Today, I have sad news to report. Ernst Zundel was arrested yesterday, allegedly on an immigration violations matter. In a nutshell, he was told that he had missed showing up at a scheduled immigration hearing in May of 2001. Things are still very sketchy, but I will tell you what I know and, in essence, documented for Ernst's immigration attorney:

This is what I remember about Ernst's arrest by the officers of INS:

It is now 1:10 pm.

Shortly after 11 a. m. the door bell rang. I was in my office. I remember the time because I am on a diet and I knew I could have a snack at 11 a.m. Ernst and John, a local man who helps out with odd jobs, were working on Ernst's painting, framing some of them.

Two minutes or so later, Ernst came into my office and said, as I remember it. "Guess what. The INS guys are here because I am supposed to have missed a hearing."

I went outside with him, and there were a total of 5 men, one of them in uniform. (John later told me that the man in uniform was the local deputy sheriff.) Ernst stood by the hood of John's car with one of the officers handing him a pad with a one-page text that he was trying to get Ernst to sign. Ernst asked if he could call his lawyer. He was told that he could not. I asked if I could call a lawyer, and I was told that I could not.
The demeanor of the men, I felt, was threatening. Ernst said he wanted to read the document he was to sign, and was told the men did not have all day. Nonetheless, he read it very carefully, then told them that he never received a request for a hearing. I reiterated that as well. I also said that we had received a notification that said a hearing might take "up to 36 months". (Ernst had applied for permanent residency status in the US in the summer of 2000) The officer just shrugged. Ernst was again urged to sign the paper, and I suggested that he put a note at the bottom stating that he had never received a hearing date. Ernst then said, as I remember it: "What happens if I don't sign it?" and he was told by the man who stood to his left: "Then we'll have to arrest you." "And if I sign it?" At that, the man said: "Either way. We are here to arrest you."
Thereupon Ernst signed the paper, I believe. Maybe he just wrote his objection. I never saw what was written there, nor was I given a copy. Ernst then asked me to get him a jacket and his passport. I went upstairs and one of the agents followed me. He was very snoopy and looked around in several rooms but did not touch anything. He only said: "You have a nice house. You have a lot of books. Your husband likes to read?" I said: "We both like to read."

I found the jacket and passport, and when I came down, Ernst had emptied his pockets of his bills and money. It lay on the hood of John's car. He said to me: "Remember what I told you? That's what they were going to do. Use a bureaucratic excuse to get me." (That was the meaning of his words. I don't remember them exactly.)

I had the presence of mind to ask the names of the officers. They are: John Barnes, Gary Slaybough (apparently the boss), Scott Pitman, Sat D. (?) Lee, and County Sheriff Steve Watson.

Ernst then said to the officers: "I am on medication. Can I take my medication along?" He was told that he could. He asked me to get it, and I went upstairs to get it. Again, one of the agents followed me. I was shaking by that time, but I got his medication in a plastic grocery bag and took it down. I saw that he was being put in handcuffs. I said, thinking of his sore wrist: "Is that necessary? There's five of you. He isn't going to run away." One of the officers said: "We do that to all of them, not to show favoritism." Then Ernst was led away.

I did not see in which car he was put, or if he waved goodbye. It all happened very fast.

Our helper, John, was there the whole time because he had worked with Ernst on his painting frames in the garage, and he witnessed everything. I went upstairs, found our immigration lawyer's number, and called him. I told John to stay with me and listen so I would have a witness.

I told him that one of the officers had told me that Ernst was being taken to Knoxville, and that I would be called and informed what would happen to him. (So far, I have not yet been called by any of the agents.) The lawyer repeated that he would call around to find out what was going on and he would call me back.

I then called another attorney who is a family friend who had been with us when we first met the immigration lawyer. This attorney thought that the arrest probably had to do with "war fever" - that immigration was rounding up people and Ernst's enemies took advantage of the situation and put on pressure in the right places. He also thought there might come the question of bail, and that bail for a federal arrest was very high. I said that we would not be able to pay it.

Our friend then offered to have his in-laws come and stay with me for a few days. I told them I had trusted friends in the area and would be all right.

I then talked briefly with John and asked for his recollection. John told me that he was asked for ID and some nosy questions, and he also said he perceived the agents as threatening.

I told him that chances were he would be interrogated, and to make sure to tell the truth. I told him that I was sure he knew that  Ernst had a high profile, but that he also knew we were decent people who had nothing to hide. I told him it was very important to tell the truth is he knew it.

Our lawyer friend then called me back and said that he had had a very good conversation with the immigration lawyer who thought that a judge had not ordered the arrest, that the arrest came from the Immigration Commissioner - that is, from the top.

John is upstairs writing down what he saw and experienced.

I only want to add that I have since talked to Ernst twice, last night and this morning. He is being held in a neighboring county jail and expects to be sent "elsewhere". He also said to look in the drawer of his night stand for my Valentine's present.

How do I feel? I feel like I felt as a child when my father was taken away by Soviet goons, under a similar flimsy pretense and without any prior notification. My readers know that I never saw my father again.

I expect to see Ernst again - make no mistake about that!

The Zundel arrest: Letters and offers of help keep pouring in! February 7, 2003

I have been deluged with interview requests from major media, all of which I turned down with relish. Let them all stew a bit! The Internet is where it's at - and we have barely started!

To say that the Net is ablaze once again with the Zundel struggle is probably an understatement. One ZGram reader wrote: "I am amazed at how much discussion is going on {in the newsgroups} over this. Great to see."

To which I replied:

"I think that this is yet another stepping stone toward historical truth. Ernst is a big, big hero on the world stage! Certainly more admired and loved at this time than his enemies are! You may quote me on that, if you like!"

I will keep you informed about developments to the extent that I can. Meanwhile, here is a smorgasbord of reader letters - all of them from people on OUR side, with the exception of the last one: the ONLY nasty letter I have, so far, received!

For how long have I said, "There's more of US than THEM"? That ought to be a bumper sticker slogan, don't you think?

My friends around the world, take heart! This is another painful blow. We are, however, going to fight this round like any other round. With honor! Courage! And conviction that we are right and have the truth on our side, while all "they" have is lies.

This is the most horrible news I've read. If the government gets away with this, there's no limit to far they will go to squelch any opposition to their plans for world domination. I hope that this is merely a routine matter--but I tend to agree with the immigration lawyer: this is some deal to placate the scum in Canada, who doubtless have plans to hand Ernst back to the scum in the Bundesrepublik.

My advice would be to attempt to make maximum publicity out of this--including attempting to enlist civil liberties types. It's a cause all revisionists can and should rally around. February 8 - Arrest Update February 8, 2003

I visited Ernst today in Blount County Jail where he is being held.

Persistence won the day.

Here is what happened:

I had called several times to find out when I could visit, and via many runarounds and yet more runarounds I finally figured out that visiting hours are scheduled according to which floor an "inmate" is assigned. I was first told I could come today, at 11 a.m. When I called to make double-sure, I was told no, Ernst's visiting hour was Monday at 1 p.m., but my husband would have to indicate he really wanted to see me by signing a visitor sheet.

Perhaps someone ought to inform him?

Well, did I not know it was a weekend - and people had gone home?

I put some extra steel in my voice and threw in my doctor's title for good measure. I told the person on the phone in charge of procedures that word had come to me that Ernst would be shipped "elsewhere" - and was there any way to make an exception? I simply HAD to see him.

A very curt "Sorry!" Next Saturday.

I said that really WAS strange - I had been told if not today, then Monday.

Well, sorry, Ma'am! Next Saturday.

Serendipity intervened at that point. A friend who is a minister volunteered his own visiting slot over to me.

I called again and asked: could I come? I KNEW there was a slot. The answer was: "No, only Monday." All slots had since been filled.

I said it was odd - I knew for a fact a visiting slot had just opened.

Well, I was not on the visiting list.

I said to double-check. PLEASE double-check.

No doing. Back and forth. Back and forth. And yet more back and forth.

With gritted teeth I managed to get to some supervisor who, after hearing my story of woe of the Royal Runaround, allowed me to come in at 12:45 - and he gave me his word he would make sure I would be on the all-important list.

I drove there two hours early, expecting more trouble. Guess what? I was not on anyone's list.

I said I had been promised.

Sorry. The supervisor who had promised me had left.

Yet more to-do - and all this time I was just speaking - and, frankly, zee accent getting pretty zick - a list was found, Eureka! it even had my name.

Another problem next arose. Where to find Mr. Zundel?

He wasn't here. He wasn't there. Dr. Seuss comes to mind - doesn't he?

Sit DOWN, Mrs. Zundel - and WAIT!

To make a very complicated story short, somehow a miracle occurred, and I was buzzed upstairs.

As far as I can tell, this business with the musical chairs, shifting Ernst from floor to floor, was nothing but harassment. It was meant to prevent me, and probably others, from seeing and talking to him.

Those are the times that make you thankful for your ancestors' genes that instruct you exactly just how deep to dig in your heels.

U.S. immigration agents arrest Canadian neo-Nazi on visa problems

KNOXVILLE, Tennessee - A man notorious for neo-Nazi writings and for running a white supremacist publishing house in Toronto has been arrested for having an expired visa, immigration authorities said.

Immigration and Naturalization Service agents arrested Ernst Zundel, 63, on Wednesday without resistance. "He has not been removed from the country, but I can tell you he is in our custody," Sarah Mouw, a spokeswoman for the INS in New Orleans, said Friday.

Zundel had been living in the foothills of eastern Tennessee's Great Smoky Mountains for about two years. No one answered the phone at Zundel's home in Sevierville Friday.

"I don't know what his immigration status is but he is a bad boy," said Abraham Foxman, national director of the Anti-Defamation League. "He is an anti-Semite, a Holocaust denier. He is somebody America could do without."

Ernst and I talked for an hour, and I managed to tell him most of what he needed to know. Is he well? Yes, to all appearances. He isn't treated badly.

"But everything," he told me, "is unpleasant."

The food is a disgrace, and very small portions are given. He shares a cell with only one other person who gets moved back and forth as well. One night he had to spend with a howling and utterly deranged schizophrenic. Now he has a "roommate" who seems to be all right. If he wants pen and paper, he has to put in a request for it on Monday - and maybe he'll get it on Thursday. He said his "roommate" had given him a few sheets of paper, on which he is writing his February Power letter for his worldwide supporters. If he can get it mailed out, I will type it, format it, have it translated, and ship it out next week.

I won't pretend this is a lark that Ernst can take in stride. During the three years we have been together as a married couple committed to each other, I have become keenly aware of how beauty-responsive and esthetically sensitive Ernst is. A sunset, a spring blossom can make his entire being just radiate with joy. He is an artist, through and through - his soul just hungers for beauty. It must be very hard on him to know that from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. he is allowed to share in the company of whatever else is locked up in that place - and if he chooses not to partake in inanities, he cannot go back to his cell. Not before 9 p.m., that is!

