What a piece of astute prediction in Michael Rivero's New Republic post from 20 months ago Read it well for the modus operandi of the proto-dictators behind the WTC attack.

It's the oldest trick in the book, dating back to Roman times; creating the enemies you need.

In 70 BC, an ambitious minor politician and extremely wealthy man, Marcus Licineus Crassus, wanted to rule Rome. Just to give you an idea of what sort of man Crassus really was, he is credited with invention of the fire brigade. But in Crassus' version, his fire-fighting slaves would race to the scene of a burning building whereupon Crassus would offer to buy it on the spot for a tiny fraction of it's worth.

If the owner sold, Crassus' slaves would put out the fire. If the owner refused to sell, Crassus allowed the building to burn to the ground. By means of this device, Crassus eventually came to be the largest single private landholder in Rome, and used some of his wealth to help back Julius Caesar against Cicero.

In 70 BC Rome was still a Republic, which placed very strict limits on what Rulers could do, and more importantly NOT do. But Crassus had no intentions of enduring such limits to his personal power, and contrived a plan.

Crassus seized upon the slave revolt led by Sparticus in order to strike terror into the hearts of Rome, whose garrison Sparticus had already defeated in battle. But Sparticus had no intention of marching on Rome itself, a move he knew to be suicidal. Sparticus and his band wanted nothing to do with the Roman empire and had planned from the start merely to loot enough money from their former owners in the Italian countryside to hire a mercenary fleet in which to sail to freedom.

Sailing away was the last thing Crassus wanted Sparticus to do. He needed a convenient enemy with which to terrorize Rome itself for his personal political gain. So Crassus bribed the mercenary fleet to sail without Sparticus, then positioned two Roman legions in such a way that Sparticus had no choice but to march on Rome.

Terrified of the impending arrival of the much-feared army of gladiators, Rome declared Crassus Praetor. Crassus then crushed Sparticus' army and even though Pompeii took the credit, Crassus was elected Consul of Rome the following year.

With this maneuver, the Romans surrendered their Republican form of government. Soon would follow the first Triumvirate, consisting of Crassus, Pompeii, and Julius Caesar, followed by the reign of the god-like Emperors of Rome.

The Romans were hoaxed into surrendering their Republic, and accepting the rule of Emperors.

Julius Caesar's political opponent, Cicero, for all his literary accomplishments, played the same games in his campaign against Julius Caesar, claiming that Rome was falling victim to an internal "vast right wing" conspiracy in which any expressed desire for legislative limits no government was treated as suspicious behavior. Cicero, in order to demonstrate to the Romans just how unsafe Rome has become hired thugs to cause as much disturbance as possible, and campaigned on a promise to end the internal strife if elected and granted extraordinary powers.

What Cicero only dreamed of, Adolph Hitler succeeded in doing. Elected Chancellor of Germany, Hitler, like Crassus, had no intention of living with the strict limits to his power imposed by German law. Unlike Cicero, Hitler's thugs were easy to recognize; they all wore the same brown shirts. But their actions were no different than those of their Roman predecessors. They staged beatings, set fires, caused as much trouble as they could, while Hitler made speeches promising that he could end the crime wave of subversives and terrorism if he was granted extraordinary powers.

The Germans were hoaxed into surrendering their Republic, and accepting the rule of Der Fuhrer.

The state-sponsored schools will never tell you this, but governments routinely rely on hoaxes to sell their agendas to an otherwise reluctant public. The Romans accepted the Emperors and the Germans accepted Hitler not because they wanted to, but because the carefully crafted illusions of threat appeared to leave no other choice.

Our government too uses hoaxes to create the illusion that We The People have no choice but the direction the government wishes us to go in.

In 1898, Joseph Pulitzer's New York World and William Randolph Hearst's New York Journal were arguing for American intervention in Cuba. Hearst is reported to have dispatched a photographer to Cuba to photograph the coming war with Spain. When the photographer asked just what war that might be, Hearst is reported to have replied, "You take the photographs, and I will provide the war". Hearst was true to his word, as his newspaper published stories of great atrocities being committed against the Cuban people, most of which turned out to be complete fabrications.

On the night of February 15, 1898, the USS Main, lying in Havana harbor in a show of US resolve to protect her interests, exploded violently. Captain Sigsbee, the commander of the Maine, urged that no assumptions of enemy attack be made until there was a full investigation of the cause of the explosion. For this, Captain Sigsbee was excoriated in the press for "refusing to see the obvious". The Atlantic Monthly declared flat out that to suppose the explosion to be anything other than a deliberate act by Spain was "completely at defiance of the laws of probability".

Under the slogan "Remember the Maine", Americans went to war with Spain.

In 1975, an investigation led by Admiral Hyman Rickover examined the data recovered from a 1911 examination of the wreck and concluded that there had been no evidence of an external explosion. The most likely cause of the sinking was a coal dust explosion in a coal bunker imprudently located next to the ship's magazines. Captain Sigsbee's caution had been well founded.

President Franklin Delano Roosevelt needed a war. He needed the fever of a major war to mask the symptoms of a still deathly ill economy struggling back from the Great Depression. Roosevelt wanted a war with Germany to stop Hitler, but despite several provocations in the Atlantic, the American people, still struggling with that troublesome economy, were opposed to any wars.

Roosevelt needed an enemy, and if America would not willingly attack that enemy, then one would have to be maneuvered into attacking America, much as Marcus Licinius Crassus has maneuvered Sparticus into attacking Rome.

The way open to war was created when Japan signed the tripartite agreement with Italy and Germany, with all parties pledging mutual defense to each other. Whereas Hitler would never declare war on the United States no matter the provocation, the means to force Japan to do so were readily at hand.

The first step was to place oil and steel embargoes on Japan, using Japan's wars on the Asian mainland as a reason. This forced Japan to consider seizing the oil and mineral rich regions in Indonesia. With the European powers militarily exhausted by the war in Europe, the United States was the only power in the Pacific able to stop Japan from invading the Dutch East Indies, and by moving the Pacific fleet from San Diego to Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, Roosevelt made a pre-emptive strike on that fleet the mandatory first step in any Japanese plan to extend it's empire into the "southern resource area".

Roosevelt boxed in Japan just as completely as Crassus had boxed in Sparticus. Japan needed oil. They had to invade Indonesia to get it, and to do that they had to remove the threat of the American fleet at Pearl Harbor. There never really was any other course open to them.

To enrage the American people as much as possible, Roosevelt needed the first overt attack by Japan to be as bloody as possible, appearing as a sneak attack much as the Japanese had done to the Russians. From that moment up until the attack on Pearl Harbor itself, Roosevelt and his associates made sure that the commanders in Hawaii, General Short and Admiral Kimmel, were kept in the dark as much as possible about the location of the Japanese fleet and it's intentions, then later scapegoated for the attack. (Congress recently exonerated both Short and Kimmel, posthumously restoring them to their former ranks).

But as the Army board had concluded at the time, and subsequent de-classified documents confirmed, Washington DC knew the attack was coming, knew exactly where the fleet was, and knew where it was headed.

On November 29th, Secretary of State Hull showed United Press reporter Joe Leib a message with the time and place of the attack, and the New York Times in it's special 12/8/41 Pearl Harbor edition, on page 13, reported that the time and place of the attack had been known in advance!

The much repeated claim that the Japanese fleet maintained radio silence on it's way to Hawaii was a lie. Among other intercepts still held in the Archives of the NSA is the UNCODED message sent by the Japanese tanker Shirya stating, "proceeding to a position 30.00 N, 154.20 E. Expect to arrive at that point on 3 December." (near HI)

President Lyndon Johnson wanted a war in Vietnam. He wanted it to help his friends who owned defense companies to do a little business. He needed it to get the Pentagon and CIA to quit trying to invade Cuba. And most of all, he needed a provocation to convince the American people that there was really "no other choice".

On August 5, 1964, newspapers across America reported "renewed attacks" against American destroyers operating in Vietnamese waters, specifically the Gulf of Tonkin. The official story was that North Vietnamese torpedo boats launched an "unprovoked attack" on the USS Maddox while it was on "routine patrol".

The truth is that USS Maddox was involved in aggressive intelligence gathering in coordination with actual attacks by South Vietnam and the Laotian Air Force against targets in North Vietnam. The truth is also that there was no attack by torpedo boats against the USS Maddox. Captain John J. Herrick, the task force commander in the Gulf, cabled Washington DC that the report was the result of an "over-eager" sonarman who had picked up the sounds of his own ship's screws and panicked. But even with this knowledge that the report was false, Lyndon Johnson went on national TV that night to announce the commencement of air strikes against North Vietnam, "retaliation" for an attack that had never occurred.

President George Bush wanted a war in Iraq. Like Crassus, George Bush is motivated by money. Specifically oil money. But with the OPEC alliance failing to keep limits on oil production in the Mideast, the market was being glutted with oil pumped from underneath Iraq, which sat over roughly 1/3 of the oil reserves of the entire region.

George wanted a war to stop that flow of oil, to keep prices (and profits) from falling any further than they already had. But like Roosevelt, he needed the "other side" to make the first move.

Iraq had long been trying to acquire greater access to the Persian Gulf, and felt limited confined a narrow strip of land along Kuwait's northern border, which placed Iraqi interests in close proximity with hostile Iran. George Bush, who had been covertly arming Iraq during its war with Iran, sent word via Ambassador April Glaspie that the United States would not intervene if Saddam Hussein grabbed a larger part of Kuwait. Saddam fell for the bait and invaded.

Of course, Americans were not about to send their sons and daughters to risk their lives for petroleum products. So George Bush arranged a hoax, using public relations firm Hill & Knowlton, which has grown rich on taxpayer money by being most industrious and creative liars! Hill & Knowlton concocted a monumental fraud in which the daughter of the Kuwaiti Ambassador to the United States, went on TV pretending to be a nurse, and related a horror story in which Iraqi troops looted the incubators from a Kuwaiti hospital, leaving the premature babies on the cold floor to die. The media, part of the swindle from the start, never bothered asking why the "nurse" didn't just pick the babies up and wrap them in blankets or something.

Enraged by the incubator story, Americans supported operation Desert Storm, which never removed Saddam Hussein from power but which did take Kuwait's oil off of the market for almost 2 years and limited Iraq's oil exports to this very day. That our sons and daughters came home with serious and lingering medical illnesses was apparently not too great a price to pay for increased oil profits.

Following the victory in Iraq, yet another war appeared to be in the offering in the mineral rich regions of Bosnia. Yet again, a hoax was used to create support for military action.

The above photo of Fikret Alic, a Muslim, staring through a barbed wire fence, was used to "prove" that the Bosnians were running modern day "Concentration Camps". As the headline of "Belsen 92" indicates, all possible associations with the Nazi horrors were made to sell the necessity of sending yet more American troops into someone else's nation.

But when German Journalists went to Trnopolje, the site of the supposed Bosnian Concentration Camp. to film a documentary, they discovered that the photo was a fake! The camp at Trnopolje was not a concentration camp but a refugee center. Nor was it surrounded by barbed wire. Careful examination of the original photo revealed that the photographer had shot the photo through a broken section of fence surrounding a tool shed. It was the photographer who was on the inside, shooting out at the refugees.

Once again, Americans had been hoaxed into support of actions they might otherwise not have agreed with.

While several American Presidents have willingly started wars for personal purposes, perhaps no President has ever carried it to the extreme that Bill Clinton has.

Coincident with the expected public statement of Monica Lewinsky following her testimony, Bill Clinton ordered a cruise missile attack on Sudan and Afghanistan, claiming to have had irrefutable proof that bogeyman extraordinaire (and former Afghani ally) Osama Bin Ladin was creating terrorist chemical weapons there.

Examination of the photos of the debris revealed none of the expected structures one would find in a laboratory that handled lethal weapons-grade materials. Assurances from the CIA that they had a positive soil test for biological weapons fell on their face when it was revealed that there had been no open soil anywhere near the pre-bombed facility. Sudan requested that international observers come test the remains of the factory for any signs of the nerve gas Clinton had insisted was there. None was found. The Sudanese plant was a harmless aspirin factory, and the owner has sued for damages.

Later examination of the site hit in Afghanistan revealed it to be a mosque.

Meanwhile, back in Kosovo, stories about genocide and atrocities were flooding the media (in time to distract from the Sudanese embarrassments), just as lurid and sensational and as it turns out often just as fictional as most of William Randolph Hearst's stories of atrocities against the Cubans.

Again, the government and the media were hoaxing Americans. The above photo was shown on all the American networks, claiming to be one of Slobodan Milosovic's Migs, shot down while attacking civilians. Closer examination (click on the photo) shows it to be stenciled in English!

Like Germany under Chancellor Hitler, there have been events in our nation which strike fear into the hearts of the citizens, such as the New York World Trade Tower bombing, the OK City Federal Building, and the Olympic Park bomb (nicely timed to divert the media from witnesses to the TWA 800 shoot down). The media has been very quick to blame such events on "radicals", "subversives", "vast right wing conspiracies", and other "enemies in our midst", no different than the lies used by Cicero and Hitler.

But on closer examination, such "domestic terrorist" events do not appear to be what they are made out to be. The FBI had an informant inside the World Trade Tower bombers, Emad Salam, who offered to sabotage the bomb. The FBI told him "no". The so-called "hot bed" of white separatism at Elohim City, occasional home to Tim McVeigh in the weeks prior to the OK City bombing, was founded and is being run by an FBI informant!

