I would like to bring to your attention a two-part article, written by Investigative Journalist Charlene Fassa. Part One, was entitled, “What then must we do?” Part Two is entitled “Judi Chase's Amber Alert.”

These two articles uncover a system of child trafficking within our own U.S. foster care system.

I have personally made two written requests to numerous Colorado and Federal Authorities to have a thorough investigation of this case, however, I have yet to receive a single response.

In my letter to Colorado Lt. Governor Jane Norton dated May 24th, 2005, I wrote:. . . “It is easy to rule out allegations such as these by conducting the evaluations recommended by Dr. Linda Steele.

It is quickly approaching 10 years since the twin’s adoptive father, David Chase, who dearly loved his adoptive twins, disappeared, and according to new leads provided to a team of private investigators was kidnapped, held hostage, sexually abused, tortured, and finally murdered, and later dumped into Bear Creek, where his body was found 47 days later.

Private investigators have uncovered extensive evidence documenting the fact that David Chase was murdered to make it easier for this trafficking network to procure legal custody of the twins, and to silence him to prevent him from revealing what he knew about their operations concerning a large child-trafficking/child-pornography network, as stated in the 'Andre' Affidavit.

There is a vital, crucial question raised by this attorney, who stated in the affidavit, “This is of grave concern and indicates the need to investigate whether or not the judicial court process was corrupted in order to insure that foster children could be procured for illicit activities, etc.”

It appears that Public Officials including the FBI are refusing to look at the facts and the evidence.

I have been investigating satanic cults, kiddie-porn, child-prostitution, child-kidnappings, snuff-film operations for more than 2 decades. On numerous occasions, I have seen instance after instance, when a satanic, covert, illegal government rogue criminal enterprise has been involved in these activities and numerous cover-ups. Ms. Chase’s case appears to be a classic example. . ."

However, not only have my two separate written requests been ignored, but additionally written requests made by other professionals and concerned citizens have likewise been ignored. These requests were to: 1)conduct a thorough investigation of the unsolved David Chase homicide case and 2)conduct medical and psychological evaluations of these twins to determine whether or not they have been trafficked or exploited in child pornography and ritual abuse.

I continue to urge all Colorado authorities to provide the results of these critical evaluations so that the safety of not only these twins, but countless other foster children can be ensured.

A synopsis of the Judi Chase story, a chilling expose that uncovers: a Satanic pedophile ring known as "The Fat Cats," pass-through nannies, staged adoptions, illicit baby brokering, murder, "legal" kidnapping, drug dealing, institutional stonewalling and a massive cover-up.

It confirms the sad reality of a burgeoning global human trafficking market based on the heartless, rudimentary economic principles of supply and demand. Based on the revelations of "What Then Must We Do" (Part 1), it is not surprising that the market for children is especially strong. Recall that organized pedophile rings are primarily sponsored by an interlocking, international network of elite institutional and monetary power brokers centered in political, judicial, military, corporate, and intelligence fronts. One of the ways these rings ensure a steady supply of fresh children is via state and or religious sanctioned child care facilities and custodial arrangements such as orphanages, daycare centers, adoption and foster agencies approved by Child Protective Services (CPS), as well as fake adoptions and "straw" nannies. Judi Chase is no stranger to tragedy."What Then Must We Do?" (Part 2) is a synopsis of Judi Chase's heart wrenching, true life story based on email and telephone conversations with Judi and from her recently published autobiography, written in three volumes, entitled "The Portals Memoirs."

At first glance, Judi's story appears to be an isolated, personal tragedy centered around the untimely death of her husband, followed by Judi's failed child custody battle with an ostensibly impartial state sponsored bureaucracy and court enforcement system, who's primary concern was supposed to have been the welfare of the toddlers under Judi's guardianship, the Tanner twins. That was the cover story, which frays and unravels into the real story... the one you're about to read.
 

The Judi Chase story is a close-up, text book example of how too many of 'our' children are being used and abused for perverted sexual pleasure and obscene profits. Right now, thousands upon thousands of hapless children are being tortured, experimented on with drugs, used as drug mules, sexually abused, brutally beaten, and routinely caged like animals in kennels. They have become the private property of those who would "do what they will" to them. This sad and reprehensible scenario reminds me of the British satanic magician, Aleister Crowley, who was an infamous practitioner of "sex magick" also known as "the wickedest man in the world"... and his infamous motto, "Do as thou wilt is the whole of the law." This procurement was taken from the book of the Law which: " ... announced a new age, the Aeon of Horus, with Crowley as its prophet and priest. Crowley believed this new religion would eventually overthrow all other Gods! Evidently the CIA is operating deep in Crowley territory. According to a February 26, 2006 article by Greg Szymanski entitled, "More Than 50,000 Children Used In CIA-Connected Experimentation Programs; Investigative Journalist Has Story Suppressed And Experiences Threats Before Its Eventual Release In Alternative Publication", Christine Hahn won't back down from threats and suppression, as she vows to get out the truth about the Duplessis Orphans." A DISTURBING PATTERN EMERGES...

In her book, "Remember Cynthia Rose," author-investigator Jeanne Sinclair Krause reveals, "The Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA), promoted in 1974 by former presidential candidate, Walter Mondale, and the 1997 Adoptions and Safe Families Act {ASFA), have systemically promoted massively increased abuses within the child ‘care’ system. Mondale’s legislation offers financial incentives for placing children in permanent homes, and bonuses are awarded to States that exceed the previous year’s adoption totals. Out of this cash bonanza came the Child Protective Services as we know it today. Mondale himself expressed concerns that his Act could be misused and lead States to create a ‘business’ in dealing with children. Well, Mr. Mondale, it has.

According to Nev Moore, co-founder of Justice for Families in Massachusetts, some 3000 children are seized from their parents every day in the United States, and only 400 are taken for substantiated acts of abuse or neglect. She claims that the Child Protective Services industry in America is worth $12 billion a year. In Massachusetts, 20 to 25 children are seized every day to uphold the $500 million annual budget, she says. I discovered that adoptions in several states have soared, some by as much as 2,000 per cent, since the 1997 Adoptions and Safe Families Act was signed into law. For example, Louisiana’s Department of Social Services published a report called Adrift in the System that said: “The Office of Community Services submitted its Adoption 2000 Plan to the federal government in May, 1998. This plan calls for an increase in the number of adoptions from 30 per year in 1997, to 616 per year in 2000.”

Jean Sinclair-Krause queries, “ '… Was this a coincidence? Where did all these suddenly adoptable children come from? And how were they being brought into the system? Perhaps there is truth in what some are saying about a tax-supported baby racketeering business going on in local government agencies that exists to destroy families (...) {to enrich} county coffers.' ”

Similar charges have surfaced in England.

ORGANIZED vs UNORGANIZED PEDOPHILES

The Judi Chase story isn't recommended for the faint of heart. It is a stirring and cautionary tale that will take you on a dark journey down the rabbit hole to unimaginable worlds where wealthy, well-connected, but depraved, and mentally twisted people wield their power ruthlessly. Where unimaginable sexual depravity is encouraged, ritualized demonic cruelty for a profit is a speciality, and where crimes against humanity, especially children, are commonplace. it's a bottomless pit of demonic craving coupled with immense greed and shrouded with a veil of narcissistic impunity. It's the realm where ruthless, power hungry souls rule, and where lost souls are reconfigured as soul-less commodities by those higher up on the demonic food chain. I can't help but wonder if children have become just another consumable trophy, a delicacy on the banquet table of the rich and powerful, like Beluga caviar, Dom Perignon, or Godiva chocolates.

That's not to say that poor people are not involved in exploiting children. But when it comes to organized pedophilia, the rich rule. When Noreen Gosch, whose young son Johnny Gosch was kidnapped and forced into an elite/government sponsored MK-ULTRA pedophile ring, was recently asked on a popular internet radio program to explain the difference between organized and unorganized pedophilia, she explained, as I paraphrase... that the lone pedophile is forced by necessity to personally procure their victim, while organized pedophile rings can and do hire others to procure their victims for them.

I want to draw attention to the large numbers of missing and unaccounted-for Foster Children, in states across the nation who are vulnerable to falling prey to the child traffickers. Additionally, the foundation is educating the public about the illicit activities of child trafficking networks. These dangers include, exploitation in child prostitution, being sold over seas for sex slavery and child sex tourism, internet abductions and child pornography, satanic ritual and mind control, illegal black market organ donor trade, fraudulent adoption for illicit activities, and child trafficking."

SYNOPSIS OF THE JUDI CHASE STORY

Judi Amber (Lloyd) Chase is a native of New Zealand. Actually, she was born in Fiji. Her father had been working for the Bank of New Zealand when he was transferred to Fiji in 1952. Several years later, the family returned to New Zealand, where after high school, Judi enrolled in Teacher's College in order to procure a teaching degree. Thus her first career was as a school teacher in New Zealand. Parenthetically Judi initially began working with children as a Sunday School teacher at the ripe old age of 12 years.

Judi was also very involved with the Margaret Barron Musical Theater Company, and performed in shows such as Calamity Jane and Oliver. And there was a budding modeling career. Judi was approached by a local photographer for a modeling assignment with Moontide Swimwear. When the photographer's agency director saw the photos, she immediately signed Judi to be represented by Models Incorporated.

After having succeeded as a school teacher and a model, Judi had a burning desire to travel, so she bought a one way ticket to Paris and began working her way around Europe, with the Transit Travel Company, apprenticing as a Courier for hotel and camping trips. After this, Judi continued traveling on her own, spending considerable time traveling between Greece, Paris and London for several years.

In England, at the urging of a friend, Judi entered a beauty contest and wound up a finalist in the "Miss Piccadilly Princess Beauty Pageant." As fate would have it, Vidal Sasson was one of the judges, and he was extremely impressed with Judi. So impressed, he offered her, on the spot, a position as a spokes model in the promotion department of Vidal Sasson Inc. Shortly thereafter, Judi was not only promoted, but given an extraordinary opportunity to relocate to Sasson headquarters in America, Century City of Los Angeles to be exact. Without hesitation, and under the influence of her innate pioneering spirit, Judi decided to accept the adventure and move to America. Typically, not long after settling into her new digs, she embarked on yet another challenge: an acting career, including, of course, costly yet obligatory acting lessons. Judi enrolled in a night class. Then she picked up an evening, part-time cocktail waitress gig to help her pay for her acting classes. This was in addition to her day job at Vidal Sasson! It paid off. The lessons went so well, Judi was soon selected to participate in Martin Landau's six week "invitation only" master class.

Before long, Judi had gravitated back to her roots and was teaching children again, this time at the Academy of Performing and Visual Arts at UCLA. By all measures it was a cutting edge program created with the help of actors like John Ritter, Jean Stapleton, Sid Ceaser, and many others. It was designed especially for high school students, enabling them to hone their acting skills by working closely with successful actors in the entertainment industry. Additionally, Judi's job description included assisting in the creation of the Academy's pilot drama curriculum.

Judi's talent as an actress, combined with her teaching abilities and her curriculum development skills found new expression when she established "The Amber (her middle name) Children's Theatre Company." She also conducted creative drama workshops under the umbrella of Performing Tree, an arts and education program serving the L.A. Unified School District. Judi directed lots of children's musicals. She also started getting small acting parts of her own- here and there, and began test shooting with many LA photographers to build her modeling portfolio, and her first test shoot was with LA Photographer, Bruce Ayers.

After showing her portfolio to several talent agents, she was signed by Betty Fanning at the prestigious William Morris Agency. This led to job opportunities in print, commercials, music videos, and television. Her first credits included playing Kelly in Target Miss World, a Matt Houston episode, an episode of the Dating Game, playing a Senator’s wife, Carol Earle, on Divorce Court, a dancer on Rick Springfield’s Two Souls Music Video, and landing a recurring role on the daytime soap opera circuit. She played a gangster's girlfriend named Kathy on one of the top soaps at the time, "The Young and the Restless." The pattern is obvious. Creativity and children have always been an important and potent thread in the fabric of Judi's life.

EARTHSAVE FOUNDATION AND JOHN ROBBINS 101

Judi was always eager for new and meaningful challenges. Her growing awareness of the need to preserve and renew our increasingly distressed and degraded environment motivated her to become more active as an environmentalist. That's primarliy why Judi volunteered to be the local chairperson of the L.A. Chapter of John Robbin's National Earthsave Foundation. Judi felt that she could help rekindle Earthsave's global mission by assuming leadership at the local level, thereby infusing a steady dose of enthusiasm and renewed focus into the lagging local L.A. EarthSave group. The catchy activist slogan " Think globally, act locally" perfectly expresses the philosophical and strategic underpinnings of the EarthSave Foundation.

John Robbin's father was one of the founders of the Baskin's-Robbin's ice cream empire. Most impressively, John Robbins, an only son, refused his sizable inheritance, and instead opted to become a passionate crusader for the general upliftment of humanity through improved dietary habits and sustainable environmental practices. Robbin's message was a clarion call for humanity to finally assume the role of compassionate mindful stewards of the planet, as opposed to environmentally destructive egotistical, mindless, Madison Avenue driven consumer drones.

Robbin's summed up his initial research and thoughts in his 1987 best selling, no-holds-bared book: "Diet For A New America." With his well researched book, Robbins was able to persuasively link environmental degradation, unhealthy dietary habits, disease and massive cruelty to animals into a global movement aimed at correcting these ills, via a grassroots effort that ultimately culminated in the EarthSave Foundation. He advocated that his followers switch over to a more plant based diet, not only to improve their personal health, but also to improve the health of the environment we all share, and to put an end to the inhumane, strictly profit motivated, animal torture facilities known as factory farms and slaughter houses.

BROWN EYED GIRL

In 1992 Judi was hosting a gala fundraiser for the Earthsave Foundation. The setting was a romantic, yet trendy white domed home belonging to another EarthSave member called "Les Domes", couched in the hills above Malibu, California. The event was replete with a sumptuous vegetarian feast, an impressive setting with star studded views, live music, with the well known local band, LGB, and dancing. The fundraiser was a smashing success by all accounts.

Just as Judi was about to take a much needed reflective break, since most of the guests had departed, and before she seriously started her post party clean-up duty, she noticed a late arrival peddling his bike towards the entrance of "Les Domes." Within moments a youthful looking, middle-aged man pulled into the driveway on his bicycle. Cycling to Les Domes was quite a feat. Les Domes was situated high-up in the Malibu Hills. Judi was immediately intrigued. How on earth could anyone ride a bike up such steep hills? Obviously this guy was in really good shape!

After casual introductions, Judi apologetically explained to the late arrival cyclist, David Chase, that regrettably the party was pretty much over, and the once ample provisions had dwindled to mostly scraps and crumbs. As a gesture of welcoming her late guest, Judi offered to make him a cup of freshly brewed tea. Exhibiting his dry sense of humor, by playing on Judi's New Zealand accent, David accepted Judi's cup of tea offer with a "sure mate" response. Ironically, David confided to Judi that he had been one of the volunteers who had helped prepare vegetables for Judi's Earthsave event! David didn't seem too disappointed about missing out on the food. Instead, he was curious about "Les Domes" and requested a tour of the facilities. Judi gladly showed him around. Meanwhile, the sound system was still on, and in the background Van Morrison's 1967 hit single "Brown Eyed Girl" wafted throughout Les Domes. Spontaneously, David asked Judi to dance. Judi was thrilled, as this was her first and only dance opportunity the entire evening. And "Brown Eyed Girl" was one of Judi's favorite oldies.

Generously, David offered to help Judi with her post party clean-up. As a reward for his good deed, a departing guest with with a car offered David and his bike a lift home. Bottom line: David had made an indelible impression on Judi. "There was something about this boyish charmer that I liked." In her book, “Portals of Love" Judi mused: " He was fun and unlike anyone I'd ever met before."

JUDI, DAVID AND EARTHSAVE

Judi and David were destined to meet again at future Earthsave meetings. A friendship based on mutual goals, understanding, and shared interests was slowly blossoming between them. At another Earthsave meeting, Judi announced that she was looking for a compatible roommate to help defray her monthly rent expense. David Chase quickly threw his hat into the roommate ring, since his living situation at the time wasn't optimal. Judi suggested David preview her home prior to his making a final decision. David loved the house and made arrangements to move in with Judi immediately. To celebrate and welcome David to his new home, Judi hosted a cozy dinner party inviting close friends and musicians. Everything seemed to magically fall into place.

EARTH SUMMIT: "Earth Day Every Day"

Shortly after David had moved in, Judi received and accepted an invitation from a group called Terra Christa to speak at the Earth Summit as part of the Global Forum in Rio de Janeiro. It was an offer she couldn't refuse, since everything except her airfare would be covered by Terra Christa. The "Rio Earth Summit" was really four separate environmental forums organized under the auspices of the "Rio Earth Summit" umbrella." The United Nations beckoned representatives from all the governments around the world to gather together for the purpose of signing treaties and working towards new international laws that would protect the environment globally.
 

The Global Forum, which Judi had been invited to, included the Non-Governmental Agencies and Citizen Activists from around the world. Judi also attended the Indigenous People's Court and the Wisdom Keeper's Forum, which was comprised of religious leaders, including for example, the Dali Llama and many others from around the world. Judi's boyfriend at the time, Dov who was a talented musician, songwriter and artist, at the last minute decided to join Judi in Rio. Aisha also came along. Aisha a little girl who had sometimes joined Judi and Dov as a singer and dancer at the various children's performances in Los Angeles, flew in by herself for the last week of the conference. Aisha's mother was thrilled with the idea of her attending the Rio event. Judi explained, "Dov, Aisha and I were used to performing at schools. We called ourselves the Planet Players. We used to be known as kind of like pied pipers and we would get everybody together in assemblies singing songs with us about taking care of the earth and animals." (Portals Vol.1)

At the Earth Summit, Rashmi Mayer was hosting a panel of citizen activists from around the world to discuss the inherent dangers of nuclear testing and the horrors of radioactive waste. Judi was straight away asked to speak on this panel as a native New Zealander, which she was. She was proud to point out to the receptive audience that New Zealand is a nuclear free zone -- a great accomplishment for any nation. Additionally, in a separate presentation at the Global Heart Tent, hosted by Terra Christa, Judi acted as a spokesperson for the Earthsave Foundation; she stressed the numerous benefits to be gained both environmentally and individually by simply adhering to a plant based diet.

At the Global Heart Tent a special event was dedicated to the street children of Rio. Many street children responded to the invitation and participated in dancing, singing and joyous laughter. "It was quite magical and a very moving experience for me..."-Judi recalled. The street children in Rio had profoundly transformed Judi's life. Mysteriously, the children had rekindled a sacred flame deep in Judi's heart to help children everywhere live a better life. In "Portal's of Love" Judi described her heart opening experience like this: "...a seed was planted, a seed to take action, to open the eyes of the world to take action. Not just the poor children, the orphaned children, but I was later to find out that many people were going around and gathering up the street children and some were being killed and their organs sold for an underground organ selling operation. I knew that I had to be a voice to the world, to say WAKE UP!!! This is what is happening to the world's children, these are OUR children. What can one person do? That was a thought that continued to haunt me. I must find what I could do." (Portals Vol.1)

On a more mundane note, Rio was a city of sharp contrasts where crushing poverty and ostentatious wealth lived side by side. It was a three- dimensional yin-yang of have-nots and haves. Nevertheless, it was also a romantic and an exotic place. Not surprisingly, Dov and Judi seemed to draw closer together. Judi elaborated, "Hanna Strong, wife of the UN organizer of the Earth Summit, Maurice Strong, invited Judi, Dov, and Aisha to join her and the Wisdom Keepers on a voyage on a sailboat to one of the local islands. It was a truly magical day, with a plethora of colorful parrots, and many genuinely, happy people, where a feast had been laid out on picnic tables by the beach. While Hanna was looking after Aisha that afternoon, Judi and Dov were playfully splashing in the warm, turquoise blue, ocean water, when Dov unexpectedly poped the question, "Judi will you marry me?" Judi was nonplussed and somewhat shocked. Although she and Dov had been together for the past two years, their relationship had been a jerky roller coaster ride, with exhilarating highs followed by steep declines. Judi expressed serious doubts about marriage: "This was the last thing I expected as our relationship over the past two years had been filled with just as many valleys as peaks, and I was not at all sure what the future was to hold for us." Judi responded to Dov's overture, "Dov, I do love you, and I am so touched that you would ask me, but I'm not sure, I don't think you're ready for this." (Portals Vol.1)

Dov had written a song called "Earth Day, Every Day" and he and Judi were invited to perform it as the closing number on Botafoga Beach for the final Concert of the Global Forum. A band of amazing local Brazilian musicians backed up the Planet Players as they performed a set of their songs, as well as many other acts who performed that evening, which drew almost 100,000 people during the course of the evening. Dov added, "It was a full moon and a total eclipse, which helped to symbolize the gathering of the worlds’ representatives to make a stand for a healthy and sustainable future upon planet earth."
 

Ultimately, the trip to Rio was an important turning point in Judi's life.

BACK TO THE FUTURE

Bye-bye Rio de Janeiro. Hello David Chase. After returning to L.A., Dov and Judi started to drift apart emotionally. Dov was spending more time looking for new venues where he could perform his music. Judi and Dov were hanging out together less and less. Judi suspected he may have been dating other women. Although Judi still wanted to continue collaborating musically with Dov, she had decided their romantic involvement was over. Simply put, Judi was ready to settle down and have a family, and she felt strongly that Dov wasn't. Judi made it clear to Dov that their future relationship was to be based on friendship only.

SLEEPING BEAUTY

Meanwhile David and Judi were deepening their friendship with heartfelt chats over steaming cups of tea made with fresh, aromatic peppermint plucked from Judi's garden. They were constantly doing things together, all the while pondering and attempting to connect the dots of meaning behind life's seemingly random events. Not surprisingly, the street children of Rio continued to linger in Judi's mind and tug at her heart. The "Rio Reunion" was to be Judi's new fundraising adventure. She had already determined it was to be held as part of the Whole Life Expo, at the Hilton Airport Hotel. The funds would be earmarked for a children's orphanage.

Around that time, Judi's mother dropped in from New Zealand to visit her. After Judi had explained to her mother that she and Dov were no longer romantically involved, her mother innocently commented on the obvious "what about him?", pointing to David. Judi flippantly dismissed her mother's observation by casually retorting: "Oh, him. Yes, isn't he nice. But he is just my roommate, we get along great. In fact, we're the best of friends." (Portals Vol.1)

On the surface, Judi and David continued to appear as pals. Then one day their relationship as best friends transformed into romance. David's playfulness lead to a passionate kiss that awakened Judi to the realization that David was actually her Prince charming. The fairy tale was consummated when David asked Judi to marry him and Judi accepted.

WELCOME TO PARADISE

A wedding "down under" was mutually agreed upon and slated to be held in Auckland, New Zealand inside a tiny antique-like 19th century church situated in a bucolic setting. Judi painted this picture, "The place we had picked out was a quaint little 19th century historical village in Howick, which had a sweet little church and a lake with ducks and cottages, which were all perfectly preserved from the past." (Portals Vol.1)

TWO HONEYMOONS

The first honeymoon was spent in a cottage on one of Judi's favorite spots, Piha beach. But the official or second honeymoon would be in Hawaii. David and Judi were both 40 years old. Judi had been briefly married once before, and the dissolution was a friendly one. However, this was to be David's first and only marriage. A late bloomers dream come true wedding was in the making. Judi left for New Zealand a week early, to visit with family and old friends as well as to help with wedding preparations. Judi even designed and sewed her wedding dress, as well as David's wedding attire. Unfortunately, David was unable to join Judi until later due to work constraints.