I believe there is a good chance Ernst will be moved back and forth across America to avoid any meaningful strategy of freeing him in a concerted effort. There is a name for this treatment - I have forgotten what it's called. Another possibility, of course, is that he will be shipped to Germany so fast that all we'll see is dust clouds.

Our best chance is delay - and supporter involvement and outrage!

Many of you have asked what you can do, and I have stalled with an answer because I wanted to talk to him first. Ernst feels you should use as many avenues as you can think of to spread the word and tell his story - but, please, always with class and discernment!

Don't get vile. Don't get abusive. Never forget who we are. Let's leave the filth and violence to our enemies - we have nothing but nothing in common with them!

I will tell you more tomorrow about our plans and how we can band together and free this freedom-loving man who has already given 40 years of his life to this struggle. I am too tired tonight to do a good job, but I will have strategies ready tomorrow.

Message to all good people on the Right - and even some good people on the Left - from the world's most Politically Incorrect Couple...

Here is the background on the brutal arrest and detention of my husband, Ernst Zundel, on a minor immigration violation by agents of the INS (Immigration and Naturalization Service) and local Law Enforcement. Ernst Zundel is a globally known activist speaking on behalf of the maligned and vilified World War II German generation, insisting on fairness and historical truth. His enemies - and he has many! like to call him nasty names - a mild one being "Holocaust denier."

In Germany, "Holocaust Denial" is against the law. You can get up to five years in prison for "... defaming the memory of the dead." Many people are in prison for "Holocaust Denial" and thousands have been prosecuted. There is a vicious law in Germany that prevents people from presenting the facts or even speaking of facts as they know them and have checked them out.

I know that this latest arrest is meant to deport Ernst to Germany on a technicality where he will be charged, sentenced and imprisoned without being allowed a defense. Even witnesses and attorneys are charged and punished for aiding a defendant charged with "Holocaust denial".

Once Ernst is convicted and imprisoned, somebody will make sure the key is thrown away.

I fear that even worse could happen and that his very life will be in jeopardy.

I am a naturalized US citizen of German background. I met Ernst in 1994 and we married in January of 2000. We purchased a home in Tennessee and have lived here quietly since the summer of 2000, trying to build a new life for ourselves. Ernst left Canada only after a Human Rights Tribunal ruled that "...Truth is not a defence."

After we married, we applied for permanent resident status for Ernst in the summer of 2000. From the beginning, we engaged an experienced, knowledgeable immigration attorney who carefully followed procedures. Given my husband's high profile, it was and is in our interest to cooperate with INS authorities in any way we can.

We have lived at the same address for more than two years. My husband has an American Social Security Number, a Tennessee driver's licence, and a work permit. He has been immunized and fingerprinted, as requested by INS rules.

We were told that the next step would be a personal hearing before an immigration judge, but that this could take as long as 36 months.

In May of 2001, we received a request for an immigration hearing. Our attorney could not make it, and he requested a re-scheduling. A copy of this request exists. It is dated May 23, 2001.

At the time, our attorney wrote to INS:

"I am in receipt of your appointment letter for the interview concerning the application for Adjustment of Status of Mr. Zundel. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend this service and am requesting that it be rescheduled...my schedule conflict(s) and I am respectfully requesting rescheduling of this appointment."

There was no reply from INS.

Our attorney wrote again on May 6, 2002, one year later, this time sending the letter certified. I have a copy of this letter and a copy the return receipt; the original is kept at our attorney's office.

This time, our lawyer wrote:

"Please be so kind as to reschedule the interview that was cancelled last year on June 12, 2001. It has been quite some time and surely this matter can be advanced for personal interview."

Again, there was no reply from INS.

My husband and I were not overly concerned, since we had been told that procedures could take as long as 36 months. We simply awaited instructions.

Last Wednesday, February 5, 2003, two law enforcement officials and three INS agents showed up and bullied Ernst to sign a document that stated that he agreed to be deported. I only found out later what kind of document it was. It was a deportation order, "...signed and sealed and unappealable." Yesterday, I learned that this letter was not dated, and that the date was added after the arrest.

Ernst asked what would happen if he did not sign this document.

He was told: "Then we'll arrest you."

"And if I sign the document?"

The answer was: "Either way. We are here to arrest you."

I stood next to him. I don't know if he signed this paper or if he just noted that he was under duress and protested the manner in which this violation of his rights as a man married for three years to a US citizen was handled.

The agents asked him to empty his pockets and lean against a truck to be frisked, as though he were a common criminal. Next they put handcuffs on him and took him away.

Media reports now tell me that he was arrested because he "overstayed his visa." That is not the original reason given to us verbally at the time of the arrest. We believe that our enemies are switching tactics, now that they realize a paper trail of our cooperation with INS exists.

To this day, I have not been given any copies of any documents of any kind or written justification for this arrest. No one from either the INS has called me and told me what will happen next. I feel that what happened to my husband was akin to a kidnapping with the assistance of the law.

With much difficulty and many runarounds I finally found out that Ernst is being held in the detension facility in Blount County, a jail that is located about an hour from where I live. Ernst has since been able to call me once a day. No one has contacted him or told him directly what would happen next, not even his immigration attorney. I must assume that roadblocks are being put in his way.

I was allowed to see Ernst once, last Saturday, after unbelievable obstacles and many unnecessary bureaucratic hassles. I believe that my husband is being given the "Diesel Treatment" within the prison facility itself whereby he is moved from unit to unit so that his visiting hours get cancelled, postponed or mixed up in administrative procedures.

I don't know what will happen next. A spokesperson in the Louisiana Regional INS office - I believe her name is spelled "Maow" - told reporters that, "in layman's terms, Ernst Zundel is out of legal immigration status", that he "might" get a hearing before a judge "if it is appropriate", and that "he could be removed without going to a judge."

That is an ominous statement.

Because of my husband's high political profile and the enormous power of the Holocaust Lobby in America, I fear that his enemies plan to whisk him out of the country to Germany just as fast as they can.

If they succeed, a conviction for "Holocaust denial" in Germany is a foregone conclusion. What does that mean? As a German national, not only would he get 5 years in jail, he would be prevented from returning to America for ten years because he would have a "criminal" record for Holocaust 'denial'.

Who Is Ernst Zundel And Why Is He In Jail?

For more than six months now, Ernst Zundel has been held without charge in solitary confinement in Canada on the pretext that he a threat to national security. In fact, this 64-year-old German-born writer, publisher and civil rights activist is a political prisoner and a victim of great injustice.

Who is this man, and why is his case important?

Zundel was arrested at his home in Tennessee on Feb. 5, where he had been living peacefully with his wife, Ingrid Rimland, on the pretext that he missed an interview date with immigration authorities. Two weeks later he was deported to Canada, even though his wife is an American citizen.

Claiming that he is a national security threat, Canadian authorities have been holding Zundel since Feb. 19. The Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) - something like the American FBI - supports this charge by citing tenuous and years-old ties by Zundel to "white supremacist" groups. While acknowledging that he is not violent himself, CSIS also argues that material published by Zundel might cause "like-minded individuals to engage in violence."

There is absolutely no basis for the "security threat" charge. Zundel's life is an open book. He is a peaceful man with no record of violence. During the 40 years he lived in Canada, he was never convicted of a crime. In fact, he has himself been a victim of hate and violence. He survived at least three attempts on his life, including a devastating arson attack against his residence.

Jewish groups are demanding that Zundel be deported to Germany, where he faces years of imprisonment for the "thought crime" of "denying the Holocaust." ("Holocaust denial" is against the law in Germany, France, Switzerland and some other European countries.)

Zundel is in prison not because his views are unpopular, or because he's a "security risk." He's in prison because Jewish groups want him there. He's a prisoner because he promotes views that the Jewish-Zionist lobby considers harmful to its interests.

This lobby is the decisive, critical factor in the decades-old campaign to silence him. The only sustained and institutionalized effort to imprison him has come from this lobby, which includes the Simon Wiesenthal Center, the Canadian Jewish Congress, the Canadian Holocaust Remembrance Association, and the League for Human Rights of B'nai B'rith (with the Anti-Defamation League, its counterpart in the US).

A few prominent Canadians have been speaking out against the unjust treatment of Ernst Zundel.

One such person is Bill Dunphy, a veteran investigative journalist and editor for the daily Hamilton Spectator. He spent six years probing Canada's "white supremacist" movement, and got to know Zundel personally. Although he has no sympathy for Zundel's views, in a hard-hitting column (Hamilton Spectator, May 14) he told readers:

"Our government has seized and branded Ernst Zundel, stripped him of his human rights, tried him in secret and found him wanting, and will now hand him over to a foreign government anxious to throw him in jail...

"... Zundel - who did this country a favour by wiping off the books our disgraceful False News laws - has never once been convicted of a criminal offence in this country, never once found to have violated the hate crime laws that rest snugly around the throat of free expression in this country.

"Calculating correctly that there was no political cost, no 'down side, to slipping on the jackboots to kick a reviled old man out of our country' our government cobbled together their best insults and innuendo, and Lord knows what secret 'evidence' and branded Ernst Zundel a threat to national security.

"I know this man, his local and international contacts and I know this movement. And after reading the 58-page 'unclassified, summary of the government's case, I can assure you there is no justice here. Their 'evidence' is riddled with errors and misinformation, hearsay and inflammatory innuendo. Dead men walk again, and the shattered bits of shoddy secret networks long since collapsed under the weight of their own ineptitude are made whole and menacing once again. It is a shameful piece of dishonest, unreliable tripe."

The trendy Toronto weekly Eye pointed out in an editorial (May 15) that "declaring Zundel a terrorist now is not the result of any startling new information," but rather 'it has to do with political pressure' ..." The paper added:

"The new security certificate admits Zundel has 'virtually no history of direct personal engagement in acts of serious violence.' It labels him a terrorist partly because he 'seeks to destroy the multicultural fabric and underpinnings of Canadian society.' Citing opposition to official multiculturalism as a type of terrorism risks expanding the war on terror to include everyone to the right of Pierre Trudeau.

"Anti-terrorism provisions should not be used as a catch-all solution. Misapplying terminology in this way damages its credibility, and undermines the efforts against real terrorism. It has also, of course, damaged the integrity of our refugee system."

Similar concerns have been voiced by the daily Times Colonist of Victoria, British Columbia. In an editorial, "Even Zundel Merits Fairness" (May 9), the paper declared:

"... The way the federal government is trying to get rid of Zundel is wrong - it is using law that is so sweeping in its scope that it may be," as Zundel's lawyer Doug Christie argues, unconstitutional. It would allow him to be deported on evidence that amounts to mere assumption and subject him to a kangaroo court process where no defence can be mounted.

"The Canadian Security and Intelligence Service calls Zundel the patriarch of Canada's white supremacist movement." It argues he is a risk to national security - a finding essential for his deportation under this procedure - because he is trying to 'destroy the multicultural fabric and underpinnings of Canadian society.'