And nobody has ever really explained what this second Ryder truck was doing in a secret camp half way from Elohim City to Oklahoma City two weeks before the bombing.

Of what real worth is rule by the will of the people when that will is obtained by fraud and deception? Are we truly free to choose when the government and media so orders the information we see that we cannot but choose what the government wanted all along?

In the aftermath of the assassination of John F. Kennedy, an event in our history that reveals the extent to which government and the media will lie to the public, POST Magazine used a fraudulent photograph to sell Americans on the now-discredited "Magic Bullet" theory.

In the 70s, leaked FBI documents blew the lid off of an FBI operation known as COINTELPRO. Far from being the law enforcement and criminal investigation function the FBI's public image would suggest, COINTELPRO turned out, upon Congressional inquiry, to be pure criminality on the part of the FBI itself, which targeted anti-Vietnam protestors, Native American Activists, Civil Rights Activists, and early feminists for harassment and disruption, on orders from the Nixon White House.

In one classic example revealed during the hearings, it was revealed that the FBI had printed up and distributed a coloring book filled with racist anti-white and anti-police images, then used media assets to claim that the book was the product of the Black Panthers, an organization which at the time was interested in breakfasts for ghetto children and local control of the curriculum. The coloring book so enraged the public (with the media cheering them on) that the population at large stopped listening to the blacks' legitimate political grievances.

Among those who supported the early civil rights movement was actress Jean Seberg. A rising star, whose credits included "Joan of Arc", "Paint Your Wagon", and "Airport", Jean was smpathetic to the civil rights movement and to the Black Panthers. Because of her, the American people were beginning to listen to the blacks' concerns. The FBI decided this could not be allowed to happen.

The Los Angeles office of the FBI requested AND OBTAINED permission from Washington DC to plant a false story in the media that Jean Seberg was not pregnant by her French Diplomat husband but by one of the Black Panthers. In an age where inter-racial sex was still considered a social taboo, the scandal wrecked Jean Seberg's career in Hollywood. She suffered a miscarriage, and the funeral for the baby was held with an open coffin, revealing the lie in its most tragic form. Seberg eventually committed suicide.

Other revelations from the COINTELPRO hearings included incidents of offices of targeted dissidents being broken into, equipment being sabotaged, files being stolen, false information planted to cause as much disruption as possible, or to allow targeted individuals to be arrested and falsely imprisoned. The FBI maintained (and still does to this day) networks of informants on every college campus and in every major corporation. The FBI actually used awareness of the informant network in an attempt to trick the Black Panthers into murdering some of their own members, by planting phony documents suggesting that the targeted individuals were themselves FBI informants.

Lie after lie. Deception after deception. This is how the government of the United States keeps you confused, keeps you blind, keeps you disinformed, lies, cheats, and steals, all the better to rule you while letting you imagine you have some freedom of choice in the matter. It's a "soft" dictatorship, but a dictatorship no less.

Truth is for the masses; it's a serious inconvenience for the government and the media. Just ask Vincent Foster, Ron Brown, JFK Sr., JFK Jr. or the passengers of TWA 800.

So, here we are today. Like the Romans of Crassus' and Cicero's time, or the Germans under a newly elected Hitler, we are being warned that a dangerous enemy threatens us, implacable, invisible, omnipresent, and regrettably invulnerable as long as our government is hamstrung by that silly old Bill of Rights. Already there have appeared articles debating whether or not "extraordinary measures" (i.e. torture) are not fully justified under certain circumstances such as those we are purported to face.

As was the case in Rome and Germany, the government continues to plead with the public for an expansion of its power and authority, to "deal with the crisis".

However, as Casio watch timers are paraded before the cameras, to the stentorian tones of the talking heads' constant dire warnings, it is legitimate to question just how real the crises is, and how much is the result of political machinations by our own leaders, whose prior record of honesty and forthrightness is, even in the most generous light, deplorable.

Are the terrorists really a threat, or just hired actors with bombs and Casio watches, paid for by Cicero and given brown shirts to wear by Hitler?

Is terrorism inside the United States really from outside, or is it a stage managed production, with over 10 "terrorist" warning stories in the media every single day, all designed to cause Americans to believe they have no choice but to surrender the Republic and accept the totalitarian rule of a new emperor, or a new Fuhrer?

Once lost, the Romans never got their Republic back. Once lost, the Germans never got their Republic back. No nation that fell into dictatorship ever reverted to the rule of law. In all cases, the nation had to be totally destroyed before freedom was restored to the people.

Remember that when Crassus tells you that Sparticus approaches.

Remember that when thugs in the streets act in a manner clearly designed to provoke the public fear.

Remember that when the Reichstag burns down.

POSTSCRIPT

With roughly 100 new stories warning of terrorism in the mainstream media just today, the possibility cannot be ignored that the American people are being pre-conditioned to accept as real a terrorist event manufactured by our own government, a terrorist event no more real than those created by powerful leaders through the ages to sell an agenda to a populace which would otherwise not accept it.

If indeed such a plan is even now being considered by covert elements of our government, the very best deterrent possible is if those who plan such a modern "Reichstag Fire" become convinced that the public might not believe the reality of the staged event; that they might not accept the designated scapegoat; that the revelations of FBI informants at the deepest levels of the New York World Trade Towers and OK City bombings might be enough to cause most Americans to look closer to home for the source of the so-called terrorists. *

Concerned Citizens Opposed to Police States

CCOPS TOTALITARIAN TIME: 10:19 P.M.

Holding our breath along with the rest of the nation, CCOPS has been waiting to see what response the U.S. government would make to the unthinkable attacks that struck the heart of America on September 11, 2001.

It was clear from the beginning that the U.S. military would have to strike fiercely against such savage enemies. As Americans, we support that -- with hopes the strikes will be just and judicious, as well as decisive.

It was less clear how fiercely the government would strike against American freedom. We were encouraged by George W. Bush's repeated assurances that he would protect, not sacrifice, freedom. Other voices -- calling for renewed imposition of intrusive, ineffective surveillance and other restrictions on freedom -- were more ominous.

On the evening of September 20, President Bush allied himself with the worst enemies of freedom. He made a seemingly innocuous -- even a comforting-sounding -- announcement. He said he had created the cabinet-level Office of Homeland Security, with Pennsylvania governor Tom Ridge as its head. (Transcript)

Most people were utterly unaware of the significance of Bush's new bureaucracy. But for anyone watching the advance of police- state policies in America, absolutely nothing could have been more ominous.

The Homeland Defense Agency is not a new idea. Conceived by a bi-partisan commission headed by former senators Gary Hart and Warren Rudman, this Clinton-era conception, "The Phase III Report Of The U.S. Commission On National Security/21st Century," is nothing less than the framework for a permanent military-bureaucratic American police state.

The new Homeland Defense Agency is the lynchpin of a plan that extensively reorganizes both the executive and legislative functions of the U.S. government. Among other things, the plan makes the National Guard a national police force. It extensively federalizes both the study and the work of science, mathematics, and engineering. It creates numerous new sub-bureaucracies. The Homeland Security agency itself is to "be built upon the Federal Emergency Management Agency, with the three organizations currently on the front line of border security-the Coast Guard, the Customs Service, and the Border Patrol- transferred to it." The plan calls for the new agency to oversee activities of the Department of Defense, as well as to assume a variety of duties now held by agencies from the Department of Commerce to the FBI.

When the plan was announced in January of this year, the media barely covered it, and shortly thereafter, the plan itself, and the government Web site created expressly for it, dropped out of sight. We found the full text of the report at only one location: Rense.com

Read it and shudder as you consider how the Bill of Rights -- and your freedoms -- will be slaughtered if you remain silent now.

Do not be fooled. The purpose of this agency and the larger plan of which it is merely one part, is not to make us safer. It is to rule us -- and to put in place the iron, eternal structure of the police state. Once again, crisis has been used as a false justification of the will to power.

When we created the CCOPS Totalitarian Time Clock, we promised ourselves we'd avoid huge, precipitous moves of the clock's hands. Without extreme provocation, we'd advance and roll back the clock's digits only a few minutes at a time. The war strikes of September 11 were world shattering, and we would never seek to minimize the horror or deny the need for strong retaliation. But our government's covert strike against American liberties will have an even more devastating long term impact on millions of lives.

The clock -- and the tragic march of tyranny -- advances by a half hour.

Who benefits from the World Trade Center and Pentagon terrorist attacks? I can tell you that no Arab nation benefits. I can tell you that no Muslim benefits. So why would any of them mount an attack that even the most stupid idiot fanatic in the world would understand to be the instrument of the absolute condemnation and alienation of his cause by all humanity?

Like most Americans I looked to the Arab world for the source of the attack, Not because it was the most obvious solution, but because I have been programed by the media to look only in that direction. I did not look elswhere until stories appeared that set alarm bells ringing. Are we being deceived and manipulated? Who benefits from these attacks? .

Questions that remain unanswered from the first World Trade Center Attack.

1. Who is Josie Hadas?

2. Where is Josie Hadas?

3. What was the cargo that Josie Hadas hired Mohammad Salameh to move?

4. Why have the police and the media not explicitly reported that bomb related wiring, instruction sheets and traces of explosives were found in the apartment of Josie Hadas and not in the apartment of Mohammad Salameh?

5. Why did Mohammad Salameh go to the police station twice to make a report of the theft of the van if he was a terrorist?

6. Why did Mohammad Salameh go to the Ryder van rental agency twice to collect a paltry $400.00 if he was a terrorist? Why did he rent the van in his own name if the use was to be a bombing?

7. Why did Mohammad Salameh not run away or try to hide if he was guilty?

8. Why was Mohammad Salameh's link to a given mosque so important while other criminals, such as Ted Bundy, John Wayne Gacy, Oliver North, Mike Milken, and most others were never linked to their religious affiliation or the church they attended.

8. What was the real role of the FBI in the bombing?

9. What was the role of the CIA in the lives of those accused?

Points to ponder about the second World Trade Center and Pentagon attacks.

1. Ibrahim Hooper of the Council on American-Islamic Relations said, "There is such a taboo on suicide in Islam, it is completely prohibited in Islam, that we find it inconceivable that somebody would invoke the name of God and then commit some act that is totally opposed to the faith."

2. The video of Palistinians in the streets celebrating news of the attacks was made at around noon according to visible shadows. At the time the video was shot it had to have been near or after sunset in that part of the world. Therefore the video could not have been shot on the day or at the time claimed.

3. Devout Muslims who would be willing to sacrifice themselves for their cause do not frequent bars and do not ever drink alchoholic beverages.

4. A devout Muslim would not take a copy of his holy book the Quran to a bar and leave it behind when he left after spending an evening drinking, participating in lapdances, and bragging about pending bloodshed to take place the following day. Who is so stupid that they would believe this?

5. Men who have been so careful during 5 years of planning, training, and careful preparations that never allowed even one leak do not brag the night before their mission that they are going to cause violence and bloodshed the following day, using credit cards with their correct names, allowing drivers licenses with photos to be xeroxed, nor do they spread incriminating evidence around like popcorn.

6. A devout Muslim on the way to his death would not leave his holy Quran in a parked car. He would take it with him.

7. According to news accounts the perpetrators planned the attack as long ago as 5 years, trained to carry out the attack, pulled it off without a hitch, and no information regarding the attack was ever leaked to anyone.

Now someone wants us to believe that these were a bunch of drunken fools who shot pistols in their homes, braggarts, who spoke of impending violence and bloodshed to everyone they met and left incriminating evidence everywhere. We are supposed to believe that by some incredible miracle they escaped the notice of every law enforcement and intelligence agency in the entire world. Now read #7 again.

9. Why did the hi-jackers force passengers to call relatives?

10. They were able to hi-jack 4 large commercial jets full of passengers without any problem.

11. They were able to deviate from the flight plan and crash into their targets without any effort from law enforcement or the military to stop them.

12. The simultaneous hi-jackings of 4 large commercial jet aircraft did not alert anyone to the possibility of the impending attacks.

Despite the evidence of wreckage strewn over several miles in Pennsylvania and the testimony of eye witnesses the government still denies that Flt-93 was shot down by an F-16 fighter aircraft that was identified as having flown for many miles alongside and behind the hi-jacked plane. 14. Within an hour of the attacks the FBI knew the names, addresses, flight schools they had attended, the aquaintences of the suspects, and had begun a nationwide roundup... yet they cannot find Chandra Levy nor can they say what happened to Jon Benet Ramsey. Pretty strange don't you think?

So who benefits? The answer is obvious and very disturbing. Everyone in the oil business will benefit, especially the Bush family and their business partners. Everyone in the defense industrial complex will benefit. The United Nations will benefit. The State of Israel will benefit bigtime. Tyranny in the name of security will benefit and rule over the American People. Sigerson: Lyn, it's one week after the attacks on the Pentagon, and on the World Trade Center. You have been making comments over the whole week about that, starting with the events as they were going on last Tuesday. What do you have to say to the American people now?

LaRouche: The point is, the first thing is, people are frightened-the first consideration. The nature of the events is frightening, especially for this generation, and most of this population. They are showing signs of great anxiety; of course, most acute in the D.C. area and the New York area. Under these conditions, people tend to become suggestible. They tend to have fantasies, exert bad judgment.Now, the first thing a commander does under conditions of war-and there are certain things about this situation which are analagous to war, in the real sense. You must have your troops, the fighting troops, not panic-stricken, calm, realistic, don't try to pump them up with false confidence, but a realistic view of the situation, and a sense that you are effectively in charge. And that's what the American people need now, as opposed to what CNN, for example, and Fox News have been doing with their television broadcasts. The worst possible thing you can do to the American people, to cause the worst kind of crisis.Look at the situation.