PARADISE CONTINUES

Next stop Maui. Now for the best wedding present ever. In Maui Judi found out she was pregnant. David and Judi had been trying for several months to get pregnant without success. That's when they discovered, through testing, that David was sterile. He determined that the culprit was a probably an Xray that had been taken several years back without proper protection,when he had a long term stay in a hospital after a serious accident. To solve the problem, Judi and David resorted to artificial insemination, and it worked! It was in Maui, amongst lush tropical foliage, aromatic flowers, and pristine waterfalls, reminiscent of the classic 50's American musical, South Pacific, that Judi and David chose the name Sage for their new baby.

When Judi and David returned to L.A., they decided to hold another Wedding ceremony at Les Domes, where they had first met, so their friends could join in the celebration too. Ceremonial symmetry had been achieved with two weddings and two honeymoons.

Shortly after David and Judi had settled back into their familiar routine in Los Angeles, their landlord suddenly decided to sell their Agoura Hill's house. They were forced to quickly search around and find a new place to live. Luckily, through a contact at the Whole Life Expo where Judi was working, she found what appeared to be an ideal apartment for her and David, in Topanga Canyon.
Judi's dogs Shimone and Merindi took to the place immediately. The apartment was snuggled up against a soothing, meandering creek. The move was uneventful, and everything seemed to be falling into its proper place. The circumstances surrounding David and Judi's blessed life together thus far were on the verge of fraying around the edges. Unbeknownst to Judi and David, their slide into darkness and despair was just around the corner. Their soulful courtship and fairy tale marriage was inching towards a seemingly bottomless pit of unfathomable loss and excruciating grief.

PARADISE WANING

David was a high-end custom furniture and cabinet maker. In actuality, he was of a rare breed: an old world type craftsman. David was born and raised in Minneapolis Minnesota. After graduating from high school in 1971 David's family decided to move to Florida and he joined them. It was in Florida that David's passion for arts-and-crafts and fine woodworking blossomed into a profession. And blossom it did. As a matter of fact, one of David's hand made tables found its way to Asia, where it sits in a Tokyo airport. Not surprisingly, most of David's clients were wealthy.

At the time of the move, David was busy plying his trade, designing, creating and installing cabinets for a local airline mogul. However, a problem surfaced with the monetary arrangement as the job neared completion. David wouldn't be reimbursed until the job was completed, but he was expected pay for the cabinet materials out of pocket. It was only because this client's wife had been a valued prior customer, and David stood to profit handsomely that he had agreed to these terms. Judi to the rescue. She offered David the use of her credit card for the preliminary purchase of materials, trusting that when David had finished the job she could easily pay the card off. So far so good. Until the next problem arose.

The source of the next problem turned out to be the general contractor. He suddenly had a brilliant and self serving idea to save money for his client. The contractor decided that he wouldn't pay David for any of his work: designing, making, and installing cabinets, because David was licensed as a cabinet manufacturer and not a cabinet installer. Ironically, David had agreed to install the cabinets as a favor to the owner's wife. Huh? This was totally bogus and highly specious logic was used to steal the fruits of David's labor. The fact was, David didn't need a separate license to install the cabinets. The upshot: Not only was David stiffed for all the time and effort in design and labor costs, but his wife was left with a credit debt of many thousands of dollars for the purchase of the building materials for the client’s upscale beach front property cabinets. Unfortunately, David's options for recouping his money were limited. He and Judi were more than broke, they were now deeply in debt, and they knew that suing someone wealthy and who was well connected would be a daunting proposition. Yet David decided that what was important was that a contract be honored, and so he hired an attorney and sued the client. David knew with a best-case scenario, it would be many years (if ever) before he would see a penny, but he wanted justice, even so.

THE FALLOUT

The financial stress coupled with the underhanded tactics employed by the contractor to avoid paying David for all his hard work proved to be too much for Judi. She suffered an emotionally debilitating miscarriage. As one can imagine, David and Judi were devastated. Together they struggled through their grief and eventually came to the conclusion that they needed a new beginning, a fresh start. They were determined to create a new and solid foundation to build their future on. If it meant leaving California, that was okay too. David vigorously pursued work opportunities in and beyond California. Within no time he was hired as a cabinet maker in Denver, Colorado. David's plan was to first and foremost to secure a steady paycheck by working for an established company. Then he would use that steady security to segue into building his own cabinet making business.

PARADISE REGAINED... ALMOST 1993

With monetary help from David's parents, and Judi's mother (Judi's beloved father had been tragically killed by a drunk driver in a car accident) Judi and David were able to purchase their very first home together. They found an unassuming 3 bedroom house that was situated on a densely wooded four acre lot with a stream running through it. The house was approximately 14,000 feet up a mountain in Evergreen, Colorado. Evergreen is a small and charming town that has a creek running through its belly called Bear Creek. It was only about an hour commute to Denver. From Judi's description the house was simply enchanting, "We felt incredibly drawn and magnetized to the house. (...) There was something very peaceful about the property." While for David it was, "... a little piece of paradise." Judi (Portals Vol.1) Together they envisioned their new home as the perfect setting to restart their family dream.

The soon to be Colorado mountain dwellers departed from LA with their dogs in tow and all their worldly possessions crammed into a huge, rented moving truck. On their first morning together in Evergreen, David awoke early and drove into Denver to begin his new job. Naturally Judi was non-stop busy all day unpacking stuff and organizing the essentials when she suddenly realized that she needed to pick-up some household necessities, like food! On the way to the grocery store, Judi spied a facility for children called, "The Attachment Center." Judi's curiosity was strongly aroused, so she pulled into the parking lot and hastily entered the center. Luckily the Director was no only available, but was eager to take Judi on a guided tour of the facility. Like a professional tour guide, she carefully explained to Judi that the center was a treatment mecca for children who had been diagnosed with an emotional disturbance called: reactive attachment disorder. Families from all over the USA routinely flocked to the center for help. Judi and the director got along famously. So well in fact, that on the spot Judi made impromptu arrangements with the director to start teaching drama workshops for the center's foster children.

Subsequently, there was a teaching offer from a another local group. This time Judi was asked to start a children's theatre company. What more could Judi ask for? Children of her own, of course! Judi and David were ready to get certified again as foster parents in Colorado.
Judi clarified, "David and I had done the training to become foster parents at the Inner Circle Foster and Adoption Agency in LA but had moved to Colorado right after we had completed the training. I decided to sign up with the Addison Foster Agency in Evergreen and become certified to offer foster care." (Portals Vol.1)

OUR DAY WILL COME

In Early December, David and Judi vacationed on the island of St. John in the Virgin Islands. When they returned to Evergreen on Dec. 22nd and that's when Judi met her new in-laws, Tom and Noreen Chase for the very first time. Judi reminised: "The happy family reunion was enhanced with a magical white Christmas as our new property was blanketed with six feet of snow. The entire family enjoyed the festive holiday season by skating together on the frozen Evergreen Lake and then drinking hot chocolate in the Lodge around the huge fireplace."

Judi and David's first Christmas together in Evergreen was simply divine. Leave it to David to find and adopt two stray black kittens, which he named Chaos and Seraphina. David was almost finished working on his plans to build his cabinet making workshop on the property adjacent to the house. He was eager to quit his job in Denver, so he could open his own cabinet making business in Evergreen close to Judi and the twins.

Within months of their arrival, Judi and David had acquired a Colorado foster care license. Shortly thereafter Lenny, a 10-year old boy, and later his 11-year old brother Marvin, were placed with the Chases. Unfortunately, for all concerned the placement didn't work out. It wasn't long before both boys were exhibitng severe aggressive behavioral problems. The best solution for Marvin turned out to be a 24 hour residential treatment center. Sadly, after losing his brother yet another time, Lenny suffered a severe aggressive episode and medical personnel recommended a 24 hour residential setting for him, as well.

The Chases were sad to see the boys go, but were undaunted. Characteristically, they were more determined than ever to be foster parents again. Now that they had their own home in a sublime setting they were seriously considering going the extra mile and adopting children. Prior to Judi's pregnancy and subsequent miscarriage, she and David had been working with foster children, especially via the arts. Judi noted that, "Often we talked about starting a family, having waited our whole lives and the timing was right, as we were both over 40 we were even foster parents to two girls who were abused and neglected even while dating and one came to NZ for the wedding and was a bridesmaid." ( Portals Vol. 1) The biological clock was ticking fast and furiously and time wasn't on their side. It was now or never.

The Chase's soon became acquainted with one of their Evergreen neighbors, a convivial and helpful woman named Vanessa. Serendipitously, Vanessa was a licensed social worker, who strongly recommended that Judi and David consider what's known as a fost-adopt program. Additionally, Vanessa advised Judi and David to select a foster agency that specializes in babies. Vanessa was a wealth of information. Judi and David were all ears. They took turns peppering Vanessa with questions about the procedure, including the downside. As a crude analogy, the fost-adopt program is roughly similar to what's known in Real estate circles as a lease with the option to buy. It's a commonly used technique for selling real estate, where the prospective owners get to live in the property before they decide to buy it.

Vanessa carefully explained that many of the babies come from extremely challenging family backgrounds, such as parents that are drug addicts, who are sometimes homeless, often prostituting themselves to earn just enough money to support their drug habits. Judi asked, "How long do they stay in foster care?" "That depends," Vanessa continued. "The state gives the birth parents a treatment plan which might include drug testing, counseling, monitored visits with their children, and judges need to see proof that the parents can in fact turn their lives around and provide a safe home for the children to return to." (Portals Vol.1))

Within a specific time frame, usually about 18 months, if the parents are not in full compliance with their treatment plan, the court terminates the birth parents rights, and the foster family can legally exercise their contractual option to adopt the foster child or children. Judi and David weighed the fact that these were foster children with an "option" to adopt. There was no guarantee. For the most part the outcome was based on variables beyond the foster parent's control. David queried, "So there is a bit of a risk in that the foster parents would fall in love with the children, only to see them yanked out of a loving environment and given back to the birth parents? " (Portals Vol.1)) "Yes, that happens and sadly, many times it does not work out, and once again the children return back to foster care," Vanessa replied. (Portals Vol.1)) Now that Judi and David clearly understood the good, the bad, and the ugly they were still ready, willing, and eager to take the plunge.

Judi's next step was searching for an appropriate foster agency. After 30 inquiries she settled on the "The Happy Hearts Foster and Adoption Agency." David and Judi met with the director, Veronica McDonald, who explained the procedures involved in their becoming eligible to participate in the agency's foster/adoption program. Judi recalled that Veronica seemed impressed with her and David and she had encouraged them to participate in the program, which they did. It wasn't long before Judi and David's Colorado foster care license was in hand and their home certified for a fost-adopt placement.

VICTORY

The Chases were ecstatic when they were notified by the agency that a foster/adopt placement was available for them. The babies were biracial twins who were barely 7 months old. From birth the twins had been in a foster home along with six other children all under the age of 5. One of these children, who was unable to pronounce Patricia's name started calling her Tisha instead. So Patritcia became known as Tisha. The Chases liked the name and decided to continue calling the baby girl Tisha. The boy's name was Darius. As expected the twins had had a very challenging background. They were born premature and addicted to cocaine. Nevertheless, the twins history didn't seem to phase Judi and David; they were simply thrilled to be parents again.

DDSS (Department of Denver Social Services) protocol wisely required the Chases and the twins to spend time together prior to the twins moving in with their new foster parents. Several planned, supervised visits, with a social worker were arranged to officially determine compatibility. The compatibility test was a cinch.

The twins moved in with their new parents. Judi summed it up, "We had both waited until we were 40 to get married and to bring children into our lives. We had purchased our first home together, a beautiful rustic four-bedroom house that sat on four acres with a stream and a forest of evergreen trees. We fondly called our haven, "A Little Piece of Paradise." After all my years of wondering if I would ever settle down and get married, the sweetest gentlest man had ridden his bicycle up to the top of a Malibu mountain to find me and claim me as his bride. And now here we were on a mountaintop of our very own building a new life together. We shared a common vision, of creating a safe haven for babies who were orphaned and born with special needs, so they could grow up close to nature in a healing, loving, and creative environment. And we were so close to completing the adoption of not just one, but two beautiful babies." (Portals Vol. 1)

Resorting to an oft used cliché of the 50's, per Judi's description, she was floating on cloud nine emotionally, but physically challenged. "Most of the time, I would be physically exhausted but emotionally, completely fulfilled and happy. In fact I would have to say this was the happiest time of my entire life. Being a mother was all I dreamed it would be and more," Judi continued. "... In spite of the obvious joy, the first year with the twins was extremely challenging. " ... The babies first year with us was challenging and full of sleepless nights as Tisha had trouble sleeping for more than an hour at a time due to the crack in her system. We watched them overcome one hurdle after another witnessing the profound healing and conquering power of love. "... They had become a part of me, just as my arms and legs; they were inextricably attached to me. I could not have felt any deeper bonding to them even if I had physically given birth to them." (Portals Vol.1)

The twins’ first Christmas was a happy one. Judi writes, "One of our favorite places to go was the hot springs, which was about half an hour's drive up the mountain. The huge warm swimming pool is enclosed and very steamy inside. David and I would often take the babies and put them in floaties and play in the water with them. It was a lot of fun.

THE IMPOSSIBLE DREAM

And there's more, much more. David had another grand and impossible dream in mind. This was in addition to his being a parent and opening his own custom cabinet making business. Like Judi, David had a sincere and pressing desire to help foster children, especially children with special needs. His dream included building a facility on the property for these children to heal and get ready for adoption. "... we decided it would be a home for orphaned drug babies who were born with special needs and who were often passed over in favor of babies born without such challenges. (Portals Vol. 1)

HARMONY HEAVEN

The facility would include a greenhouse, a dance studio, an arts and craft and drama room and much more. David created a blueprint for the project and began the long process of seeking the necessary approval and permits. Judi describes how David had painstakingly planned the project in Portals Vol.1:

"This is where the covered greenhouse is going to go so we can grow our own vegetables and food organically, even when it snows in the winter. And there is going to be a new driveway and a two-car garage down at the base of the property. I am dropping the blueprints off tomorrow so when we get the permit, we can start building immediately. And if it goes through with no revisions, which my friend said it should, we can start pouring concrete next week!” David’s face was lit up like a Christmas Tree."

Because music had been such an important inspirational element in Judi's ongoing work with children David and Judi decided the children's home would be called "Harmony Haven." Another sign of progress and a big step forward: Word was spreading about David's cabinet making skills. More and more lucrative jobs from local wealthy clients were rolling in. David's work had entered a transition phase. He was no longer required to make the often arduous one hour commute to Denver everyday. However, to maintain a steady income stream during the transition period, he occasionally did various types of odd jobs and construction work with his neighbor, Pat Lubelski.

PARADISE LOST

"A Long Days Journey Into Night"
The Morning of June 6,1995

Against Judi's better judgment, David had agreed to work with Pat Lubelski on a roofing job that day. The tension between Judi and David was thick. Judi didn't want David to do the roofing job with Pat. She tried her best to persuade him not to go, to no avail. Judi felt a very uneasy, sinking feeling about the arrangement. She pleaded frantically with David to reconsider. He staunchly held his ground.

As a last ditch effort she reminded him, "You've heard all the stories about Pat's drinking and getting into fights," "I don't think you should be hanging around him. It's just not a good idea." (Portals Vol.1) David told her it would be his last job with Pat and tried to impress upon her, "look...I can take care of him." (Portals Vol. 1) Just then Pat and his white pick-up truck pulled into the driveway.

Pat casually helped David load his tools into the back of the truck. Pat was chauffeuring David around town, because David's truck was in the shop to be repainted. The idea was for David to trade his truck in for an SUV that Judi and the twins would use. David would then purchase an older, used truck for his cabinet and furniture making business.

In a spontaneous gesture, so typical of David, he lovingly and playfully rushed over and "butterfly kissed' Judi and the twins good-bye. "I'll be home for dinner," David shouted. (Portals Vol. 1) Judi and the twins watched David and Pat disappear down the twisting mountain road. That would be the last time Judi saw David alive.

As usual, Judi's day was extremely busy taking care of the twins along with catching up on her chores. Nevertheless, her growing concern for David continued to lurk in the back of her mind throughout the day. Casting aside her worst fears, Judi decided to start preparing dinner in anticipation of David's arrival. But a glaring and unnerving fact remained: it was already 7:00 o'clock and still no David. Judi tried hard to shrug off her anxiety about David's absence. But dinner was getting cold, and it was getting late. So Judi capitulated, and with a heavy heart went through the motions of eating dinner with the twins. Judi continued to hope that David would call or walk through the door any minute. Yet, she couldn't help but wonder why David hadn't called to say he'd be late. It was so unlike him. Nothing like this had ever happened before.

Judi was exhausted, but couldn't sleep. Instead she held the twins in her arms, while still fully dressed, slightly slouched over in her rocking chair with just a blanket thrown over her and the twins. All night long Judi dozed on off-- hoping and praying that David was safe. At 5:00 A.M. the sun was slowly inching over the horizon.

Out of desperation Judi decided that she and the twins should immediately drive up the road to Pat's house. Judi hoped she would find David there. Maybe he had fallen asleep on Pat's couch? Judi gathered up the twins and within minutes they were at Pat's doorstep.

WORST NIGHTMARE
 

Judi nervously and repeatedly knocked on Pat's front door. Eventually, "Pat stumbled to the door in his usual stupor." (Portals Vol.1)) Judi asked Pat if he knew of David's whereabouts point blank, as David had never returned home nor had he called her. Pat just shrugged his shoulders, and claimed he had left David at a bar called "On the Rocks, "a popular watering hole, where locals would hang-out, play some pool, and have a few beers. Needless to say, Judi had grave doubts and serious misgivings about Pat's story.

MISSING PERSONS REPORT
 

It was 9:30 in the morning and David had been missing a full 24 hours. Judi knew that a 24 hour period was necessary before a missing persons report could be filed. So she called the police and filed an official missing persons report. Before long, Sheriff Lilly and a victims advocate, Julia Baker, from the Clear Creek County Sheriffs Department were knocking at her door. Sheriff Lilly took detailed notes and had been asking Judi many probing questions when the phone rang. To Judi's amazement it was Pat's girlfriend, Becky. She claimed she had additional information she wanted to share with Judi about what had really happened to David based on what Pat had told her the night before. Becky blurted out, "I wanted to tell you {Judi} that, when Pat came home last night, he was very drunk. It was about two in the morning, and he smelled of spirits. And I asked him about David. And he said, " 'Oh, David went for a swim.' "He said David had told him. " ' I've got a raft. Pick me up in Morrison. ' " "And then David jumped into Bear Creek." (Portals Vol.1)

Judi knew that David would never ever do such a crazy thing. This story was obviously a total and disgusting lie. "It was complete rubbish and made no sense at all", Judi asserted. Later Judi found out that Pat had floated several other versions of what had happened to David around town. "In fact, during the month after he disappeared, Pat had changed his story to the police about the events of David’s last day; About 3 or 4 versions were in circulation, and were repeated by different people. Pat told some people David jumped, then later told police he and David were throwing wood trash into the stream and David fell in, off of the back of the truck. When I told the police about the environmental activism programs David and I had participated in, I absolutely found it inconceivable that David would ever dump anything into a stream." Judi said. (Portals Vol.1)

SEARCH AND RESCUE

The Clear Creek County Search and Rescue launched an extensive search with divers, dogs and helicopters. For two days they searched a ten-mile stretch of the river in the area where Pat claimed David had jumped in. However, they had to call off the search for a month because the river was too high. Homicide investigator Don Olin had been assigned to the case. Judi commented, "Don Olin was a Jeffco homicide investigator assigned exclusively to work on the Chase case that alone... no other cases for three whole months." Judi walked the river almost everyday looking for David, or hoping to find a clue that would shed light on what had happened to him, or perhaps find some evidence that had been overlooked by the police.
The days dragged on and still no David. Judi's mind was spinning and she was emotionally drained. "Every day, thousands of questions raced through my mind, what had happened to him, was he attacked, did he feel pain, was he kidnapped, did he meet another woman and fly away to Europe or someplace like that", Judi recalled. (Portals Vol.1)
 

Meanwhile, Judi kept reviewing and reassembling numerous pieces of information surrounding David's disappearance in an effort to establish what had really happened to David and why. Emerging facts were like new puzzle pieces that needed to fit precisely together with older puzzle pieces. By this process, Judi felt that eventually a clear picture of what had really happened hopefully would soon emerge.

"STORIES" DIDN'T ADD UP

It saddened Judi greatly that Pat was spreading lies about David all over town. For example, Pat swore David had been drunk the night he disappeared and that is why he "jumped' into an ice-cold raging, snow fed river on a cool mountain night." Judi said. And Pat told the police David had announced "I'm going for a swim. I've got a raft. Pick me up in Morrison." Judi countered Pat's explanation, "David did not have a raft. Secondly, he was an expert in wilderness training, and knew full well the dangers of entering a raging snow-fed river at night. Thirdly, he would never jump in a river fully clothed with his boots on. Lastly, I had never heard of anyone taking a raft at night from Evergreen to Morrison. That was ridiculous. We had driven to Morrison for Sunday brunches before, but it was quite a distance and nobody would ever try to swim there in a freezing cold river at night. Certainly, not my husband." (Portals Vol.1)

It really hurt Judi when the Denver Post's headlined echoed Pat's lie: "Drunken Pal Jumps In River", thereby giving legitimacy to Pat's uncorroborated, ridiculous rendition of what had supposedly happened to David. (Portals Vol.1) In striking contrast to Pat's drunken friend tale, Judi painted an entirely different picture of David's habits and tendencies. Judi stated, "For starters David wasn’t much of a drinker." Judi continued "His limit was two beers and that was usually while he was playing pool." (Portals Vol.1) Judi described David as a health and fitness fanatic whose favorite drink was fresh carrot juice. David usually awoke at 5:30 a.m. as the sun was rising, while others were still asleep, so he could practice an hour of meditation, tai chi, yoga, and pranayama (yogic breathing exercises).

Additionally, Judi often emphasized to the officials, "David was an experienced outdoors-man, he had participated in a variety of wilderness survival and mountain climbing training, he had yellow gear to prevent hypothermia. ... No way would David swim at night to Morrison."(Portals Vol.1) The reality was that Pat was constantly changing his stories, yet none of the versions made any sense. The uneasy question remained as to why the police didn't find these unconvincing and shifting versions to be indicative that Pat was in all probability lying about what really happened to David.

One of the more outrageous claims by Pat was that he had searched for David for nearly an hour before finally giving up and going home. Judi new that was beyond crazy. Who would look for someone for an hour, not find him, yet never ask anyone for help? Why didn't Pat call the police or David's wife, or Judi for that matter. After all, Judi lived only a stones throw down the road from Pat. Pat could have effortlessly stopped by Judi's house on his way home and let Judi know that her husband, who was 'drunk' had 'jumped' in the ice cold river, that evening and never made it to his professed destination. Judi points to the obvious: "He {Pat} could have quickly gone back into the bar where there were many people still playing pool and gotten some of them to help. Or he could have gone a few yards up the road to the fire station, and the firemen would have been more than happy to assist in a search for David."