"...Most Canadians would be surprised to learn that the country's multicultural fabric could be torn apart or society toppled by Zundel's rants which are not, in fact, broadcast widely. But this is the basis for CSIS's security certificate against Zundel."

The Canadian Association for Free Expression (CAFE), a leading free speech advocacy group, is demanding Zundel's immediate release. "Mr. Zundel is quite literally a political prisoner," says CAFE director Paul Fromm, who has also been acting as Zundel's legal representative in his detention hearings. "He is being held in solitary confinement solely for the non-violent expression of his political views."

The allegation that Zundel might be a threat to national security "is mischievous nonsense," says Fromm. "Zundel has been politically active in Canada for 40 years. He's a public figure. His writings and speeches are available on-line. He,s been investigated for years by the police. He's an open book. Zundel has never advocated or practised violence, nor have his followers," Fromm adds. "He's a pacifist and a publisher."

A Life of Struggle

Ernst Zundel, a towering figure in the worldwide Holocaust revisionist movement, was born in 1939 in a small town in the Black Forest region of southwestern Germany. He emigrated to Canada at the age of 19, where he soon married and became the father of two sons. It wasn,t long before he made a name for himself as a successful graphic artist whose work appeared, for example, on the front cover of Canada's national news magazine, Maclean's.

Setting aside a thriving career, he resolved to dedicate himself to the great task, as he sees it, of redeeming the sullied reputation of his fellow Germans. Through his Samisdat publishing house he distributed worldwide a prodigious quantity of books, booklets, leaflets, newsletters, and audio and video cassettes. Simon Wiesenthal, the well-known "Nazi hunter," has called Zundel the world's number one distributor of allegedly dangerous literature and cassettes.

He has written countless booklets, newsletters and essays. He is a prodigious publisher, a one-man public relations firm, and an able public speaker and organizer. A dauntless leader in struggle against apparently insurmountable odds and seemingly invincible adversaries, no revisionist is more tenacious, dedicated and courageous.

Ernst Zundel, who sometimes describes himself as a "Swabian peasant" is an outgoing, good-humored man who is blessed with a rare combination of unflagging optimism and practical ability. He maintains this infectious spirit even under very trying conditions. He is an unusually alert and sensitive individual with a keen understanding of human nature. He knows how to persuade, cajole and encourage his supporters to give their best for the greater good. He inspires confidence, loyalty and affection.

Zundel is probably best known for his central role in the "Holocaust Trials" of 1985 and 1988. He was brought to court in Toronto on a charge of "publishing false news," and specifically for publishing a reprint edition of a booklet entitled Did Six Million Really Die?.

To wage the legal battle that was forced upon him, he brought together an impressive international team of revisionist scholars, legal specialists, researchers, and many others. From numerous libraries and archives in North America and Europe, this group assembled at "Zundelhaus" one of the most impressive collections of evidence anywhere on this chapter of history.

Zundel,s two lengthy trials - the 1985 trial lasted two months, and the 1988 trial lasted four months - have been the closest thing anywhere to full scale debates on the Holocaust issue. For the first time ever, "Holocaust survivors"and Holocaust historians were closely and critically questioned under oath about their claims and views.

Among those who testified on Zundel's behalf in the two trials were Robert Faurisson, David Irving, Mark Weber, William Lindsey, Udo Walendy, and Bradley Smith. As a result of the two trials, an enormous quantity of compelling evidence refuting the Holocaust extermination story was presented to the court and thereby was made part of the permanent public record. The most important of this evidence was the historic testimony of American gas chamber expert Fred Leuchter about his on-site forensic examination of the alleged extermination gas chambers in Poland.

Zundel was found guilty in the 1985 trial, but the verdict was set aside by the provincial appeals court. It ruled that the judge in that trial had, among other things, given improper instructions to the jury, and had improperly excluded defense evidence. In May 1988, at the conclusion of the second Zundel trial, the jury declared him guilty. A few days later, he was sentenced to nine months imprisonment.

On appeal, Canada's Supreme Court threw out the conviction, declaring on August 27, 1992, that the archaic "false news" law under which he had been convicted was a violation of the country's Charter of Rights. This was not only a personal vindication by Canada's highest court; Ernst Zundel secured an important victory for the rights of all Canadians.

Zundel's next great legal battle was fought out before the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal in Toronto on charges, instigated by Jewish groups, of promoting "hatred or contempt" against Jews through the "Zundelsite" Internet web site (www.zundelsite.org), operated by Ingrid Rimland from the United States. In this legal action, as the Tribunal's presiding Commissioner declared, the truth or validity of the supposedly "hateful" items was not a consideration. The Tribunal ultimately ruled against Zundel, declaring the "Zundelsite" to be unlawful.

After four decades in Canada, including a failed effort to acquire Canadian citizenship, he moved to the United States, where he married Ingrid in January 2000. For two years they lived quietly in the mountain region of eastern Tennessee.

Of this remarkable man, Robert Faurisson wrote in 1988: "Zundel may once again go to prison for his research and beliefs or be threatened with deportation. All this is possible. Anything may happen when there is an intellectual crisis and a realignment of historical concepts of such a dimension. Revisionism is the great intellectual adventure of the end of this century. Whatever happens, Ernst Zundel is already the victor." _______

Ernst Zündel still languishes in a Canadian jail, in solitary confinement, denied of many of the basic privileges most prisoners, even actual criminals, take for granted.

A true hero of the Holocaust Revisionist movement for his outspoken opposition to the official Zionist version of World War II, Zundel was kidnapped by U.S. INS agents in February on the pretext of missing a scheduled appointment (Zündel claims he knew nothing about it), spirited off to Canada (where he resided for 42 years), and faces deportation to Germany and a long prison term, because in Germany it is against the law to contradict the Jewish version of what precisely happened during World War II.

In his Canadian prison ordeal, Zündel is not allowed to hear the evidence against him, who the witnesses are, or even what the accusations are. This procedure, permitted by Canadian anti-terrorist legislation, cancels the basic right under Anglo-Saxon common law of the defendant to know the charges against him, to face his accusers and to challenge their evidence in order to make a full and complete defense.

Canadian authorities allege that Zündel, while not personally violent, is a terrorist and supports serious acts of violence in Canada or abroad.

Zündel, an award-winning cartoonist, artist and videographer, was Canada's best-known revisionist. For publishing a slim booklet entitled "Did Six Million Really Die?" he was twice put on trial and convicted on a charge of spreading "false news."

It is important to understand that those who reject the Holocaust story do not dispute that large numbers of Jews were deported to concentration camps and ghettos, and that many Jews were killed during the Second World War. Every serious revisionist acknowledges that Europe's Jews suffered a catastrophe during the Hitler years. They were ruthlessly uprooted, taken from their homes, and herded into horribly overcrowded ghettos and miserable concentration camps, where many of them perished. Their property and their rights were taken away.

While conceding all of this, the men and women who have testified on Zündel's behalf have articulated their reasons for rejecting the idea that there was a German program to exterminate Europe's Jews, and for disbelieving the stories about mass killings in gas chambers.

Recently, in response to a copy of my book I sent him, Zündel sent me this letter.

Dear Mr. Kaminski,

For some reason, I feel drawn to use the familiar "John", although I abhor the all-too-easy chumminess and often inappropriate use of a person's first name!

Ingrid, my wife, who is an ardent reader of your writings, feels the same way about this habit of familiarity, which was typical for Americans, but has now made tremendous inroads in Canada and even Germany, where young people now address people like myself, or my wife, in the term formerly reserved for parents, siblings, relatives, or very close friends. The word DU and in French tu.

For almost a month, I have had your angry book, a collection of essays titled "America's Autopsy Report," by my bunk, made of a concrete slab, in my isolation cell in solitary confinement in this prison - the new Canadian gulag.

I have read, re-read, and after I was finally granted the privilege of a "yellow marker," after eight months solitary confinement, I marked some of the things I wanted to raise with you. The problem is, I can only send eight pages of these pencil-written notes, no ballpoint pens or any other pens are allowed in Canadian prisons. So please forgive the difficulty in reading this.

I feel inadequate to communicate my thoughts to you, given the handicaps described and the fact that in Canada, unlike the USA, an inmate's outgoing mail is also read by prison censors! In America this used to be a federal crime, punished by up to 8-10 years imprisonment. I am not sure if this has also been affected by the Constitution/Bill of Rights-busting provisions of the Patriot Act.

Thus, as you read these next few pages, reflect under what physical and mental constraints I am writing you! Always remember this context, in every word, phrase and thought.

I don't know how much, or how little, and from what sources you may have gathered or gleaned whatever you do know about me. I hope I am not boring you with stuff you already know.

Your writings reveal a keen appreciation of many of the topics you and I are and obviously have been interested in for decades. It seems that I must be somewhat older than you are, for your political awakening seems to have taken form in the early 1970s; with me it was in the late 1950s and early 1960s.

I had the "benefit" of being born at the outbreak of WWII, and having vivid recollections of the Allied wartime bombings, and what Americans and the Allies imposed on Germany after they did to the Germans, what has unfortunately been "their" pattern or modus operandi, in every war ever since. That saves me a lot of "pencil stubs," for I can see from your passionate writings at least an intellectual understanding of what war and subsequent unconditional surrender meant to Germany and her allies, both for civilians and also the defeated and disarmed military forces and support personnel.

You are undoubtedly familiar with James Barques' books about Eisenhower's death camps, so I won't bore you with that war crime!

I said to my wife that John Kaminski is a "work in progress," as we artists say, while we labour on a particularly multi-faceted painting with lots of detail and nuances.

For instance: I was going to write you about that often grotesquely mangled and misquoted "Big Lie" authorship, usually laid at Hitler's and/or Joseph Goebbels' feet, and I was more than pleased to read your rockbottom honesty in setting the record straight after a Canadian correspondent drew your attention to the real facts.

That one act did more to elevate you in my eyes then many of the other very courageous "acts" you undertook in your writings. You say stuff, John Kaminski, that most of the intellectuals of this world "hardly dare to think " never mind write!" It's downright HEROIC!

Your comments on page 180 of your book - "America's Autopsy Report" - further cemented this perception of you in my mind, that here is a man who is not afraid of "calling a spade a spade," and can admit errors. A rare quality.

Once this gets past the various censors, not only inside this place but those other government snoops who lie in wait for any Zündel mail (read Andrew Mitrovica's book "Covert Entry" about how the authorities intercept my mail, and how they have analyzed and dissected it for the last 20 years), you will get to appreciate that the "Patriot Act" has only officially admitted and now sanctions what has been going on in Canada, Germany and you can bet the USA for over 50 years! More like since 1914.

You are on to most of the rackets and con-jobs already!