First of all, what has happened to the United States is on last Tuesday, the 11th, it came attack by a mysterious force, which I know is some kind of ROGUE OPERATION inside the security screen of the United States. This did not come from the Middle East. It didn't come from Europe. It didn't come from South America. There may be people who are nationals from other parts of the world who were involved in this, but the operation is very sophisticated, and no one could do an operation like this, from outside the United States at present; there's no one who could do what was done here then.So, WE KNOW IT'S A VERY HIGH LEVEL ROGUE OPERATION WITHIN OUR OWN COUNTRY.

Now, that's not the only problem. When something like this happens, many other things begin to go wrong. People who are crazy, begin to do crazy things. People who are frightened, can be set off, shall we say, by these kinds of events, will do crazy things. So you have a general insecurity situation inside the country.So, you've got to calm the thing down. The President doesn't know who's behind this yet-I think that's a fairly safe thing to say. But we have to approach from a command standpoint, as like a hunter. What a hunter does, as opposed to the bang-bang guy who goes out with a gun and shoots in all directions, hoping to see something: a hunter stalks his prey in a very systematic way. What the hunter does, is reads the spoor, and try to read the mind of that species of animal. Identify the species, identify the spoor, read the spoor, find out what kind of animal you're up against. With an animal.Now, we're trying to find the perpetrators of this crime, not just to punish them, but to prevent them from doing what obviously they intend to do, something similar, worse, than they did on the 11th of September. So, therefore, you have to have a sense of a government which knows what it's doing, in defining who the enemy is, reading the enemy's mind from his spoor and from his capabilities, going at the problem in a systematic way, and turning to the American people and saying, "Here's what our situation is.

YES, WE HAVE AN ENEMY WITHIN. It's a very powerful, very dangerous enemy. We don't know how far he's prepared to go, but we must conclude he's prepared to go further than he did on the 11th of September. But we're in charge. We're taking the following measures." That kind of thing.You've got to give the American people a sense-and particularly the American people-a sense that you care for them, that you understand their problems, that you're in charge and you're taking responsibility. And you've got to calm them down, with a sense, that kind of approach.That's what I tried to do in the course of the broadcast. I was talking to Jack Stockwell during this broadcast, and Jack and I, in a sense, were talking to each other, but we were both aware of the large listening audience on the radio from that station at that time. And we knew that would be picked up and relayed to other parts of the country. And therefore my job, as, for example, a Presidential candidate, someone who knows what it is to be President, is to say to the American people what I would say as President, and hope that would echoed by the actual incumbent, sitting President in the next phase. And that's what's needed at this time.There are no guarantees. I think we can lick the problem. But if the American people go crazy, or if they're terrified by what CNN and Fox News and others are doing to them in the mass media, then we're in real trouble.

Sigerson: Do you think the President is going to follow your advice?

LaRouche: I think there are probably by now, there are indications that there are a number of the institutions of the United States who probably agree with me, and probably are thankful for what I did. I certainly know that many governments abroad, or leading circles in those governments, do agree with me.I think that some of these people who are experts, have the ear of the President as his advisers, I think that they are reporting to him the kinds of things that I would wish them to report to him. There's still a lot of confusion. Still a lot of things are being said, and by others, and things aren't being done that should be done. But I think that to some degree, some of the message is getting through. I just hope, enough of the message, and I hope in time.

Sigerson: On another question, there's obviously a large, at least according to the media, a large buildup for some kind of military operation in Afghanistan, as a punishment for Osama bin Laden, it seems. Do you think the United States should go into Afghanistan?

LaRouche: No, not at all.There may be a reason to do something like that, but at this point there is no reason to anticipate going into Afghanistan, or any other country, at this time.The practical thing is to get a Middle East peace immediately, to end this war which is going on in Israel, in the area of Israel, to bring about peace there. You would hope that Sharon would cooperate with us, and realize that what he's doing, in avoiding the kind of peace process which Oslo set into motion, that he's actually contributing to a great danger to the United States, and many other countries at this time. Therefore, we would hope he would come to his senses, with other Israeli leaders, and work to calm this thing down. Because that's our major danger.

OUR MAJOR PROBLEM IS INSIDE THE UNITED STATES. There are two things we have to consider. It is not accidental that this attack, on us, occurred at precisely the time that the ongoing international monetary and financial collapse was reaching a peak point, a point of crisis. And things like this, happen in times like this. So obviously, some very powerful group of people, inside our country, perhaps with some cooperation from outside, but essentially inside our country, decided to do the equivalent of a coup d'etat against the United States. Which meant, methods of terror to make the population malleable, to accept what they're to do, and at some point, come forward, and actually represent a new kind of government of the United States, to replace the present government. That's their objective.So therefore, one of our things we have to do, we have to preempt this, by dealing with the financial and monetary crisis now.For example, right now the airline system of the United States is crashing. Not that the planes are crashing, but the finances are crashing. We can't have that. We cannot allow the essential airline industry, which is a part of our national infrastructure, to collapse. Therefore the government must step in, not with a bailout of Wall Street, but with a plan to supply credit and reorganization-that is, government-protected reorganization of the airline industry-to ensure this thing functions. And to give them a plan which would, perhaps over a year, or 10 years or 20 years, allows the industry to come back to full self-sustaining stability. That kind of protection.There are other things we must do. So therefore, the first thing is to realize we must act upon the general nature of the world situation, the effects of the international monetary and financial crisis, which is a point of danger. Things like the Middle East war, which must be calmed down, a point of danger. We must win the confidence of the American people for measures of this type. And we must act.In that process we will weaken the potential of the enemy who is now preparing to strike again. And if we make the American people aware of this, then no coup d'etat could be successful in the United States. Then the enemy is morally, and politically, defeated, whatever power he represents. Those, I think, are the immediate objectives.

Sigerson: So, you have talked a lot in the past about a Pearl Harbor effect in the population, as being the only way to get the American population to effectively act, to realize the kind of solutions that Franklin Delano Roosevelt was able to implement, following Pearl Harbor the last time. So you're saying, that this crisis, which some people have also compared to Pearl Harbor, could also have that effect.LaRouche: Well, I had hoped to avoid anything like a Pearl Harbor effect. My view was, that-I had made certain proposals. Numbers of people around the world, including people close to the Vatican, for example, leading Italian politicians, or Senators, and members of the House of Deputies, and others. People from all over the world had endorsed my proposal for a New Bretton Woods, which means: address the present financial crisis, by admitting that the system we've had for the past 30 years, has failed.What Nixon set into motion in August 1971, the so-called floating exchange rate system, measures taken by Carter afterward, have been the biggest catastrophe the United States has faced economically in the 20th century-it was a mistake! So, between 1945 and the middle of the 1960s, despite all the mistakes that were made in the period, we had an economy that worked. Europe recovered from a war and depression. South American survived. Japan was rebuilt. Other parts of the world benefitted. Some didn't. We didn't have cooperation with everybody, but it worked. The old system.So, I said, simply, the American people are not prepared yet, nor other nations, to experiment with some new-fangled kind of approach. They are prepared to say, "This system isn't working. Hey, please, let's go back to the one that did work." And therefore, if you would have enough political figures who would make that decision, and announce it to the American people, you would find a sudden change in the attitude of the American people.

Because people, like our Americans, they're frightened people. They don't tell the truth. They deny things that frighten them. They pretend that something else is the problem, rather than the thing that frightens them the most. They will not face up to the idea of a general financial collapse, which threatens their bank, which threatens their employment, which threatens their community-they will not face this reality, unless first, as Franklin Roosevelt understood this very clearly: you have to say, "We know your problem; we're going to deal with it."At that point, when people have a credible offer of a solution for their problem, they will now admit the problem exists.

Under those conditions, if enough American people, leaders, had said to the American people during the year 2000, during the Presidential election campaign, "This is the situation. This is what we have to do about it, this is what we have to be prepared to do." The American people would have listened-or most of them. And politicians would then have the support of the American people, and we would have this thing under control.If you don't deal with a problem like this in a timely fashion, if government says, as the Gore campaign, and the Bush campaign said in the year 2000, "We're not going to talk about it." Not a single one of them said a word about the worst financial crisis in history, which was coming on down then. Not a word. They're running for President. The biggest thing anyone's going to face as President in the year 2001, is the worst financial crisis in modern history. Not a word. Not a whimper. They left the American people exposed psychologically, to the impact of something for which the American people were not prepared, psychologically.

If you try to run an operation like that, and you keep postponing; you pretend it's not true-"Oh no, the market will always rebound," things like that. When it hits, the shock will drive people into a state of anxiety, where their behavior becomes unpredictable, highly irrational, and dangerous. And that happened.So now we've come to a Pearl Harbor effect. As I saw in that famous Sunday in December 7, 1941, as I was walking the streets of New York that morning, Manhattan, and it was a strange atmosphere in the streets. It was Sunday. The streets were largely deserted. I walked into a hotel lobby where I had a business appointment, and I found out what was happening-Pearl Harbor had been struck. And during the rest of that day, people were running looking for the recruiting offices, military recruiting offices. In panicked mobs. "I want to join up, I want to join up." So, that was a Pearl Harbor effect which changed the behavior of the American people in one day.And we've come to that time where we have a Pearl Harbor-like effect, not a good one, but an effect, and therefore we have to change now. So therefore, the leaders have to respond to this reality, and reassure the American people, not with phoney promises, but reassure in a way that makes the American people ready to face the problem. And then work on the solutions.

Sigerson: You said that the enemy is within. Do you expect further attacks, and if so, it's hard to imagine, but DO YOU EXPECT FURTHER ATTACKS SOON, OR WILL THE ENEMY WAIT FOR THINGS TO CALM DOWN?

LaRouche: NO. This attack that was done in New York and in Washington, targetted the people of the United States. What did they hit?They hit New York City. New York City is symbol of the financial power of the United States-that's only a symbol, it's not really the financial power of the world, but it's a symbol of that in people's mind. It's the greatest concentration, outside of London, of the financial center population. They attacked the personnel in the Pentagon, which is the command of the military forces. These were psychological attacks against the U.S. population. It was not an attempt to kill the President-no sign of it. And, as I read the mind of the enemy, the enemy had no intention to kill the President at this time. Maybe later, yes. Though the people who said there was a threat to the life of the President, were right. Anytime something like this happens, the Secret Service, and other agencies, have to assume there's a threat to the President, and act as if they had actual knowledge of a threat, under those conditions, even if there's no actual threat known. The very fact of an attack on New York City in that way, indicates that there's a threat to the President of the United States; you don't do that to the United States, without representing a potential threat, immediately, to the life of the President.Because what do you want to do with it? Why do you want to attack the United States? Obviously, to defeat it. How can you defeat it with an attack like that? Well, maybe, bring down its government, attack its centers of government. They weren't at that this time. This time, they were trying to panic the American people.

NOW THAT MEANS THEY'RE NOT READY TO MAKE THE COUP D'ETAT YET. That means that they'll be looking for a next operation which would probably, knowing the mind of the animal, will be different than this operation, that just happened.

BUT IT WILL BE A LARGER SCALE ATTACK ON THE AMERICAN POPULATION. Then, if the population is sufficiently malleable, by being terrified by this, then they might go for the actual coup d'etat. But we're looking at a threat of a coup d'etat against the United States government.

Now, therefore, I know how these things can be done. I've been at this counterintelligence for a long time.So, we're playing a mind game against an animal, in the forest, an animal whose spoor I have read, and whose necessary species I know. I do not know the names of the animals. I don't know where they're located. I can guess. Therefore, we're playing a mind game against the enemy, which is this animal-the coup potential, the rogue element inside our security forces, with whatever allies it has and accomplices it has. Therefore, we have to conduct our policy not merely to find him, and neutralize him, but we also have to take measures which will frustrate his ability to achieve the effects for which he aims.Therefore, we have to do as I say. First of all, you have to calm the population; you have to say what the enemy's nature is.

STOP TALKING ABOUT ARAB TERRORISTS. THIS IS NOT OUR PROBLEM. There are problems of that type in the world, but this is not our problem here. Name the names-as much as we can. Say what the danger is. Say we're determined to stop it, and say that if the enemy tries to run a coup d'etat, the American people will rise up and destroy him if he tries it.That's the first thing to be made clear. Because we don't know where he is. We don't know where to hunt him out. We don't have his name, but we know what kind of an animal he is, and we know what his game. Therefore, we maneuver as you in warfare, where you don't see the enemy's eyes. You know his troops are there, and you deal with him accordingly.

Sigerson: Well, let's get this a little bit clearer, though. I mean, there are people in the United States now who are arguing that it's the U.S. government that did it. I've heard arguments going so far as to say, that George Bush did it himself. Now, you're saying that it's rogue elements inside the government.

LaRouche: They're inside the government, probably, but you have Mr. X. See, Mr. X on the one hand is a government official, or a member of some part of the security establishment. Maybe a retired general officer, acting in some other capacity. So, you know him by his right name, his ordinary name. But he has another identity, as a member of this organization.Also, in these kinds of things, an operation like this has a very tricky command structure. The command structure is designed to be an efficiently centralized command structure, but on a need-to-know basis, so the various elements that are being deployed, really don't know what they're doing. We've seen this before.

