man in jail who is so scrupulously law abiding that he never even got a speeding ticket, someone who accepted the government secrecy order suppressing the Papp Engine and therefore cancelled his contract to make Papp's protoype, someone who even calmly accepted the multimillion dollar loss in business due to US government denial of his permit application to export his water purification Sonofloc System 77 to the government of Egypt for seawater desalination?

Could it be that powerful people within the US government are implementing covert policies to keep new energy inventions suppressed that would threaten the fossil fuel and nuclear power industries? Copious evidence says yes and that Lantz' troubles unknowingly started after he began making New-Energy System prototypes for other inventors in 1977 culminating with his 1989 discovery of an "overunity" energy generation system which combines his System77 with an ultracentrifuge so the overall device not only purifies any kind of water but also produces sufficient heat to generate multi-megawatts of electricity without any fuel at all, perhaps by "tapping the zero-point energy" (ZPE) with a kind of device the DOE in 1998 called "the holy Grail of energy research".

How else could it be possible for this bogus fraud case to even be prosecuted after expiration of statute of limitations, with falsified evidence and the apparent collusion of prosecutors who lied and and public defenders who refused to contest the lies and offer available documentation of innocence? Why else would Bodungen have brought this "gold certificate scheme" to Lantz as a funding mechanism for his invention?

The G.I. Bill provided Lantz with the University education necessary to finally develop this Lantz Water and Power System first tested in 1989 which can help solve our global energy and water quality problems and what does he get for it? An unacceptable "deal" offered by prosecutors and pushed by two successive public defenders who each claimed he "would die in jail" unless he took the plea bargain acknowledging guilt and forfeiting his assets (over $100k of which confiscated was not even in his name), a "raw deal" which this courageous War Veteran refuses to accept.

Are we to sit by and let this happen or will concerned citizens and media bring his story out so he can get the legal help he needs to get his bogus conviction reversed, his name cleared and his money back so he can pursue development of his New-Energy System?

Former US Patent Examiner Thomas Valone, fired for producing a conference in Washington DC on these New-Energy Technologies, claims that there is a vault at the US Patent Office containing over 4,000 patents ordered secret by the government, confiscated from the inventors who are threatened with jail if they even thereafter discuss their inventions as per "dual-use" secrecy law uncovered under Freedom of Information Act and reprinted on p.162 of Jeane Manning's book "The Coming Energy Revolution" overviewing various New-Energy tech inventors.

Lantz' situation seems simlar to the blatently illegal 1996 laboratory destruction and confiscations by US Marshals victimizing inventors David Farnsworth (whose father helped invent television) and Adam Trombly (who was sent to Kuwait to oversee extinguishing of Sadam's oil well infernos) over their successful fuel-less solid-state oscillating electromagnetic system overunity ZPE electricity generator.

Isn't it about time we did something to take this situation under public investigation and control, especially motivated by the current Enron fiasco exemplifying the "ethics" of the fossil fuel industry and government complicity in "rigging" the energy industry?

Can we help Bob Lantz become a hero of this coming energy revolution instead of another casualty of America's War of Terror against its own best inventors?

Certainly our surviving WWII veterans deserve better treatment from our country that they love and fought and died for.

Institute for Historical Review Google Bans 'Controversial' Web Sites Google, the world's most popular on-line search engine, has quietly deleted more than a hundred web sites from some of its search result listings. Google's French and German listings no longer include purportedly anti-Jewish and racist sites, according to a report from Harvard University's Berkman Center. "To avoid legal liability, we remove sites from Google.de search results pages that may conflict with German law," a Google spokesman says. (See these reports from ZDNet News, and the Salt Lake Tribune, Oct. 24, 2002; Also see this listing of the banned sites.) Among the deleted sites is that of the Institute for Historical Review, a leading dissident history research and publishing center founded in 1978 and based in southern California. "This ban is bizarre," says IHR Director Mark Weber. "Google's censorship standards are apparently even more strict than those of the German authorities." Weber points out that German citizens are legally free to subscribe to the IHR's Journal of Historical Review. For years even some public institutions in Germany, including the Institute for Contemporary History in Munich and the Bavarian State Library, have been paid subscribers to the IHR's Journal, Weber notes. "It seems strange that Google should try to restrict Internet access to materials that are legally available in printed form by regular mail." In the United States the federal government's IRS agency recognizes the IHR and its parent corporation as a public interest, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) educational enterprise.