I was pleased that you understand or suspect the role played by the effects of drugs and electronic conditioning (p. 99) and that with all your anger, frustration, even fury at what is happening to America, you put your finger on where some of the root causes lie ... "It's the support systems that enslave us and keep us dependent on our corporate keepers. WE NEED TO EAT FOOD WE GROW IN OUR BACKYARDS, NOT BUY FROM SUPERMARKET CHAINS."

This innocuous phrase encompasses a revolutionary act in today's context. It's the first sentence in a new, not-yet-written "Declaration of Individual Independence," a supreme and basic act of self-liberation.

Not only does it make a person more self-reliant, and gives a family more nourishing food, which will within months, at most years, lead to far-healthier thinking, logic, but also a natural suspicion (not induced paranoia) that comes with good, wholesome food, outdoor activity, like digging over a garden and field, fresh air, appreciation of man's interconnnection to the earth, soil, elements, the cycle of nature and life! It means a new healthy survival instinct will be a byproduct of this "back to the basics, reconnect with nature" process.

It has been my observation, John Kaminski, that the easiest people to confuse and con, with a torrent of nice-sounding phrases, are uprooted from the land, citified populations, the world over!

The toughest customers to convince are usually "peasants"; they are some of the most CONSERVATIVE and realistic common-sense guided people. I am not saying all! I have met my share of shallow or stupid farmers - but a far larger number of farmers will spot a con man - or a Ponzi scheme - quicker than city slickers will.

Since I am not God nor a prophet, and with my soon-to-be-dull pencil stub, can only touch on the bare essentials, I cannot and would not presume to give you advice, John Kaminski.

Let me just submit a few thoughts, so that you can dwell on them, mull them over, and then come to your own conclusions, if what I submit to you is worthy of consideration.

John, I do this based on a 40-year career as an artist, reporter, writer and broadcaster, both for radio and television.

So you can grant me that I have been around the block, as it were, and have been interviewed by the most famous, from the legendary Joe Pine, Long John Nebel in the 1960s, to Mike Wallace on 60 Minutes in the 1990s. I have broadcast and even interviewed more than 2,000 people on radio, and over 500 TV shows, which is one of the chief reasons I am called a National Security Threat in this country.

All the grilling in court for months on end already has been mainly about people I have known and interviewed, because some of those interview subjects were "decided underdogs"; many of them were, or at least declared themselves to be "political or alternative thinkers, activists and innovators," be it in religion, politics or the health and nutrition field.

That's why your book, "A.A. Report," and your other Internet essays strike such a chord " because for me it's a case of deja vú, of "been there, done that."

Having researched, questioned, and allowed to give voice to some of their ideas, I have come to the conclusion that all the anger and frustration, all the eloquent manifestos, all the tirades on late night talk shows, on "patriotic short wave" and now "Internet radio," are only a safety valve for ourselves, to vent some of the pent-up frustration, like you did in "America's Autopsy Report."

If I may be so vulgar and say it, it is "emotional and verbal masturbation," not leading to conception and the subsequent birth of a promising new life. It dissipates into the ether, and since I am "living, incarcerated proof," draws the attention of the agencies of the new police state, and sets one up for "Sonderbehandlung," as it was called in WWII.

Now in American and Canada, it is called "special treatment," like I and my fellow victims in Canada get who face daily "secret evidence, secret witness in-camera hearings," where only government lawyers and prosecutors, together with the presiding "specially designated federal judge," get to hear and see this secret evidence.

The accused and his attorney never are told what his or her accusers said!

This then is the fate of me, a man of ideas, a dissident publisher and broadcaster, who from the 1960s onward has spent an entire career stressing evolution and not revolution, stressing the non-violent change of society via ideas.

I have had years and years of court appearances and merciless interrogations by all manner of police, immigration, RCMP, FBI - you name it; I've had it - all long before the Patriot Act and its Canadian version were ever foisted on a gullible citizenry!

I have been bombed, my home and business burned to the ground. I was knocked to the ground outside court by Jewish mobs in full view of the media and police, and I battled for my right to speak and write in Canada, Germany, and now the USA as well. So you could say - that as far as the "democratic countries" or the "Western democracies" are concerned, I did help write the book on freedom of speech, freedom of thought, and of freedom of assembly.

You could say like it says in the song, "I did it my way." I once kept track of the readership and listenership, and viewership, of the claimed audiences of all the papers, radio and TV shows I appeared on in one year. It was way in excess of 500 million people, for one year. That was before I had my own radio and TV, and satellite and public access shows.

My wife tells me that the visitor count to the Zundelsite shot up to 1.2 million in the months after my arrest in the U.S. and my deportation to Canada. An average of 2.4 pages were looked at by each visitor, so that's a respectable number in anybody's book.

And yet, I believe that the humble mother who decides to go to the inconvenience and often nerve-straining trouble to homeschool her brood of children accomplishes more in the long run, as does the father who toils in his garden to bring healthful produce to the kitchen table, than all the words that I have uttered!

For the potential outcome and benefit to society of a healthy mind, dwelling in a healthy body, brought about by a healthy, wholesome, organically and lovingly grown and harvested "fuel" - high-octane nourishment - will be like a secret weapon of sanity unleashed against a confused herd of mindless cattle heading for the slaughterhouse.

Thus John, I would beg you, be careful in your blanket condemnation of ALL Americans, or of "America being a nation of liars, bullies, conmen, crooks, mindless robots, jackbooted enforcers, crooked judges, beholden prosecutors and grovelling whores and sellouts in the Congress and Senate."

If anybody has earned the right, or at least could be expected to espouse such unflattering epithets, then I, the marginalized, vilified, handcuffed, leg-ironed, deported German immigrant, could claim for myself the right to lash back, to ease my own pain, and assuage my own psyche.

I try desperately, in the solitude of my unenviable existence, to not allow this "short circuit" of my soul. I do not want my enemies to warp my being by their unconscionable actions against me.

John, I would urge you, one of the most evocative, skilled writers I have read, in this crucial time, do not offend and thus "neutralize" a vast segment, untold millions undoubtedly, by your anger, your hurt, and your disappointment at the failings and shortcomings - and I admit, the criminal behavior - of some, and the silent acquiescence of millions of others in America.

You can, of course, say to me! I am an American, these are Americans, my people, acting in my name, etc.

You can, and obviously do feel an almost holy wrath of Biblical proportions against these unsavoury elements within the American body politic, or American society.

I, the German immigrant, torn from my American citizen wife's side so cruelly, recognize all the signs of decay and decline, even of degeneration, all around us. I am not blind and my heart bleeds for the unfulfilled promise and the unrealized dream America could have been - and I say defiantly - STILL CAN BE - if we, all of us who are alert, WILL IT TO BE, and make it come about, by our individual actions, our rededication to the core values - good, solid, honest, eternal values of honesty, hard work, self-reliance, foresight, frugality, discernment, and common sense.

John, you said it yourself, millions of Americans took to the streets to protest a war - before it happened - these millions of Americans of all races, nationalities and ages. And I saw lots of young people at those demonstrations, John, they saw through the lies, the concocted intelligence reports, they had more sense and more guts and more idealism, and yes John, they were motivated by a new kind of mature patriotism, that was not silenced by any amount of government's invoking the flag and phony claims of national security, repeated like mantras by the kept corporate media.

Millions saw through it.

That, John, is your and our constituency.

Imagine how these many millions of dedicated, hard-working, overtaxed, and constantly lied to and emotionally blackmailed decent people must feel when someone calls all of American in fact evil - that includes them, John.

It's a gross oversimplification, and insult to the untold millions who are as yet voiceless, because an "oligarchy of evil" batters on them.

They are hapless victims, waiting, chafing at the bit, to be liberated from their myriad oppressors.

The way I see it, John, as an outsidfer, now cooped up in a 6x9, solitary confinement jail cell, where the lights are on day and night, guards come to write down all my actions, movements, every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day. Where I get 10 minutes of fresh air, by myself, in a concreted-over totally enclosed prison yard, where no one speaks to me for days, some times weeks, where all visits and phone calls have to be pre-approved.

The way I see it is not to let our anger and frustration get the better of us, but instead, carefully separate the perpetrators from the victims, then coalesce the energies of the victims, one step at a time, against their tormentors and victimizers, by showing them and explaining to them, who their enemies are, where they hide, what methods the oppressors use to enslave them, from credit cards to installment payments, to "easy home mortgages," etc.

Then educate them, how Aspartame and other chemicals in their food and drinks are used to control them, to dumb them down, to make them more easily manipulated - and once you have alerted them to the problems, given them some simple slutions - like you did when you said we should grow our own food. You can't do that in cities, so given them an interim solution what they can eat, simple wholesome non-junkfood diets.

Explain to them that they can rent garden plots, it was done in two World Wars " well, John, we are at war, the war for the heart and soul of America and the whole Western world is now raging.

I say the enemies of mankind declared it - now it's up to us, each one of us, one step and one neighbor and in your case, one reader at a time, to take America back from the brink.

Legalizing pot is not the answer, John - that's largely how the 1960s revolution was channeled into nothingness - turn on and tune out was what they did - victims of those same corrupt servants of the military-industrial complex and media complex.

Each one of us has the power in their heads, their hearts and their individual families to issue to themselves their very own declaration of "Food and Lifestyle Independence."

Good food will lead to sound thinking, solid health, mental and spiritual independence - and America and the West will be saved.

Ernst Zundel, Pontius Pilate, Jesus Christ -
An Analogy For Good Friday Meditation By Dr. Robert H. Countess, PhD 4-20-3

According to the New Testament documents, Passover Week Friday was the day Jesus was crucified as 1) a simple Roman execution; 2) a hate crime and show trial by evil Jewish leaders - but not the masses; and 3) a theological event of universal soteriological significance in the plan of God for redemption.

However, the events of the night prior must be considered in order to gain valuable perspective.

After Jesus celebrated the Passover meal in the Upper Room and Judas the Treasurer had departed for his opportunistic Thirty Pieces of Silver [a large sum then], the group walked to the Garden of Gethsemane [perhaps as beautiful as Hatcher Mountain] where Jesus prayed and the disciples all fell asleep. Then Judas came leading a group of armed soldiery and policemen large enough perhaps to frighten a Saddam Hussein. [One might recall the five officers who came to arrest the pacifist Ernst Zundel on February 5th, 2003 armed and one even with a flak vest.] Judas came forward and placed his evil kiss on Jesus' cheek and the personal betrayal for Geld was done.

We read that the red-haired [Catholic "first Pope"] fisherman Peter pulled a sword and attacked the High Priest's bond slave Malchus [John 18:10] but was so poorly trained in violent combat that he only cut off the right ear - which Jesus healed on the spot [Luke 22:51]. At this point, the Disciples fled for their lives. The High Priest's vigilantes then bound Jesus [leg irons?] and led him to the rich Palace of Annas, father-in-law to High Priest Caiaphas. Annas had been High Priest but he had still the enormous influence of the office without now occupying it; plus he "contributed", shall we say, large sums of money to "friends" in the Roman government of Jerusalem. Power, money, influence, and family members in high government circles? What a more proper first stop for this threat to national security, Jesus, than Annas' place of residence and business?