$1800 MYSTERIOUSLY DISAPPEARED

What about the $1800 dollar check David inexplicably cashed? Pat admitted that David had asked him to stop by a customer's house so David could pick up an $1800 check, which was a down payment for a cabinet job David was scheduled to start working on the next day. In actuality, the money was to be used by David to purchase materials for the job. However, according to Judi, David did something with the $1800 he had never done before. Instead of depositing the check as was his custom, and then writing checks for the materials, instead David cashed the check at his bank and pocketed $1800! This was strange.

Why would David cash an $1800 check and not deposit it like he always did? Not surprisingly, the money was never found. Per bank records and eyewitnesses, after having cashed his check David and Pat eventually wound up at "On The Rocks Bar." Judi learned that David had had a couple of beers and had played pool with a group of four people while Pat sulkily sat drinking by himself. It was reported that "Pat appeared to be very moody" (Portals Vol. 1). It was determined that Pat and David left the bar at around 8:45 p.m..

Casting more suspicion on Pat, Becky, (Pat's live-in girlfriend) later told Judi not long after David went missing she noticed that Pat had $800 cash stashed in the glove compartment of his car. Judi asked her, "is that unusual?" Becky said, "yes!" (Portals Vol.1) And then she offered up this bombshell: Pat had owed the IRS $1600 for a very long time. He had been paying them off on an installment plan a little at a time, each month. And around the same time that the $800 showed up, Pat started bragging to Becky that he had finally paid off the IRS in full!
 

LACK LUSTER INVESTIGATION

Amazingly, throughout the investigatio Pat had remained a free man, drinking heavily as was his bent, while roaming around town in his truck doing odd jobs here and there. Although it's true Pat had been briefly brought in to the JEFFCO Sheriff’s Department several times for questioning by the police, he was always released. The Jefferson County Sherif'fs Department withheld from Judi Chase the results of the police administered polygraph tests performed on her neighbor, Pat. One wonders which version or versions of the story Pat was using during the polygraph tests. Judi recalled, "The police had interviewed him {Pat} many, many times and had not charged him because of a lack of physical evidence." (Portals Vol.1)

Prior to David's sudden disappearance, he had mentioned to Judi that Pat had a side job delivering frozen french fries. He told Judi that he knew for a fact that Pat was stealing some of these large bags of fries. Judi knew from first hand observation that Pat had a very small refrigerator freezer and couldn't store large bags of frozen food. David had discovered more. Judi wrote: "... What Pat and his girlfriend were involved with were not merely small potato drug using. But what he{David} observed was some sort of smuggling while Pat was delivering 'french fries' as a cover, {which} David {thought} for something {else}.... Judi added David also said, "He [Pat} was stealing at the same time from these deliveries." (Portals Vol.1)

There's more. Something else that made Judi very suspicious of Pat's story. It was later discovered that the roofing job that David was to have helped Pat with on June 6th had already been done by someone else. So instead of the planned roofing job, Pat dragged David around town doing other odd jobs like shrub and stump removal as the local Elks Club and so on. Even though Judi had dutifully reported all anomalies to the police, including Becky's revelations to Judi about the $800 dollars, there was virtually no follow-up by the police. Judi had given the police the names and phone numbers of people who were willing and eager to share relevant information about the case with the them. Judi was stunned to learn later that none of the people had ever been contacted by the Sheriff’s Department.

FAMILY BETRAYAL

Judi had dutifully notified David's parents as soon as she knew that he was actually missing. In response Tom and Noreen Chase advised Judi that they would immediately be driving from Florida to Colorado, and that they wanted to stay for a few weeks with her and the twins. Judi's two sisters flew in, one from New Zealand, and one from Canada. Shortly thereafter, David's brother Paul arrived. As expected, it was an exceptionally trying and emotional time for Judi. Overall, Judi was grateful for the company and the support her guests temporarily offered. But, that's not to say there wasn't friction around competing values, which led to disagreements as to what Judi should or shouldn't do regarding the twins if David were found to be dead. For example, David's parents and Judi's sisters strongly felt if David were to be found dead that Judi should "return" the twins. Judi's two sisters felt that raising two babies alone was something they would not ever consider, and therefore assumed Judi should likewise not continue with the adoption. A classic case of projection. Where as David's parents position reflected their shared belief in traditional family values. Specifically, they strongly felt that all children should be raised by two parents, a mother and a father period. Unbeknownst to Judi at the time, behind her back, these opinions had been communicated to the twins' social worker casting an official cloud on Judi's relationship with the twins.

The twins remained the one aspect of Judi's shattered life that was still intact. The daily routine and responsibility of taking care of the twins helped Judi maintain her equilibrium throughout the crisis. Judi states, "Life continued on as usual for the twins. I am sure they missed their Daddy, but they still laughed and giggled and seemed to be happy, because they continued to experience my love. For me it was like there were four parts to the love that filled our family, and one part had been taken away, the other three parts were still intact. The love and joy that passed between us three remained unbroken and that was a great source of comfort to me and probably saved my life." (Portals Vol.1)

Judi and twins in sand pit: Where's David? Where's daddy?

Prior to David's disappearance Judi had been working part-time as a spokesperson for a telecommunications company. It required her being away from home two weekends a month. So Judi hired a nanny to look after the twins on the weekends she was scheduled to work. This way the twins would have the care they needed while she was away. However, because of the turmoil caused by David's disappearance, Judi decided to quit her job and instead be a full-time, stay at home mom.

Of course, Judi gave her company ample notice that she would be quitting and why. Moreover, Judi still had a few weekend work commitments to fulfill before she could actually quit. Fortunately, Judi's next trade show was scheduled in Los Angeles. This was a boon for her as she was able to reconnect with her old support network, which was quite large and included Dov, who had remained a close and loyal friend to both her and David. Dov had even lent Judi and David some money when they needed a short term loan. And Dov was still involved with many of the same projects, environmental and otherwise, that Judi and David had championed.
 

WHY DEMAND A NANNY NOW?

Out of the blue, Judi received a call from her social worker demanding that she hire a live-in nanny ASAP. This was odd because Judi had only recently told the foster adoption agency, social worker that she was in the process of quitting her job, so she could give 100% of her time and attention to the twins. When Judi queried why this was necessary, she was told that a meeting had taken place between the Foster Adoption Agency and Denver Social Services, regarding David's status as a missing person. The outcome of the meeting was an ultimatum: unless Judi hired a new live-in-nanny immediately, to replace the nanny that was leaving, the twins would be removed from her custody.

So, it appears that the official rationale for the live-in-nanny revolved around David's status as a missing person. This is very strange. For starters, Judi had just recently given her part-time employer a termination notice. It was abundantly clear to all concerned that Judi was able and eager to be a full-time stay-at-home mom. Judi's decision to quit her job was based on several factors including David's status as a missing person, the reality that she was now the sole caregiver for the twins, and the growing realization that the twins were all she had left of her and David's dream of starting a family together. Doesn't it seem more logical that the Department of Denver Social Services (DDSS) concerns could have been assuaged by some kind of crisis counseling for Judi and or needs assessment for the twins? Then further evaluations and recommendations could have been made based on direct observation from the social worker and DDSS.
To reiterate, Judi had already notified DDSS of her new plans and she had informed the current weekend nanny that she would no longer be needed in the near future. Besides, if Judi needed additional help with the twins, her church had an exceptional daycare and baby-sitting service that she could utilize whenever necessary. But Judi had no choice in the matter, and she proceeded as ordered by DDSS to find a full-time nanny who could start immediately. Judi placed an ad in the local newspaper for a nanny. She had a total of three responses. Only one out of three applicants was able to start immediately. Her name was Shelly Jones.

When Judi hired Shelly, she explained to her up front that this would be a short term assignment, at most a few months. Judi informed Shelly that she was planning to finalize the adoption of the twins as soon as the biological mother's parental rights were terminated by the court in mid-September. Judi's intention was to sell the house in Colorado as soon as she was able to legally adopt the twins and then move back to L.A. with them. Thus Judi could start her healing process back in her old stomping grounds of L.A. She looked forward to reconnecting with the strong support network she had of old friends such as her minister friend Dolores who had mentored her through the ministerial training program at the Church of Inner Light. And there were other friends, Sue from New Zealand, Dov, Jeff Hutner, friends from Earthsave, The Whole Life Expo, and the Agape Church that she and David had attended. Just to regain a sense of personal safety would make the move worthwhile.

Judi was surprised when Shelly returned with her scant belongings to move in with Judi and the twins. All her personal belongings fit into one medium sized suitcase. Shelly revealed to Judi that she was literally broke and couldn't contribute to any household expenses. Judi thought it was odd that Shelly had virtually no personal belongings and zero money. Shelly's prize possession was her bible, and she often quoted from it, verse and chapter. By all appearances, Shelly was a sincere, church going teetotaler.

There was a glaring red flag however. Judi had requested a list of Shelly's nanny references at the time of her initial interview. Shelly promised she would give then to Judi. The reality is that she never did supply Judi with the references. Whenever Judi asked for them, it was always the same ridiculous response, Shelly had forgotten them again. Judi reasoned that since Shelly would only be staying on for a couple of months at the most, she would tolerate Shelly's 'forgetfulness.'

The Foster and Adoption Agency Director, Veronica McDonald had asked Shelly to write an informal report based on her observations as to how well Judi was functioning as a foster mother.

Shelly shared this glowing report with Judi:

July 20th, 1995.

Dear Veronica,
Just dropping you a line to let you know how things are going. Actually, everything here with Judi and the twins exceed my greatest expectation! The loving and happy atmosphere here is foremost. Love and a warm welcome has been extended to me and has made a strong impression.
I can’t wait for each day to get started! The children are loved and secure. Judi and David surely had a deep loving marriage because Judi is steady as a rock. She is truly committed to their children. Specifically, Judi’s doing an exceptional job overall. The children are on a schedule, meals prepared to meet their nutritional needs, fun playtime, Naptimes, and development of physical, mental, and language skills. The children learn so quickly, primarily because Judi spends time with them even in play. Aside from the normal grief of losing a spouse,
Judi is happy in her role here. I have never known anyone to be as strong and poised as she. Technically, the house is clean and pleasant. Meals and bottles are prepared fresh throughout the day as needed. She has exceptional parenting skills. Her patience and discipline are constant and the children are flourishing.

Judi is focused. She is devoted to her children and looking ahead to ensure their future.

Judi has been training me with particular regard to detail in the care of the children. She shows me how she prepares a nutritional well-balanced meal and how she secures their safety. Everything is written down to help me further. Judi is obviously a strong secure woman. She is coping with her current circumstances famously. She is a woman with a purpose. She also has the support and encouragement of friends and loved ones. She’s also obviously experienced with children and a natural mother. I cannot impress upon you enough how impressed ‘I am! This is a woman of integrity and backbone!

Understandably, Judi was dismayed to learn one year later during court proceedings that in addition to Shelly's report lavishing praise regarding her superior parenting skills, behind Judi's back Shelly had been casting aspersions and making negative comments to the twins’ social worker at DDSS and to The Happy Hearts Adoption Agency. In this case Shelly via a phone conversation with a DDSS Social Worker had claimed: "Judi doesn't want the twins any more --she says it's too hard taking care of them now...." (Portals Vol.1). Luckily, Shelly's libelous lies had been recorded by the social worker in her official daily log. Of course, it was a complete fabrication. But why was Shelly doing this?

 

WORST CASE SCENARIO CONFIRMED

Dov's visit was perfectly timed, not only because all the other guests had just left, but because Judi had recently arranged for several job interviews in L.A., and Dov was able to reschedule his departure from Colorado so he could travel on the same flight with Judi back to Los Angeles. Now that Judi had a full-time nanny installed in her home she felt it was an opportune time to return to L.A. for job interviews with two of her former employers, to start the ball rolling on the employment front, as well as to begin setting things up in preparation for her upcoming move with the twins.

Judi's life had been a slow motion state of utter turmoil, an eerie sort of timeless limbo. As noted earlier, the search for David had stopped due to hazardous river conditions. The search resumed, Yet still no word about David. On July 21st. Judi and Dov flew back to L.A. as planned. It was in L.A. on July 25th that Judi received a jarring phone call from Shelly, her nanny in Colorado. Shelly relayed a message for Judi from the Jefferson County coroner's office. Judi's response to the news: "I let out a piercing scream!" (Portals Vol.1) Judi immediately called the coroners office only to confirm the worst.

The details were devastating. Judi learned that David's dental records were being sought because his face was so badly decomposed a positive ID couldn't be made without them. They say the devil is in the details, and that surely was the case with David. For starters, David's "left hand was almost completely severed and only attached by two ligaments." (Portals Vol.1). And there were several other disturbing anomalies and inconstancies regarding the autopsy that surfaced later.

Judi called Jeffco Homicide Investigator Don Olin to check in with him, and he assured her that Pat was going to be brought in for questioning again and a polygraph would be administered. Mr. Olin assured Judi that David's death was "officially classified as a homicide" and that "charges are pending." (Portals Vol.1) Don Olin's reassurance was comforting to Judi, as now her only hope was for justice.

Ironically, the very next day, July 26th, was Judi's birthday. Obviously, Judi wasn't keen on a celebration of any kind. Instead, she was contemplating a funeral and the need make decisions about her dead husband's body. Stunned and in shock, Judi caught the next available flight back to Colorado. To make matters worse, just as Judi was about to enter Evergreen, Colorado the first person she ran into was - Pat! A bad omen. Just as night follows day, more bad news was on the way.

MORE BAD NEWS
 

Another setback. Judi unexpectedly got a call from the twin's Guardian Ad Lit-em, Donald Knowles. He informed her that because Judge Wakefield was ill, the scheduled hearing to terminate the parental rights of the twin's biological parents would instead be continued until February 13, 1996!
That meant Judi would have to stay in Colorado by herself with David's alleged killer, Pat, still on the loose and living just up the road from her. Judi was crushed. Her faith in an all loving higher power was temporarily eclipsed by waves of grief and darkness. The original plan had been to leave Colorado with the twins in September, enabling Judi to begin her much needed healing process. Judi describes her quandary, "It was difficult to heal while driving around Evergreen and having Pat smirk at me. Now my sentence had just been extended by six months due to a Judge being sick. Where’s the justice?" (Portals Vol.1)

Frankly, Judi wasn't sure if she would be mentally and emotionally able to withstand six more months in Colorado. But what choice did she have? What were her viable options if any? Judi mentally staged several scenarios. One option would have been to give up the twins and return to California without them and simply start a new life by herself. On the other hand, she could tough it out and stay the six months, then adopt the twins as planned, and they could all start their lives over again together as a family. After agonizing, as to what she should do, Judi solved the dilemma by reminding herself why she and David had adopted the twins in the first place. Judi exclaimed, "... David and I had a dream! Our dream was to have a family of our very own. We had sacrificed everything to make it happen. We had overcome so much to attain our dream… infertility, artificial insemination, pregnancy and miscarriage before the gift of these darling twins was given to us. We had raised them joyously together for a year. We were so close to realizing our goal of adopting the twins. I felt as if someone had cut off my left arm when I lost David. Now life was asking me to cut off my right arm by giving up the fight to keep the babies. The decision was quickly made. I would endure, and keep on enduring, until I was free to leave with the babies." (Portals Vol. 1)

JUDI ENDURES HARASSMENT

Judi had valid concerns for her safety while staying in Evergreen, Colorado. Consider that David Chase's alleged murderer, per Jeffco Homicide Investigator Don Olin's 600 page report, lived just up the hill within minutes of Judi's house. Judi realized she had been followed several times as well. It seemed the publicity Judi was generating about her husband's alleged murder angered some-- to the point of "unknown" assailants seriously harassing and trying to intimidate her. Judi describes an incident: "The months of July and August 1995 were challenging to say the least! I did some interviews with the Denver TV stations about David’s death and a couple of days after those aired, the campaign of intimidation began. Guns were repeatedly fired at my property, once while the police listened over the phone. However, by the time the police arrived, no one was ever found. I was also stalked, and my house was broken into. On another occasion, I had to pass Pat driving up the narrow mountain road we shared—an unnerving experience. Our two vehicles had to stop in order to pass one another and at that moment, Pat and two other men pointed, laughed, jeered and smirked at my babies and me." (Portals Vol.1) On another occasion, Judi had driven to Anderson's, a local gas station, when unexpectedly two strange men began sneering at her while making threatening remarks: "Why don't you go back to California, bitch!" (Portals Vol.1) Judi reported: "I continued to be plagued with nightmares that Pat was stalking me. In fact he actually was! But when I reported it to the police they told me that there wasn't anything they could do unless he actually harmed me! " (Portals Vol.1)

It boiled down to this: Judi wasn't convinced that she could keep herself and the twins out of harms way if she were to stay in Evergreen alone. Judi was forced to make a difficult but necessary decision. She would sell her house "as is" (unfinished remodeling) immediately, then she would rent a house in a different location in Colorado. This way she and the twins would wait it out together for the pending adoption hearing, but in a safer setting.

Judi listed the house with a real estate agent and before long had a serious offer The only problem was that this offer was from a woman who utterly adored the house, but simply didn't have the money to finish the remodeling projects that David had started but hadn't been able to finish. To make the deal work Judi, applied a little ingenuity. A local contractor who had begun working on a job in the neighborhood needed a short term rental close to his project. So Judi offered David's workshop space to the contractor in exchange for his completing David's remodeling. This way all Judi had to do was buy the supplies. Because the sale of the house was a distress sale, Judi still willingly sold the property to Marge Phillips at the original"as-is" asking price. It was a win-win situation. The closing date was scheduled for November. (Portals Vol.1)
 

PHIL HARRIS, EXTRAORDINARY PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR

Phil and Janet Harris

Phil Harris was a retired homicide detective from Ohio. What made Phil Harris exceptional was his ability to solve cases others had given up on. Judi was intrigued and wanted to know the secret behind his success. She was astonished to learn of Phil's special ability that enabled him to excel in solving tough cases where others would routinely fail. Judi wrote: "I asked him what he owed his successes to and he said he had this uncanny ability to hear clues from the victims of these cases." (Portals Vol.1)) Wow! A detective that could communicate with the dead. Now there's a cutting edge advantage. Initially, Judi had found out about Phil Harris from a Rocky Mountain News reporter., Lynn Bartells. It was Lynn who called Judi and urged her to contact Phil: "There is someone you should meet. He is a private investigator and retired police officer named Phil Harris. He says he wants to help you with the case.” Judi was stunned to learn from Lynn that Phil had told her he planned to donate his services. Judi couldn't help but wonder why he would be willing to do such a thing for a complete stranger. Lynn's explanation: “Well Judi, he read my article in the Rocky Mountain News on your husband and said the case was crying out for justice, and he wanted to help, so he called me to ask me to give you his number. I would call right away if I were you." Judi took her advice and called Phil straight away to arrange a meeting in the parking lot of the twin's school. (Portals Vol.1)

Phil was waiting in his car when Judi and the twins arrived. After introducing himself, Phil told Judi the following story: "Phil told me that he had been awoken at 4:00 a.m. in the morning by a voice that said, “my name is David Chase, I was murdered. Go look in the Sunday paper”. Phil did as requested and found a picture of David and I on our wedding day. There was a story entitled…”What Happened To My Husband?” " Evergreen Woman Determined to Learn the Truth About His Death." That's why Phil had offered his services pro bono, as a private investigator. Phil continued, "David says: Tell Judi, I want to wipe the smirks off their faces." Judi knew all too well what David was speaking about via Phil. Judi told Phil: "Only one week ago, my neighbor and another male companion were in a truck driving down the mountain as I was driving up. Our two vehicles had to stop in order to pass one another and at that moment, both men pointed, laughed, jeered and smirked at my babies and me."That settled it for Judi. She hired Phil on the spot. To make it a legal contract, Pat asked Judi to pay him one dollar! (Portals Vol.1) Phil did some truly amazing work for Judi that not only corroborated Don Olin's 600 page report, but opened a whole new level of motive related to David Chase's alleged murder.

NOTE: Phil Harris was able to maintain steady and reliable contact with David Chase through-out his investigation for the next year until his {Phil's} untimely death (murder?).

TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE

Marge Phillips was set to take possession of Judi's house on November 15th. As a matter of fact, Judi and Marge had struck an agreement where by both of them seemingly could benefit. Since Marge would be living alone with the exception of her three small white dogs, she offered to rent Judi two bedrooms in the house that she had just purchased from Judi until February (the twins hearing). Marge welcomed the help with her new mortgage payments for a few months. Judi was pleased with the offer for obvious reasons and gratefully accepted.
 

Art, a friend of Judi's from California, flew into Colorado to help Judi and the twins move their belongings to California, in a U-Haul truck rental. Essentials for day to day living as well as Judi's two dogs were left behind in Colorado. "Oh, how I wished that moving trip could be my final one, but now, I would be forced to return to Colorado indefinitely. Why, oh why, can’t this be over?" Judi lamented, "I still needed to retain my Colorado residency in order to finalize the adoption on the twins." (Portals Vol.1) It was a simple plan. Judi and the twins would stay in California for two weeks, unpack, and get the twins room painted and ready for when they could live there permanently. Then they would all return to Evergreen until the adoption was final.

ANOTHER BUMP ON THE ROAD

A phone call from Marge Phillips changed everything. One of Judi's dogs had bitten one of Marges's small dogs and subsequently required six stitches. Marge felt the situation with the dogs was untenable. Regretfully, she informed Judi that she would have to make other plans. In other words, Judi needed to find another place to stay when she returned to Colorado. Although Judi wasn't happy about the situation, she totally understood where Marge was coming from. Judi's big dogs could attack Marge's little dogs again, and the next time it could be much worse.

However, this sudden turn of events left Judi in a challenging and awkward situation. She had barely a week to figure out where she and the twins would stay when they returned to Colorado. The only person Judi could think to call was her ex-nanny Shelly to see if she knew of any houses for rent. Judi recalled that Shelly had recently moved into a rental in Denver and that it was a fairly large house.
 

When Judi called Shelly and asked how things were going, Shelly complained about the hard time she was having paying the rent, and she told Judi that she had placed an ad in the local paper, in the hopes of finding a suitable roommate, but so far there had been no responses. Although Shelly's mom, Ruby was living with her she wasn't working and wasn't able to help with the rent. Judi proceeded to update Shelly on the twins and then explained to her about the dog situation with Marge at her old Evergreen home, that's precisely when Shelly suggested Judi and the twins temporarily rent a room in her house. Judi accepted her offer on the spot. She had little choice, since no other options were on the table, and time was of the essence. Shelly responded by reiterating how badly she needed the extra rent money. Feeling relieved, Judi promptly called the Happy Heart's foster agency, explained the situation, and requested that they certify Shelly's home for foster care prior to her return to Colorado with the twins. The agency complied without a fuss.

JUDI MOVES IN WITH EX-NANNY

Shelly's house was a little more upscale than Judi had anticipated. Judi wrote, "Shelly had been homeless and broke when she came to work for me as a nanny. Now she was renting a large house nicely furnished...? (Portals Vol.1) Now Judi couldn't help but wonder how Shelly was able to afford all this on her meager salary? Good thing Shelly's mother didn't work, because early on Judi realized that Ruby started her day with a coffee cup filled with straight gin. Judi also found it exceedingly strange that Shelly and Ruby would furtively start whispering to each other whenever Judi entered the room. And it got stranger. Judi noted that Shelly and Ruby slept together in the same bed every single night, even though an empty bedroom was available.
It was at night, when they were in bed together, that Judi would hear lots of whispering going on between them. Oddly, they also reverted to whispering whenever anyone came to the door. Judi was baffled.