Sigerson: But, inside the United States.

LaRouche: Inside the United States. The danger lies inside the United States. An outside attack on us would be dangerous to anyone, any enemy. We don't have much power left, but we have that kind of power. Nobody better attack the United States from the outside. We are vulnerable to an attack delivered by an agency from the inside. And that's something I think frightens some people in government, who may suspect I'm right on this one.How do you tell the American people they have to look for the danger from the inside? Isn't it convenient to say, we're going to go out and hit somebody, particularly when you have idiots like CNN, and Fox News, clamoring for the United States to go out and run a "clash of civilizations," to turn the planet into a global religious war, in attacking a billion Muslims on this planet-stirring up you know not what else?They're nuts. And the first thing is to shut these guys. Don't take away their civil rights, but come out and say, "These are clowns, don't listen to them."

If the President of the United States says, "Don't listen to CNN, don't listen to Fox News, they're a bunch of irresponsible clowns lying to you, and just trying to drive you crazy," it probably would a very good thing for him to do.

Sigerson: Okay. What should, then,... you've gone through what Americans shouldn't fear. What should your average American do under these circumstances?

LaRouche: First of all, is face the truth.He needs some help. I found that what we're doing, what I'm doing and my associates are doing, and others, is working. That people to whom we speak, you know... First thing you do is, how do you speak to American people? Speak in a calm voice, even level, calm-"Relax, friend." "Let's think about this, think about what you're saying, think about what you're being told. Do you really think it's true?"Get people from panicking, get them to think. We find, it's works. Oh, you'll have a few people who are crazy already, driven crazy by this stuff. But most people will tend to think, if you approach them in the right away.So, first of all, we have to, I, my associates, and others, have to approach the American people calmly: Say, "Look, it's a terrible threat. We don't deny it." "There's a terrible depression coming down. Don't deny it." But we say, we can lick these things. We can defeat the enemy. We can control this depression. We can survive this quite nicely. We did it under Roosevelt; we've learned lesssons-we can do it again. So we don't need to worry about that. What we need to worry about, is, can we get ourselves together, to get the governement to do what it has to do.That's what has to be done essentially. If you got the American people mobilized behind you, on the basis of that kind of voice, that kind of determination, you know have an army, the army of the people of the United States. The army will mobilize as an army, to fight the enemy it has. And I think this army will do fairly well.Sigerson: In 1995, your magazine, Executive Intelligence Review, put out a special report which discussed in great detail, the British intelligence involvement in all sorts of terrorist activities internationally, and domestically. Do you think there's a British involvement in the current operations?LaRouche: Yes. There are probably two sides in Britain on this one, as there are in this country.For example, terrorism, modern terrorism, in the present form, was unleashed as a mass phenomenon in Europe, the United States, and elsewhere in 1968. Some of the same people who were leaders, or key participants, in terrorism in 1968, such as, for example, the Basque terrorists in Spain, have been continuously functioning as terrorists to the present day.

Sigerson: That's the ETA.

LaRouche: The ETA. They're part of this operation. They were part of the operation.... Remember we had this planned terrorist deployment in Washington, D.C. for the end of September. This was headed up by an international intelligence figure named Teddy Goldsmith. Teddy Goldsmith is the brother of the deceased Jimmy Goldsmith, who's a key part of Iran-Contra, what we called Iran-Contra, that created the Afghansi operation, which created Osama bin Laden, created him. So this was a British-American-Israeli operation, essentially-this terrorist operation, and it was used for political effects. It was not a bunch of independent terrorists running around organizing terrorists organizations. These things were organized from the top, by the so-called secret, or special warfare, branches of govenrment, or similar kinds of government agencies, and powerful agencies, financial and so forth.So, part of this was British intelligence; you had an element in the United States.

Take the United States in the past 25 years.The terrorism which created the Afghansis was first launched on behalf of the United States by Zbigniew Brzezinski, the man who designated Jimmy Carter to be nominated as President of the United States, and who became his national security adviser. It was under Brzezinski that the Afghansi was created, as an Afghan operation against the Soviet system. It was sort of like a Vietnam operation against the Soviet system.So, this kind of terrorism is that. That has continued to the present day.In the 1980s, in the name of counter-terrorism, operating out of one branch of the National Security Council, you had what became known as Iran-Contra. This was another level.Now, you had the 1970s terrorism, which was organized out of govenrment agencies. In Italy, in France, and so forth. You had the 1980s terrorism, which was organized by the same forces. British and the British, Israeli, and U.S. forces were key in this stuff. Certain elements of NATO-funny, funny departments of NATO-were involved.Today, this crowd, that is now training and directing the operational aspects of the terrorism planned for Washington, D.C. for the end of this month, this crowd is trained by people who were part of the generation of '68 terrorists, part of the generation of the 1970s terrorists, part of the generation of the 1980s terrorists. So you have a terrorist capability loose on this planet. And this is known, it can be identified, it can be dealt with, it can be exposed, and if you expose adequately, you can neutralize it.

Sigerson: So, you're saying that the enemy that committed this act, one week ago, although U.S.-based, or based partially in the U.S., could be using these elements, like bin Laden, and so forth.

LaRouche: I think bin Laden is not too important. I don't think he's particularly significant for this particular operation. But the same people who, as a command group, were operating in things like the terrorism of the 1960s, '70s, '80s, who were involved in Iran-Contra-which was actually a terrorist operation, if you want to know, an irregular warfare operation. The same people are loose, and it is in that command structure, that somebody could pull together a group of people who have access to all kinds of resources, and know how to do these things.Because the mind that runs this kind of special warfare operation is a special kind of military mind. So you're looking for top-grade military-strategic specialists, who know how to set up and operation as skillful and technologically-polished as this attack on New York and Washington was. No amateur is going to this; no rough-and-tumble terrorist can do that. They can do certain things; they're part of the auxiliaries of the operation. But they're not the people who can set up the kind of operation we're presented with.And we have this element-the command element is still here. Nobody's exposed it. It's not been caught. It's ready to strike again. And with the behavior of CNN and so forth, it's being given all the encouragement it needs to strike at its choosing.The only defense we have now, is an increasing awareness, in some part of the political command-structure and elsewhere; possibly including key people in the White House; who, while not saying much about it publicly, are aware that this kind of problem exists. And therefore, they are probably beginning to act.The only thing that will prevent the enemy from acting, is our taking some kind of preemptive action of that type. If you expose the problem-a terrorist problem, a cover-up problem-you largely weaken it, if not destroy it.

Sigerson: Do you think that this has anything to do with the Oklahoma bombing?

LaRouche: Well, it's the same kind of operation. The Oklahoma bombing obviously required a capability which Timothy McVeigh did not have, nor his associate. Somebody decided to put the lid on it. He was willing to have himself killed as a martyr for the cause.Now, what about these guys who flew planes into the Pentagon, or into the two buildings in New York City? They're willing to be martyrs for a cause. They have such pleasure in killing themselves, they could do that with precision. Timothy McVeigh advertised himself as a man who was willing to do what was done at Oklahoma City with precision-well, not precision; he didn't have the capability. But you have organizations like that-and obviously McVeigh came from an organization like that-which is why I protested so loudly against the way in which he was railroaded into a quick conviction. What we needed was counterintelligence, against whatever was really behind what he did.The problem was, from my standpoint, that when this happened at Oklahoma City, very soon higher authorities stepped in, and put the lid on other leads that might have led to others-"We got the man! Try him! Hang him! Get rid of him! Cover it up!" Like a cat covering up what it just did.

Sigerson: What do you think foreign governments could do, right now, in order to help the United States? I know there are a lot of foreign governments that are very, very wary of what they think the United States is about to do, with the Middle East adventure. They're terrified, in fact.

LaRouche: They're afraid that they think the United States is proposing to do things that are crazy, for the United States and for everyone concerned. That is, launching a so-called revenge attack. Revenge is the worst idea in military science. You never practice revenge in military practice-never! You win wars-war means a peaceful, successful conclusion to a conflict. And your objective is to achieve that, with the least expenditure of time and effort possible, especially life.You never go to war for revenge. We had that in the European experience, in the period from 1511-1648; which is the period in which Europe was dominated, and almost destroyed by religious war...

Sigerson: That was the Thirty Years War.

LaRouche: ...but also: from 1511. All the wars of the 16th Century. Most of the major wars, wars of the Netherlands; all the other wars, were largely religious wars. In these religious wars, the character of the warfare was revenge. In the Crusades, there was an element of the same thing. The character of the warfare was religious warfare-revenge.There are other things in history of the same kind. You never fight war for revenge! You never chase a defeated enemy and try to make war on him. You try to induce him to surrender, or to come to an agreement which ends the causes of the war. And if you have a peace agreement, you honor it! You don't look for victims; you don't look for revenge.Revenge is a motive which leads to new dark ages of civilization. People who pose it, don't know what they're doing, and should be kept out of political and military command! Fire them! Don't keep them in there! They're a menace to peace and civilization.So that's one concern, but there's another aspect to this. The governments of the world are afraid, not of terrible things that the United States might do-that's not the fear. The fear, as expressed in France and in Germany in the past week, for example, is the fear that-and they use this language-that this kind of attack will cause a clash of civilizations.

Now, "clash of civilizations" is the language of Zbigniew Brzezinski. Now, Brzezinski represents the kind of mentality-I'm not saying that Brzezinski is behind the terrorist attacks on New York and Washington-but Brzezinski represents the state of mind of the kind of person who would want to do that. He might not intend to do that. But his state of mind would lead at least other people to do that.

Sigerson: As an attack against the former Soviet Union?

LaRouche: No, the purpose is very simple. The possibility now-and it's coming, rapidly-that the Eurasian continent, and its adjoining islands, has been moving into a step-by-step cooperation, economic cooperations for rejuvenation of that continent from the conditions of ongoing financial and monetary collapse. This would mean that the continent would tend to be united as an economic force, for economic purposes.Western Europe, for example, which is bankrupt, would now have a market opened in China, India and elsewhere, for export of high technology. You would have long-term agreements, large-scale infrastructure projects which would create vast new employment opportunities, and new wealth in Eurasia. This would make Eurasia a power.

Now, there are certain people, in the United States and Britain, who see themselves as the English-speaking, maritime power that rules the world. And they see any such development, involving Japan, Russia, China, India, Southeast Asia, Western Europe-that kind of cooperation-they see as a threat, in the long term, to their continued ability to rule this planet, as a maritime, financier power.Therefore, there're some people, like Brzezinski, and Kissinger, who say, "Break it up." How do you break it up? Well, you start wars.

We've had two world wars, over this issue, in the last century. The British organized World War I, and they're solely responsible for it. Other people were idiots, but the British monarchy, specifically organized it, as a geopolitical war, to prevent France, Germany, Russia, Japan, China, from cooperating around ideas such as the Trans-Siberian Railroad, or the Berlin-Baghdad Railroad. To break that up, the British ran an operation to put France and Russia, against Germany, Austro-Hungary, and so forth. We finally got in-in the war. But, that was a geopolitical war.World War II was started as a geopolitical war: Some British interests, and some financial interests in New York City-Averell Harriman and company-put Hitler into power in January of 1933, with the intent, that Hitler would move Germany for an attack on the Soviet Union, and then France and Britain would attack the rear of Germany, while Germany was deeply involved in conquering the Soviet Union. That was their plan. It wasn't going to work. So, therefore, the British got the United States to get into the war. We got in happily, because we wanted to defeat Hitler.But, that's how that war had happened.

We're now headed for the potential third geopolitical war in a hundred years. And, Brzezinski wants to start it, to prevent the nations of Central Asia, as being a fulcrum point for bringing East Asia and Western Europe into continguity.My view, of course, is that, it's in our interest, that Eurasia should unite in that way, for an economic recovery, in Asia, in which we would hope that the United States would participate; and, find that as a market, for what we should go back to producing, and exporting into this part of the world. But, some people, in the United States and Britain, think differently.

Now, the key weapon these guys have: They say, could they induce Israel to start a religious war in the Middle East? Israel could not win a war in the Middle East, now. They have the conventional ability to win a war; but they could not occupy and hold the territory. They would be destroyed by the attempt to occupy and hold adverse territory. So, they would be forced to go to so-called weapons of mass destruction. That would be sufficient to throw the whole continent into flames. Some people say, we don't want the Israelis to do that. Other people say, the United States has to do that. We have to do that. We have to keep the Israelis out, the way it was done with Desert Storm. Keep the Israelis out; we'll do the job, on Iraq. And, the same thing is coming back now.So, there are people who have a mentality which tends to push them into schemes of this type. You have a war-game that was run in July of 2000, in New York, at CFR.

Sigerson: Council on Foreign Relations-

LaRouche: Yeah. Which ran this simulation: What do you do when an economic crisis-along these kinds of lines.So, we have people, typified by Brzezinski-people like that-who, in the establishment, are talking and thinking in these terms. So, therefore, why assume that there are not other people in the establishment, maybe with general or flag officer rank, or retired, and others, who think the same thing, share the same thoughts, and say, "Well, we're men of action. We're going to do something about it." How do we get the United States to go that way? Well, you terrify the United States; you overthrow the government; you establish the equivalent of a military dictatorship. And we go gung-ho! Right?