Immense capital flowed from the Temple precincts into Annas' coffers. Little wonder that Jesus was so hated for His onslaught [see John 2:13f] into these for-profit chambers, upturning tables and scattering the Jewish filthy lucre and rope whipping the money changers who, Jesus was convinced, had turned Jehovah's house into "a den of thieves"!

The Roman soldiers had their orders to take Jesus to Annas' place, no doubt having gotten some shekels to grease the path. The often whispered "Jewish Power" by timid Gentiles of our own day is nothing new, it seems, since the hated and pagan Romans themselves yielded to Jewish Power and, of course, as always, money in sufficient quantities to make it all seem appropriate.

High Priest Caiaphas was already His implacable enemy but now became His accuser and judge. Around Caiaphas were--like those around Saddam--large numbers in his service, fearful to cross him lest they experience some "difficulty" in life and employment. There's nothing like the corrupt use of power by corrupt religious leaders!

A hastily gathered ad hoc meeting of Priests and Elders, Sanhedrinists, Lawyers, and Scribes appeared that pre-Passover evening. A regular meeting of this "Supreme Court" would never have been held on Passover or Passover Eve itself, but so great a threat to the vested interests of Jewry did Jesus appear to be that they came and stayed to effect their "Privat-mord" as one scholar put it in his Geschichte des Judenthums [19th century]. This "private murder" was not the routine result of a normally held Great Sanhedrin and its full 71 members for whom the hated Romans allowed full authority over religious matters except capital punishment itself - left only to the Roman Governor Pontius Pilate. And since Jesus basically refused to offer a defense for Himself - since He came to die as Messiah - the gathered authorities resorted to distortion of His message and then, in the end, to lying and bribed [oh the power of money over conscience to many people!] false witnesses who gave their "eyewitness" testimonies which largely contradicted each other. Jews are not alone among two-legged sentient air-suckers [my term for homo sapiens] in giving false, alleged "eyewitness" testimony, but they may well be unique in being the most successful as an identifiable group in employing it in the past and--since World War Two - now in the present in so-called "testi-lying" on behalf of the Holocaust Industry.

Perhaps the Great Sanhedrin chief prosecutor even insisted upon "judicial notice" that Jesus had committed all sorts of felonies that made him a threat to national security? Why not? May be that Nuremberg jurisprudence had ample precedent for its own nefarious methods to convict and condemn in 1945-6.

The final "evidence" to support judicial condemnation came, however, when Jesus finally spoke to High Priest Caiaphas and admitted to being "the Christ, the Son of God" [Matthew 26:63-4]. We read that Caiaphas tore his outer robe as a display of hearing blasphemy [vs. 65], announcing with a loud voice that the trouble maker was obviously worthy of death. At this, the standers-by began to spit in Jesus' face and to beat Him and taunt Him with commands to engage in fortune telling such as "Who hit you?"

Of major interest for this present essay is Matthew 27:15f. The text states that there was a tradition associated with the Passover wherein Governor Pontius Pilate would allow the crowd to select the release of a prisoner scheduled for execution. Now, if the Sanhedrinist authorities could redirect the crowd's general empathy for Jesus away from Jesus and toward the felon and real national security threat, Bar-Abbas [Hebrew & Aramaic "son of the father"], then they could succeed in having the hated Roman Governor himself execute Jesus and they could blame - that is, relieve themselves of personal and legal responsibility - Pilate for the execution.

To this end, the priestly agitators shouted out to Pilate, "Release Bar-Abbas!" Perhaps some "walking around" money flowed to certain loud-voiced men in the crowd to shout louder and incessantly, "Release to us Bar-Abbas!" In due time - how long, the text does not say - Pilate gave in to the masses' clamor for the release of a real felon and in his place the crucifixion of the preacher of love and peace, Jesus the Messiah. How pleased the Sanhedrinists must have felt if, as they might have thought: "We finally are about to be rid of this pest, this bacillus, and we can thank the crowd and Governor Pilate for doing the dirty work." [I have found in Talmud study that Talmudic Jews routinely seek not to obey the law of God in the Torah, but rather to circumnavigate around the law after the experts have diluted it or complicated it or nullified it with countless inferential and/or implied details so burdensome that a sane person would conclude: Who cares? What is the purpose after all? God is not the goal, but human striving for self-recognition. Can anyone actually obey what the Talmudists have created and now call Halachoth?

Finally, we come to the analogy of Ernst Zundel in his solitary confinement in the Niagara Falls, Ontario detention center.

If the evil movers and shakers and string pullers behind Ernst's continued imprisonment with no granting of bail in sight - the Canadian Jewish Congress and its brother organizations there and the Anti-Defamation League in the USA - had been given Pilate's choice on Good Friday 2003, I believe they would have behaved with the same insane reasoning and emotion of the rabble in Pilate's presence.

Let us say that "Pilate" in 2003 would have offered the felon Irv Rubin [former Jewish Defense League Director] to the crowd, a notorious criminal and street bully and firebomber extraordinaire, I believe the CJC would bribe the masses to shout for the release of Irv and to "crucify" Ernst Zundel.

If our contemporary "Pilate" were to offer one of several Jewish hatemongers such as Elie Wiesel or Abe Foxman or Edgar Bronfman to the babbling, gaggling, cackling crowd of circumcised and uncircumcised riffraff, the flotsam and jetsam of big city Toronto in place of Ernst Zundel, I believe the CJC and its supporters would immediately raise shouts of "Release to us Elie or Abe or Edgar and Crucify Ernst!"

I have met Elie Wiesel. I have met Irv Rubin. Believe me, Ernst Zundel is no Elie Wiesel. Ernst Zundel is no Irv Rubin. Ernst holds strong opinions about history and society and life and Zionism and Freemasonry, but he promotes no hatred for those who disagree with him.

The CJC is unified in its hatred of Ernst Zundel. The CJC is unified in its hatred of Jesus Christ. The CJC is unified in its irrational support for Jewish Supremacy and the State of Israel and the ethnic-cleansing of the Semito-Palestinians [my term]. The CJC is unified in opposing bail for Ernst Zundel at any price and at any time. The CJC fears Ernst Zundel, but not because he has a gun in his hand, but rather a pencil stub and continues to write and promote the open discussion of the Holocaust Industry's Holo-hoax upon Germans and all Gentiles and upon ignorant Jews themselves.

The CJC is right to fear Ernst Zundel's stubby pencil and is right to fear his wife's Zundelsite and is right to fear the Internet in general, since - as Germar Rudolf put it - "Internet macht frei!"

Makow - The Other Side of Holocaust Denial Freedom As Hate Crime

Although I am the grandson of Holocaust victims, I am embarrassed by some Jewish organizations that want to make the Jewish Holocaust the defining event of World War Two.

This is seen in the boom in Holocaust Studies Programs, Holocaust Museums and Hollywood movies like "The Pianist."

Canadian Media mogul Izzy Asper is behind a new $200 million dollar "Holocaust and Human Rights Museum" in Winnipeg. The very title equates Jewish persecution with all "human rights."

The Second World War was a human calamity. Over 55 million people died. Why focus on the Jewish experience? This is the cause of anti Semitism in the first place. Jewish power brokers are perpetuating a vicious cycle.

I am also troubled by the attempt to classify people like Ernst Zundel as a "hate criminal." Zundel's website claims only one million Jews were murdered, there were no gas chambers, and Hitler didn't intend genocide. Zundel's claims are repugnant, but he has a right to be wrong. Society needs people who dispute the historical record. One may be right. If spreading false information is a crime, shouldn't we also lock up Tom Brokaw?

Canada has locked up Ernst Zundel. According to his wife, he is being mistreated in prison. He risks deportation as a "security risk." Bernie Farber of the Canadian Jewish Congress concedes Zundel doesn't "actually wield the stick" but "provides oxygen" to extremists. That definition would curb everyone's freedom of speech.

When questioning the truth becomes "hate", we have entered the1984 era of thought crime. Don't kid yourself. This is the slippery slope to tyranny and Jewish organizations are partly to blame. We must stand up in defiance.

The charge of hate is used selectively to disarm legitimate opposition. The definition of "hatred" is very selective. For example lesbians spew hatred of men but they are never arrested. Feminists teach impressionable girls that all males are potentially violent sexual predators. That's OK. Canadian MP Svend Robinson wants to make "gay bashing" a hate crime. He isn't talking about violence against gays, which is a genuine crime. He would prevent society from defending itself from activists who teach children heterosexuality is not natural but homosexuality is.

"Hate" is a bogus charge anyway. Many so-called "Anti Semites" have written me and most are not hateful or racist in the least. They are trying to defend their legitimate interests from a real and insidious attack. The arch anti-Semite Henry Ford, author of "The International Jew" (http://www.jrbooksonline.com/Intl_Jew_full_version/ijtoc_.htm) employed thousands of Jews in his factories. He worked closely with a Jew, Mme. Rosika Schwimmer on his Peace Ship Crusade. Ford's Jewish architect Albert Kahn designed hundreds of buildings for him.

Jewish powerbrokers use anti Semitism to disarm opposition to their political agenda. The promotion of the Jewish Holocaust maintains the Jews' status as the world's premier "victims." This gives them immunity from criticism. It makes people feel more favourable to Jews and more willing to accede to their direction and influence. (The same strategy is used with homosexuals and feminists, the other out-groups used by the elite to subvert society.)

The Holocaust is also a defining event for Jews. Jewish power brokers use victim status to manipulate Jews and extract donations. Victimhood turns Jews into moral zombies. For most of my life I didn't give two cents for the right of Palestinians to their homes. "We suffered, we deserve a homeland," the logic goes.

The Holocaust also serves their New World Order agenda. It is a constant reminder of the pitfalls of nationalism or racial consciousness, two things the financial elite is trying to bury, with the exception of Israel.

"ALSO RAN" HOLOCAUSTS

To maintain victim priority, it's necessary for the Jewish establishment to practise "holocaust denial" when it comes to other people.

In his book "Crimes and Mercies" (1997) James Bacque describes how he confronted New York Times reporter Drew Middleton with evidence that after the war the US starved to death over one million German POWs. "What Middleton told me basically was that, yes, he had lied in 1945 and no, it did not matter to him or the New York Times if I exposed this." (183)

"Middleton's sense of security, his sense of the New York Times' power, took my breath away," Bacque writes. "But worse than that, Middleton did not care about this atrocity... the New York Times witnessed it, then denied that it happened. And has gone on denying it into the 1990's." (184)

Bacque estimates that during the Allied Occupation (1946-1950) an additional eight to twelve million Germans were deliberately starved to death. The war did not end in 1945. For five additional years, Germany was subjected "physical and psychic trauma unparalleled in history." (93)

Red Army soldiers raped up to two million German women during the last six months of the Second World War, around 100,000 of them in Berlin. They also raped Russian women released from German labour camps. We live in a feminist era. Have you seen any movies about these women?