MORE RED FLAGS

Why was Shelly's mail delivered to a P.O. Box and not at the house, which was free and more convenient? What really piqued Judi's curiosity was the basement. She couldn't figure out what it was being used for. Judi was home with the twins when a delivery truck filled with furniture arrived at Shelly's house. The furniture was for the unfinished basement, but there were no windows in the basement. Although the furniture was in good shape it wasn't brand new. And there was more than enough room on the main level of the house to accommodate all four occupants without resorting to the basement for additional space. Judi started to feel that she and the twins were not safe at Shelly's house. Too many oddities just didn't add up. And it was clear that Ruby had a serious drinking problem. Judi decided it was her duty to remove the twins from this potentially dangerous environment. While Judi was mulling over the prospect of finding and renting a new and safer house for her and the twins, Phil Harris was busy investigating David Chase's murder.

BAD NEWS FROM DEPARTMENT OF DENVER SOCIAL SERVICES (DDSS)
 

On December 6,1995, Judi was notified that she was required by DDSS to attend a meeting to discuss new information about the twins and their case. At the meeting, Judi was told that the twin's biological mother was now drug free and termination of the mother's parental rights was no longer an objective. Instead, a new probationary period would be tried, so DDSS could determine if the birth mother could maintain drug free stability over the next six months. The procedure would entail the twins spending monitored overnight weekend visits with their birth mom for the entire six month trial period. And if the twin's birth mom were to fail during that time, she would automatically forfeit her parental rights. But a court hearing would still be necessary in order to legally sever her rights, enabling Judi to exercise her promised adoption option. What this meant for Judi was that she would be required to stay in Colorado for up to six more months with absolutely no certainty as to whether she would finally be able to adopt the twins.

Once again, Judi was in shock. She knew for a fact that just a few months ago the twin's birth mom had miserably failed all her drug tests. Although Judi conceded that miracles can and do happen, in this case it seemed like a long shot and rather unrealistic. After all, this would not be the first time the twin's biological mother had children taken away from her for similar reasons.

Dumbfounded, Judi pressed for more details regarding what would happen if the "re-unification plan failed'?

Judi: But what if your re-unification plan fails? Wasn’t the birth mother failing all of her drug tests just a few short months ago?”
Jennifer: “Yes, that’s true, however, every one of her latest tests have come up clean, and so the judge would never terminate parental rights on such a case."

Judi: I understand that and I really do hope she does succeed in staying clean, but if something happens and she goes back to failing, wouldn’t it be in the best interests of the children to be adopted by me, their adoptive mother of the past year and a half, the person they now call momma?

Jennifer: ".... Of course that would be in the twins best interest, and you would be able to complete the adoption if she fails.” (Portals Vol.1)

It was settled. The next hearing to secure court approval for a six month continuance would be on February 14th, 1997! To add insult to injury, Jennifer dropped this bombshell: “{ Although} The next hearing is February 14, and if the judge grants the 6-month continuance that we are requesting, the decision will be made around the middle of August.” Wow! Judi realized this process could realistically easily turn into an eight month waiting game.

Judi had a lot to think about. Without warning her options had been severely curtailed. Still, there were a few key issues related to the twins that she had already figured out. For example, Judi knew that she must move out of Shelly's house and find another place, a safe place to live with the twins. Judi concluded: "Number one, I knew that the house I was currently in with Shelly and her mother was unsafe, and that there were some suspicious, possibly criminal activities going on there in the basement, and that we needed to exit immediately. Secondly the mother was an alcoholic,
and thirdly, whoever had been shooting at us was still at large, Sticking around had lost it’s appeal." (Portals Vol.1) Judi promptly contacted the twin’s social worker at Happy Hearts Foster Adoption Agency and explained to her in great detail exactly why she and twins had to move out of Shelly's house immediately.

Judi wasted no time locating a suitable new home. After several days of intense looking she found an exceptional 3 bedroom rental in Aurora that had all the amenities she had hoped for and more. When Judi called Happy Hearts and requested an appointment to have her new home certified for foster care, she was shocked when the Director, Veronica McDonald, coldly refused.

Veronica claimed that since the agency had just recently certified Shelly's house, they would not certify another one so soon. Here we have Judi and the twins in a very unsafe environment, yet the director of a foster care placement and adoption agency says, 'no" to a routine and necessary request to certify a safer home for the benefit of the twins under her charge. It's simply unbelievable!

Judi vented, "This was amazing to me. Weren’t they concerned as I was for the twin’s safety? That was why I was moving and I had told them this. Rhonda [another social worker] informed me that my only choice was to remain in the current home with Shelly until the twins were freed up by the courts for adoption, or relinquish them to be moved into a new foster home. " (Portals Vol.1)

Judi felt bewildered and cornered. She knew her first priority was to ensure that the twins were in a safe place and out of harms way. Regretably, it looked like this would require Judi's temporarily giving up custody of the twins so they could be placed in a new foster home, away from Shelly and her alcoholic mother. Although it wasn't what Judi wanted, she knew it was the only decision that made any sense at this point.

Judi summed it up: "I sadly realized that relinquishing the twins to another foster home was the best solution to keep the twins safe. I felt that I should step aside and give the birth mother one final chance to be reunited with the twins, and since I had been given the assurance that I could adopt them if this plan did not work out, I contemplated temporarily being separated from the twins so I could move to California and set up the home for them, and await the court’s decision." (Portals Vol.1)

Judi wrote DDSS and let them know that she was stepping aside so the twins could be moved to a new temporary and safe foster home until they are either reunified with their birth mom or adopted by Judi. Reluctantly, Judi contacted Dov and explained why she would be returning to California without the twins. Dov agreed to fly into Denver and help Judi drive back to California with her belongings. Judi and the twins greeted Dov at the airport and drove him back to Shelly's place. The next day, Dov took outdoor photos of Shelly, Ruby, and the twins. Shortly thereafter, with great sadness, Dov drove Judi and the twins to the DDSS parking lot where social worker Melinda Bennett had been waiting for them.

Melinda had requested that Judi leave the twins' belongings at Shelly's house. Melinda told Judi she would pick them up at Shelly's house later that day with a borrowed truck. Judi described her anguish, "And I kissed them and handed them over to Melinda. It completely broke my heart. And it took every ounce of strength that I could muster to turn around and walk back into the truck and drive away from Denver Social Services. I think that I was completely silent for the first hour of the drive, and when we got to the sign, which said, You are now leaving Colorado. I asked Dov to stop and we pulled the truck over and I said, “Take a picture of me standing under this sign”. (Portals Vol.1)

BACK TO CALIFORNIA

Dov had graciously offered Judi and the twins two of the bedrooms in his spacious three bedroom San Fernando Valley (L.A.) home. Actually, Dov was one of the twin's Godfathers. "Dov had agreed to be one of the twin’s godfathers, and he was true to his word in fulfilling the role of providing for the twins after the death of their father." (Portals Vol.1) Judi remained doubtful that the twin's birth mother would remain drug free; she would be able to complete the adoption process, as promised if the reunification plan failed. Judi explained, " My Social Worker from Colorado, Melinda Bennett, had promised me that if parental rights on the twin’s case were terminated, my request for her to initiate an interstate compact agreement would be granted." (Portals Vol.1)

Optimistically, Judi had Dov's home certified for foster care by The Inner Circle Foster and Adoption Agency on March 11, my Los Angeles home was formally certified for foster care and adoption cases. I was looking forward to the day when the twins would be back in my arms and playing happily in the garden on their swing set. My Social Worker at the Inner Circle Foster and Adoption Agency mailed my new certification certificate and home study approval to Denver Social Services in preparation for the upcoming adoption hearings." (Portals Vol.1)

Judi was prepared. In fact, Judi wrote a letter to Melinda Bennett and requested permission to visit with the twins in Colorado. Surprisingly, her request was denied. Judi recalled " The letter informed me that the twins were thriving in their new foster home and that the department did not feel visitation with me would be a good idea as it could be disruptive to the babies." (Portals Vol. 1)

BETRAYAL ON VALENTINE'S DAY

On February 14th 1997 Judi contacted the twins guardian ad litem, Donald Knowles to get an update regarding the February13th court hearing. This hearing had been requested by DDSS, to obtain a six month continuance, so the re-unification plan with the twin's birth mother could proceed. To Judi's dismay and without her awareness, she was informed that DSS had already determined, after only six weeks of the re-unification trial period that the plan wasn't working. How could this be happening? Melinda Bennett had clearly and unequivocally promised Judi that nothing would be decided until after the six month trial period had ended, yet they had failed to inform Judi of this despite the fact that she had requested in writing to be notified immediately if re-unification failed and Judi had stated she would be on a plane to Colorado the very next day. Why wasn't Judi notified that the twin's birth mother had lost her parental rights? Why didn't they notify Judi that the birth mother had failed to show up after only a few weekend visits? Why did they fail to contact Judi, who was the twins' adoptive mother to let her know that the birth mother had disappeared? Judi learned that one weekend when the biological mother was scheduled to pick-up her twins, she never arrived; Essentially, she had disappeared off the face of the earth. And the twin's father, who had been languishing in jail lost his parental rights as well.

Moreover, Judi had requested in writing that she be notified immediately if for any reason the reunification plan failed. Here's an important clarification. Recall that David and Judi had been participating as licensed foster parents within a specific and clearly defined program referred to as: fost-adopt. Although the contract had been initiated with the Happy Heart's agency, Darius and Tisha, were actually held in joint custody by the Happy Hearts Foster Agency (in Denver) and the Denver Children and Family Services Agency.

Here is the universal definition of what constitutes a fost-adopt placement from the LA. Child and Family Services Agency Website: "A fost-adopt placement occurs when approved adoptive families take children into their homes pending the termination of the birth parents rights to the child. Prior to termination of rights, the child is in the family's home under the guidelines of foster care. Once parental rights are terminated adoptive placement papers can be signed." Per this definition Judi's rights as a fost-adopt parent had been egregiously violated.

Additionally, Judi learned from Donald Knowles that since the court had terminated the twin's birth mother's parental rights, and the twins were now in a temporary foster home, that she must retain an attorney to petition the courts to intervene in the twin's custody.

Judi declares, ".... if reunification failed ,.. I would be on a plane to see the twin’s in Denver the following day, and of course wished to complete their adoption." (citation) The most alarming news of all was when Donald informed Judi that the twins current foster family was seeking to petition the court so they could adopt the twins. In effect, the current foster family was "legally" preempting Judi's contractual adoption rights.

Judi had consistently and with distinction acted as the twins mom in the fost/adopt program for 18 months. All fost/adopt placements contain a standard provision that triggers the adoption phase to begin the moment the biological parents loose their parental rights. To repeat, once the biological parent's parental rights have been terminated, the fost/adopt parents can automatically move to adopt their foster child or children. One has to wonder how these interlopers could get away with something like this? Ponder this, these "Johnny come lately" foster parents had custody of the twin's for merely six weeks, and though they were certified as foster parents, they were not under the fost-adopt program!

Based on Knowles wise recommendation, Judi immediately hired a Colorado attorney, John Canny, so she could petition the court for intervention. In other words, Judi was now on the defensive. She was forced to hire an attorney at great personal expense to represent her in a Colorado court and prove to the court that she, Judi Chase, was the twins rightful mother, and that she should be allowed to fully exercise her legal right as a fost/adopt parent and adopt the twins! The twins current foster family supposedly hired an attorney named Jack Curry to represent them, but he never appeared at the hearing, instead a DDSS appointed and paid for attorney represented them. In other words, the state via DDSS was picking up the tab for all of their legal fees.

To bolster her intervention case, Judi amassed an impressive stack of letters of recommendation, from many professionals who worked with the twins. Each letter in one way or another highlighted Judi's exceptional qualifications as a devoted mother who was uniquely qualified to continue providing a loving and healthy home for the twins. Ironically, Judi was scheduled to fly back to Denver in a few days, this time as a witness in another court case. She had been subpoenaed to testify on behalf of Maureen Davis, one of six social workers fired en masse by the Happy Heart's Foster agency director, Veronica McDonald. Supposedly Maureen was fired for insubordination. It just so happens that Judi had been there the day Maureen Davis was allegedly rude and insubordinate to Veronica. The truth was that the insubordination charge was a total fabrication that Veronica was using as retaliation against Maureen and the other five social workers who were fired.

Judi explains what really happened, “ . . . all six of them filed written complaints about their concerns that the agency director was taking money designated for foster children and using it for her own personal use. She was having the agency pay for her own personal therapy, for the purchase of a brand new car, and other inappropriate expenses." Judi continued, "These six former employees, got together and filed a class action lawsuit against the agency director for wrongful termination of employment and subpoenaed some of the foster parents including me,” (Portals Vol.1) Thanks in great part to Judi's testimony the twins' Social worker did prevail in her court hearing and was awarded substantial financial reimbursement. Although Maureen Davis was very thankful for Judi's support, she worried that Veronica would somehow retaliate against Judi regarding the upcoming custody/adoption battle with the twins.

LETTER FROM: MAUREEN DAVIS 5/5/96

While I was an employee at the ‘Happy Hearts’ (pseudonym) Foster Agency, I witnessed Director Veronica McDonald (pseudonym), being retaliatory toward foster parents. She tried to get rid of at least 2 foster parents that I supervised. During the lawsuit two former Happy Hearts Consultants stated that they were still fearful of Veronica McDonald, and one of them said she could not leave the stand during a break out of fear. I am aware that prior to my being fired by Veronica McDonald, she made several frantic phone calls to Judi Lloyd Chase’s answering machine threatening that if Judi didn’t respond immediately she would come to Judi’s house.

I was one out of four of the six employees in the agency who files a grievance against Veronica for actions that interfered with meeting the needs of the foster children. The day Veronica fired me, she made false accusations to the police, and she imprisoned me in my office and assaulted me. I feared and still fear that placing Judi Lloyd Chase on our subpoena list would cause Veronica to retaliate against Judi Lloyd Chase. I feared Veronica would hinder Judi’s chances of adopting the twins. (end of letter)

Meanwhile, in Denver, Phil Harris had established a working alliance with Judi's intervention attorney, John Canny. And there had been a review hearing. Judi wrote: "On May 13, there was a review hearing on the twins’ case held in Judge Wakefield's Court in Denver. My attorney, John Canny was present. I was not. The Happy Hearts Foster Agency provided a review of the twin's progress, which stated that Judi Chase was no longer their Foster Mother because she did not wish to continue doing foster care. This was a lie, as I had given written notice in Dec. 1995 to the Happy Hearts Agency that I would continue to maintain a current Foster Care license through the Inner Circle Foster Agency and I sent the same letter to Melinda Bennett at DSS. And the new foster agency had already sent them my new foster care license. Why would they lie? " (Portals Vol.1)

Phil's first assignment was to determine who the mysterious new foster parents were, while Judi was busy back in L.A. pursuing a second expert opinion of David's autopsy report. The official autopsy report claimed that David's death had been consistent with drowing based on the assumption that all of David's noted bodily injuries had occurred postmortem! In short, the coroner was legitimizing the notion that no foul play had occurred. Judi needed someone with expertise to explain to her exactly how the coroner could be so sure all David's injuries were 100%, without a doubt post mortem? Judi was skeptical.
 

THE REAL REASON BEHIND THE SECRECY

Finally Judi's attorney, John Canny had discovered who the twin's new foster mother was. It was none other than Shelly Jones! Judi anguished. " I will never forget picking up the phone and hearing Vicky’s {John Canny's secretary} voice on the other end telling me she knew who the new foster parents were. She told me it was Shelly and her mother Ruby. How could Shelly and her mother have deceived me? How could they have arranged all of this behind my back, watched me pack up all the twin’s toys as if they were going off somewhere new. They watched me dismantle the cribs! And what about the truck? The social worker, Melinda Bennett, said she was going to use her friend’s truck to move the twins to a new foster home.
They must have all lied to me, and together conspired to keep me in the dark, behind walls of secrecy, and because I was in the dark, I could not say anything or try and stop it.” (Portals Vol.1)

PHIL HARRIS DISPROVES SEVERAL OF THE CORONER'S KEY FINDINGS

I {Phil Harris} called Levi Strauss Company and talked to one of the designers of the fabric of Levi’s. The designer said that he did not believe that Levi’s would dissolve in 47 days in cold water. No matter how hard the water was running. He also said that if David wore his jeans tight they would have resisted dissolving much longer than 47 days. He said that if the Jefferson County detectives want proof they could put a pair of used jeans, most any kind, not just Levi’s, in a washing machine and turn it on Agitate with cold water for 47 days and the jeans would still be there. At least the waistband, side seams and lower leg cuffs. When I ask him why would the deceased have cuts or lacerations on the top / front of his thighs and front of his lower legs and have a small bottom cuff loop still left in the boots and socks area he said just what we suspect. Pat or someone cut David’s jeans off rather than take his boots and socks off to get the jeans off. This designer also said the jeans would have discolored but not dissolved in 47 days. Tight jeans resist the waters flow because they are round and water flows over them rather than into them, like a flat surface would get hit with this flowing water. Besides, how could the debris in the creek lacerate David’s legs so uniformly as the coroners report states?

And I always notice that any injuries were considered after death. I do not buy this either. What does consistent with drowning mean? Was it a dry or wet drowning and exactly what kind of damage was done to spinal (C-6). This is a very likely are for a neck break, which I and two doctors to date have said, can and will break from (C-2 to C-6) depending upon the angle and force of the twist and the direction the head / body is placed as the break begins. As for the break happening after death, this angle depends on the severity of the break and the evidence left behind. If the neck was broken, as two psychics have said, before David was thrown into the water but he was already dead from just plain strangling then there would be no local trauma around the fracture / dislocation. Another factor involved here is just how damaged was (C-6). A severe break here could stop the heart and there would be no bleeding into the area of the fracture / dislocation making the break appear after death due to no bleeding.

Also the cold water would have stemmed bleeding and the water after 47 days could have washed any evidence away of say a strike with a blunt object (ask Judi what appeared in her garage after David’s death). Hung in another spot than where David would have hung it and Judi did not remember it being there right after David died / disappeared on June 6, 1995. Both doctors said they didn’t believe that David’s neck could have been broken by the creek no matter how hard the water was flowing and no matter what David’s head may have bumped into. David’s body would have been limp very soon after death and a limp spine would be extremely hard to break. Again depending upon the extent of the injuries, which only the coroners and investigators know and hopefully pictures and or x-ray films show. Also a blow to the head or neck, while in the water would have caused severe damage to the head / neck area that would have been seen by the coroner’s investigation. (Portals Vol.1)

DR. RONALD N. KORNBLUM . . .
DISTINGUISHED FORENSIC PATHOLOGIST

An autopsy reality check was in order. Judi contacted a Ronald N. Kornblum, a Forensic Pathologist with a sterling reputation and a distinguished career was highly recommended. After sending him the autopsy report, Judi agreed to meet a week later at Dr. Kornblum's office in Pasadena to discuss the Doctor's opinion.

At the meeting, here's what Dr. Kornblum told Judi:

Dr. Kornblum: “I have read the entire autopsy report done by Dr. Galloway that you sent me, and I can see why you wanted another opinion”
“Ms. Chase, I know this must not be easy for you. I've spent considerable time over the past week reviewing your husband's autopsy report. I disagree with the findings. The conclusion of the report states that the cause of death was consistent with drowning, however, I believe your husband was dead before he ever went into the water.” (Portals Vol.1)

Judi: “Look, Dr. Kornblum, it states clearly that my husband was not drunk as indicated in this toxology level report. It was under .1%. It was only .083% for the blood .066% for the spleen alcohol. Kathy Sazak, the Assistant D.A. handling my husband’s homicide case explained to me that this level is the equivalent of two beers or less, and this toxology report shows clearly that he was not drunk at the time he died” (Portals Vol.1).

Dr. Kornblum; “Yes I see that,” he replied.

Judi added, ". . . the newspapers . . . portrayed David as a drunken pal of a known drunkard who jumped in the river. This could not have been the case and I am relieved to see that the toxology report provides solid evidence that what the Denver Post printed was false, and DEAD MEN DON'T JUMP INTO RIVERS!". (Portals Vol.2)

DR. KORNBLUM SENDS LETTER . . . BUT D.A.'S OFFICE NEVER REPLIES

On March 28, 1999 Dr. Kornblum sent a letter to Kathy Sazak Assistant D.A. explaining to her that Judi Chase had asked him to review a copy of David Chase's autopsy report along with several local newspaper reports. Dr, Kornblum admits that he hasn't had the opportunity to view any photos or the police report yet it is clear to him that all of David Chase's injuries did not occurred , and that the cause of death was in his professional opinion conclusively "consistant with drowning," contrary to Dr. Galloway's determination. And he takes issue with the fact that Dr. Galloway seems so certain that none of David's injuries were anti-mortem. For example, Dr. Kornblum states: "... the pathologist states that there are post mortem fractures, but does not go into any detail as to how he determined that they were post mortem. He does note that there is no evidence of hemorrhage in the surrounding soft tissues at the margins of the fractures. However, with a body immersed in water for several weeks, along with the effects of decomposition, could wash any blood out of such fractures and the surrounding tissues."

Next Dr. Kornblum draws attention to a glaring detail that is inconsistent with a postmortem event. "Externally, the body was unclothed except for boots and socks and the ends of cut off jeans." Note the word *cut off.* Dr. Kornblum continues, "The other area of interest is the condition of the clothing and the post mortem lacerations on the surface of the body. The body is clothed in boots and socks and the ends of jeans, which had been cut off. The rest of the body is unclothed. Many lacerations, which are described as post mortem, are seen on the body. The same problem exists here with stating that these wounds are post mortem after they have been immersed in water. The location and direction of the lacerations is not given. The photographs could be of great help here. The question is: Are these lacerations related to the effects of an instrument used to cut the clothing off? Only a look at the photographs would enable an interpretation of these wounds. I am a forensic pathologist with 30 years experience with cases such as this. I will include a copy of my curriculum vitae." (end of excerpt)

It should be noted that Judi left numerous messages regarding Dr. Kornblum's review and subsequent opinion of David Chase's autopsy report, and she too was ignored.

PHIL'S INVESTIGATION INTO DAVID'S DEATH
SPILLS OVER TO THE TWINS

Judi explains "... Phil began conducting surveillance, first on Pat and then on Shelly, the nanny, who now was the temporary foster mother of the twins. On the very first day he began the surveillance he was trying to confirm whether or not Shelly still lived at the same house as before. And so had had decided to follow her home from the twin’s daycare. Something totally unexpected happened as he was following her home, which caused him great concern for the twin’s safety."
And there's this:

Phil's investigation into David's homicide included interviewing local Evergreen residents. Several of the interviewees told Phil that Shelly Judi's nanny and Pat were involved together in various types of illegal operations including "trafficking." Jeffco homicide investigator, Don Olin included testimony in his 600 page homicide investigation into David Chase's death that confirmed Pat Lubelski and Shelly Jones had been meeting on the sly. Judi adds: "Phil Harris not only witnessed a child abuse incident when he followed Shelley Jones and witnessed her violently shaking baby Tisha and hitting her, but he also uncovered multiple aliases that she was using prior to June, 1996, when Phil Harris suddenly and mysteriously died whilst working on this case." Judi continues, "It is very apparent in retrospect that the reason Shelley Jones never gave me any of her I.D. information in writing was so that I could not do a background check on her. She gave me verbal references and promised to provide written reference shortly thereafter, however she never provided them. Other information she gave me about her employment proved to be false."