And, that's the kind of danger.So, therefore, what happens in Russia-which is key in this thing: The key nation for cooperation, with the United States, is Russia. Russia is on bad times; so are we! It does not have the degree of military power it had ten years, twelve years ago. But, it is a great power, still. It has the command structure at the top, including military intelligence and other elements of command structure, which are that of a great power. And, it's the greatest power on this planet, after the United States, in terms of this capability.Russia wishes to recover. It has a President, Putin, who, around him, is oriented toward recovery and a Eurasian cooperation. Who has sought and is willing to cooperate with the United States. If we and Russia-if the President of the United States and the President of Russia-agree on this problem, and say we're going to outflank it, under those circumstances, the nations of Western Europe will rejoice, and will cooperate. And much of the rest of the world will cooperate. And, then, we can, as a global force of allied nations, or nations which are acting as partners-we could bring this problem under control. That's the possibility.So, therefore, yes: They are concerned. What they're afraid of, is that, if we don't get the kind of cooperation, between the United States and Eurasia; between the United States and Russia, and with Western Europe, China, India, and so forth-Japan, and so forth-unless we get that kind of cooperation, this world is headed for Hell.

So, therefore, the immediate, obvious danger, is: The United States will do something foolish, in military adventures, in so-called reprisal warfare. The more general danger is, that we don't cooperate, for a much higher purpose, of bringing this world into order, where this kind of threat no longer arises.

Sigerson: To change the topic a little bit. On the question of the financial situation: Yesterday, the stock market opened. It went down quite a bit. I think, today, the airlines went to the White House, hat in hand, asking for a huge amount of government aid-direct aid-to help bail them out. The government seems disposed to giving large quantities of money, for, obviously, the reconstruction of New York-the World Trade Center; but, seems to also want to give a lot of money elsewhere. Is this the right direction to go? Or, what would be the effect if they just continued to print money this way?

LaRouche: A bailout is absolutely wrong. You have two tendencies, in the United States, on this issue. There's a general understanding, we have to deal with this financial collapse. Wall Street is about to go under. No question about it. Greenspan, and similar, like-minded idiots, are hitting the panic button. "Bail out! Bail out! Bail out! At any price! Bail out for tomorrow! Bail out for tomorrow! Bail out for tomorrow! We don't care about next week: Bail out tomorrow-!" They're crazy. They're men of desperation.There are other people in the woodwork, who are key bankers, political influentials, who disagree strongly with Greenspan, and say, we've got to do other things-of the kind that I've been proposing.

Now, the government should not pour out money, to bail out bankrupt corporations. You don't do that in a private bankruptcy, do you? You have a firm. You want to save the firm. The firm's accounts show that it is technically, financially, bankrupt. What do you do? You put the firm under bankruptcy protection. You want it to continue to function. You freeze certain things. You come in and give it protection, against foreclosure. You come in-. Now you get a line of credit organized, organized by the government; not money, but a line of government credit-like store credit. The government creates a line of credit, which is a guarantee, that this company will be able to function,-or this group of companies, this industry, will be able to function in its normal fashion, over the next ten, twenty years. It's undergoing reorganization, will find a way of dealing with this pile of unpaid bills, which it can't handle, at present.So, you don't want more stock speculation. You don't want to boost the stock, by a big infusion of money. What you want to do, is, you want to walk in and say, "Okay, boys. We'll give you bankruptcy protection, as an industry. An emergency has been created; an emergency, which has been created by the world financial crisis; an emergency which has been aggravated, by what has happened here, with this incident in New York and Washington, which was terrible. Therefore, under the conditions of emergency, we will give you protection. The power of government, will protect you. You will also be given-we'll go to the Congress. We'll get you a long-term line of credit. What you need? Ten? Twenty years, to rebuild? You'll get it! Not as cash. Not as payment to your stockholders: But insurance that you continue to do that job, that you're doing. That you will function. That you will maintain your equipment. You'll maintain your flights."Just the same way used to protect the railroads. It's a national asset. It's an essential part of our national infrastructure. We need it! Therefore, we're not going to sit back, and watch it go down the drain. It's ours. It may be private companies, but the benefit these private companies are giving us, is ours. Therefore, we protect our interest in what they're doing, and keep them functioning.

We have a number of cases like that. We have a situation like that in much of the energy industry-and utility area. Same thing. We're going to have other sections of the economy, that are going to go under-the same thing. What we have to do, is reorganize the finances. Put the shebang under bankruptcy reorganization. Organize lines of credit-not pour money out-to get people back to work.And, what we have to do, above all, is, put the U.S. economy back among breakeven. Look, for the past years, the United States has been running a massive current account deficit. That is, we have been earning less, than we have been spending, in buying from the world. Therefore, for a great number of years, this means that we have been operating as bankrupts. Been operating at a loss. We no longer have the ability to generate the wealth to pay our own bills. We have been borrowing money from the world-from yen, and other parts of the world, flooding in as financial capital; we've been printing paper money, at a hyperinflationary rate, as a way of keeping it going. We can't go on like this!The solution is: We can reorganize everything. But, how are you going to have a viable company, or a viable national economy, when you get through with all the reorganizing? You have to have a growth factor. It means you have to put people to work, producing wealth. We have a vast infrastructure gap in this country, and in the world. We must do two things: We must have an export drive, in cooperation with Eurasia, especially, in which we are now going to commit ourselves to produce products that the world needs for the development of its infrastructure: rail systems, and other kinds of things they need; technology needed for local communities, around the world. We're going to produce that, on long-term arrangements. We're, at the same time, going to increase our internal, domestic employment, by cranking up some of the infrastructure development, we desperately need, such as the utility industry. So, we will crank it up.So, we will now bring the economy above a loss ratio, which-we're now operating at a loss! as the current account deficit teaches us. We must now go to the profit side, where we are actually producing more and earning more, than we're spending!

Now, the way to do that, is not to cut the number of people who eat! The way to do it, is to put a number of the people who are unemployed or inadequately employed, into producing things we need.So, that's what government has to do.

Sigerson: Well-that's good! Do you have any final comments?

LaRouche: No, I think, just what I said, at the beginning. We're in a terrible crisis, the worst crisis we've faced, probably since the Civil War in our country. And, since a long time in the history of European civilization. It's a terrible crisis. It's awful. We saw what happened in New York; what happened in Washington: It's awful. It could become much worse.Some of us, think about what our lives mean for the future of humanity. And, we act, not because of what benefit we calculate for ourselves, personally, in the here and now. We estimate what we should do and what we do for future generations of humanity. When people used to have children, and maintain families, and didn't get divorces every time they didn't like the dinner, that one or the other cooked-you had long-term perspectives on the basis of children and grandchildren. People would locate their connection to the future, in terms of the family. That has not become so fashionable, nowadays. Usually, the children are taught in school to hate their parents, and so forth: It's not a very good situation.But, there are some of us around, who still think that way: That the importance of our lives, lies not in what we get, but it lies in what we give, to the future of humanity. People who think like that, as I do, are leaders. They're not only leaders, because they're qualified to be leaders-because that does qualify them to be leaders-but, they're just committed to be leaders. It's like a profession. It's like being a doctor. It's like being a teacher. You don't do it, because you want to get money; some do, of course. But, you do it, because, you think, that's what you, as a person, should do, with your life. The teacher looks at the children, and says, "What's going to become of these children, as a result of my being a teacher?" The physician thinks, "What's going to happen to my community, as a result of my being a physician?" They have a sense of identity, which reaches beyond their mortal life. They're leaders, on all levels.

We, who are leaders, or who have the capacity to think as leaders, must take the crisis of our time, think as leaders, and try to impart our sense of building the future, to the rest of our citizens. And, say to them, that, no matter what happens, to any of us, we guarantee, that your life, will not be wasted. That, whatever good you do, the rest of us are dedicated to perpetuate, for the benefit of the future of humanity. And, you can smile, because your future, in that sense, is assured-your sense of identity.

Consider the July 12, 2001 page-one report in Pravda - still considered the establishment voice of Russia's old guard communists who control the military and intelligence agencies.

The Pravda article was entitled "The Dollar and America Will Fall Down on August 19? - That's the Opinion of Dr. Tatyana Koryagina, Who Very [accurately] predicted the August Default in 1998."

This article struck me for several reasons. Major newspapers so closely aligned with the government do not attempt to create panic or fear in the public -- unless the government wants this information to be publicly aired.

Also, a major newspaper would be reluctant to print a major prediction for which it could be held accountable.

This Pravda article was published about the same time as another strange event that took place in early July in the Russian State Duma.

The Duma held a conference entitled "On the measures to provide the development of Russian economy in the environment of destabilization of the world financial system."

The chairman of the Duma Commission on Economic Politics, Dr. Sergei Glazyev, headed the hearings.

Some prominent foreigners, including Lyndon Larouche from the U.S. and Malaysian Ambassador in Russia, Yacha Baba, were among the participants.

Tatyana Koryagina made a statement at the end of hearings - as a Russian expert in the shadow economy, shadow politics and conspirology.

She is a senior research fellow in the Institute of Macroeconomic Researches subordinated to Russian Ministry of Economic Development (Minekonom). The main theme of the Duma hearings was the rapidly approaching economic crash of the U.S.

The hearings focused on preparing recommendations for President Putin as to what Russia should to do to soften the consequences of this coming catastrophe.

Pravda also detailed its own interview with Dr. Koryagina.

Here is an excerpt:

Question. All the participants at the hearings stated that America is a huge financial pyramid, which will crash soon. Still, it is hard to understand how this could happen in the first and richest country of the world - without a war, without missile or bomb strikes?

Koryagina: Besides bombs and missiles, there are other kinds of weaponry, much more destructive ones. . . .

Question: Well, economic theory. But how it is possible for you to give an exact date (for the U.S. crash) - August 19?

Koryagina: The U.S. is engaged in a mortal economic game. The known history of civilization is merely the visible part of the iceberg. There is a shadow economy, shadow politics and also a shadow history, known to conspirologists. There are (unseen) forces acting in the world, unstoppable for (most powerful) countries and even continents.

Question: Just these forces intend to smash America on August 19?

Koryagina: 'There are international, "super-state" and "super-government" groups. In accordance with tradition, the mystical and religious components play extremely important roles in human history' One must take into account the shadow economy, shadow politics and the religious component, while predicting the development of the present financial situation. Question. Still I don't understand what could be done to this giant country [i.e., the U.S.], whose budget is calculated in the trillions of dollars.

Koryagina: It is possible to do anything to the U.S. . . .whose total debt has reached $26 trillion. Generally, the Western economy is at the boiling point now. Shadow financial actives of $300 trillion are hanging over the planet. At any moment, they could fall on any stock exchange and cause panic and crash. The recent crisis in Southeast Asia, which touched Russia, was a rehearsal.

Question: . . .What is the sense of smashing just America?

Koryagina: The U.S. has been chosen as the object of financial attack because the financial center of the planet is located there. The effect will be maximal. The strike waves of economic crisis will spread over the planet instantly, and will remind us of the blast of a huge nuclear bomb.

Question: Did Russia's crisis of 1998 have this religious-mystical component?

Koryagina: . . .The Russian crisis of 1998 was preconditioned by internal factors. Yeltsin's policy enlarged its consequences. Now we have President Putin, and this is a good choice.

Question: What do we have to do now?

Koryagina: Recommendations, compiled by the Duma Commission of Economic Politics after the recent Duma hearings, offer instruction on what should be done to escape the consequences of a world crisis inspired by a financial catastrophe in the U.S. This document will be sent - or has already been sent - to President Putin.

Question: What should Russian citizens do?

Koryagina: They should start changing their dollars for rubles. President Putin and the Russian Central Bank are already taking the necessary healthy measures. There are high chances that after 19 August the ruble will become a very good currency.

Question: Why 19 August and, say, not the 21st?

Koryagina: Some fluctuation in this date is possible. Serious forces are acting against THOSE WHO ARE NOW PREPARING THE ATTACK ON THE UNITED STATES. August, with very high probability, will bring the financial catastrophe to the U.S. . . .The last 10 days of August have especial importance from a religious-sensible point of view.

It is important to note this story was not an isolated one, or a cute, human interest story as one may find occasionally on the cover of the Wall Street Journal.

It was a serious news report, and story, discussed widely in Russia, including on national TV programs. The thrust of the story was that Russian officials were strongly encouraging its citizens to cash out of the U.S. dollar.

It is also important to understand that Dr. Koryagina is one of the leading economists in a Russian social group which, from the very beginning, has fiercely opposed "radical economic reform" in Russia. She is a firm supporter of President Putin.

She and her network actively support Putin, especially his foreign policy aimed at the diminishing America's global role.

In particular, they support Putin's policy of engagement of Iran, Iraq and other nations of concern. Dr. Koryagina herself should be considered as an insightful, well-connected and well-informed person.

Dr. Koryagina says much about the invisible and unstoppable "international mystical-religious forces" preparing an attack on the U.S.

It looks like she knows the real nature of these forces and tries to disguise them in a "conspiratorial fog."

She is sure that such an attack or strike of some kind - sudden and effective enough - will really take place, and will cause panic and an ensuing crash of the U.S. financial system and the world financial system, already unstable. However, Dr. Koryagina evidently does not know the exact mechanism of the attack.

Duma Warned Citizens to Cash out Dollars

The hearings in the Duma, which has become a rubber stump for President Putin, have been inspired without doubt by the Kremlin, "taking the necessary healthy measures" in advance of a U.S. crash and world crisis.