At Potsdam, the Allies ratified the 1939 Soviet-Nazi Pact that gave USSR half of Poland. Poland was compensated with the eastern quarter of Germany, in effect another gift to the Russian empire. This required the expulsion of about 12 million Germans, the largest forced migration in history.

Jews were prominent in the Polish Communist regime. In a stunning role reversal, Jewish policemen ordered Germans out of their homes and into cattle cars. In his book, "An Eye for An Eye" Jewish writer John Sack relates that about 1.5 million of these Germans died in the removal. He quotes a German woman from Gleiwitz: "What happened to the Jews was sad. But there was another Holocaust too." (138)

According to Sacks, Jewish Communists extracted another cruel revenge. They filled 1250 Nazi concentration and labour camps and brutally tortured and murdered tens of thousands of Germans. (101 ff.) Have you seen a movie where concentration camp guards and commandants were Jews? Since 1948, the American Jewish Committee and the Anti Defamation League have censored all Hollywood scripts involving Jews. Since these bodies are extensions of Jewish finance, what other topics have they censored? (Gabler, An Empire of the Own: How Jews Invented Hollywood 1988,p.303)

In his book, "Victims of Yalta", Nicholai Tolstoy documents "Operation Keelhaul," the Allies' forced repatriation of two million Russians who were German slave labourers, prisoners of wars, or soldiers. These people were sent to the Gulag and liquidated. Where is the museum dedicated to them?

The mass media is unusually coy when it comes to reporting Communist atrocities. Nine million people died in the Russian Civil War (1917-1922). The Communists targeted czarists and Christians in particular. Stalin's purges and famines accounted for 20 million more deaths. In China, Mao ZeDong is blamed for a similar number. In "The Holocaust Industry" (2000) Norman Finkelstein describes how Israel helped its ally Turkey deny the massacre of one million Armenians in 1915. "Acting at Israel's behest, the US Holocaust Council practically eliminated mention of the Armenians in the Washington Holocaust Memorial Museum, and Jewish lobbyists in Congress blocked a day of remembrance for the Armenian genocide." (p.69)

CONCLUSION

Jewish organizations dishonour Holocaust victims by using them for political purposes. It is tasteless to cast Jews as the world's premier victims. Humanity is one family and no genocide is more important than another.

To use "hate" to disarm opposition to the Zionist agenda is also repugnant. It leads to tyranny and more anti Semitism.

For Ernst Zundel to deny or understate the Jewish Holocaust is grotesque. But it is not a crime. In these questions, only the truth matters. Let the truth speak for itself. Let the truth judge Zundel.

Let me close with an anecdote. In 1961 when I was 11, my family was travelling in Germany. We stopped at tavern-restaurant where some workmen were having a loud conversation. They looked at us (a young couple with three children) and said, "We'd better shut up. There may be Jews present."

My family felt threatened. We ate and quickly left. But I realise now those workmen might have been afraid of us. Germany had just endured a gruelling occupation.

Hate is born out of fear. Let us expose the forces that make us fear each other for no reason.

Dear Jeff,

Please pardon my naivete, but I always thought that Canada was the place people ran TO for freedom. Be it runaway Slaves, alcohol Prohibitionees, draft evaders, marijuana Prohibitionees, they all set their sights on Canada. So how in such a place can a man be arrested and treated harshly because he writes things on a website that disagree with generally accepted knowledge? I haven't read Mr. Zundel's website and can't judge it objectively, but if he truly believes that only one million Jews were murdered (only?!), that there were no gas chambers, and Hitler didn't intend genocide, then I would conjecture that he's not drunk deep enough from the Pierian Spring. And in this regard he would benefit by enlightenment, not arrest. I simply do not understand this newvo mentality so common nowadays that wants to arrest everyone as the first response to everything

I consider this a garbled account about the Third Reich's best-kept secret weapons research and development: Circular flying craft, commonly called UFOs. The article gives one an insight into the state of the mind of at least a segment of the Russian reading public, when one sees newspaper stories of this type, which mix pure speculation, propaganda tales of World War II and weird, far-fetched occult themes with the serious side of cutting edge technology. There is also the usual misspelling of names, incomplete titles etc., and one wonders what original sources the authors consulted for this rather incredible tale.

Nonetheless, the goofy essay merits comment.

I believe I can claim at least some familiarity with the UFO topic, having authored and published some small booklets on Nazi UFOs in the late '60s and early '70s - before I was forced by Germany's enemies to tackle the hoary and fraudulent "Holocaust" claims , which put an end to my youthful fascination and explorations of the esoteric. This political derailing of my life caused me to become a serious activist and made me dedicate my life to the clearing of my people's and country's reputation by debunking an untrue accusation. Had my enemies left me alone, who knows what flights of fancy might I have endulged in instead? :)

Seriously: I personally corresponded with and interviewed some of the German UFO researchers in the 1960s still alive then, including Rudolf Lusar, post-war Germany's most famous author on German secret weapons in World War II. Nobody ever told me about a secret project code-named "Base 211", although some, who were aircraft engineers - one attached to Hermann Goering's Reichs-Luftfahrtministerium, was personally present when one of those circular crafts, being tethered to a concrete floor of a large aircraft hangar and propulsion-tested in Wiener Neustadt, Austria, broke its moorings and shot through the ceiling, damaging it and the aircraft severely. I can say with certainty that advanced research, production and flight testing were definitely going on during World War II of these circular flying craft, some which could reach incredible heights very quickly and obtain high speeds in horizontal flight - well in excess of the speed of sound.

Some of the sanest descriptions of German secret weapons can be found in the bestselling books of Lusar, who was an aircraft engineer and whose books went through several printings in the 1950s and 1960s. The German title was "Deutsche Geheimwaffen des II. Weltkrieges und ihre Weiterentwicklung." (German Secret Weapons And Their Continuing Development) At least one English translation was published in London at the time.

In a similar vein, the American Air Force's Air Technical Intelligence Chief, a general named Simon, published a hardcover book about Nazi Secret Weapons he and his team had inspected and tested in the 1960s with a small publishing house called WE Inc., based in Connecticut. It is full of astonishing photos and rich in technical details. When I spoke to the publisher, who had ordered some of the UFO books published by me, he said: "Very interesting, Zündel, but you have only scratched the surface!"

One more very interesting source was a mass-circulation book published in England and America, titled "Intercept But Don't Shoot!" by Renato Vesco, who is alleged to have been Benito Mussolini's Air Technical Intelligence Chief during World War II. Vesco lists an incredible number of sources, among them whole sets of declassified British intelligence and engineering assessments of German research projects, including weird alloys, completely new metals and Rube Goldberg-like contraptions, all tried and tested by the Germans. In the 1970s, it was obtainable from the Queen's Printer in London.

As to German Antarctic explorations - there was at least one publicly known German Antarctic expedition undertaken by the Third Reich in 1938 before the war broke out. The documentation is replete with lots of maps, flying courses, black-and-white photographs and even a color photo section. The title is "Die deutsche antarktische Expedition 1938", published by the Safari Verlag. The book itself is long out of print - at least since 1945. However, the negatives of the aereal photos taken by the expedition and some newsreel film footage survived World War II and can be seen at Hamburg's famous Hydrographic Institute.

The serious British publisher, W.R.D. McLaughlin, published a book after the war called German Antarctic Raiders, which is about German naval activity in the Antarctic in World War II.

In the 1970s, a film documentary appeared about the German Antarctica expedition on prime time German TV, which included filmed interviews of some of the actual participants of that expedition. This expedition team surveyed and mapped large areas and took soil, water and ice samples. It charted the antarctic waters and air currents. It left behind hundreds of Swastika flags driven into the antarctic snow and more hundreds of flags air-dropped to lay proper explorers' rights of possession to that terrain. All of this is documented in the above mentioned book. This expedition claimed officially for Germany a clearly defined geographic area of the Antarctic Continent and named warm water lakes and mountain ranges they discovered you can read about and find on any map put out by the National Geographic Society, for instance. This claim is presently recorded in the Antarctica Gazetteer No. 14, available from the United States Board on Geographic Names. There even exists a German Antarctic Foundation which, through its various chapters around the world, keeps alive Germany's rightful claim to the area, known as Neu-Schwabenland - and trust me, I had nothing to do with the selection of that name, even though I am a proud, full-blooded Swabian. I was born in 1939!

Thus, Germany is far larger than the chopped-up, politically truncated, demonically maligned little piece of real estate in the very heart of Europe the Allies left behind after their defeat of Hitler. Germany's Antarctic claim, never challenged, is three times the size of pre-World War II Germany. Many of its highest, Alp-like mountains as well as lakes and glaciers are named after those wicked Nazi crew and expedition members. Horrors!

In the 1990s I interviewed an American publisher and author from Florida who publishes a magazine, called Sharkhunters, devoted largely to WWII submarines with lots of famous U-Boat aces as contributors. He told a fascinating story, which I broadcast on my satellite show, The Voice of Freedom. He claims that he had, indeed, come across maps and photographs of German Antarctic bases in World War II in the Chilean and Argentinian naval archives, one based in Tierra del Fuego, accommodating approximately 8,000 men.

One Japanese national TV program invited me to Princeton University in the middle 1990s where I was interviewed for hours and where some of my unpublished material was filmed. This television program was then enhanced with computer-generated, brilliantly done Nazi flying saucers, being shielded by icebergs at first, gracefully rising out from Antarctic ocean bases and glaciers. They are some sight to see - what with the Swastika strikingly adorning these incredibly maneuverable, exotic flying craft wobbling out of the choppy, iceberg-strewn ocean, shaking off pieces of ice and trailing cascading water, as they elegantly zoom away at very high speed!

There is immense worldwide interest in this alleged German Antarctic UFO activity, borne out by the fact that large-circulation Japanese newspapers, magazines and TV programs devote a lot of space, money and time to this story. One even came to interview me in Toronto and ended up hiring one of my own "Zundel-Haus Lieutenants", a volunteer who helped around the office, but who had lived in Argentina many years and spoke several languages. This man had personal knowledge of the people and places involved. That expedition is as well a fascinating one - but too long to recount here. Perhaps another time!

Even im America, the topic is a sizzling one. Right after World War II, Col. Byrd, the famous American Arctic Explorer, was sent to Antarctica by President Truman in 1947 with a military task force, equipped with the latest military hardware including air craft carriers, submarines, helicopters, even tanks. What was he looking for - in, of all places, Antarctica? There are all kinds of articles, serious and otherwise, suggesting that he was sent to smoke out Hitler's last stronghold there. National Geographic Magazine covered that Task Force in over 40 pages of photographs and texts in 1947.