Phil filed a report with the local police department and gave a copy to John Canny, Judi's intervention attorney for the twins.

BABY CHILD ABUSE REPORT MAY 14th 1996

Investigative Report by Mr. Phil Harris, Reference Child Abuse done to Tisha Tanner by Shelly Jones.

"...To continue Shelly does not show a valid or invalid Colorado’s Driver’s License registered in this state, nor does she have a Driver’s License application on file. She is white female who I later positively as Shelly Jones living at the same residence that Judi Chase stayed at in the months of November and December, ’95 when Judi had Darius and Tisha.

Shelly Jones pulled into the driveway at the Fuzzy Bear Day Care Center in Denver Colorado and went inside. I could see Darius and Tisha looking out the front window for the last ten minutes. They were laughing, twice Shelly came out and brought the two children to her station wagon.

This incident comes into play in just a few minutes. I would say that Shelly was having a problem with Tisha. Like crying, screaming, whatever. To explain this further Shelly then got back in the wagon and started south on South Sheridan. She only drove about three minutes and she made a left turn across two lanes of on-going traffic. I must say she was in too big of a hurry as the northbound cars had to blow their horns at her.

Shelly immediately picked Tisha out of the car by her upper arms and carried her just past the left front of the wagon. I could see Tisha trying to get away from Shelly with body movements. I was parked on the west side of the street in a vacant parking area, approximately a city block away. I couldn’t get on the east side of SL Sheridan. Shelly was apparently mad at Tisha when she pulled over to that east side of the road in front and very close to the north bound traffic because of the circumstances going on. Shelly knelt down on one knee and it appeared Shelly was trying to talk to Tisha. Tisha was wiping her eyes, as a child would do if they were crying, kind of with the thumb and finger areas. Shelley then grabbed Tisha again on the upper arms and Shelly shook Tisha back and forth very hard, so hard that I could see the child’s whole body and neck whiplash. Tisha at this point started trying to hit Shelley who held onto Trisha’s arm to control her.

In about a minute or less Shelly again picked up Tisha the same way she had carried her to the sidewalk, by the upper arms. Which I feel could have injured the child’s shoulders as well as whip lashed or caused spinal brain damage, when Shelly shook Tisha. Shelly put Tisha back into the car and drove off as fast as traffic would allow. I would say from my experience as a police officer and a police detective that Shelly was mad (upset) with the baby girl, and was driving over the speed limit for that area. I could not keep up with Shelly at that point and lost her at a traffic light. She still headed south on Sheridan.

I called Denver Police Department to report this child abuse incident and they told me the following. I should make a report in writing, and if I ever saw several other incidents like this I should go to social services with my reports. They (the Denver Police Department) do not make reports on one incident. I ask them if this means that a child must be abused several times in order to be constituted as child abuse. And they asked what I based ‘child abuse’ on!

I told them that I had handled hundreds of child abuse cases, and witnessed many, many incidents in the past as a police officer and police detective in Dayton, Ohio. They said…”Well, you are not a police officer now, and we make the rules here in Denver.” I have been a martial artist for 45 years and I know what can cause injuries to the spine and neck areas. Also I have been advised that Shelly is in the nurse’s medical field and she should know better than most people not to shake a child like this.

I know Tisha and Darius personally as I am Judi Chase’s private detective and have spent at least 50 hours around Judi and the children in the past. Since October 17th 1995 when Judi hired me. My motive in reporting this incident to attorney John Canny is 1st what any decent human being should do when they witness child abuse. 2nd I had been told that when the children were in Judi’s care they were unruly to the max. Well I know this is not true. I would not have put up with Judi being mean or unruly to these children or any other children on the planet.

I am willing to testify to this incident and also to the following night when Jesse Boyd, (my private detective with Harris Research Group) here in Colorado, and I followed Shelly again from the Fuzzy Bear Care Day Center. Shelly changed lanes twice without using her signal lights. And at one time she was going 45 miles in a 35-mile an hour zone. She turned east on Jewel and went a few blocks where she turned left just after her controlling light turned yellow. I pulled off the follow-up part of the investigation, as I can’t break motor vehicle laws. I will not. I have seen hundreds of tragic accidents and the end results of what these violations Shelly was doing can cause. I feel even if she had a valid drivers’ license for Colorado, she should not be driving and especially with these children at risk in the car with her."

PHIL HARRIS DISCOVERS TISHA'S HAIR
HAD BEEN DYED A MUCH DARKER COLOR

Phil had decided to check-up on the twins. He had good reason to be concerned about their safety. Since Phil knew the daycare the twins were enrolled in, he posed as a grandfather looking for a suitable daycare for his granddaughter. The director took him on a tour of the facilities and that's when he spied Tisha and Darius. They immediately recognized Phil. Judi wrote of Phil's observations, "Darius sat next to his twin sister to eat. He gave her his cookie and said, “Look, there is mamma's friend.” Tisha’s eyes grew wide as she looked over at Phil, “ 'Is momma coming?' ” Darius nodded his head, “ 'yes, momma is gonna come and get us.' " The twins smiled at each other as they ate their cookies and giggled. Phil looked over at Tisha and suddenly noticed her hair had been dyed, much, much darker. He frowned and wondered why someone would dye a little two-year-old’s hair. He remembered that he had read reports of children abducted from Disneyland, where their hair was immediately dyed a different color and their appearance changed in preparation for sneaking them out and later trafficking them for child pornography. He picked up the day care brochure, thanked the director and returned to his car, concerned about what he had just seen." (Portals Vol.1)

KANGAROO COURT

On June 2, 1996, Phil Harris, Judi and her attorney John Canny entered the Denver courthouse. It was day one of the intervention hearing. Judge Wakefield, who was blind was presiding. Phil Harris and Vanessa Campbell testified on behalf of Judi. Vanessa was Judi's former neighbor in Evergreen, the social worker who had originally advised the Chase's to consider the fost-adopt program. During a break, Vanessa shared with Phil a strange experience in Evergreen that she had on her way home from work. "I was driving home after work and Pat’s white truck was stopped in the middle of the road and Shelley’s car was also stopped in the middle of the road adjacent to his truck, both of their driver’s windows were down, they were leaning out of their windows, having a conversation together. I was stuck behind them and had to wait several minutes for them to finish their conversation and drive off before I could drive any further.” (Portals Vol.1)

Phil thought it was exceedingly strange that Shelly and Pat would be having a conversation of any kind. First off, Shelly had claimed that she didn't know anyone in the neighborhood. And secondly, Shelly knew that Pat was the prime suspect in David's death. Phil commented, "And considering the homicide investigators statement in the newspaper that he thought Pat should be charged with either manslaughter or murder, you’d think Pat would have been the last person she would want to meet with. Judi told me her nanny was just as terrified as she was that the murder suspect lived right around the corner, and she even helped Judi barricade the doors of the house.” (Portals Vol.1)

When Phil took the stand he told the court about the shaken baby child abuse incident that he had witnessed when Shelly shook baby Tisha. To counter Phil's testimony the court actually brought in an expert who was a doctor. He proceeded to use tortured logic to explain that shaken baby syndrome is applicable to newborn babies, not to a 27 month old toddler like Tisha! So babies or children beyond the newborn stage can be shaken violently and it's not considered abuse?

The hearing dragged on thanks to the deep pockets of DSS and their endless stream of witnesses. Instead of a one day hearing as anticipated by Judi and her lawyer, it stretched into a week long hearing. Judi's legal fees were escalating astronomically. Judi fretted, "The more days that the hearing continued, the more legal fees accrued, because my attorney had to hire a second attorney to assist him in working through the new documents and testimonies." (Portals Vol.1) Judi and her lawyer had asked the court for a third party bonding evaluation. Had this test been done, it could have been established for the court who the twin's considered their mother to be. Although Judge Wakefield showed interest in the test at first, in the end he decided against it. Judi lamented, "Judge Wakefield, on numerous occasions, indicated that the court was considering requesting an independent bonding evaluation, which was a good sign. And I hoped that he would rule to order this evaluation as any licensed child psychologist would very easily be able to ascertain whom the twins viewed as their mother. (Portals vol.1)

On June 7th while the court was adjourned, Phil revealed to Judi:

“I learned some interesting news about a domestic abuse report made by Becky (Pat's girlfriend and Judi's former neighbor), only I can't reveal my source.”

I looked at Phil, curiously, “Well what did it say?”
“Pat beat Becky up and she called Clear Creek County Sheriff’s Department. The police came to Pat's house to take the report and guess who came out as the victim's advocate?”

”No, not my victim's advocate, Julia Baker?” I replied quickly.
Phil nodded. “One and the same. And listen to this … Becky made this comment: “I know far more about Pat killing David than he's told you...”
I gasped, “Oh my God, she actually said that?”

“She did.”

“Phil, this is incredible, don’t you remember it was Julia Baker who was the victim’s advocate from the Clear Creek county Sheriff’s Dept. who arrived at my house with the police on the morning I reported David missing. And remember the message that David gave you a couple of days ago, this is important, she’s an important piece of this puzzle.”

“I know that, I’m trying to think of a way to get the whole story out of these people,” Phil replied (end of excerpt)
 

Then on June 9, 1996, despite abundant credible evidence supporting Judi's legal right to adopt the twins , Judge Wakefield ruled in favor of DSS and Shelly. First Judi's beloved husband David was taken from her (murdered), and now $20,000 poorer her twins had been legally kidnapped.

Judi wrote: " Judge was awarding the twins to my former nanny Shelly so she could adopt them, instead of me. And how could he rule that a police officer, witnessing in detail a shaken baby child abuse incident as insufficient evidence. That made no sense. Not only were the children awarded to my former live-in nanny, but also this nanny had just been accused by a police officer of child abuse!!"

Judi flew back to LA still trying to make sense of the injustice that had prevailed. Only a few days after getting back, she received a telephone call from Phil.

PHIL HARRIS' LAST CALL TO JUDI

Phil: " 'Judi, I want to tell you something important, but after I tell you, I am going to rip up my notes about this item and I don’t want you to publish it in our book about the investigation.' ”
 

Judi was puzzled, but replied, “Okay, Phil, what is it?"
 

Phil continued on, “ 'Last Monday morning, before the judge [Wakefield] ruled on your case, he received a phone call at his home. It was a male voice, someone who has never met you, and he told the judge, ‘I hope you aren’t thinking of moving the twins to the intervener. Because if you are, do not. Do you understand?’ Then the judge replied, ‘Actually I don’t see it that way.’ The voice responded threateningly, ‘Under no circumstances are you to move the twins. Do I make myself clear? There would be repercussions that would be most unpleasant. There are people who are prepared to make things very difficult.’ ”

Phil added, “Judi, I’ll do some more digging and get back to you. Maybe we’re getting close to uncovering the truth.” (Portals Vol.1)

PHIL HARRIS IS DEAD

Within days Phil Harris was dead. He had severe vomiting and diarrhea and was admitted to the hospital. They diagnosed that he was suffering from some type of poisoning, treated him accordingly and released him. Returning home he died. The official cause of death was deemed to have been a heart attack. His wife as well as Judi suspected foul play. Yet another devastating loss for Judi.

WHAT (REALLY) HAPPENED TO DON OLIN?

Five months later, Nov.14th 1966 Judi was invited to do a segment of "Unsolved Mysteries" about David's alleged murder. This engagement would take her back to Denver where it was to be filmed. Judi arranged to meet with Janet Harris (Phil's widow) while she was there. After Judi was done filming the interview, she and Janet decided to visit Don Olin. the homicide detective who had worked on David's case for three months exclusively and had produced a 600 page homicide report. Judi and Janet learned that Don was in the hospital. Janet thought it would be a good idea to visit Don in the hospital immediately. Janet couldn't help but wonder: “Oh no, I hope that Don was not the recipient of foul play as well as Phil and David. I agree with you, we should go and pay him a visit right now!” (Portals Vol.1)

Judi and Janet walked into Don's room and greeted him with a bouquet of flowers. Judi reintroduced herself and introduced Janet to Don. He had an acute attack of pancreitis and almost died. "He looks completely different, so lifeless. He's just a shell of what he was." Judi noted (Portals Vol.1)
They learned that Don would be retiring soon and his 600 page homicide report would no doubt be handed off to someone else. Judi was quick to reassure Don that he had already solved David's murder. Don told Judi, "Judi, the DA for some reason was not ready to go forward with my suggestion to prosecute, and thought she would wait until more evidence came in. There is a bit more to it than that, but I …” (Portals Vol.1) Don's energy was fading fast, so Judi and Janet wished him well and left.

NOTE: The Victim’s Compensation Board of Colorado awarded Judi a specified monetary compensation to be used for a 10-week grief-processing program. Only family members of homicide victims are eligible for these funds.

Bottom Line: David's alleged murder is still unsolved and the authorities have completely disregarded Don Olin's 600 page homicide report. Judi has supplied potentially case cracking and ground breaking leads to the police and the D.A. over the years, but they have mysteriously refused to act. Essentially the situation with the twins followed the same pattern. Evidence from reliable sources indicating that the twins were in harms way was officially ignored or denied.

Judi summarizes: " “First David goes missing, the police start a homicide investigation. He's found dead in the river, then I get stalked, and shot at, then the twins birth mother disappears and then we hear, maybe she's dead from a drug overdose. I don’t even know if she is alive or not.”

Janet chimed in, “Then Phil dies and the hospital doctors were not sure if he was suffering from some kind of poisoning. Did that cause a heart attack?”
 

Judi added, “And right after the police investigator completes his investigation, and requests an arrest warrant, he almost dies and now he's totally incapacitated and off of the case. His three months of . . . work has come to a standstill. It's almost like someone or something wants this whole thing to go away. But who and why? What on earth is going on?” (Portals Vol.1)

Judi met Dog the Bounty Hunter, an ex-felon turned good guy, on Dec. 7, 1999, while volunteering at an Anthony Robbin's "Results 2000 Seminar'. Anthony Robbins, you'll recall is the famous rags to riches, fat to slim, self-help success coach guru and world renown motivational speaker who came to prominence in the go-go 80's via his fire walk and neuro-linguistic based transformation seminars.

Judi had previously met and befriended Anthony Robbin's mother, Nikki Robbins at one of Robbins fire walk seminars. Nikki and Judi hit it off instantaneously. Not only are they good friends to this day, but Nikki is Godmother to Judi's two California adopted sons, Sky and Sage. Nikki Robbins was appalled when she first learned from Judi that David Chase had been murdered and his killer was still on the roam, and of the ensuing legal kidnapping of the twins, Darius and Tisha Tanner by Shelley Jones, Judi's ex-nanny, and how circumstantially everything lead back to an elite, satanic, pedophile and pornography ring having been the culprits. Nikki's response to all this was sincere and straight forward, she vowed to help Judi in her quest for justice.

"Date with Destiny" Seminar in Palm Springs.

It was at the behest of his mother Nikki, that Anthony Robbins asked his longtime friend Duane 'Dog' Chapman to help Judi. Dog walked over to Judi and explained, "Anthony asked me if I could help you on your case about your husband and your twins, and I agreed I would. I’d be happy to help you in any way I can. Anthony has been a really good friend to me over the years.” Judi and Dog exchanged contact information. Judi agreed to call Dog to brief him on the case and send him a packet of background information. It didn't hurt that Dog used to live in Colorado and that he had already met Jack Curry, although he had never professionally worked with him. Dog confided, "... I was aware of your former nanny’s attorney Jack Curry. Not that I ever worked with him on any cases, but I had seen him around in his wheelchair from time to time at the Denver Courthouse." Dog made it clear to Judi that his strategy would be to arrange to "bump into Curry" and make it appear to Curry that the questions he would be broaching appeared casual and were not part of an investigation or contrived in any way.

SHELLY DID WHAT WITH THE TWINS?

Within a couple of months, in January of 2000, the perfect opportunity presented itself, thus allowing Dog to question Jack Curry as planned. As a stroke of serendipity, Dog had been engaged in some official business at the Denver Courthouse when he fortuitously ran into Mr. Curry. Craftily, Dog casually reestablished rapport with Curry by chatting with him about a case that Dog was currently working on, which he knew Curry had previously been involved with. Dog then segued into asking Curry if he was familiar with David Chase's homicide case, which he affirmed he was. They talked briefly about Judi and David's neighbor Pat Lubelski, and they both agreed that Pat was more than likely behind David's death. Then Dog went for the jugular and asked, 'I know that David Chase had twins and I understand you represented the Chase’s nanny in the twin’s adoption case. Apparently she adopted the twins instead of David’s widow, how are they doing now?’ " Curry admitted, “ 'Oh, she does not have them anymore. She never had any intention of adopting them. She worked as the middleman and passed them on to a third party in California.' ” (Portals Vol.1)

After speaking with Jack Curry, Dog walked away with the impression that Shelley was running a private adoption agency brokering babies, and that Jack Curry was her legal and adoption paperwork point man.

Judi's response to Dog's revelation was nonplussed and livid: "I was totally stunned and speechless. “Dog, Oh my god, you mean she sold my babies? She TRICKED me! Shelley came into my home, posed as a nanny and then turned around and snatched my babies right out from under my nose and sold them!! How dare she do this! Dog, don’t you understand? This is completely the opposite of what Social Services presented to the courts, that she was an adoptive mother. Now her attorney is saying she’s an adoption baby broker! Shelley is not a licensed adoptions broker!! “She’s not? I got the impression from the attorney that this was her job. And that he did the adoption paperwork.” Dog replied. I {judi} shook my head and stared intently at Dog. “No, No! This is illegal. This is called child trafficking. You can’t sell foster children! Once children become wards of the state, they cannot be passed off as private adoptions and no one can make money off such transactions. This is called fraud.” (Portals Vol.2)

THE TWINS AND ORGANIZED CHILD TRAFFICKING

Judi proceeded to explain to Dog that she had recently attended an adoption conference where she learned the details governing private adoptions in the U.S.A. Judi recalled what one of the presenters at the conference had unequivocally elucidated, and Judi reiterated her statement, “… we have a lot of pregnant teenage girls that come to our agency, and we advise them that we can only arrange a private adoption for them as long as social services is not involved. If they do become involved with the mother and take the baby into the foster care system, the baby then becomes a ‘ward of the court’ and cannot be adopted out privately.” (Portals Vol.2)
Judi concluded that apparently the twins were the victims of an organized child trafficking network. "... and perhaps, if we can find out what happened to the twins, we can find and rescue other abducted foster children!” (Portals Vol.2)

WILL THE REAL SHELLY JONES PLEASE STAND UP?

Here's additional information Dog and his investigators uncovered about Shelly Jones:

1. Shelly Jones used two different Social Security numbers. Why?

2. Shelly was using Judi's Evergreen house as her address, long after Judi had sold her house in October of 1995. Ironically, this was when Shelley Judi and the twins were all living together in Denver. Why?

3. Shelly listed Judi's phone number, an Evergreen number, on three different addresses. As of 09/01/1999 Shelly was still using Judi's old Evergreen phone number even though she lists her residence as Denver, which would not be an Evergreen phone number. Why?

4. Shelly suddenly changed her middle initial to W from the previous S or R. Now it's W. Why?

5. Shelly had listed the Rocky Mountain News as a previous address (EMPLOYER?), yet the personal Department informed the investigator that no one by the name of Shelley Jones had ever worked there. Why?

6. Per Duane Dog Chapman's investigator, Shelly had a federal IRS tax lein for $13,000 and a judgement against her from an attorney for the amount of $23,000. Why did Denver Social Services approve her as an adoptive candidate under those circumstances?

NOTE: Actually the selling of the twins appears to have worked like this: Shelly fronts for an organized child trafficking ring, and for a handsome fee she brokers the twins to clients of the said pedophile ring for set periods of time and in turn gets a cut of the action. Moreover, after each 'assignment' the twins resume living with Shelly and her husband, until they are again brokered out.

DEJA VU

Corroborating investigation: Judi stated: "A private investigator in Georgia (about a year prior to Dog's findings) began working on my husband’s case and received information from an FBI agent that my former nanny had only kept the twins for a very short time, before passing them onto someone else. If true, this was truly shocking information, as Social Services had presented my former nanny to the court as the final and permanent adoptive home for the twins." (Portals Vol.2)

JUDI CONTACTS KATHY SAZAK, ASSISTANT D.A. COLORADO

Judi immediately contacted Assistant D.A. Kathy Sazak and reported Dog's findings. Judi was relieved when Ms. Sazak swiftly contacted the FBI, who in turn "assigned FBI Child Pornography Agent Joe Schwecke to investigate the twins’ situation." (Portals Vol.2) Judi met with Agent Schwecke in Denver and was extremely hopeful he would be able to crack open the twins case. Judi notes: "... FBI agent Joe Schwecke. was unable to view the twins adoption records because they were sealed! Records of adopted foster children are always sealed, which makes it virtually impossible to track what happens to them!" (Portals Vol.1)

However, once again Judi was sorely disappointed. She writes, "a month had passed" {since her meeting with Schwecke} and she had not heard back from him. So Judi wrote Agent Schwecke a follow-up letter.

EXCERPTS FROM JUDI CHASE'S LETTER TO SCHWECKE

To: Joe Schwecke, FBI Special Agent

"Is it possible that Shelly Jones has presented herself over the past years to many different Foster/Adoption Agencies using a new alias each time to receive sets of children for the purpose of gaining legal adoptive custody then arranging for their sale and handing them over after the 6 month period expires when Social Services is required to visit? Perhaps she is currently in the process of doing this again, and if so could be arrested on the charge of Child trafficking. It would be important to investigate whether or not there was collusion between her and any other agencies beginning with the Happy Hearts Foster Agency regarding an underground child selling operation.

A suggestion from the L.A. Adoption Social Worker is to see if any of the aliases match up to Shelly Jones’s fingerprints as each time an Agency approves a Foster/Adoptive Parent, they are required to get fingerprints. Is it possible to track via computer whether Shelley Jones has Adopted or Fostered any other children using any of her aliases through multiple Foster Agencies? Obviously caution is in order IF Shelly Jones is the only link to locating Darius and Tisha Tanner, it is always possible she could flee if alerted. On behalf of the International Children’s Rights Committee I thank you for your efforts to date and hope that you will see this through to the end."

A BRICK WALL

A clinical Psychologist, Dr. Linda Steele wrote a letter on April 15, 2001 to Dr. Chris Veasey, the manager of Denver Social Services. In the letter, Dr. Steele requested that a medical doctor and an independent child psychologist perform an evaluation of the Tanner twins to rule out allegations the twins had been exploited in child pornography and ritually abused. Additionally Dr. Steel suggested that an administrative review should also be conducted. She stated in her letter, " 'At the suggestion of Diane Wagner Acting Chief, Adoption Division, LA Department of Children and Family Services, Ms. Wagner suggested that an administrative review be conducted of the Tanner twins case.' " (Portals Vol.1)

NOTE: Dr. Steele never received a response from Dr. Chris Veasey, even after follow-up requests from other members of the International Children's Rights Committee. Copies of Dr. Steele's letter were also sent to: the Colorado Attorney General, the Governor of Colorado, Colorado Bureau of Investigations (CBI), and Senator Dianne Feinstein, who personally wrote two letters to Attorney General John Ashcroft.

RESULT: According to the L.A. FBI, a law enforcement agent paid a perfunctory visit to the Tanner household and reported that the twins were being home schooled, and that in his opinion the twins appeared to be fine. He concluded that he "could not see that any laws had been broken." (Portals Vol.2)

WHAT'S IN THAT VIAL?