The Kremlin clearly is thinking how it should operate in the "new world" after the expected U.S. crash.

It is my belief that the Kremlin provided Dr. Koryagina with a very small part of its information on the forthcoming attack against the U.S.

Another article on this same theme was published by Pravda on July 17, 2001.

It was an interview with the Chairman of the Duma Commission on Economic Politics Dr. Sergei Glazyev--indeed, one of the most prominent Russian economists.

The article was entitled "The Dollar and the U.S. Could Fall at Any Moment."

Dr. Glazyev, in his answers, did not mention the forces preparing an attack on the U.S. and its financial system.

He merely discussed the forms and scales of the forthcoming financial catastrophe in the U.S. and its consequences for Russia - mostly, beneficial ones if the necessary measures are taken in advance.

In particular, like Dr. Koryagina, Dr. Glazyev advised the Russian public to change dollars for rubles and predicted that "the ruble will become the reserve currency for Eurasia, particularly in trade with China and India."

Third Article, More Media

Pravda published a third article on this theme on 31 July - 1 August 2001. This article was called "The Dollar and the U.S. Will Fall" and compiled in the form of an interview with the Malaysian Ambassador in Russia.

Other Moscow newspapers published articles of this kind also.

As a result, New York's Russian-language TV channel in early August was forced to state that "the Moscow rumors are ungrounded." Within a few days the public forgot all about this story.

The tone of Moscow economists predicting the crash of the U.S. financial-economic system is confident and somewhat delightful: "Finally, it is going to happen!"

They are not only discussing the future, they are evidently trying to issue a self-fulfilling prophecy transforming this future into the present. This is because the prospects described in the above articles are extremely attractive for the Russian elite for the following reasons:

a) It will become possible to pay off Russia's huge foreign debts with devalued dollars; it would be really easy enough if oil prices jumped to $100 per barrel or more.

b) Russia would become really equal among a weakened G-8 group of nations.

c) Investment conditions in Russia would become really attractive - in comparison to the bleak global background. Russia could become the goal of huge foreign investment.

d) If the U.S. military might is undermined (and it might be, if the financial system collapses), Russia will regain its control over the former Soviet republics, spread it to the Balkans and will reacquire its former super-empire status.

Such a prize, such a temptation for the criminal Russian "elite"! One small push, and such great booty! While reading these articles, it is almost possible to visualize how they are licking their lips with excitement.

So, those in Moscow had very serious reasons not to share information with the U.S. about the coming attack on the latter - if they indeed had such information.

Very likely, they did, and the maximum amount of information was concentrated in the Kremlin. According to numerous statements published by prominent U.S. economists after the tragedy, the time and places of the attacks were chosen--more precisely, pretty well calculated, as if the terrorists or those backing them had tried to do their best to undermine the U.S. financial system and political system and to cause a financial-economic crisis in the U.S.

There is some evidence that one jet, a TWA plane at JFK Airport, did not take off and perhaps another crash was thwarted. Was it intended for the New York Stock Exchange?

"It wasn't a healthy economy to begin with, and this could be just enough to push us into a mild recession and render a blow to consumer confidence," one of these economists told the UPI.

He continued: "There has been a complete disruption of passenger flights. Besides the airline industry, tourism, retail and the shipping sectors will feel the negative effects of Tuesday's attack. Tougher security measures now in place at the nation's airports will increase shipping and travel expenses that will be passed along to the consumer."

And the consumer confidence index, low already, declined additionally.

However, those in Moscow very probably waited for much greater effects.

Remarkably, immediately after the events in New York and Washington -- at approximately 6 P.M. Moscow time -- the dollar exchange rate in Moscow street exchanges fell from 29 rubles to 15-20 rubles--as if the Moscow financial experts had awaited the strikes or expected greater panic and collapse.

It is important to note that such a great fluctuation in the exchange rate happened in no other world capital. The next day, the dollar in Moscow gradually returned to its previous exchange rate.

A network of terrorists groups -- mostly in the U.S. and Middle East -- were merely the fingers implementing the terrorist strikes.

After all, Arab terrorists groups are supported by rogue nations --Libya, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Sudan.

These countries are "hands."

U.S. Needs to Look at Source

Now, if the U.S. and NATO forces carry out retaliatory strikes on Afghanistan, the "hands" will be punished.

And where is the body, the heart of the beast?

And who provides the advanced military technology--including that needed for "special actions"--to these nations of concern? Who supports them in the UN? After all, who demonstrates daily the desire to diminish or undermine America's global influence?

Moscow and Beijing. And Moscow, probably, is even more evil and impudent. Let us think about the Moscow rulers.

Yes, of course, Putin immediately sent condolences to President Bush and the American people.

It should be taken into account here that, in September 1999 Putin consummately used the apartment explosions in Moscow and Volgodonsk (KGB-organized actions, in the opinion of most of the Russian media and in the opinion of the author) to gain supreme power in Russia.

Now the Kremlin is making statements about a "joint struggle against world terrorism," about "the ties between the actions in New York and the actions in Moscow in September 1999."

Indeed, these are probably closely tied to one another, and the same forces are remaining behind the actions in New York and in Moscow. But what is the real name of these forces? The investigation should go to the bottom of the barrel and provide the proper answer.

Please prove me wrong, but I think the world's top banks will be let off the hook on the gold and other derivatives losses that are now inevitable.

On the day of the 9.11 disaster, in fact, as the planes were tearing into the twin towers of the One World Trade Centre, I was working on the hereon following review and summary of an important essay by market analyst Adam Hamilton, The JPM Derivatives Monster .

I have been reluctant to post my review and summary till now, eight days later. Even now I hesitate. Because now when I read the original and what I have written about it, I have a sinking feeling in my stomach that it is too late to normalise the market.

I SUSPECT THAT THE INSIDERS KNEW THAT THIS WOULD BE THE CASE ALL ALONG. AND I DO NOT REALLY WANT TO ACCEPT THAT.

Regular readers of my e-letters know that I seldom use block letters. Here they are warranted. Because my gut feeling tells me that the banking fraternity and major world treasury departments have known since 1995 at least that the dollar's days are numbered, and they have been propping it up through the gold carry trade and other means related to derivatives trading. For a coming moment in time when it will not matter anymore. For a coming moment in time when the gold loan and derivatives slates of the banking system will be wiped clean. Just like that. In the national interest.

Not the debts of the people wiped clean; nor even the debts of the nations. No, just the derivatives debts wiped clean and all gold debts to the central banks cancelled. Something like that. In the national interests of the U.S., Britain and Germany mainly.

In justification, it will be claimed that the derivatives markets have come unstuck because of the disaster that struck at the heart of the world's financial system. This will involve a major deception.

The review and summary of Adam Hamilton's essay, which I was working on when disaster struck, shows clearly that the derivatives trade was ready to come unstuck of itself, and that very soon.

The ramifications of this line of thought are too much for my head. I hope I will be proved wrong. You decide whether I am on to something after reading what follows, and the original at Adam Hamilton's web site, www.zealllc.com .

And if you think I am, for God s sake do something to make it not happen. Lobby, lobby, lobby, lobby and be active in other ways for a just, clean slate outcome for all the people of the world.

The review and summary of Adam Hamilton's essay has been approved by him. He thinks I did "an excellent job" summarising "a tremendously complex hypothesis." He does not know about the content of this introductory letter. So I don't know whether he shares my suspicion.

Anyway, now I am posting the review and summary. It is necessary to do so, if only because of what it tells about the serious trouble the banks involved in the derivative markets and the gold price suppression that underpins those markets were in BEFORE the 9.11 disaster already.

Only God and a few insiders close to the FED Chairman Alan Greenspan know about the far worse trouble the banking giants must be in NOW.

One must assume that they care. At any rate, they are going through the motions of caring.

I have just heard from a Midas offering at the James Joyce Table of the Le Metropole Cafe www.lemetropolecafe.com - that Alan Greenspan, who has been in Switzerland for a meeting with the BIS, Bank for International Settlements, has reportedly asked the Swiss Government to sell its gold in accelerated fashion, or lend more of it out.

The price of gold rose by 5 percent within two hours of the 9.11 disaster! Then in came the gold cartel giants and today gold is still selling at 5 percent up on the price of September 10. In other words, every rise in price above the recent level of $286 an ounce has been hammered by J.P.Morgan Chase and probably also Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and City Bank.

These giants of the gold cartel are buying small amounts and borrowing tonnes of gold from central banks and the future production of mining companies like Barrack and Anglogold, and they are throwing this gold at the market. Yes indeed: they are successfully selling mainly borrowed gold real cheap to a lot of eager buyers around the world, and especially in Asia. Note, they are selling borrowed gold. Gold that has to be repaid. They are doing it because they are already over the top with their gold borrowings to such an extent that a rise of over 10 percent in the price of gold will occasion enormous losses on repurchasing gold for return to the central banks losses that could well bankrupt them and lead to the demise of the dollar. A careful reading of the review and summary below will show why!

There already is a move against the dollar, towards gold.

You may recall that in WHAT MATTERS-3 I compared the price of gold and dollars in Russia in 1988 to those of today and established how, thanks largely to the suppression of the gold price, the dollar was still scoring over gold as a hedge against inflation. However, I wrote, the moment the dollar starts to slide down the pyramid that has been created for it by the western money masters, there will be a rush from dollars to gold by every small and big-time saver in the world.

Well, the slide has begun in Asia. I have just learnt from the same Midas essay at Le Metropole Cafe that Bloomberg Online reported late yesterday that buyers in Thailand, where gold demand dropped by half in the last five years, have led a return to the precious metal as a haven for investment.

Last Wednesday, traders sold as much gold jewelry as they did in an average month this year. In India the biggest jewelry retailer is reporting a 25 to 30 percent increase in sales. And note, India makes more than one-fifth of all gold jewelry and exports more than $8 billion worth of jewelry each year.

The central banks claim reserves of 33,000 tonnes of gold worldwide. This includes the gold that they have lent out to the investment, commercial and bullion banks. Conventional estimates place the amount of gold already sold at 5,000 tonnes, while the Gold Anti-Trust Action Committee, GATA www.gata.org - places it at 10,000 to 15,000 tonnes. Even at 15,000 tonnes, there is still a lot of Central Gold left to dump on the market.

Friends, the gold tonnes that are being sold at rock bottom prices and lent out by central banks in this way belong to the people. They are part of the national reserves. There is a very good chance that the gold that has been lent out, or most of it, will not be returned. So the central banks will be left sitting with dollar reserves mainly a dollar that is grossly overvalued and must, must and will, be reduced to the equivalent of a third world currency, just as the rouble was in the 1990s, sometime soon rather than later. Or the dollar will go through a phony, pre-planned death and resurrection experience, into a totally knew global currency for the New World Order that George Bush and company are gunning for.

FTW - Money connections between Bush Republicans and Osama bin Laden go way back and the political and economic connections have remained unbroken for 20 years. And what appears to be a "new" alliance with Pakistan is merely a new manifestation of a decades-long partnership in the heroin trade.

Conveniently ignored in all of the press coverage since the tragic events of Sept. 11 is the fact that on May 17 Secretary of State Colin Powell announced a gift of $43 million to the Taliban as a purported reward for its eradication of Afghanistan's opium crop this February. That, in effect, made the U.S. the Taliban's largest financial benefactor according to syndicated columnist Robert Scheer writing in The Los Angeles times on May 22. But -- as we described in FTW's March 2001 issue -- the Taliban's destruction of that crop was apparently the single most important act of economic warfare against U.S. economic interests that the Taliban had ever committed. So why the gift?

Critics of the Gulf War well recall how, just prior to Sadam's invasion of Kuwait, President Bush (Sr.) dispatched Ambassador April Glaspie to visit Sadam with a letter and a "wink and a nod" telling the Iraqi leader that it was OK to invade his smaller neighbor. The May gift from Uncle Sam could well have been sending the same kind of message, along with necessary funds to complete the attacks. Drugs and terrorism go hand in hand.

Until February, Afghanistan had been the world's largest producer of opium/heroin, claiming close to 70% of the world's total production. That opium, consumed largely in Western Europe and smuggled through the Balkans, was a direct source of cash deposits in Western financial institutions and markets.

I specifically commented on this at an economic crisis conference in Moscow, Russia on March 7. In my formal statement to the Russian conference I said,

"Just before coming to this conference I read in the Associated Press, Agence France Press and other reliable sources that the Taliban has recently eradicated most of its 3000 ton opium crop in Afghanistan. If true, I view this as a form of economic warfare against Russia [and the U.S.] because it would drive opium production more into Southeast Asia and Colombia. However, I now suspect that this will result in a shift of opium production to the Caucasus under the Kurds which will see an increase in smuggling through Armenia, Georgia, and Azerbaijan. I should note that both Vice President Richard Cheney and the designated Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage are members of the US-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce. Such a move would have the effect of drastically shortening smuggling routes and costs into Western Europe and of bypassing unstable areas of the Balkans.

I have received additional reports that Uzbekistan is now awash in the opium poppy and, as in the US with the CIA, that Russian military and intelligence agencies facilitate the trade as a means of protecting access to hard currency. The point here is not that the US it totally evil or the only country doing these things. But the US is far and away the most advanced nation when it comes to the use of such methods to achieve superiority. As [Russian economist Michael] Khazin has noted, the US and Britain and Germany started the conflict in Kosovo in 1999 to stave off a collapse of western markets following the Asian collapse of 1997-8. Now Colombia is a last-ditch effort to protect the US markets and European opposition is jeopardizing that plan."