When I was younger than I am today and learned about all these things in the 1970s, I tried to raise public awareness with my little easy-to-read books, which turned quickly into controversial bestsellers, going through numerous printings before I myself pulled the plug on the "Secret Nazi UFO Project" by not reprinting and not writing new material on this topic. My Jewish detractors made me change course, but I want to touch briefly on a widely misreported story of my UFO exploits. It had to do with my last UFO project, a planned Antarctic overflight via a leased, extra-large, fuel tank equipped, long range Boeing 747 from South African Airways.

For political reasons, this airline had to fly non-stop from Europe to South Africa, not being allowed to land and refuel anywhere in Black Africa at the time, courtesy of apartheid. I had a lead on the plane and had tentatively found a crew of Australian and New Zealanders with 747 flying skills and training and also Antarctic overflight experience. The idea itself was a bit of a publicity lark - we were going to toast each other with champagne over the South Pole and drop a Hitler flag onto some glaciers from the plane to send a greeting to whoever might have been holed up down below. It caused lots of media interest. I had already close to ten media and TV programs lined up whose executives had pledged the $9,999.- fee to send their staff writers and photographers along - to see for themselves what was down there!

I was young, rich and adventurous then - and we were all roaring to go. I had lots of fun and did up to three and four talk shows a week on that "Nazi-Antarctic-UFO-Find-the Führer's Bases" story and sold lots of UFO booklets to boot - when tragedy struck! An Air New Zealand passenger plane crashed into Mt. Erebus, killing all passengers and crew members. The subsequent, painstaking investigation came to no firm conclusions on why the plane crashed. The United Nations, in conjunction with the Big Powers - Russia, America, England etc. - got involved and declared the Antarctic Continent off limits to all civilian overflights.

Coincidence? It put an end to the Zundel UFO Adventure for good.

The last person to raise my "UFO past" and grill me intensely on it was the famous Mike Wallace of "Sixty Minutes" in the 1990s. Wallace seemed to be fascinated and not a little freaked out by the topic. What does he have to fear?

In the summer of 2000, Ingrid Rimland, my new wife, and I visited the famous, much-visited Roswell, New Mexico UFO Museum. Many will recall that a UFO allegedly crashed there in 1947 only two years after World War II - with little "aliens" on board etc. etc. While there, I bought a nicely produced hardcover book by U.S. Col. Philip J. Corso, (Ret.), who worked deep within the Pentagon hierarchy on a secret UFO Project in the 1950s-60s. On the dust jacket it says this: "...With unprecedented detail, Corso divulges how he spearheaded the (U.S.) Army's reverse engineering project that seeded Alien technology at American companies such as IBM, Hughes Aircraft, Bell Labs and Dow Corning."

We toured the museum for several hours and talked with employees and tour guides there, and what do you know? Nicely protected by glass I spotted some diaramas - life-like models reduced to scale: "Nazi Saucers", Swastikas, Balkenkreuze, Luftwaffe insignias and all - being refueled by tankers on the ground with Luftwaffe - and SS-uniformed and armed German soldiers guarding the "Nazi UFO base." I thought I could not trust my eyes!

Allow me this thought as a German who has refused throughout a lifetime to make myself a slave to the Pavlovian Reflex and kick a long-dead Adolf Hitler in the shin:

The Americans captured and shipped thousands of German rocket, aircraft and other weapons specialists to the US immediately after World War II to "seed" exactly the same projects that Col. Corso described as their advanced weapons research. While in Roswell, Ingrid and I also went to the American rocket pioneer Stoddard's workshop/museum and looked at the tools and scientific gear displayed there - a shockingly primitively equipped place, compared to what Wernher von Braun had had to work with Hitler's test facilities at Peenemünde at the end of World War II. On that hot summer afternoon I wondered to myself if what had really crashed in Roswell might not have been one of the German Flying Saucers, keeping an eye on what the competition was up to at Mr. Stoddard's lab and test site - and that the "little green men" story was a false road flare, planted by US authorities at the time!

Why so? Would it not have been painfully embarrassing to admit to the American and world public that "... here we were, having clubbed the Germans to a pulp in massive bombing raids, monkeying around at Mr. Stoddard's lab and other places with that outdated, old-fashioned, glorified fire cracker rocketry the departing Hitler regime left behind, along with Wernher von Braun - while a still-undefeated bunch of high-tech Nazis are hot-rodding it around the globe and maybe even through the universe, snugly ensconced in their never-captured, Antarctic based UFOs?"

A man can speculate, can't he? After all, this is America, isn't it? And red-blooded Americans don't fear - or do they? - that they will faint or turn into some frogs if they discover that a real live "Nazi" called Ernst Zundel - according to the ADL, the JDL, the Wiesenthalers and other some such outfits that specialize in smears - turned out to be a human being after all who has just given them a publicly little-known piece of his mind.

Makow - Complacent Canadians Forfeit Their Freedom 'Terrorism' Ploy to Create Police State

Canada took a step closer to tyranny Thursday when a lawyer who defends suspected "terrorists" received a death threat from a Canadian government agency.

Rocco Galati referred to the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) but seemed afraid to make the accusation outright.

"I'm on the verge of tears because it means we now live in Colombia, because the rule of law is meaningless, " Galati told a news conference Dec. 4.

If this is happening in Canada, you can bet it's happening in the US, UK, Australia and elsewhere.

Galati said that he would no longer represent about a half dozen accused "terrorists." The death threat, left on his answering machine said Galati was a "dead wop" for defending Abdulrahman Khadr, "a punk terrorist."

Galati, 44, a single father, has defended 2000 cases against all levels of government, and has won cases involving CSIS. He said his decision is partly because the RCMP and Toronto Police refused to provide protection.

POLICE STATE OPPONENT

Galati is a courageous critic of Canadian anti-terror legislation, which he calls a legal blue print for a police state.

It uses "terrorism" as a catchall excuse to round up all political opposition. Police can incarcerate anyone for "facilitating terrorism even without any knowledge or intent." They don't have to provide their evidence.

The Canadian Islamic Congress opposed the terrorism legislation, which their lawyer Rocco Galati called "obscene" and "foreign to our law and experience."

In contrast, the Canadian Jewish Congress supported this legislation. Their only reservation was that the words "terrorist" and "terrorism" not apply to labor strikes and protests, even illegal ones. The National Post, owned by the Zionist Canwest Global conglomerate had no coverage of Rocco Galati's charges. Nor did Canwest's Global TV network. Their other papers may have run a wire story, at risk of reprimand.

When a prominent lawyer claims he has received a death threat from CSIS, resigns and says democracy is dead, it is news.

To its credit, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation ran extensive coverage and even replayed the death threat on the air. While prison walls rise around them, Canadians are distracted by the charade of democracy. Both political parties have new leadership: Paul Martin is the new Prime Minister while Stephen Harper will probably lead the new Conservative party.

He refers to a U.S. or Canadian Intelligence Agency -

"Galati, with his lawyer, Paul Slansky, sitting beside him, said he believed the threatening message was from someone involved with a U.S. or Canadian intelligence agency. He added it was the third time he had heard the male voice and that one of his clients disappeared after one of the calls."

Further in the article it states -

The Canadian Security Intelligence Service in Ottawa called Galati's suggestion it could be behind his death threat "absurd."

"The allegation that CSIS had any involvement in the death threat, that's absurd," said CSIS spokeswoman Nicole Currier.

Federal Solicitor General Wayne Easter would say only that: "The RCMP, CSIS, the other services that are involved in security and public safety in this country will protect his rights as they will anyone else."

Currier said CSIS is not the appropriate authority to which Galati should complain, nor is it the place he should seek assistance.

Canadian security expert John Thompson said while he doesn't blame Galati for taking the death threat seriously, he couldn't see a security agency being behind such a move. "

In my opinion it is far more plausible that it was a U.S. Intelligence agency that was responsible for the threat.

The Other Shoe America Built A Prison And Put The World On Death Row

My life is like a cage of pain. Oh, I'm healthy enough for my age, though I eat too much junk and don't exercise enough. I talk to the most brilliant people, caring people, the ones most aghast at the way the world has become a slick cistern of vicious lies, where the truth is what powerful men say it is, and the old values like honor and sacrifice are laughed at by teenage boys boogie boarding in the surf and trying to figure out a way to live their lives without working. In this still warm November sunshine, trudging aimlessly along a pristine beach, amid shorebirds scurrying for their next meal, I feel like I am on Death Row.

Of course, I am embarrassed to say this, with my easy life and available contentment all around me. I am shamed by men like Ernst Zundel, who languishes in his tiny prison cell in Canada, abused by callous guards and corrupt judges, who can speak of the noble nature of mankind and how it is time to organize that urge and rise up against the maniacs who enslave us with their jingoistic doublespeak. How can he, who has so little, see so much freedom, and how can I, who have so much, feel so imprisoned?

Sometimes I imagine I am living the life of the world, and try my darnedest to see where it is going, where things are headed. I haven't seen any dolphins this year, all year. Used to be, last year and before, I'd see them every time I looked out to sea. But red tide's been in all summer. Shouldn't swim in it. Get a sore throat. But usually it doesn't smell like it sometimes does, when it makes you cough. The blight doesn't keep the tourists away. They're happy enough to have escaped the snows of New Jersey. But it miss my dolphins. It's not a good sign.

And I miss other things, too. Yes, of course that girl who lit my life but insisted I was lying. That's probably a lump of coal that will never leave my throat. But I miss my country, too, the one I was taught to believe meant liberty and justice for all. What a joke that was, when you finally get around to reading how George Washington slaughtered Indians in Ohio or American soldiers went around executing peasants in Vietnam without anybody ever hearing about it until 40 years later.

Of course, of course, and about American soldiers murdering innocent families in Iraq. Operation Iraqi Freedom, right? Freedom from life, is what.

I miss my country, the one I was taught I had. I think soon, too, I will miss my planet, given the condition of the fractured ionosphere, the particulated air, the poisoned oceans, and the toxic soil. (A friend put her hands in her garden in a well-heeled Sarasota subdivision recently and came out with chemical burns that took weeks to heel.) This is not to even mention the radioactivity being spread around the planet. You know. It's in the bullets. Oh yes, and also in the sperm of the soldiers who come home in one piece.

In the bright sunshine, dimmed somewhat by those curious chemtrails in the sky, I feel like I am on Death Row. And it's more than the doctrinaire existential dilemma of turning 59. Death from old age would be a comfort to look forward to. It's just that more and more I feel hope is being systematically removed from the world. That a great extermination is about to take place. And, through my inattention to things economic and my willingness to speak about my dreams, I am in the lead phalanx on America's inexorable death march toward Camp Ashcroft.

Others I talk to share my malaise. I hope they have more food in their cupboards than I do. But they, too, will face this moment.