In August of 2003 a non-profit organization involved in recovering abducted children contacted Judi. They told her one of their analysts had uncovered information indicating that the Tanner twins may be victims of an organized child trafficking ring. "... the CEO telephoned me and asked me to send him information on my husband's homicide case, (he being the twin's adoptive father), and information on the twin’s adoption by Shelly, my former nanny. (...) I decided to provide this requested information to him and his organization in person, and met with him on Aug. 7, 2003”, Judi elaborated. (Portals Vol.3)

This organization's CEO, a retired CIA Agent and one of their private investigators decided to go to Colorado and see if they could locate the twins. The result: they found the twins amidst some very suspicious circumstances. The investigators wrote up a chilling report detailing their disturbing findings. In response to their report, Judi Chase wrote a letter to California, Congressman Joe Baca, where she outlined the salient points of said report.

EXCERPTS FROM JUDI'S LETTER TO CALIFORNIA CONGRESSMAN BACA:

"Shelly and Daniel Rampart, the twins adoptive parents pulled their truck into the driveway of their home. Before the Rampart's exited their vehicle the investigator jumped out of his car and walked over to the truck positioning himself next to the door on the passenger side where Shelly was sitting. The twins were not in the truck. The investigator quickly initiated a conversation with the Ramparts when unexpectedly Darius popped out of the garage and approached the truck."

The report stated: “ I {investigator} positioned myself on Shelly’s side of the vehicle and was able to get another visual on Darius when he came out of the garage in a moment of curiosity. During that time, two neighborhood children approached Daniel’s driver side of the truck and handed him a small box and an orange-brown vial half filled with a clear liquid.” the private investigator continued, "... one child said to Daniel Rampart and Shelly, “I was told to give you this.” The report states: “Daniel{Rampart} made a comment … “What’s this … drugs?” to which Shelly did not react. Although there was a sense that they were hiding something, whatever it was, was not evident at the time.”

The investigator opined "... this block of the neighborhood was 'tainted with this activity." Judi continued in her letter. "I reported this incident in writing in my October 23rd, 2003 letter to the Jefferson County District Attorney’s office. However, they failed to respond. I have included a correspondence file below to illustrate the various letters of concern for the safety of the twins that I have written." (Portals Vol.3)

JUDI'S COMMUNICATION IS MONITORED AND INTERCEPTED

It was during a conversation with the investigator {Retired CIA Agent}, that Judi learned he had sent her a package containing "... everything that he had witnessed in a report that he had mailed me.' (Portals Vol.3) Suspiciously, Judi had never received the package. Judi notes: "We discussed the possibility that others were intercepting the correspondence between his organization and mine. A package on this case, that I sent him, back in April of 2004, which included testimony from the CPS {child protective services} Reform Inquiry, was mysteriously very delayed in reaching him, and when it finally arrived, the package had already been opened by someone. It is not known how this package was opened or by whom. Additionally, emails have not reached me, and my phone several times a week projects a loud tone, which inhibits conversation and requires me to hang up. It appears that my mail, phone calls, emails, and faxes are being monitored and intercepted." (Portals Vol.3)

RETIRED CIA AGENT WEIGHS IN

Judi explained in her letter to Congressman Baca: “Although not able to positively identify the contents of the box and the glass vial, this investigator remains concerned that the contents were drugs, and remains concerned that the twin’s parents are involved in utilizing children to handle, transport and procure illegal substances" Judi went on to say: “This investigator was puzzled and concerned as to why the request made by Dr. Linda Steele in 2001 was never done. She had requested Dr. Chris Veasey, manager of Denver Social Services to have medical and psychological evaluations conducted on these twins in order to bring this matter to a resolution. He asked the question, “What is the reason that these evaluations were not done?” (Portals Vol.3)

THE PINES FlORIDA CONNECTION

Out of the blue, in the fall of 2000, a Private Investigator, named Mr. Herbert Pines called Judi. He explained that he was working for a Florida attorney on a child custody case that involved Pat Lubelski. Judi was intrigued to learn that Pat was shacking-up with a new live-in girlfriend, who had a 12 year old daughter. The woman's ex-husband, who was the girl's father hired the attorney, because he was very concerned for his daughter's safety.

Then Mr. Pines dropped this bombshell in Judi's lap: First he asked Judi if she had a copy of the "Unsolved Mysteries" TV segment that featured David's murder in Colorado, and he proceeded to tell her that he had three witnesses that claimed when Pat was drunk one night he had "boasted about the show," and bragged, " 'If they only knew what I know about this case. If only the police knew what I know about David's murder. And, I have a souvenir from it.' " (Portals Vol.3)
 

There's more. The following day during a three hour phone conversation with Judi's attorney, Pines confided: "Pat had threatened serious bodily harm to the three witnesses if they ever revealed what he {Pat} had told them about David's murder." Additionally, Judi learned, Pat had been making trips from Colorado, to Florida and South America, with the 12-year-old's mother, who was reportedly his new girlfriend. And all of them had "gotten kicked out of Costa Rica after upsetting the Government to such a degree that they weren't allowed to use normal transportation to leave the country." (Portals Vol.3)

 

JUDI'S JAW DROPPING DINNER WITH ANDRE

Judi's work over the years with non-profit foundations in general and the Whole Life Expo in particular enabled her to work with many dedicated volunteers from all walks of life. Sarah was a volunteer who had been helping Judi with a mailing list for the International Children's Right's Campaign, which was being sponsored by the *The International Children's Rights Committee whose primary mission is: 'Protecting The World's Children from Exploitation and Abuse'. Here's an excerpt from "an urgent message" titled, 'Justice Cannot Sleep Forever' that's currently posted on their website ( www.earthharmonyfoundation.org/justice.html )

STATEMENT FROM THE INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN'S RIGHTS COMMITTEE INVESTIGATIVE TEAM:

"As a function of our Committee's work in raising awareness on the plight of the 400,000 children that go missing each year in America alone, we are focusing our efforts at this time on a case in Denver, Colorado because we believe it will unearth and expose a long existing, large, underground child trafficking/child pornography ring." While working on the mailing list together, Sarah casually relayed to Judi that she had mentioned to her fiance' that she was "working on a mailing" for "The Children's Rights Foundation" with Judi Chase, one of the founders and co-chairs of the committee. That's when Sarah proceeded to stun Judi with the following: "... and when I mentioned your name, he said, ‘Oh, I know a little about her case.’ I {Sarah} was surprised, as I knew that your husband’s case was in Colorado. And I said to him, but how could you, you don’t practice law in Colorado”. Sarah didn't know any of the particulars, so Sarah, her fiancé, Andre, Dov and Judi arranged a dinner meeting at an Indian restaurant the following week.

A SUMMARY OF WHAT JUDI LEARNED DURING HER DINNER WITH ANDRE

*ANDRE AFFIDAVIT:*
TO: Congressional Inquiry Committee, March 3, 2004
At your March 13, 2004 Inquiry, Judi Amber Chase will be presenting testimony and requested me to be part of her presentation. Due to poor health I am unable to make the drive to San Bernardino, and wish to have my affidavit included into the record, along with Ms. Chases written testimony.
To summarize the points I provided by audio-tape to the FBI, Jefferson County Sheriffs Department and those in political office in Colorado:
1: I did meet a retired Denver Judge named Max at the NYC Trial Lawyers Association (Manhattan) in September or October 1995.
2: A New York State Judge introduced Judge Max to myself and to 4-6 other attorneys, who were sitting around telling war (case) stories to each other.
3: He stated a man named David Chase was murdered to silence him from revealing an illegal network of child trafficking and pornography.
4: This network was referred to as Fat Cats who abducted children for white slavery, pornography and other horrendous activities. The children were sold to wealthy clients both in the US and abroad, after their cuteness factor for sexploitation and pornography wore off. How terrible is that?
5: Judge Max stated that David Chase’s wife Judi had been walking the river, looking for her husband who was found about forty-seven days later.
6: He stated that David Chase had children and that the 'wagons had been circled' around them. I asked Judge Max what that meant and he replied, I am not at liberty to go into that
7: Having been in practice IN Criminal Defense for nearly twenty years at the time there was NO doubt in my mind that Judge Max was not at liberty not due to any confidences, but because he was in fear for his life should anyone find out he had imparted any information in his possession.

My Concerns:

1: I believe Judge Max received this information from a defendant whose case he was deciding on and the Judge made a deal to let the defendant walk in exchange for this testimony.
 

2: I believe Judge Max, being elderly, was extremely afraid of the large scope of this illegal network. It was obvious that he didn't feel comfortable revealing these things in Denver, as perhaps that would put his life in danger.

3: I did not know David or Judi Chase at the time. Years later, upon meeting Judi Chase, she informed me that at the exact date of Judge Maxi's comments, she still had legal custody of her adoptive twins, Darius and Patricia Tanner, whom she had raised for a year and a half and was in the final stage of adopting WITH her husband David Chase.
This indicates the reason Judge Max was not at liberty to discuss how the wagons had been circled around her adoptive children. Even though through Ms. Chase was fully licensed and approved as an adoptive parent by both Social Systems (California and Colorado) and the Inner Circle Foster Agency, and spent $20,000 in one week in attorneys fees, to have her intervener hearing granted, Judge Wakefield denied her intervener and allowed a woman named Shelley, WHO is not licensed in any capacity, to be forced upon Judi Chase, literally in Ms. Chases home. Eventually the twins disappeared and were allowed to be adopted by this woman Shelley. Ms. Chase informed me that Mr. Harris, a retired police officer from Ohio, called her three days after this court hearing, stating that the Judge had received a phone call from a man in political office in Colorado, insisting that Judge Wakefield not move the twins back to the adoptive mothers home (Judi Chase). This is of grave concern and indicates the need to investigate whether or not the judicial court process was corrupted; in order to insure that foster children could be procured for illicit activities.
 

4: I am also alarmed that Dr. Linda Steele's written request to have these twins evaluated by a Medical Doctor and Child Psychiatrist has been completely ignored. I urge her request to be carried out immediately to find out whether these twins were targeted for exploitation in child pornography and have suffered sexual, emotional, psychological and mental abuse. If so, they could be treated by professionals and placed in a safe healing environment.
 

5: I am additionally alarmed by the interview provided by Duane Chapman stating Ms. Chases phony nanny passed the twins on to a third party in California.

On July 29th 2002, -- I had a verbal cassette tape made earlier, which I gave to Judi Chase to be included in the record Ms. Chase intends to present to a variety of people in government, and Congressional Hearings ñ transcribed on the date above. QUESTION: How and under what circumstances (and when) did you first uncover elite/Illuminati/government sponsored satanic, pedophile rings?

ANSWER: I started on the journey in the early 1990's when the top of my head was blown off and I had a rather amazing series of experiences, which in effect started to lift the veil for me. And my life from that point became a series and continues to be a series of amazing synchronistic coincidences. One of the things that's happened is out of nowhere a subject would just come into my life, and from that moment on bang, I just keep walking into people, information and situations that relate to that subject. I guess it was around the mid-90's that I really started coming across child abuse, child trafficking, satanic ritual, and what's become known as trauma based mind-control. I was sent a book by Cathy O'Brien called "Transformation of America" out of nowhere. And I didn't actually read it. I don't know why I didn't read it. Something just did not register. (...) Then I got sent another copy. I absolutely forget about the first copy. I didn't even know I had one! But then I got the second one and I read it immediately. Because it did register. And I realized how deep the rabbit hole really went.
 

And again, synchronistically, I came to America in 1996 to try to get the information I was gathering to communicate out there. Hopefully, to get more {information}. Because you're always learning as well as communicating. And basically I was going around America and trying to talk to people but not talking to many. But certainly enough. The first event that I spoke at in America on these subjects was in Denver, which meant that I went through Denver Airport, which is a very strange and deeply malevolent place underneath the ground. And who should be speaking at the same conference, but Cathy O'Brien, this lady whose book I had read literally a matter of weeks earlier in England. So I loved it, talking to her at that conference and learning more. I spent a lot of time talking to her. And there were other people there who I talked to on that same subject. The picture started to emerge.
 

And then I traveled around America in '96 and I talked to many people in terms of the public at that time, but I talked to one hell of a lot of people who knew a lot of information about many things. And one of the big things about that trip, while I was in America for three months, was the whole thing about child abuse, child trafficking and satanic ritual with children.
 

What happened was that someone had managed to persuade Judi, who was running the speakers’ list, the speakers’ schedule for the Whole Life Expo out of Los Angeles. And where did it {Whole Life Expo} turn out to be {held}? Even though I'd been through Denver to speak when I first arrived. (...) The Whole Life Expo that Judi asked me, not really knowing anything about me, to go and speak at was back in Denver. And it was when I met Judi there and we were chatting and she told me her story. And her story not only fitted the structure of this whole child trafficking through foster homes and what have you, through foster parents that I'd been picking up. I go into a channel mode, an intuitive mode spontaneously. I certainly did at this time. And what I got {via intuition} when I was talking to Judi was the story of her children was connected to drug running, it was connected to satanism, and it was connected to the fact that they've been taken from her with the motive of taking them into these networks. One of the things she had told me was that they were crack babies. And that really struck me! By this time I had gathered an increasing, a large amount of understanding (not as much as I have now) about the way young children are mind controlled and mind manipulated.
 

They {perpetrators} are looking for genetic and family traits. One of the things, for instance they're looking for are the children of parents who were themselves abused as children, who were themselves the children of people who abused them. Because as I understand now, this is a whole massive area of research I'm focusing on now, what we call the body is actually a biological computer.
 

I write a newsletter that's going out this weekend it's about this subject: the biological computer. It's based around a news story that came out in about the last week or so. This guy in America was in a hospital waiting for a heart transplant. And he joined this art therapy course at the hospital just to kill time and he did some drawing and the picture he drew was child like. And then he had his heart transplant and when he's recovering he continues the art therapy course. Now when he draws he draws sophisticated pictures, but he can't understand where the talent has come from. His art teacher confirms this is just an amazing transformation of his artistic ability. They normally don't put donors’ families and recipients together, but this was waved because he wanted to help persuade more people to donate organs. He wound up meeting the donor's mother and he {recipient of her son's heart} asked her: "Was your son interested at all in art?" and she {the donor's mother} said, "He was into art from about eighteen months old." She explained he was much more interested having art materials than having toys. There are many other examples of recipients of organs taking on the talents and the character traits of the donor. It's not a mystery at all. What happens is that the body is a biological computer and the cells are like computer chips that store information. They store it in the DNA. And the brain is like the central processing unit of the computer; it looks after all the information traffic.
 

So when you are transplanted with an organ it's like downloading software into the computer. The information in that organ software gets access to the rest of the body, and you start to display these talents and character traits that are stored in the information in the organ. So the reason I'm going on about all this: the body is a computer and these guys know how the computer works and how to program it. This is what the mind control thing is all about. However, this is what Manchurian Candidates, people like that are good for. However, there are certain genetic strings, in other words there are certain programs, hard drives if you like, that we call DNA that are much more open and much more efficient at accepting mind control. So they're looking for certain families and certain family histories. It seems that the effect of crack cocaine is one of the things they are looking for. They are interested in that, because of what it does to the unborn child. That is, how it affects their DNA, i.e. their computer system make-up. It's makes them the kind of people, the kind of children that these people are looking for, because of the things I'm talking about. All of it started coming together. It was like an elephant in a living room to me when I was talking to Judi in Denver in 1996.
 

QUESTION: Why are government sponsored care facilities for children such as orphanages for example, or government sanctioned custodial arrangements such as foster care, and adoption so easily exploited by organized pedophile rings?

ANSWER: The reason {Judi's case isn't coming to light} is because it has massive implications for being a microcosm of an absolute massive web of child abuse, and of course, the social services network and foster homes and children's homes like Boy's Town in Nebraska, are just sources (of children) for rich and famous pedophiles and satanists. And so, of course, they are going to control the network that controls the supply and covers-up what's going on. And that's why, not just in America, but in this country as well {England} you show me a social services operation and I'll show you a corrupt organization. Not that everyone within it is corrupt, but the network, the system is corrupt, because of what it's there to do.
 

There are people within these organizations that would like to investigate If you control the positions of power, say you control the head of social services everyone below him is subordinate to his will. So if he says this is not going to be investigated it is not. Or if he says this person is going to go on the case and not this person who would do it with diligence then that's what happens. It's one of the things I've learned over the years, how few people you need to control the whole organization.
 

It's very few compared to the numbers of people who work for it {organization}. Of course, within all levels there are the 33rd degree Freemasons within Freemasonry, and there is the 1st degree Freemasons, and they're {all} connected to the same organization. Within things like the police and social services, you're going to have the 33rd degree Freemasons in positions of obvious power and your also going to have the gofers operating at other levels of the organizations. Your also going to have people that aren't apparently in power, but do what is necessary to intercept. It's like a transnational corporation. There's one wing doing it and another wing covering it up. Often people work for both wings.
 

Drug trafficking and the child trafficking go together. They're different expressions of the same things. You get the outer levels of it which are like the guy who clearly killed David {Chase} and the nanny. But as you go further back... you'll start hitting more and more secretive and more and more well known people. These people are into trafficking anything. The same networks that will traffic drugs will traffic children.
 

QUESTION: {Judi Chase} ... traveled to Washington D.C. and ... met with Senators' Legislative Aides from the Senate Missing and Exploited Children's Caucus. {She}... asked for a Congressional Investigative hearing. They're interested, but they're sure moving slowly. Especially with foster children, it's so simple to rule out these types of allegations. You just get the two reports that have been requested: the medical report and the psychological report. It's very simple and it's done in divorce custody cases all across the country. So to not have this done on foster children is an outrage!
 

ANSWER: They move so slowly, {because} they hope you will eventually go away. Your case, as many cases are already sitting there as dominoes in a row, and if one of the dominoes fall there's too much to come out. There’re so many big names to fall. I mean look at Cathy O'Brien and what she says in her book that should have immediately been investigated, it should have been challenged, but it never happened. This is how it works.

QUESTION: What part does the media play in all of this?

ANSWER: I've got a kind of a philosophy I talk about in my books {regarding} these situations when you start seeing something there's certain alarm bells and red flags, and one of them is if we're hearing or seeing something that supports the official story, then we see or hear it. And if we're hearing or seeing something that destroys the official story or exposes something that they don't want exposed, then we don't see or hear it. It's like if there's something to hide, then {they} try to hide it. It's a simple truth and that's the way it is. Whenever you come across wars where sensitive straight forward things could be done to sort it out and they're not done, they're not done for a reason, obviously.

QUESTION: Although in some cases orphanages, foster care placements, adoptions and so on can and do serve a legitimate and needed purpose for children at risk, they can also pose a danger to all children, especially minority and poor children. {There are some who feel that the state and it's affiliate organizations are involved in a, if you will, legalized child kidnapping scheme that's tearing families apart, thereby destroying the very fabric of society along with future generations by traumatizing these children who become developmentally stalled and therefore unable to unfold their innate potential in a healthy way. And yes, I mean children are taken by force, many times against the will of the parents and the children, by government agents, and parental rights are soon terminated and the children are now "owned" by the state and in turn "sold" by the state. Again, these are children who should not have been removed from their family in the first place. There are numerous websites on the Internet dedicated to this topic: government kidnapping of children and the resultant break down and trauma of the family. So we seem to be institutionalizing the trauma of families and the development of ever increasing numbers of children. The fact is traumatized people, especially children, are easy to manipulate. Many of these same children are forced to take questionable, mind altering drugs for the rest of their lives. The state is replacing biological parents and replacing them with state sponsored parents(who are paid), or various child custodial organizations. Not to mention that this form of parental control by the state facilitates a steady supply of children for organized, elite pedophile rings}.

ANSWER: Well that's the idea. The power of parents is being eroded all the time. I can tell you it's been eroded in this country, as well as in America. And the reason for that is the same force is orchestrating it in both places. It's happening around the world. If parents have control of their children's upbringing, there is going to be some individuality.... It may not be good individuality, but there's going to be diversity. What these people want in every area of our life experience is uniformity. Because if you look at any dictator, at whatever level you're looking, they want to centralize decision making and they want uniformity. Because diversity is very difficult to control. If you have diversity in decision making, for instance, it's a hell of a job to control that decision making process, too many points at which it's being made. So you want to centralize it. (....) That's why all dictatorships are like that. What they want is a uniform population that is little more than zombie like, really. So they want control of the children from the earliest possible age.

Now one of the things that I've said over the years is that, if you sat round the table and said, "How do we impose our reality on children, so that they turn out as adults the way we want them to be?" You'd say you'd ideally want control of the children everyday 15 to 18 years of their life. Yeah, that would be fantastic. That would be ideal. And that's what they did. They created what they call the education system, in which that happens. They are now getting into the next stage, where they want to start controlling children in those periods that they don't have control over their mind. That means removing parental influence, removing parental control and getting the state to be the mother and father of the nation's children with control to do whatever they like. One of the ironies is that one of the common themes that I found, in these Illuminati bloodlines, as I call them, that go back to the ancient world, there's an incredible ratio compared to the general population within these elite families of pedophilia.

George Bush the father (allegedly) is a notorious pedophile and child killer, and also the killer of many people in many ways as well as children. But what they're doing is also using the fear of pedophilia, which they're highlighting in the general population, to justify more and more control over kids. And again the whole satanic thing, these people are involved in what we would call satanic ritual. These bloodlines have been involved in it {satanic ritual} going back to ancient Babylon and beyond. But they've {also} targeted parents with false claims of Satanism. So the children they're taking away... once you start to take control of the children from their parents, then you start to create, it's almost like a massive version of the Hitler youth, where you can indoctrinate them at your will. And they turn out as adults which are like the zombie like people that you [Illuminati} want. It's an amazingly dangerous time for children now. Because this is happening, and at the same time they're being bombarded by electromagnetic stuff. It's happening on so many different levels.

They say every journey starts with the first step. Well, in terms of steps towards centralized human control these guys now are like (...) they are brilliant. If you just look at one strand in the web, then you might say I don't agree with that. But if you look at all the strands that are happening now and you see a massive tapestry of change. They are just now going to change law here, so parent's aren't allowed to take their children on holiday during {the school} term. Even though the reason that many parents do is because, of course during the official school holiday that's when holidays and stuff like that are so expensive, so they take them out at term time, so they can sorta give the kids a cheap holiday. Which is better than not having a holiday at all.

Now they {government} say they're not having that and they going to fine the parents if they did {that}. I'd love to see them do that with me. I'd enjoy it. It's like not allowing children to go to school unless they are vaccinated. My son Jamie has never had a vaccination in his life, and also he's never had a childhood disease, and also he was tested, he was given a health test about a year and a few months ago, and the health practitioner said he's the healthiest person he's ever tested. Why? Because he's got an immune system that works! It's not been bombarded. We've now reached the point in America, before the age of 18 months to two years of age babies in this country will now have {starting} from this month April {2006} 25 vaccinations.

QUESTION: Generally speaking, do vaccinations act as a sort of mass programming mechanism by altering our DNA ?

ANSWER: It's a fact. There's so many things running side by side, and it's seeing how they connect that makes the picture fit. One of the things that's running at the moment, and I was told it was coming sixteen years ago, when I first opened my mind to this. I've seen it. I've almost been a barometer of it, because of my own experience. There is what you might call a spiritual awakening, it's a vibrational change going on. It's manifesting in one of its manifestations as global warming. I'm all against pollution but global warming isn't caused by the weather changes, by the climate changes, it's not caused by the pollution in the atmosphere, it's caused by vibrational change.