The Taliban's actions this year severed the ruling military junta in Pakistan from its primary source of foreign revenues and made bin Laden and the Taliban completely expendable in the eyes of the Pakistani government. It also cut off billions of dollars in revenues that had been previously laundered through western banks and Russian financial institutions connected to them.

Now as US military action will replace the Taliban government and fresh crops will be planted in Afghanistan, the slack in cash flow will assuredly be replaced by dramatically increased opium production in Colombia; the revenues from that effort being needed to maintain the revenue streams into Wall Street. Prior to the WTC attacks, credible sources, including the U.S. government, the IMF, Le Monde and the U.S. Senate placed the amount of drug cash flowing into Wall Street and U.S. banks at around $250-$300 billion a year.

In that context, the real history of Osama bin Laden, as America's useful terrorist-du-jour reveals a long and continuous history, interwoven with the drug trade and the Bush family, of supporting conflicts that have benefited U.S. military and economic interests.

bin Laden

There are direct historical links between Osama bin Laden's business interests and those of the Bush family. On September 15 I received the following message from FTW subscriber, Professor John Metzger of Michigan State University:

"We should revisit the history of BCCI, a bank used by the legendary Palestinian terrorist known as Abu Nidal. BCCI was closely tied to American and Pakistan intelligence. Its clients included the Afghan rebels, and the father of Osama bin Laden. The father of bin Laden named Houston investment broker James R. Bath as his business representative in Texas, right after George W. Bush’s father became CIA director in 1976. By 1977, Bath invested $50,000 into junior’s first business, Arbusto Energy, while Osama bin Laden would soon become a CIA asset. George W. Bush’s FBI director Robert Mueller was part of the Justice Department’s questionable investigation of BCCI. (On BCCI, the bin Ladens, and the Bushes, see the books, The Outlaw Bank, A Full Service Bank, and Fortunate Son)." Further details of the business and financial relationships between the Bush and bin Laden family are found in Peter Brewton's 1992 book The Mafia, CIA and George Bush. BCCI, incidentally, was founded by a Pakistani.

Economics Professor Michel Chossudovsky of the University of Ottawa has just completed a detailed history of bin Laden's career detailing his secret funding and logistical support to terrorist organizations beginning from his early CIA-supported roots in the 1980s as a "freedom fighter" through to the present day. Chossudovsky's compelling and well documented article, Who Is Osama Bin Laden? dated Sept 12, 2001 can be found on the Internet at: http://globalresearch.ca/articles/CHO109C.html .

Bin Laden's role has not just been as a practitioner of terrorist acts but as a trainer and supplier of terrorist organizations around the world. Included in bin Laden's coterie are terrorist groups linked to the Balkans, Albania, the KLA (a U.S. ally), and rebel groups leading the insurrection against Russia in Chechnya.

As FTW described in 1998, and as confirmed by Chossudovsky, the key to understanding U.S. support of bin Laden is to grasp that he has always been controlled by a cutout, the Pakistani government and its intelligence service the ISI. In this manner there has been virtually no direct contact between bin Laden and the CIA. This has served the dual purpose of maintaining his apparent "purity" with his followers and providing plausible deniability for the CIA. The whole underlying pretext for this relationship evaporated with the Taliban's destruction of the opium crop in February.

Chossudovsky writes:

"The history of the drug trade in Central Asia is intimately related to the CIA's covert operations. Prior to the Soviet-Afghan war, opium production in Afghanistan and Pakistan was directed to small regional markets. There was no local production of heroin. In this regard [Professor] Alfred McCoy's study confirms that within two years of the onslaught of the CIA operation in Afghanistan, 'the Pakistan-Afghanistan borderlands became the world's top heroin producer, supplying 60 per sent of the U.S. demand…

"With the disintegration of the Soviet Union, a new surge in opium production has unfolded. (According to UN estimates, the production of opium in Afghanistan in 1998-99 -- coinciding with the build up of armed insurgencies in the former Soviet republics -- reached a record high of 4600 metric tons. Powerful business syndicates in the former Soviet Union allied with organized crime are competing for the strategic control over the heroin routes.

"The ISI's extensive intelligence military-network was not dismantled in the wake of the Cold War. The CIA continued to support the Islamic "jihad" out of Pakistan…"

"… The Golden Crescent drug trade was also being used to finance and equip the Bosnian Muslim Army (starting in the early 1990s) and the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA). In the last few months there is evidence that Mujhideen mercenaries are fighting in the ranks of the KLA-NLA terrorists in their assaults into Macedonia…

"… With regard to Chechnya, the main rebel leaders Shamil Basayev and Al Khattab were trained and indoctrinated in CIA sponsored camps in Afghanistan and Pakistan… In this regard, the involvement of Pakistan's ISI and its radical Islamic proxies are actually calling the shots in this war.

"Russia's main pipeline route transits through Chechnya and Dagestan. Despite Washington's perfunctory condemnation of Islamic terrorism, the indirect beneficiaries of the Chechen war are the Anglo-American oil conglomerates which are vying for control over oil resources and pipeline corridors out of the Caspian Sea basin."

George Bush, Sr. was Vice President and, by virtue of executive Order 12333, in charge of all U.S. intelligence and narcotics operations from 1981 through 1989. As President from 1989 through 1993, he continued and expanded his control in these areas. Thus, it was Bush (the elder) who directly nourished and nurtured bin Laden's evolution.

Dramatic Confirmation From Indian Government

The web site of the Indian Embassy in Washington contains dramatic confirmation for these positions. On September 4, 2000, B. Raman, Director of India's Institute for Topical Studies wrote an open letter to the U.S. Congress entitled Pakistan's Noriega's. That eight-page article exposed the depth of Pakistani government involvement in the drug trade. It may be viewed at:

The letter said, in part:

"For more than a decade, the people of India have been living in a state of half-war and half-peace due to the depredations of a large number of terrorists, outrageously called jehadists, who have been trained, armed and funded and infiltrated into the State of Jammu & Kashmir and other parts of India by Pakistan in order to make the people of India and its security forces bleed in the name of religion.

"More people belonging to different religions -- Hindus, Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists and others -- have been killed in India by these mercenary-terrorists sponsored by the State of Pakistan than by any other terrorist groups anywhere else in the world…"

"…Many other States have suffered and have been suffering due to the depredations of terrorists, made in and exported from Pakistan and the Taliban-controlled Afghanistan -- [these include] Algeria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the Central Asian Republics, the Chechnya and Dagestan areas of Russia, the Xinjiang province of China, Bangladesh, the Arakan area of Burma and the southern Philippines..."

"After his [1993] removal, [as official head of Pakistani intelligence, trusted advisor to Pakistani leader Gen. Pervez Musharraf] Lt. Gen. Nasir traveled to Somalia, Chechnya, Dagestan, the Central Asian Republics, …China, and the Southern Philippines as a preacher… and helped Islamic organizations, including the group which killed U.S. troops… in Somalia."

"…It was he, who, during his tenure as the DG [Director General] of the ISI… has entered into an agreement with the LTTE of Sri Lanka [which secured] LTTE's assistance in smuggling Afghanistan produced heroin in its ships to West Europe, the USA and Canada…"

"…Another reason for the ISI's helping the LTTE, despite its anti-Muslim policies, was to use it for smuggling heroin to West Europe, the U.S. and Canada. During Zia-ul-Haq's regime in the 1980s, heroin had become a major source of extra revenue not only for the State of Pakistan, especially the ISI and Pakistan's nuclear and missile establishment, but also to many senior officers of the Pakistan Army, including [Musharraf et al]…"

"The way Mr. Sharif before October 1999 and Gen. Musharraf since then have been using the heroin money to prevent the Pakistani economy from collapsing has not received due attention in the U.S. ..."

"If one goes purely by economic indicators, Pakistan's must be in as bad a shape as that of Russia, or even worse, since Russia has been in receipt of Western and IMF assistance…"

"Where does the money come from? From the smuggling of heroin to West Europe, the U.S. and Canada. The U.S. Government might have stopped economic assistance… from the taxpayers' money. But why should the Noriegas of Pakistan be worried when they get billions of dollars from the heroin sale in the U.S.?… "

Vice President Dick Cheney's recent comment that the CIA needs to get in bed with "unsavory characters" is a joke. That's a bed that the CIA has never left. And it's a marriage vow that President Bush has just reaffirmed for all the world to see.

The Reichstag Fire in New York

The terrorist attack in New York and Washington on 11 September has already been compared with Pearl Harbour and with the sinking of the Kursk. Mikhail Gorbachev saw a parallel with Chernobyl - the most exact comparison, if we take into account the shock and ignominy experienced by the American governing apparatus. In both cases we have first of all seen incompetence and helplessness, then despairing efforts to save the "honour of the uniform".

There is, however, one comparison that so far has not occurred to anyone - the comparison with the Reichstag fire. The anti-Arab and anti-Muslim hysteria that has spread through the entire world since the catastrophe forces one to seek parallels with the 1930s. The American authorities have immediately started looking for culprits among Arabs. Bin Laden was named almost immediately, while other possibilities were scarcely examined.

In the first minutes after the explosions no-one doubted their "Arab" origins, and the writer of these lines is no exception. But the more evidence and arguments are adduced in support of the "Arab version", the more this version arouses doubts. Speaking on television immediately after the explosions, the well-known political scientist Vyacheslav Nikonov remarked that culprits would undoubtedly be found, and that if they were not found, they would be appointed. He added cynically that it would be good for Russia if the people appointed were the Taliban and bin Laden.

Subsequent events fitted this scenario perfectly. There was a search for Arabs who knew how to fly an airliner, a search conducted in complete certainty that no-one else could have perpetrated the deeds. The list of suspects turned out to include pilots who knew how to fly only small sporting aircraft; they were listed simply because they were Arabs. A vast quantity of evidence was swiftly found, and the press reported the existence of an even greater mass of irrefutable proof. In the midst of this a strange feeling arose. Super-professional terrorists were making elementary errors, and leaving a mountain of evidence, such as paying for all their tickets using one credit card.

As ill luck would have it, within two days it was discovered that at least two of the suicide terrorists, whose guilt in the view of the press had been incontestably proven, had not even been on board the aircraft. As for the third, it seems he did not know how to fly a Boeing.

This, however, did nothing to shake the "Arab version". One is reminded of the story of the person who searches for a lost key underneath a street lamp, simply because the light is brighter there. Credit must be given to Aleksandr Gordon, who appeared on two Russian television channels and stated that those guilty of the crimes might not be Muslims, but the same right-wing "militias" who organised the explosion in Oklahomah City. Some American sites also point to the similarity of various features, including a reluctance to accept responsibility for the blast. The reaction of bin Laden is also significant in its way. While approving of the terrorist act, he not only disclaimed authorship of it, but did not conceal his envy of the people who organised it.

It is well known that Arab terrorist groups in the Middle East are infiltrated by the Saudi security agencies who work closely with the CIA. Russian intelligence experts are sure that neither bin Laden nor any other major Arab terrorist could organise an operation so complex and serious without Saudi officials knowing and the Saudi regime would necessarily inform the Americans.

The attack mounted in New York and Washington, however, cannot be seen simply as a continuation of the explosion in Oklahoma. The scale of the two actions was quite different. The 11 September attack was on a scale not only beyond the powers of bin Laden, but also of the ultraright militias, at least in the form in which we have known them until recently.

Studying the 11 September events, analysts have stressed just how simple it was to carry out each individual element of the terrorist operation - to take knives onto the aircraft, to break into the cabin, and so forth. But to coordinate all these actions, which took place at the same time in different parts of the country, and to permit not a single serious failure, would have been extraordinarily difficult. The operation would have required enormous efforts on the level of managing, securing and coordinating its various elements - logistics and fine tuning, as the Americans say. It is simply inconceivable that this was the work of Arab terrorists. The strength of Islamic terrorism lies in its relatively simple organisation, in its invincible element of spontaneity and unpredictability. All of the groups act autonomously. Even the smashing of command centres has no affect on the overall situation, since each of the warriors of Allah is able to act on his own.

What happened on 11 September bears less similarity to Arab terrorism than to the American idea of it. Bin Laden is an American myth, not in the sense that no such person exists, but in the sense that he is nowhere near so influential and powerful as he is made out to be. The Americans have invented a global criminal organisation with a centralised leadership and with a chief villain pulling all the strings from a secret refuge, just as in the James Bond movies. In reality, bin Laden is not an organiser of terrorism but a general sponsor; he merely pays money to support terrorist brigades that function quite independently in various parts of the world.

Meanwhile, the 11 September operation was coordinated on various levels and was carried out faultlessly. All of the tiniest details were thought through and meticulously coordinated. There were no failures at any stage. Multilevel planning and precise direction were required. Of the four aircraft seized by terrorists, three struck their targets. Taking into account the scale of the operation, this shows an effectiveness rare even for professional security services. The people required would not simply have been professionals, but a combined team of star performers. And to become a professional on such a level, a lengthy career would have been needed. No-one could have gained this experience in terrorism without revealing themselves. And here, an entire structure was involved.