It was compelling to read the other day of the interview in Cigar Aficionado magazine of retired Gen. Tommy Franks saying one more terrorist attack in this country and all Constitutional guarantees will be terminated. It is one of the great satisfactions of my life that ten minutes after the so-called terrorist attacks of 9/11, I exclaimed: "This was an inside job!" It's nice to have been proven right, even though a majority of Americans have yet to catch up with the obvious evidence.

Looking forward to that first Red Alert, where nobody will be allowed to leave their homes, and the military will come around, checking out everybody, house by house, no doubt dragging a few away kicking and screaming. Or, maybe they'll sedate you on the spot.

It was somewhat reassuring today to read a letter from a Wyoming newspaper stating that anybody who would work as hard to prevent an investigation into a crime obviously had something to do with the crime itself. This is a revelation that is slowly dawning on all Americans: that all those people in New York and Washington were murdered, not by Arab terrorists, but by rich businessman and contemptuous bankers, who are all still profiting from the business of mass death.

Yet the realization comes too slow, too late. Not one politician dares even whisper the sentiment. OK, LaRouche.

I am reading increasing signs that the bottom is about to drop out of the American dollar. They're talking bread lines in '04. That will be a great campaign slogan for all those disgusting Democrats who steadfastly refuse to discuss the real issues that are destroying America and the world right before our eyes.

In the meantime, with freedom and the health of the planet precariously hanging in the balance, the needless killing continues: not just in Iraq and Afghanistan, in the Philippines and the Congo ... you know the list " it's long. The needless killing also continues here at home. Did you know that deaths from reactions to properly taken medicines exceeds the totals for auto accidents and cancer? Check out those new designer drug ads on TV and imagine how many extra people they're killing. I love that story about how the death rate goes down when doctors go on strike.

That's the place America has come to, and Americans deserve it, too, because of their sheer, selfish inattention to what has been happening, to what has been done in their names. And as with the extermination of 60 million native Americans that has served as the models for genocides by both Stalin and Sharon, Americans don't really care about who gets killed as long as those sale prices stay low.

It's a sunny day. I feel like I'm on Death Row. I feel like the Earth is on Death Row, and America, George W. Bush in particular, is the executioner.

It feels like the other shoe is about to fall. Will it be an environmental catastrophe, the bursting of the Earth's atmospheric bubble by America's satanic tinkering with the ionosphere, or the collective poison of chloroflourocarbons (or was it fluorochlorocarbons?) denuding our protection from the sun's potentially deadly rays?

Will it be from some designer disease like AIDS or SARS or Ebola suddenly lurching out of control as the American government continues to insist it is tinkering with these poxes only for defensive purposes?

Will it be chemtrails to finally choke the life out of us, or that government-issued bronchitis that everybody seems to have right now? Or will we all die of thirst when all the water supplies are finally privatized and firmly controlled by multinational corporations? Who will make the decision on who will drink and who will not?

Perhaps some new electromagnetic pulse weapon to blow our brains out through our ears in a single, massive moment?

Will we be blown to bits by a suitcase nuke planted by the Mossad and blamed on al-Qaeda? Does everybody know yet that all these explosions all over the world are being carried out by the CIA/Mossad operation known as al-Qaeda? And speaking of that, have you heard anything new out of the official government investigation into 9/11? No, I didn't think so.

Will we be beaten to death, or at least seriously injured like they were on the streets of Miami last week for simply trying to express their First Amendment rights (oops, sorry, we no longer have Constitutional guaranteees) and protest the continuing destruction of the American economy?

Will we be spirited away in the middle of the night for pointing out that all those peasants murdered in Afghanistan and Iraq lost their lives for reasons that were demonstrably untrue? Or that the U.S. government prosecutes poor people for misdemeanors committed trying to stay alive, but doesn't prosecute rich people who kill millions and steal millions? That is truly American justice, and maybe should be codified in the Patriot Act. Hell, maybe it already has been.

Will it be the food that will get us, or the Diet Coke? Or will it be our own children who will kill us, recently arrived back from "police action" in Iraq and joining our local constabulary, and eventually treating their own families just like they did those hapless folks in Iraq?

Or will it be starvation, the worst way of all to go. Many already face this problem; many more are sure to in the next few months when prices rise like they did in Argentina and the money is suddenly worth next to nothing.

The other shoe. It's about to drop. The giant leather sole of a combat boot, about to press down on our very own faces. Be sure and listen carefully when it does, when you see the last light of day snuffed out by the giant jackboot of corporate America smashing down on your face. You will hear "The Star Spangled Banner" playing smartly in the background.

This is what the storied history of America has evolved into. Liberty and justice are gone, and the phrase "under God" is a meaningless campaign slogan to anesthetize churchgoers who refuse to think or listen. America's penchant for building prisons is now a worldwide operation. There is no one to stop it ... except you. What chance do we have? We are all on Death Row.

Except for a certain, chosen few - those who are willing to lie, cheat, steal and kill, and take the money for doing it - we are all Palestinians now.

Mel Gibson's movie "The Passion" set out to be a statement and work-of-art with the simultaneous desire to exhibit the Gospel message in a unique form for film (produced entirely in latin and aramaic languages without subtitles), centered on the affliction of Jesus of Nazareth at the hands of his persecutors some 2000 years ago.

 

The first controversy which stirred about this film was that it would, unlike its predecessors in cinema, 'tell it like it is,' a no-holds-barred bloody spectacle... because that is precisely what happened to Jesus; the vicious prison beatings - his beard plucked from his face, the public lashing with a device designed to shred away flesh down to the bone -- 39 times -- to the crushing ordeal of carrying his cross through the streets while being spat upon, pelted with stones and shards of glass, to the literal nerve-splitting, excruciating crucifixion; that's where the word comes from -- "ex" = out of & "crusia" = the cross. The ordeal of Christ's unjust torture and murder by his conspirators through the agency of the Roman government is intrinsic to the story. Even the Apostle Peter, a Jew, did not hold back in his excoriation of what they had done: "But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you; And killed the Prince of life, whom God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses" (Acts 3:14-15). The history, politics and iconoclastic nature of Jesus' revolutionary message to the Jews is pivotal. Inexpendable. For any one element to be removed, diminishes the whole.

 

In times past cinema and theatre have attempted to deliver the story wrapped in everything from outlandishly wooden performances with crucifixions so romanticized as to be silly (ie, "The Greatest Story Ever Told" with Max Von Sydow) to revoltingly humanistic rapes of the Gospel like the late 70s "Godspell," where Christ is reduced to a superman-clown performing magic tricks to song-n-dance Gospel messages... and no resurrection. Franco Zeffirelli in 1977 attempted a tour de force in his multi-part mini-series for televison, "Jesus of Nazareth," but even it fell short of capturing the true pangs of the horror in the death of Jesus, though it scored very big points for artistry and adhering to most essential Gospel profundities. Later, Martin Scorsese would overshadow the Gospel message almost entirely, yet while creating an unforgettable crucifixion that had people weeping openly in the theatres. The right combination has simply never been accomplished. Gibson's "The Passion" promised to be the 'great white hope'. But once again, forces entangle and overthrow...

 

The next big controversy centered around Gibson's personal motives for making the film, attacks on his personal life, past, even his family began to surface. Out of this the well known stench of Jewish Defense League and ADL mindlessness began to waft through the air. Sure enough, it was eventually revealed the Gibson and company were being intimidated and harassed by Jewish groups in a snit to 'change' his film -- and alter history -- to make Jews more comfortable with their historic role in the death of the man who single handedly changed western civilization forever. The audacity alone is astonishing, but not surprising. Not anymore.

 

Meanwhile, Ernst Zundel, in failing health, rots away in a Canadian jail cell while a confederacy of Orwellian dunces attempt to prosecute him for his 'thoughts,' clearly to make an example of him to anyone who would dare question the accuracy of Holocaust numbers or demand historical veracity.

 

Meanwhile Mordechai Vanunu is spending his 12th year in an Israeli maximum security prison for daring to speak out about Israel's secretive nuclear program in what is hailed by the U.S. as the shining example of 'democracy' for the mid-east.

 

Meanwhile David Icke is being systematically pursued and persecuted by deranged anti-defamation squads and other fascist groups along his lecture and books tours because they believe his speaking of "reptilian" alien beings is code-speak for "Jews" trickled out to a clandestine neo-nazi organization disguised as Icke/UFO/NWO aficionados.

 

Gibson and company have clearly caved in to Jewish influence and demands and "softened" the film, extracting scenes and circumstances which cast Jews in an unfavorable light, be it historically valid or not. Gibson started off as a true firebrand in this endeavor, with a passion for his 'passion' -- for him to be suddenly and skillfully nipped in the bud on this work of art must have more to do with mere money, public relations or civic minded-ness. No, it is clear, considering the atmosphere of our times, something far more disturbing in skullduggery is going on behind the scenes. Someone is likely being threatened with physical harm. There are times when one can just sense that something more is happening beyond the veil, and this is one of them. When people suddenly go coldly silent, when they hack off whole limbs of their statues, rewrite entire plays, find themselves on a blacklist... someone somewhere has been pushed into that corner of suffering extortion on a level no one should have to face. There are those who don't believe such power exists nor is wielded in this world. Those people are simply fools.

 

This is not going to stop. Jewish "defense" organizations and those who sympathize with them are steadily crucifying one person after another, one voice after another, one artwork, author, play, expression, political party, politician or public servant after another on their cross of coerced appeasement. They don't give a damn about the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, freedom of expression, freedom of speech or religion -- they don't give a damn about anyone or anything but themselves, and even THEY don't represent JEWS! They are entirely self-appointed overseers of some nonexistent Jewish mythos that lays claims to everything from holy land to moral absolution on the world stage to justification of racist/Apartheid government to media control over how Jews are treated in an industry their own people, for the most part, seemingly control. These people are in severe denial, history has no meaning to them, truth is of no value whatsoever. The truth be damned, so long as a star chamber of Jews have their way. Gee... is this scenario FAMILIAR or what???

 

They are a tiny group of extremists; powerful, evil, unrelenting social dictators who have discovered that they can trump the game anytime they want with the 'Jew card' and pull everything to a sickening, deafening stop, and silence not only their critics but alter history and art and politics to their own twisted bent. And what's worse, their actions bring about untold persecutions by thickheaded racist morons who are their antithetical equal opposites, bent on persecuting every Jew for what this powerful minority of Jews do in their name.

 

These people and these organizations need to be exposed, defied at every turn and legally destroyed before they utterly dominate every aspect of our lives. These are serious times. There are serious consequences to complacency. It can last just so long before their cries of "anti-semitism" and "nazi" to rouse the ire of the sensitive soon fall on scolded ears who have also felt their unrighteous indignation as they burn everything of truth in their path toward the ultimate victory of complete control. But before it reaches that point, we have to do something about it. Speak up, speak out, sacrifice what is necessary for truth. Gibson needs to. I expected him to. He has failed. He is clearly unwilling to take the cup offered him. We all need to. Or the tentacles of this insidious monster will squeeze and crush out every bit of life and light left in this world.