The whole vibrational make-up is changing and therefore, one of the first things that's going to change is the weather. One of the effects of this, the key effects of this, is it's basically switching the light on for more and more people. Consciously and subconsciously there's enormous numbers of people who are just waiting now for a spark that is a credible explanation for how they are feeling, and to really open up vast incredibly vast numbers of people. It's like a tinder box. And the tinder box is this fear that some things are not right with the world, or the world is not like I thought it was. And they just need explaining as to what's going on. I know from experience that they go whoa, I can see it now! We're right on the cusp of it. And the one thing that's running along side that, beyond those that appear to be in power, in the shadows where the real power is, where the real strings are being pulled, are the initiates of this knowledge.

And what we're seeing now, ironically, the things you're talking about, the aspartame, the vaccination programs, the pressure for the microchips, the control, it's not actually in many ways these people wanting to have more power and more control. I mean it is that, but that's not the primary reason. The prime reason is so they can hold on to the power they already have. So we are being bombarded through chemicals in food, through chemicals in drinks, through vaccinations, through electromagnetic pollution, which scrambles our electrochemical make-up through mobile phones, through all these different attacks. {This is happening} for a simple reason. They understand that the body is a biological computer. {For example} This computer next to me here, if I do certain things to it that stops the electrical signals and codes moving around the computer, the computer is not going to work efficiently. The computer just dies. And that's what happens when we die, our consciousness leaves. The computer ceases to function in a way it can no longer manifest what we call life. If you look at aspartame, chemicals in foods, fluoride in the water, mobile phone frequencies, all these things they have absolutely one thing in common, vaccines too, the mercury in vaccines, they are what science calls excito-toxins. What they do is they excite brain cells to the point where they stop the brain cells from functioning properly.

When that happens, and the mercury in vaccines does this. When this happens the electrical signals stop communicating around the body in a way that they short. It's like me talking to you and the phone is breaking up and you're going "what did you say?" "I didn't get that, what was that you said?" That's what happens because the information isn't being communicated around the body accurately. It's {information} not being picked up accurately. That manifests as what we call physical, emotional, and mental disease. Disharmony. And so what they're doing, and the microchip is the jewel in their crown, is they're attacking us on as many levels as they can, so that this spiritual awakening {shift} does not manifest through the computer into this so-called physical reality in a way that it's going to make the difference it will make if we can take that awakening at a consciousness level and manifest it through into this reality, the computer we use to experience life here. So this is why we're being attacked on all these various levels.

One of the key things that they're after, coming back to the subject, they're after children. When you look at the behavior problems in children and people say you can't really control children today, you go back to the start when that {children's behavior} started to become a significant problem, and you'll find it's when they started putting these chemicals into children's food and drink. These children are being electrochemically rewired and scrambled. That manifests as imbalanced behavior. Because basically, it's like having a virus in the computer. It's not going to work properly. And so what they're doing in many ways to the population in general, they do in a much more intensive way to individuals in the mind control projects. It's kinda funny when I talk to a lot of people who have been through this, one or two people in particular, they told me how years ago Kissinger and other well known people in America in this network use them as what we call mind files. Where they would plant into their brains certain information, which when they were sent to someone else that someone else had the key, the hypnotic key, to access that information. The mind control person would then start pulling this information out.

Of course, if they can make that work it's because they understand the nature of the body and brain, and they can do that. Then you don't need to write anything down, and you don't need to have anything that can be traced. You just put it in one person's brain and lock it away behind hypnotic barriers, and then they go to the person who's receiving it and they have the key to unlock the barriers, and bingo the information is passed on. Cathy O'Brien talked about how she was used to do this, as well.

We're living in a world, this is the real point, we're living in a world where the vast majority of the people are so kept in such ignorance, systematic ignorance from cradle to grave, that the biggest defense mechanism for what is going on is the chasm between what is going on and what is possible, compared with what the masses of population have been again "programmed" to believe is going on and what's possible. The gap between the two is so vast (and it is) that when you talk to people about what's going on most people are gonna say you're crazy, that's not possible, that's ridiculous, they would never do that. Well... no, no YOU wouldn't (do that), so that they will. They have no problem with it.

The other thing about understanding what is happening is: if you don't understand where these people are trying to take the world then you have lost the prime coordinate to understand what's happening around you. Because if people believe that governments are there to serve the people and do what's best for the country (...) if you understand the idea is to create a centralized Orwellian state with a world government dictating to every country, with a world army to impose the will of the world government, with a micro-chipped population, where babies are micro-chipped at birth and connected to a computer which can speak to them mentally emotionally and physically in a society in which there's total surveillance and total control.

Then what's happening in the world is not stupidity, it's actual genius, because the world is going the way these people want it to go, because of what they are doing. You've got to understand, if you don't understand the coordinate which is where they're trying to take us, then you're not going to understand the nature of what's happening in the world. For instance: I hear people say now they're bloody stupid, they've got a civil war in Iraq now! Well, yes that's what they want. If you don't know, then it's incompetence; if you do know then it's genius.

QUESTION: So true. It's another example of problem-reaction-solution, the stealth New World Order social engineering tool in action.
 

ANSWER: This is why understanding beyond the box is absolutely important. If you're in the box then you're not going to understand what's going on in the world. And you're certainly not going to understand what's happened to the twins and why. It's going to be too fantastic. We get "caught" as I said earlier, in thinking because we wouldn't do something, that no one else would. That naiveté is very touching, but it's incredibly destructive in terms of helping people who are being subjected to the will of these people who would do these things even though we wouldn't.
 

QUESTION: That's hard to believe since babies have such immature immune systems...?
 

ANSWER: It's insane! The world is awash with elephants sitting on couches watching the TV. People {are} sitting around thinking they're {elephants} not there. What I see with a mind that's open ... is just not even talked about by those that are stuck in the program. And unless we wake-up from the program, and that's the problem, people are in an amnesic state. They're like a hypnotist stooge on the stage. A hypnotist is programming the stooge on the stage to believe a false reality, like he's eaten an apple, when he's actually eaten a potato. That's what's being done to the population en masse.
 

QUESTION: Yes, exactly.
 

ANSWER: Through television, through what we call education or indoctrination, and all these different forms of false information, the population has been put into a hypnotic trance living out a false reality. And this is one reason why the vast majority of people find it so difficult to even perceive the kinds of things that are going on in terms of children, {for example} Judi and the twins. They can't believe (it), it's too fantastic for them. It's like if I put information into this computer and the computer is programmed not to accept the information, to return the email if you like, with a note saying undeliverable. Then I'm gonna communicate into this computer what I want to say and through this computer to anyone else. And that's basically what the program does (with) the indoctrination that we go through. It's filtering out that information, which is at odds with what it's been programmed to believe is realty, and, therefore, it simply does not register. It sends the email back saying, undeliverable. Any email you send out about kids being abused by those people, it will send the email back.
 

QUESTION: Good analogy. Is it true these pedophile groups like twins in particular?
 

ANSWER: There are many levels to this. It's no accident that Joseph Mengele, the angel of death in concentration camps in Nazi Germany, did infamous amounts of experimentation with twins. It's a way for them to experiment on one level with what's working and what isn't. It's like when you're doing a scientific experiment, say with a drug or something, you have the group who has the drug and then you have the control group that doesn't. Then you can see the difference between the two in terms of the effect. So that's one level of why they want twins. There's also a genetic reason. The genetics of twins is extremely, extremely close. And if you've got one, you've now got two of the kind of genetics you're looking for. Like I've said, there are many, many levels of this, many of which I'm not aware of, because I don't experiment on children, nor do I want to obviously. We're ticking off some of the levels. But There's so many, many levels of why they do things, why they want twins particularly, that we don't know yet because we don't sit next to them while they're doing what they are doing.
 

QUESTION: Although you've already touched on this, how does the Judi Chase case specifically reflect your research into organized, Satanic elite sponsored pedophile rings.
 

ANSWER: Judi's story is a classic. It includes all these different elements in one story. There's so many elements to the story right down to the psychic detective and the communications from outside of this reality which have supported what's been established, if you like, in the five sense world of research, and dates and cases and connections. It's just a classic. It's a classic in terms of what happened, how they set Judi up, and it's a classic in terms of the stonewall (of officials resisting investigation) .
 

How they set Judi up, it's a classic in terms of the, well not just the stone wall, but the concrete wall that's been built up at every turn to stop it from being uncovered. What I mentioned earlier about one wing does it and one wing covers it up, well very clearly the two are running parallel with Judi's story. We've not only had the people who've perpetuated this horrific experience, but we've had in all the key areas, social services, police, government, all these key areas, we've had the people clearly standing there and preventing it from coming out. And sometimes they prevent it coming out because they know what could come out, and sometimes they prevent it from coming out because some superior told them that's what they must do. And sometimes, people in these organizations are given a false story about why it mustn't come out: That Judi she's not stable, she shouldn't have the children, it's bad for the children, you know we've got to stop her from doing this. You get people who will work against what Judi's trying to uncover, because they're convinced that they're are doing the right thing. There’re many different levels to this.
 

And there are many different ways of manipulating events to your end. And I think Judi's been through all of them, really. But the thing is, that where virtually everyone out in the world that I've ever met would have given up years ago, she hasn't. There's no greater power in this reality, in the day-to-day experience in life than persistence. If you keep putting one foot in front of the other and refusing to stop, then you're going to get somewhere. You're not necessarily going to get exactly where you want to go, but you're going to get somewhere. You're not going to stay where you are, because you're moving. I'm convinced (in that) myself.
 

We've put this book together, Judi and I. It's got really great detail. It's potentially a blockbuster just sitting there, but it can't be published until we've got the punch line. Which is uncovering enough, so we can go public and expose what's happened without being locked away in litigation, or whatever, or even worse than that people saying, "where's your proof." Because that means people don't look at it. So I'm convinced that punch line is coming, and that his book will come out, and it will be a terrific contribution to people's understanding. Not just of the five-sense level of what's happening to children, but also the parallel story that clearly there is life beyond this apparently physical illusion. The two go together. It's an incredibly powerful story on many levels that Judi is the center of. And I'm convinced that it will have an outcome that will make a serious contribution to people understanding that the world isn't just a little not like they thought it was, it's absolutely nothing like they thought it was.
 

QUESTION: Well David, via your research and books you've done a magnificent job connecting the dots and revealing the big picture, as well as demonstrating how the smaller dots (or pictures) fit neatly into the big picture. It seems obvious the power elite, the Illuminati, are systemically trying to developmentally delay humanity. However, ultimately I think they won't succeed. I too believe an energetic shift is coming.
 

ANSWER: Everything is conscious (ness), but we use words to mean certain things in order to define what we're trying to say. And I relate consciousness to that which is beyond this world. And that consciousness works through this biological computer and manifests itself in this reality and expresses this reality. Now if you’re going to control this process, or if you're going to get so pushed into the background that actually the computer is actually going to run the show, which it can. Consciousness in the definition that I'm talking about is not necessary to run the computer. It can run itself. They're already now, in places like the University of Florida, working on creating biological computers that to an extent can think and function for themselves. In my last book I included an amazing story. They got rat brain cells together and they grew them in a dish, and they taught them how to fly an aircraft simulator. When they first started the plane was going all over the place, but in the end they were flying it, because they're computer chips. If you put information in {to the chips} they will hold the information and they will manifest it outwards; They'll communicate it. This is why the DNA has four codes: A, C, G, and T. The only difference between me and a mouse is the way they are put together in relationship to each other. So they're computer codes. What the Illuminati are doing is, they're trying to isolate this reality from other dimensional reality. So ... that’s what the microchips are about.

These microchips are in effect alternative brains. They are alternative sources of information {working} through the biological computer we call the body. That's what the microchip is really there for: to hijack the communications traffic and make it work in a way in that it's externally stimulated, because they're trying to isolate this reality from the greater infinite one of all that exists. And what this vibrational change is threatening to do, and is clearly doing, for increasing numbers of people, is connecting that computer to the computer keyboard - consciousness. People are therefore waking up and seeing the world in a different way, because they are perceiving this world from the point of view of consciousness, increasingly. In other words, they're in the world, but they're not of it. Most people, up to this point, have been in the world and of it, because the computer has been the point of decision making, based on genetic reaction, and stored information that leads to genetic reaction, and emotional reaction, and mental reaction. That's been fantastic {for the controllers}, but now the vibrational chance is threatening to reconnect people, so that computer level of reaction is no longer the point of decisions, where decisions are made in terms of human behavior. So what they want the microchips for, and what all this brain scrambling stuff is for, it's to stop that connection from happening. That's what it's for! It's to stop the connection that this vibrational change is {initiating}. It's basically like the vibrational change is symbolically: in one hand it's got the plug hole, in the other hand it's got the plug, and it's getting closer and closer to pushing the plug in the socket. What they're trying to do is get in the middle of process and stop the connection happening. They're doing it electro-chemically and they want to do it through microchips. That's why they want them and that's why they're desperate to have them as soon as possible. Because if they don't do it in the next few years, then the awakening is going to be able to do it. That's why this Owellian state is unfolding by the minute, never mind the day now.

QUESTION: I've been to India several times and I'm familiar with the yogic tradition centered around the slumbering kundalini energy, which is located at the base of the spine of the subtle body, where it's coiled upon itself serpent like three and a half times. And the idea is for the kundalini to awaken and travel through all the chakras, finally culminating in the crown chakra. Here it merges with the ocean of consciousness beyond form or thought. Sometimes it's described as awakening to one's "higher" self beyond the mind, body, and personality. Essentially it's a process of the essence of one's limited awareness reconnecting with its source: infinite consciousness.
 

ANSWER: Again we're talking about this connection. I often see the kundalini going up the back. It's like someone putting their hand in a glove puppet. So they've got control of the glove puppet. And they don't want that. They want to keep identifying us with the puppet. They want to keep us identifying with the puppet, but not putting our hand in it if you like {thereby} imposing our consciousness' will upon the vehicle, but to let the vehicle control us, control our perceptions and reactions. (...) If we are our emotions and we are generating our emotions and our emotions are us, then how come our emotions can be transformed by consuming certain chemicals? For me what we call thought and emotion, that's the program. They’re the program. They are programs of the computer. Consciousness does not have emotion in the sense that we perceive emotion. Consciousness does not think it knows. So when we get to these modes of thought we shut out knowing. We try and work out something we already know. We forgot we know it, so we think we have to work it out. In the act of working it out we're not knowing so we're stuck. In the act of feeling these emotions, we think these emotions are us when actually they are electro-chemical processes. If you can stimulate certain parts of the brain you can get someone to fall deeply in love with you. But that's not love. That's an electro-chemical attraction. Which is what we've fallen for believing is what we call love, but it's not. Love does not operate like an electro-chemical. It's a completely different phenomena. It's a completely different state of being. But because we've been told to associate that with love we again disconnect from what love really is because we think love is a fancy scene on the disco.
 

QUESTION: From an eastern perspective, a yogic perspective, it's understood that ultimately consciousness exists beyond vibration, as does love which is a basic quality of consciousness. However, the idea is to use meditation as a method to still the thought waves of the mind, so one can experience firsthand one's self or consciousness which exists beyond the mind or vibration. But if one is constantly bombarded with electro-chemical stimulants and vibrations it's very, very hard to get there.
 

ANSWER: There's a great line in an infamous mind control manual called: "Silent Weapons for a Quiet War," where it talks about how to keep, how to manipulate the masses of population and keep them under control. One of the great lines in it is "Keep them busy ,busy, busy, back on the farm with the other animals." Because we're so busy, and this is the key thing, because we're so busy surviving to live, we've forgotten to live in the first place. We're always surviving to live, so we never get around to actually living, because we're always in a state of survival, financial survival, emotional survival. You can't live when your trying to survive. You can only just be in the motion of trying to (maintain) consciousness and hold on to life. When you're holding onto it you're not living it. Most people are not living. That's the way the system has been set -up.

QUESTION: The system is set up to create a kind of vibratory chaos; it was designed that way. Correct?
 

ANSWER: Exactly. And another thing, when people look at Bush and Blair, if they see world leaders they've missed the point. They're not world leaders. They're not. They're just people who are there to divert us into believing that that's where the power is. The power is in the secret groups who understand the nature of reality and how you can manipulate it. Our reality is being manipulated so we behave in ways so these people, in ways that we wouldn't if we became conscious. They make people unconscious not conscious. I've written an article for the newsletter (David Icke's newsletter) this week called: "I compute therefore I am." ...Descar, he was talking about, "I think therefore I am." That is a level, a program," I think therefore I am." There is another level: "I compute therefore I am," which is basically the same as thinking. Most people computing are going through reactions to the software, emotional and mental reactions to situations that they are programmed to react to. Like the fight or flight reaction. When we're faced with danger we either smack the guy or run instead of smacking the guy. Well, I think I can sit down and come up with a few more alternative ways of reacting here, rather than smacking the guy, or getting out as fast as I can. The program reaction is to do one of the two. We've gotten into the mode of computing:" I compute therefore I am." We identify who we are with the computer program. We call it our personality. This is our personality. Well, no it's not your personality it's the computer's program that you call personality. Once you get beyond: "I compute therefore I am" and you start to reconnect and become conscious then you go into “I am therefore I am”.
 

QUESTION: I understand that the conceptual realm is where most people live. Most people have never really entered reality (or have only had fleeting visits or glimpses of it). What they actually live in is concepts about reality. Essentially, all the great teachers have endeavored to lead others out of the conceptual realm beyond belief systems, and into direct contact with reality or unconditioned consciousness, which exists beyond vibration. The idea is to merge with that which exists beyond thought, instead of being pure awareness imprisoned in thought or concepts. The experience behind this transformation, this shift would be one of, as you often say, "infinite love." And it would also be an experience of knowing without thought.
 

ANSWER: What you're saying there is about going beyond belief. Belief is a program. This is what they've found. This is why they found that someone's belief system acts as a filter for information, so that they filter out that which does not support the belief system. And one of the things I've said in one of my books, years ago actually, where they got people with preconceived ideas about each other... and the world is controlled by preconceived ideas, what we belief systems. Which is what this whole mass system is designed to impose upon us. I've said for years, they don't care what your belief system is, as long as it's fiercely held. They don't care if you're a Muslim or a Christian. They don't care if you're a neo-conservative or someone on the far left. They're not bothered as long as you really have a really strong belief system. They got you. ... Because you're going to see the world in terms of divisions and polarities and ... {and therefore} you're going to go on serving the system that suites them.
 

QUESTION: You're not going to serve yourself. You'll be cut off from the power of the unlimited reality. You won't be able to reconnect, to use your simile: like a plug into a socket.
 

ANSWER: A belief system by definition means you're operating on a fraction of infinite possibility, because you're picking a tiny, tiny strand of infinite possibility and you're saying this is my reality. So you're always walking in the droplet instead of the ocean. By believing something you're disconnected from the ocean because all {infinite} possibility doesn't have a single belief, does it?

QUESTION: In your research of these child trafficking networks, would it be a possibility that if they have targeted certain children for their illicit activities they would go so far as to order an assassination, for example if there was an adoptive parent such as David Chase already on the scene in the child's life... in order to take {in this case} the children for illicit activities.
 

ANSWER: I said to some other people at the Whole Life Expo {back in Denver 1996}, that David had been taken out not because of what appeared to be the reason, you know this guy wanted the money or whatever. He was taken out for a much more specific reason. I think that what you're saying absolutely fits my feeling. There may have been other reasons for it too. But it absolutely fits the way I've seen it for a long time. Because of what happened they had an excuse. But not only did they have an excuse, the person they were going to use to be minders for them in the network turns out to be your (Judi Chase’s) nanny. So please, I believe in coincidences, but not that kind. ... I think it was a set up. I think that David was murdered to trigger a sequence of events. There's about that whole scenario where David's parents turn up and become the vehicles {for the removal of the children}. One of the triggers that made things happen was what David's parent's said.
 

Now whether they (David’s parents) were doing it on purpose because they were - in some way they were connected to this, or whether they were just somewhat persuaded, like I said earlier, that it's much better for the children if Judi doesn't look after them, as a result of what's happened. It supported that. The line {only married couples should adopt children never single people} that they {David's parents} took was very important in smoothing the way to them getting what they desired. And of course, the irony of it is if that was their belief then, why on earth would you give the children to an unmarried person with an alcoholic mother?
 

You know none of it makes sense. I do really believe, from the start ...that David was taken out in a very cold systematic way. The reason that the guy who has done it has never been convicted for it, and the reason the detective who was getting close to making an arrest suddenly has the health problem, is because whoever ordered David's death through Pat is going to protect his assets. Not that he thinks anything about the Pat guy. But again, they're very aware of dominoes, and that once one goes down, then a series of dominoes goes down, and it can get closer and closer to their domino. And so what they do is protect the outer domino {Pat}. Because that protects the sequence of events that could lead to a much wider understanding as to what happened. So they make sure domino one, Pat doesn't go down. Because without him being identified, it's very, very much more difficult for them to identify who he was a vehicle for when he did it {murdered David}.
 

QUESTION: What about Andre's Affidavit re: the "fat cats" pedophile network revealed by the retired judge? Isn't this part of it {dominoes}?
 

ANSWER: Oh yes! Absolutely! When Judi sent me that {Andre's Affidavit} I nearly fell off the chair. It absolutely mirrored my feelings right back to Denver when we first met {Judi and Icke}. What I was getting was this whole feeling that it fit it like a glove. And I do strongly believe that it fit in with Jon Benet Ramsey, who was a classic pedophile creation. The whole thing is a series of dots, which and when you start connecting them, and when we {Judi} and I started working on this book a lot of them started to connect, then you see a grotesque picture that will shock the nation to the core when they realize what's been happening in their midst, while they've been watching wheel of Fortune and the Price is Right thinking it's real. The Pat guy, he's a pawn. He's a gofer and a killer and a gofer runner of criminal activities. There's no way that David died because of his decision. He died because of who ever controls Pat. That Pat guy almost certainly had no idea who made the ultimate decision. If someone goes to Pat and says this is what's going to happen, Pat had no idea who told the guy he's got to make the hit. It connects back. These guys cover themselves. The "mister bigs" in this are normally people you'd find absolutely shocking if you realized who they were. Never! Not him! And George Bush, the father is definitely one of these people.
 

QUESTION: The final domino is when the retired police officer {Phil Harris Judi's private detective} testified about the shaken baby syndrome, that the nanny shook the baby, and a couple of weeks later that police officer is dead of a supposed heart attack?
 

ANSWER: This is how it works. We've got a guy over here, David Kelly. He knew where the bodies were buried in terms of the Iraq thing, and he committed suicide. He managed to die of blood loss. When the medics turned up they said there was very little blood on the scene. It's all a joke. This is what they do. If someone gets too close to the truth they are removed.
 

If you go on pure statistics, if you look at the history of the Bush family or if you look at the history of Bill Clinton, statistics show that knowing something about them and being prepared to or threatening to reveal it is not good for your health. It's certainly not good for you if you choose to fly a plane or fly in a plane. When you look {at} Judi's story from the start, there's too many people who've been on the verge of uncovering significant information or taking steps that could lead to that, like arresting Pat and charging him with murder who are suddenly no longer with us, or things happen to them that make sure they can't go forward with the course of action that they had decided upon.
 

QUESTION: Yes, like Don Olin, the investigator who wrote the 600 page report re: David Chase's murder and shortly there after almost died from a pancreatic attack.
 

ANSWER: Exactly! All you have to so is to put the right chemical in the right place. Again we are operating in the public domain with a certain understanding of possibility. But in the secret underground projects and research projects and what have you, their level of possibility is infinitely greater than appears to be the case here. So they have various methods, chemicals, drugs, tasteless stuff and sprays and what have you that they can use which are undetectable to medical science, to conventional medical science, which has the desired effect. They don't want too many assassinations, because assassinations can be a pain in the backside to them. Like the Kennedy assassination, because people just keep asking questions about it. The best way of taking people out is in a way that people say “what a tragedy, he was going to do so much good then he had a heart attack or gets cancer or whatever." That's the best way of taking people out because the questions aren't asked, except by the intelligent and aware. It's not like someone has been shot, "see they're taking him out!" No. There are much more sophisticated ways of doing it that stop the inquires (from) continuing. Judi and David Icke quickly became good friends. It was David who had introduced Judi to Ted Gunderson, retired FBI, special-agent-in-charge and former head of the L.A. division of the FBI. Although Judi and Ted had frequently communicated by telephone, it wasn't until March 1, 2003 that they met at the Farmers Market in Los Angeles. Judi brought along several curious members from the International Children's Rights Committee. According to Judi, Ted reported: "... The Finders, ... was an organized crime ring which planted nannies in people’s homes in order to gain custody of children for trafficking purposes. I {Judi} felt tears well up in my eyes as he went on to describe the process. Apparently memos and files had been found on private families that were not related to The Finders. There appears to have been a systematic response to local newspaper advertisements for babysitters, tutors and nannies. Then a member of the Finders would respond and gather as much information as possible about the habits, identity and occupation of the family. Ted explained that this was used to get the child turned over to Child Protective Services so that this child could be sold. It all sounded chillingly familiar to Judi. Ted and Judi exchanged files and knowing glances. Ted's investigative work would be centered around determining if Shelly Jones and Pat Lubelski were involved with a group like "The Finders”.

Most disturbing of all I have “chiseled in stone” documentation of an international criminal enterprise involving kidnapping, murders, including human sacrifices by Satanic Cults, and other nefarious criminal activity on the part of public officials and leading citizens in various communities."

"Specifically, in regards to Child Protective Services in some areas and some states, I have been told by a reliable source, that a plane load of 210 children from CPS was flown out of Denver, Colorado on November 6, 1997 to Paris, France. Later a second plane of children also under the care of CPS was flown from Los Angeles to Europe. I have also developed information through credible and reliable sources that in the past, children have been taken from Foster Homes, orphanages, and Boys Town Nebraska, and flown by private jets from Sioux City Iowa to Washington D.C. for sex orgies with politicians.

I have interviewed witnesses who were active in an international child-kidnapping ring, who advised me that thousands of children who disappear every year many are auctioned off, at various locations throughout the country. This kidnapping ring involves a case under investigation known as “The Franklin Cover Up.” One of my sources advised that he has attended six such auctions, with six to thirty six children being auctioned off. These locations are identified as fifty miles outside Las Vegas, Nevada, Toronto Canada, Houston Texas, an unidentified location in Michigan and a barn outside Lincoln Nebraska. This source informed me that the children range in age from 2-21, both boys and girls. They are usually placed on a stage or platform, in their underwear with a number attached to a string around their necks. The perpetrators bid on the children by number. The location outside Las Vegas was at a small airport. Some of the children were auctioned off to foreigners wearing turbans on their heads. The children were placed in private planes from which they took off. Other children were placed in campers. They were drugged so that if police stopped them the kidnappers could claim their child was sleeping."

This source also informed me that in his early teens he made more than 100 trips around the world transporting drugs. Often he would be given instructions to fly to a city where he would be met by a strange couple, who would have 5-6 different passports from different countries with different names for three of them, for the purpose of making drug drops.

I developed information from a credible source in a major city in Southwest U.S. that there is collusion between judges, attorneys and underworld criminals. Children in the system, are adopted, four thousand dollars is given to the people who adopt, and the children’s names are changed and each child is re-adopted up to 75 times, with four thousand dollars going to each adoption every time. The Federal Government Adoption Bonus is given to these judges, attorneys and underworld criminals it is split among the three groups of child traffickers. As an outgrowth of my involvement in the Franklin Cover Up Case from Omaha, I learned that a covert CIA operation known as the Finders based in Washington D.C. which was actively involved in kidnapping and international trafficking of children since the early 1960’s.

This matter was brought to the attention of the FBI and State Department in February 1997. A report by the Metropolitan Police Department was classified “Secret” in the interest of National Security. The investigation by the FBI was closed down, however according to a US CUSTOMS investigative report, portions of which I will now read, “the Finders became a CIA internal matter.” I have given this information to the FBI on seven occasions, and have demanded an investigation for the international kidnapping and trafficking of children.

It is alarming that there is a similarity between the CPS Colorado Case and the Finders of Washington D.C. with the specific reference to a nanny placed in the home. I have personally written to the authorities in Colorado regarding this case and have had no response. The case involves an adoptive woman’s children being given to her nanny... "I moved to California for safety reasons..."- Judi Chase

Judi stated: "May 30th, 2005, I telephoned former LA FBI Agent, Ted Gunderson, ret., to inform him of the most recent call to the local police department regarding gunshots fired behind my house. Whilst the police officers were searching for shells, I noticed some writing on the wood panel above the brick wall in the back of my house in the approximate spot where the dead dog had been placed the week before, on Friday, May 13. Neither myself, nor the two police officers that came that day noticed what was written, which I now could see was the word ‘Omen’ beneath an X with an arrow pointing to the ground, where the dead dog had been found, and two lines had been drawn underscoring the 'e' in ‘Omen.’ I photographed this and Ted Gunderson, who is concerned about the safety of not only myself, but all those in my household" (Portals Vol.3)

Judi's list of disturbing incidents that have occurred since she moved to California: *

"... numerous unusual dead animals and animal heads began to show up either on my front porch, on the sidewalk in front of my house or in the alley against the back fence of my property. These included a huge decapitated fish head, a large rat’s head.

"One of my cat’s suddenly suffered vomiting and was rushed to the vet where despite $1,000 worth of intervention, died that night, and the vet raised the possibility of poisoning, but was unable to determine the exact cause of death.

"Ret. FBI Agent Ted Gunderson reviewed the words scratched on the side of David Chase’s Chevy truck, and informed me that the words ‘shark fed’ that were legible, were to be taken as a visual threat, against me, and also confirmation that the owner of the truck, David Chase’s body, had been murdered and ‘disposed of in water’ as if left for the sharks.
 

"On another occasion, my house was broken into and I arrived home to find the front door wide open, with a very unusual bone, with 13 parallel lines carved into it with a strange symbol also carved in it, had been placed under my dining room table, which was not there when I had left that morning.
 

"Most recently, approximately 3 weeks ago, our cat ‘Precious’ disappeared, and although I had asked all my neighbors to look out for her, and check the animal shelter, no one has sited her. She had lived on the property for her entire life, was in good health, and had never strayed.
 

"Approximately one week later, an abandoned grey cat that we had rescued from the alley, whom we were caring for, was nursing 6 kittens, and within 3 days, three of the six suddenly died.
 

"On Friday the 13th, our next-door neighbor requested our assistance to determine the cause of the foul smell coming from the alley-way behind our house. We went back to see what it was and found a very large black trash bag was the source. We telephoned the local police who came and Officer DuVally and Ramirez of the LA Police Department came out, opened the bag an extremely large dog was found dead inside the bag, and the officer stated that it had not died that day, but rather approximately two weeks earlier judging by the extent of the maggots. I was very alarmed as I wondered if since my cat had disappeared two weeks ago, was someone trying to send a message that they had taken her and killed her. I gave the officers a copy of photographs of some of the past dead animals mentioned above, and a copy of the letter by Ted Gunderson to the Lt. Governor, which outlined his concern that my family may be in danger. They told me they would give this information to the head of their local police department.
 

"Then, on May 14th, the gray cat that had previously been nursing 6 kittens, (3 of which died within one week), suddenly fell off the chair and could not stand on her back legs and began to go into convulsions. I called the vet, who was closed, and then drove the cat immediately to the animal shelter, when I called several hours later, the vet technician informed me that the cat had to be put to sleep due to the convulsions, and although they could not determine the exact cause of death, they thought it was organo-phosphate poisoning."
 

Judi sums up Gunderson's conclusion, "Based on the fact that I have been harassed both in Colorado and now in California, Mr. Gunderson conclusively has stated, “in my professional opinion, with more than 55 years experience as an investigator, a network probably involving satanic cults are responsible for these harassments, because of Ms. Chase’s attempts to expose their nefarious activities.” (Portals Vol.3)

NOTE: There have been at least eight people who provided pertinent information about this case directly either to retired detective, Phil Harris, or a private detective in Florida, or to Judi Chase. All eight have had their lives threatened because they had supplied information or because they were pursuing the case.

THE PHIL HARRIS PSYCHIC RESEARCH PROJECT

In October 1995 Phil Harris and Judi Chase initiated "The Psychic Research Project" which lasted 10 years. The investigative team was comprised of: "remote viewers, intuitives, police profilers, and psychic crime solvers" assembled by retired police officer turned private investigator Phil Harris and David Chase’s widow, Judi Chase." (Portals Vol.1)

"Phil Harris used many techniques in his work including a very scientific approach to utilizing the abilities of those known as “remote viewers” or Intuitive Profilers who had worked with many police departments and the F.B.I. on solving missing children cases and homicide cases that had come to a standstill," Judi explained.

In Portals Vol.1 Judi reveals that Phil insisted the psychic investigative team adhere to three fundamental principles:

1. No information whatsoever would be given on the case to the remote viewers.
2. They would not know any of the other people on the team, or be told what information had been provided by other participants.
3. If a high percentage of the team came up with the same information independently, then police investigators could utilize the information as leads.

Judi wrote: "I was able to assist Phil Harris in assembling this team through my work as the National Program Director for the Whole Life Expo. My job included booking some of the most prominent and highly respected authors and speakers in the fields of Remote Viewing and related fields. Many of the participants have written books on this subject matter, and some have been on the New York Times Bestsellers List, such as James Von Praagh’s “Reaching To Heaven and Dannion Brinkley's "Saved By The Light". Many of these professionals came to me and volunteered to do investigative sessions on this case." (Portals Vol.2)

Here's two extremely shocking and relevant findings from the "The Psychic Research Project:"

1. All 22 investigators stated that David Chase had been murdered

2. 14 of the 22 investigators stated that one of the main motives for the murder of David Chase was to silence him from revealing an organized, underground crime ring that involved kidnapping children, selling them into child pornography, selling drugs, guns... etc.

And there's this stunning factoid:

"...95% of those (psychic) reports contained references to a huge underground child abuse ring, which involved the ex-nanny and the neighbor." (Portals Vol.2)

CORROBORATION: "Shelly had allegedly sold the twins for over $30,000 for each child, totaling over $60,000 and splitting the profits with her attorney, Jack Curry." Judi wrote: "According to one of the psychic crime solvers that had taken the D.A.'s Investigator Steve Evens and an investigator in Jefferson County Sherrif's Department to an abandoned property that he stated had was directly connected to the events surrounding the murder of David Chase. Also, he stated to the investigators that Shelly had allegedly sold David and Judi Chase's adoptive twins for over $30,000, for each child, splitting the profits with her attorney, Jack Curry."

SATANIC RITUAL ABUSE (SRA)

"As I researched the subject of missing children and requested information from the FBI on how many children go missing every year in the US, I discovered that in 1996, there were NO NATIONAL RECORDS KEPT! So David Icke and I requested the figures from each state, and discovered that in 1996 the figures added up to 400,000 children reported missing in that year alone!" -Judi Chase

"ILLUMINATI AND MIND CONTROL" BY FRITZ SPRINGMEIR

Judi contacted Fritz Springmeir, an authority on mind control, who penned the explosive expose: "Illuminati and Mind Control" which, swiftly became an underground classic with conspiracy buffs. Mr. Springmeir advised Judi to purchase his book and study it carefully, which she did. Judi learned many sickening and sad facts from Springmeir's well researched book, For example: "Satanists within the network and the CIA took over Boys Town, Nebraska in the early 1950s’ and had used that famous orphanage as a way to have access to have a constant supply of young boys for programming. Boys Town is the most well known, and there is a long list of others as well. When the Monarch Programming started. The top programmers were Illuminati. This included Joseph Mengle, who was the lead programmer. He’d disappeared from Auchwitz in January 1945, several months before the final chaos began in the fall of the Third Reich. He disappeared so that the Illuminati could smuggle him to the US. So that his knowledge of programming, which he had finely tuned on thousands of concentration camp child victims, could be put to use on a big scale in the US. He was especially anxious to find identical twins because his genetic research connected to mind control-needed persons of identical genetic make up" Judi wrote, in Portals Vol.2.

Judi's epiphany: "Another red flag went up for me when I read…" “ 'Some children live in Foster Homes, or with Adoptive Parents or orphanages, or with Caretakers and Guardians. Because these children are at the mercy of their non-related adults, these types of children are frequently sold to participate as mind control slaves of the intelligence agencies' "

"TRANS-FORMATION OF AMERICA"

David Icke had also introduced Judi to Cathy O’Brien and her husband Mark Phillips. Cathy and Mark had co-authored a book titled: "TRANCE-FORMATION OF AMERICA" that depicted Cathy's journey as a mind controlled slave, who was luckily rescued by Mark Phillips. Not only did they gift Judi a copy of their book, moreover they offered valuable insights and perspectives regarding David's murder and the twins 'legal' kidnapping. Judi stated: "Cathy had explained ... the motive behind this may have been for my children to be utilized in some type of mind control experiments, as twins are very highly sought after for this purpose." Judi continued, "Cathy also had spoken to me about individuals who participate in satanic ritual, one of whom was a man named, Wayne Cox, who was known for selling the left hands of victims that had been murdered as part of a satanic ritual. When I had showed her the autopsy report, depicting my husband’s left hand as being almost severed, she told me that her intuition spoke to her loudly that individuals had been trying to cut off my husband’s left hand. It was all too shocking to process, complicated by the possibility that perhaps there was an original autopsy report that had been switched for the one I was sent." (Portals Vol.2)

"Cathy O’Brien had told me that this was a classic trademark of Satanic Ritual Murders. When the book arrived, I immediately looked up the term, hand of glory." -Judi Chase

"SATAN'S UNDERGROUND" BY LAUREN STRATFORD

More alarms went off when Judi read a book about satanic ritual abuse and sacrifice, by Lauren Stratford, "Satan's Underground." Judi discovered: “There were fraudulent people who represented themselves as caseworkers of adoption agencies or heads of placement homes. They carried so-called 'legitimate' identification papers. Their purpose was to get unsuspecting and well-intentioned unwed mothers to sign away their babies to a pornography ring, or to people connected with other cults.” (Portals Vol.2)

"PRESUMED GUILTY" BY STEPHEN SINGULAR

"Presumed Guilty" was an eye-opener for Judi. It begged the question, could Jon-Benet have been murdered by a child pornography network? It made Judi wonder, was this network involved in any way with the Tanner twins?

I {Judi} read a shocking description about the exploitation of little girls that sent chills up my spine, as I feared that this had been the fate of my little Tisha. Stephen explained how he did his own research into child pornography and relayed what he had found to the Boulder District Attorney. He wrote…“I began describing some pictures of young girls that I had recently seen on the Internet. They were five, six or seven years old. They were naked and tied up and they were being sexually assaulted. They were being raped. They had ropes around their hands, belts around their ankles and wrists, scarves stuffed in their mouths. The pictures were being sold or traded in the global underground market of child pornography.

I was totally unaware of the extent of child porn websites worldwide. It did not take much imagination to wonder if little girls like Jon-Bonet, who made the rounds of the child beauty pageant circuit, could become prey to the more seedier side of photography, and was wondering why this was not discussed more on the news shows and the media, where her picture was plastered nationwide.

According to Stephen, “ 'By the mid-1990's, the Net held an estimated five thousand child porn sites worldwide--with everything from still photographs and videos of children (or adults and children) engaged in sexual activity, to cameras capturing pedophilic acts in real time. Through this new technology, child molesters were now intimately connected to one another, not just locally, but in different cities and even different nations around the world.

The result was something startlingly novel and problematic for law enforcement. For one thing it is often extremely difficult to track on the Net where such images are going from or going, but beyond the technical challenges for cyber-cops lay something else. Pedophilia has always been regarded as a taboo, perhaps the very deepest taboo in modern societies. Because of this it has been kept at the most private and secretive levels of individual sexual predation. People haven't talked about engaging in such a thing with small children in public for all the obvious reasons: It is illegal and can very quickly get one arrested.

The Internet has changed all that. Out there in cyberspace where almost everyone uses a fake name or fake identity, and one can do just about anything while maintaining complete anonymity. A FEW BURNING QUESTIONS...

* Why is there an ongoing cover-up surrounding the murder of David Chase? In particular why was Jefferson County, Evergreen, homicide investigator, Don Olin's 600 page investigation into David's murder ignored? And one wonders was foul play involved in Don Olin's sudden, severe pancreas failure soon after he handed in his 600-page David Chase Homicide Report?
 

* Why didn't the D.A declare David Chase's death a homicide and Pat Lubelski as the guilty party, as Don Olin's 600 page homicide report had indicated? Consider this: The Canyon Courier newspaper reporter George Lurie quoted Jeffco Homicide Investigator Don Olin as saying, "'Although it's not my job to recommend action, I believe there is more than enough evidence to bring charges. What might those charges be? Anything", Olin speculated, "from manslaughter to murder. The investigation is concentrated on the guy that was with him that night.' "
 

* What about the bombshell affidavit from Criminal Defense Attorney Andre? Where's the follow-up investigation? Again Andre stated: "This network {child trafficking ring} was referred to as Fat Cats who abducted children for white slavery, pornography and other horrendous activities. The children were sold to wealthy clients both in the US and abroad, after their cuteness factor for sexploitation and pornography wore off...." "He {Judge Max} stated that David Chase had children and that the 'wagons had been circled' around them. I {Andre} asked Judge Max what that meant and he replied, I am not at liberty to go into that."
 

* Why was Dr. Linda Steele's written request to have the twins evaluated by a Medical Doctor and Child Psychiatrist ignored?
 

* Why did Denver Social Services force Judi to hire a live-in-nanny or else lose custody of the twins, which actually was not necessary, as Judi was a full time mother, and was not working at the time?
 

* Why did the Happy Hearts Foster Adoption Agency refuse to certify a new home for Judi and the twins, when Judi had explained to them in great detail why Shelly's home was an unsafe environment for the the twins?
 

* Why did Shelly fabricate and circulate negative reports and out right lies about Judi and the twins, (behind Judi's back) to Happy Hearts Foster/Adoption Agency and Denver Social Services, while at the same time showing Judi a glowing report in a letter that she wrote to the Happy Hearts Foster/ Adoption Agency about her observations regarding Judi's mothering skills indicating that the twins were thriving under her care?
 

* Why hasn't the "real" relationship between Shelly Jones and Pat Lubelski been investigated?
 

* Why did the authorities refuse to follow-up on promising leads regarding David Chase's death when Judi Chase presented them with up to date contact information?
 

* Why did Kathy Sazak, Assistant D.A refuse to cooperate with Ronald N. Kornblum, a Forensic Pathologist who asked for additional autopsy information so he could conclusively submit a second opinion as to the cause of David Chase's death. Recall his preliminary findings that indicated David had been murdered.
 

* Why haven’t the allegations in Andre's affidavit been fully investigated?
 

* Was Phil Harris murdered to conceal his findings about Judge Wakefield's shocking decision in the Tanner twins intervention hearing?
 

* Did Judge Wakefield deny Judi's intervention petition due to pressure from a hidden third party? If so, by whom, the Fat Cats?
 

* Why did Denver Social Services fail to notify Judi Chase that the Judge had terminated the Tanner twin's birth parent's rights, therefore freeing the twins up for adoption? Judi Chase had submitted a written request to be notified immediately if reunification with birth mother failed and advised DDSS that she would be on a plane the very next day to complete the twin's adoption finalization process that she had stated in writing to them a year and a half earlier.
 

* Why have the authorities continued to ignore private investigator, Duane (DOG) Chapman's explosive statement from Jack Curry, Shelly's lawyer: “Shelly never had any intention of adopting the twins, her job was to act as a middleman in a transaction to pass them on to a third party in California.” What about this: "... Testimony from the private investigative team about allegations of Shelley Jones’s involvement in child-trafficking and allegations that she sold the twins to someone else for the purpose of child pornography." And let's not forget this allegation from one of the psychic crime solvers: "... the twins were sold for an amount over $30,000 for each child, and that both Shelly Jones and her attorney profited from this money." In the meantime, Ms. Chase has moved on with her life and adopted two "special needs" boys, Sky and Sage. She still shares a home with Dov in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, California. Dov is the co-founder of the Earth Harmony Foundation. Ironically, Judi lives in the same home she had planned to move into with the Tanner twins ten years ago. Amazingly, Judi informed me that the Tanner twin's favorite stuffed animals, dolls, clothes, treasures and toys are still in 'their' bedroom.

Currently, "The Earth Harmony Foundation" and the "International Children's Right's Committee," has launched: "The National Every Child Safe Campaign" This campaign is primarily designed to enhance current in service training programs provided for social workers, foster parents, therapists, nurses, law enforcement, and the FBI. Secondly this is designed to reach the community at large including parents, grandparents, care givers and those who know families with children, and also to educate those in political office and those responsible for protecting children. Judi has contacted Senators on the Senate Missing, Exploited and Runaway Children's Caucus to begin the process of creating Federal legislation that would ostensibly help prevent other foster children from having to suffer the horrendous fate of the Tanner twins. Judi wrote: " ... I traveled to Washington D.C. to meet with Legislative Aides at 5 Senator's offices who are on the Senate Missing and Exploited and Runaway Children's Caucus. The purpose was to spearhead our Foundation's National Every Child Safe Campaign, and to request a Congressional Investigative Hearing on the subject of our Nation's Foster Children and their vulnerability to falling prey to exploitation by global child trafficking networks."

Judi shares: "This Campaign {Every Child Safe} is designed to shine a bright light into dark corners exposing corruption, fraud and cover-up of crimes againstchildren. We must build mechanisms into our systems so that vigorous investigation of all allegations of child trafficking will prevent innocent children and foster children from abduction, abuse, sexual exploitation or being killed. Our Foundation is currently working in coordination with approximately 200 groups as part of a coalition to halt human trafficking. We are also working with children's advocacy groups urging Congress to introduce greater protection for Foster Children to prevent them from being fraudulently adopted for illicit activities, and to urge reform of Child Protective Services Systems. It is only by opening our eyes to the entire picture, that we gain the knowledge and insight to protect every child, for every child is everyone’s child. Perhaps then the day will come, when we will be able to greet each other as they do in parts of Africa, by saying, "Are the children safe?" with the answer, “Yes, the children are safe!" Judi continues: "It my quest is to bring attention to the plight of thousands of children around the world who are being abducted, trafficked, exploited and abused, in the hopes that this will lead towards the day when child trafficking will become obsolete."

CONCLUSION

David Chase's homicide has yet to be resolved and the Tanner twin's fate remains a mystery. The silence is deafening....