On the other hand, there is the placing of false clues, leading the investigation into a dead-end, but pointing clearly to an "Arab trail". The organisers of the terrorist act have been unwilling to claim responsibility. What does this resemble? It is the way state security organisations operate, and sometimes, extreme right-wing groups. Some commentators have already remarked that an attack as complex as the one on 11 September is not within the powers of terrorists, and could only be carried out by state security forces. The problem, however, is that no state security organisation could have carried out such an operation either. Executed in the US, the terrorist act demanded lengthy preparation, the recruiting of large numbers of people, and theoretically, if these people were foreigners, their infiltration into the country. The act required the prolonged collection and painstaking study of diverse information; staff and operative training on various levels; iron discipline, and precise direction. An action on this scale, whether carried out by security services or by terrorists, would sooner or later have suffered a failure, after which all the links would have been broken.

The blow that was struck on 11 September was so monstrous precisely because no-one was expecting it. But what does this mean? The American press, television and cinema had for a long time been raising the threat of Islamic terrorism on a daily basis. But the blow was struck not only in an unexpected form, but also from a direction no-one was anticipating. It is said that armies always prepare to fight the previous war. This is by no means necessarily true. In the present case, the question is not of another war, but of another enemy.

It appears that the operation was prepared by people who not only moved freely about the US, but who also were considered totally above suspicion. If these were professionals, they did not amass their experience as members of underground terrorist groups. But not in state security organisations either.

When Bush declared that the events of 11 September amounted to war, he may not have understood personally how right he was. What we are confronted with

is not a secret police operation, not an act of terrorism, but a well-planned air raid. Such things are not taught either in intelligence schools or in terrorist camps. In such places people might learn to fly an aircraft, but not to plan a military air attack. Meanwhile, the attack was carried out according to the same rules as the US bombing of Bagdad and Belgrade. It featured the meticulous choosing of targets, and precise blows. The targets chosen were important politically and symbolically. The terrorists clearly did not aim to wipe out the country, or else the aircraft would not have crashed into the Pentagon and the World Trade Center, but into nuclear installations. If the latter had been done, the dead by now would not be numbered in the thousands but in the millions.

To judge from several testimonies the air raid was accompanied, as during recent wars, by an electronic assault on the air defence system. Neither Iraqi nor Iranian intelligence would be capable of anything like this. Whatever the ideologues of the Chechen Islamists might have written, neither the Russian nor the Israeli intelligence services would try to blow up the US. Furthermore, it is absurd to suggest that the American security forces have lost their senses to the extent of blowing up their own country.

If neither terrorists nor security forces are responsible, then who is? The weight of the evidence suggests that the attacks on New York and Washington were prepared from within the US itself, and that they were prepared by US citizens who were extremely experienced in military matters, but who did not arouse any suspicions. These people could be retired military personnel, more than likely with irreproachable service records and close ties to the security services and armed forces. As necessary, they could make "blind" use of people of Arab origin. In the latter case, the parallels between the recent events in America and the explosions in apartment buildings in Moscow in 1999 are compelling. The Nazis, it should be recalled, also sent a communist to set fire to the Reichstag.

In other words, we might be talking not just of ultra-right-wing "popular militias", but of a conspiracy with the same ideology, but with far greater scope and completely different potential. If this is indeed the case, then what has happened is just the beginning. The future points to a wave of hatred directed at Muslims and immigrants, new bombing raids on the Middle East, and ultimately, the restoration of the "values of Western Christian civilisation", undermined by liberals of all stripes.

A conspiracy theory? Certainly. But acts of terrorism are impossible without conspiracy. Especially terrorism on such a scale. But whoever was behind the explosions in Washington and New York, they have already, objectively, played the role of new Reichstag incendiarists in Russia and Israel. Extreme right-wing politicians, champions of the values of "Western civilisation", have already issued a chorus of demands for vengeance. The same message is endlessly repeated: Muslims are inhuman barbarians, and negotiating with them is impossible. They are not the same as us, and hence our criteria of democracy and human rights do not apply to them. "There's no need to be afraid of unpopular measures," some maintain. "We should not be limited by democratic conventions," others add.

Behind the general words is a distinct meaning. The minimum program involves arbitrary arrests, mass deportations, and indiscriminate searches. The maximum program is genocide. From the screens of the television sets, an individual with the appropriate surname of Satanovsky calls for what President Putin used to urge in the old days - that is, terminating. Killing. It is clear that mass repression will lead to mass resistance, that it will multiply the numbers of the enemy. Can it really be that the people who are now trying to frighten us with the "Islamic threat" do not understand this? They understand it perfectly, but they believe in the possibility of a final solution. If not on a world-wide scale, then at least on a particular territory.

When the US administration said that it needed proof of Osama bin Laden's guilt, it was clearly lying. Only a court can determine guilt. At least a year is needed for this, even if the terrorists can be identified and captured. To prove the guilt of an American citizen who has stolen a hamburger from McDonalds, an investigation has to be made, the culprit has to be caught, and the verdict of a jury obtained. The US authorities are ready to pronounce a guilty verdict on a whole country - Afghanistan - in the space of a few days without any court investigation. At the same time, reports are coming from the US of attacks on mosques and Islamic centres. It is clear that Muslims will answer the bombings and other attacks with terror, and the necessary proof will thus be supplied. It was just the same in the case of Milosevic. The Serbian leader unquestionably committed war crimes, but all the facts for which he was called to account in the Hague relate to the period AFTER the start of the American bombing of Serbia. In other words, first the punishment, then the crime, and then again

punishment. This is the way our "Christian civilisation" now understands justice.

Twentieth-century fascism came to power as a result of the economic crash of 1929-32. This was fascism in uniform. Now times are different. People are already describing the present crisis as a repeat of the Great Depression, advancing slowly but inexorably. Present-day fascism is many-faceted. It is advancing from various directions, at times trying on the clothing of respectable politics, at times that of skinhead racists. It does not wait for the full-scale onset of crisis before beginning to act. The fascists are not even in power yet, but the Reichstag is already burning.

All four Black Boxes were supposedly destroyed and rendered unusable in spite of the fact that they are designed specifically for plane crashes which result in insurmountable conditions...yet one of the hijackers passports supposedly survives fire and heat of over 1,000 degrees fahrenheit and is found in perfect shape in the rubble around the WTC towers? What kind of idiots does the FBI take us for?

How indestructible are the so-called "Black Boxes"?

Each airplane is equipped with a Flight Data Recorder and a Cockpit Voice Recorded. The term "Black Box" is used for these pieces of equipment. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) web site gives valuable information regarding these devices.

Regarding the Cockpit Voice Recorder it says:

"The CVR records the flight crew's voices, as well as other sounds inside the cockpit. The recorder's "cockpit area microphone" is usually located on the overhead instrument panel between the two pilots. Sounds of interest to an investigator could be engine noise, stall warnings, landing gear extension and retraction, and other clicks and pops. From these sounds, parameters such as engine rpm, system failures, speed, and the time at which certain events occur can often be determined. Communications with Air Traffic Control, automated radio weather briefings, and conversation between the pilots and ground or cabin crew are also recorded." [NTSB web site]

Regarding the Flight Data Recorder it says:

"The FDR onboard the aircraft records many different operating conditions of the flight. By regulation, newly manufactured aircraft must monitor at least twenty eight important parameters such as time, altitude, airspeed, heading, and aircraft attitude. In addition, some FDRs can record the status of more than 300 other in-flight characteristics that can aid in the investigation. The items monitored can be anything from flap position to auto-pilot mode or even smoke alarms." [NTSB web site]

Thus as we see each plane is equipped with two seperate "Black Box" devices which relay different yet complimentary information. It goes on to say:

"Both the Flight Data Recorder and the Cockpit Voice Recorder have proven to be valuable tools in the accident investigation process. They can provide information THAT MAY BE DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN BY OTHER MEANS." [NTSB web site]

They are meant to be the hardy and sure way to get information regarding the last minutes before the plane went down. Here are the specifications of these devices including what they can withstand:

FLIGHT DATA RECORDER

These specifications indicate equipment which can survive just about any conditions and any crash. Indeed, Black Boxes have been recovered from crashes in swamps, mountains, and oceans.

ABC News reports:

"Although investigators look for an entire black box, sometimes the only parts of the device that survive are the recorder's crash-survivable memory unitSMU). THE CSMU IS ALMOST INDESTRUCTABLE. It is housed within a stainless-steel shell that contains titanium or aluminum and a high-temperature insulation of dry silica material."

"It is designed to withstand HEAT OF UP TO 2,000 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT FOR ONE HOUR, salt water for at least 30 days, immersion in a variety of liquids such as jet fuel and lubricants, AND AN IMPACT OF 3,400 G's. By comparison, astronauts are typically exposed to up to six Gs during a shuttle takeoff." [ABCNews]

So the Black Box is designed to withstand an impact of 3,400 G's. So what about the Pennsylvania crash site?

"THE VOICE RECORDER WAS SAID TO BE HEAVILY DAMAGED, and the manufacturer was being asked to help with further analysis. The plane that crashed in Pennsylvania was reported to have hit the ground in excess of 500 MILES PER HOUR." [ABCN ews]

The plane hit the ground at 500 mph. Taking the weight of the plane, its speed of descent, the G's end up much, much lower than 3,400.

Since each plane has two seperate Black Boxes which are designed to be indestructable in the event of a tragedy, that makes a total of EIGHT BLACK BOXES. If we are to believe that all the Black Boxes were damaged beyond use, then that is to say EIGHT BLACK BOXES in total were destroyed, while a measley paper passport survived.

Then the final paragraph of the same article says: "Investigators are less confident they will recover the black boxes buried underneath the rubble of the World Trade Center." So there is no hope of recovering the virtually indestructable Black Box from the rubble, but a paper passport survives in such a perfect state that it is "a significant piece of evidence"?

CNN reports one of the hijackers passports was found in the rubble of the World Trade Center vicinity:

"The searchers found several clues, he said, but would not elaborate. Last week, a passport belonging to one of the hijackers was found in the vicinity of Vesey Street, near the World Trade Center. 'It was a significant piece of evidence for us,' Mawn said." [ CNN]

Also CNN reports:

"In New York, several blocks from the ruins of the World Trade Center, a passport authorities said belonged to one of the hijackers was discovered a few days ago, according to city Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik." [CNN ]

Aside from the idiocy of any suggestion that a passport would survive a plane crash that is allegedly so severe it destroys the virtually indestructable Black Box, we are also led to believe that the passport "flew away", out of the hijackers pocket, down a few blocks from the WTC grounds. Why a few blocks away? Could it be because it was a place out of everyone's sight?

It is also well known that paper was strewn all over the scene of the plane crash. This was due to the sudden shattering of the windows which would immediately eject all paper materials out of the building before incineration. A passport in someone's pocket who is sitting on a plane that explodes will suffer the same fate as the person whose pocket it is in, and the plane they are sitting in: absolute cremation.

United Airlines flight 93 crashed into a field in Pennsylvania. There was no explosion and no impact into a building and no 100+ story towers crashed down on top of it. Yet, we are led to believe that both of its Black Boxes were destroyed and/or damaged beyond use as well.

Other airline tragedies also reveal that in each and every case the Black Box is recovered, albeit damaged, but with full usability. Such crashes include EgyptAir flight 990, a 767, and TWA flight 800, a 747. Both crashes resulted in tremendous compromise of the planes physical integrity, but in spite of this the Cockpit Voice Recorders were recovered.

So we have established that the survival of a passport of someone in an exploded plane is lunacy. However, for the sake of argument lets say the passport survived. If the passport did indeed survive then so did the Black Box. If the Black Box did indeed survive as we have proven beyond a shred of doubt, then why the complete and utter lie that it was damaged beyond use? What are they hiding? This will be dealt with irrefutably in the next section of this analysis into the corruption which has seeped into the U.S. government, its foreign policy and its intelligence services.

This analysis has just begun, yet any sound minded person is already forced to question the validity of this entire farce. I intend to dismantle this investigation piece by piece as time allows. If the American people are so concerned with finding justice, why aren't more exposing these inconsistencies, fabrications and outright lies as I have? Do we Americans want JUSTICE SERVED or do we want MORE BLOOD of innocent civilians? Thus far, in the United States of America, due to the anger over the tragedy dubbed "PENTTBOM", there have been at least three homicidal attacks against immigrants. Now an overwhelming 80% of them are supporting an invasion into a remote country that has absolutely nothing to do with this tragedy. Instead of using their heads to get to the bottom of this and prosecute the criminals behind this act, they are killing their neighbors, and laying the heads of good American soldiers and innocent Afghan women and children on the chopping block. I say "them" at this point and not "us", because I distance myself from those who commit hate crimes in the name of "America" whom I have just described. Someone is playing a very sick game upon us all right under our noses, and it will cost us our very lives if we do not STOP them.

ABC News reports: "...And 69 percent say they'd support military action even if it means a long war with substantial U.S. military casualties."

You want "substantial U.S. military casualties"? What the hell is wrong with everyone? The Afghans have never lost a war in 800 years. They not only drove the Russians out of their country but it lead to the dissolution of the Soviet Empire. They have brought empire after empire to their knees. In a CNN interview with Jill Dougherty, Leo Korolkov who trained the Russian Special Forces (equivalent of our Delta Force) said he saw Afghans shot to ribbons and ripped to pieces still charging at them. In his words: "These fighters can bring any country, even a superpower -- be it Russia, the United States or Europe -- to the brink of catastrophe."

Nearly 70 percent of Americans support sacrificing more American lives to invade a country that couldn't be further removed from any responsibility in this tragedy to find ONE MAN before this circus of an investigation has even been completed. Have we learned nothing from the plumes of terror that rose from the ashes of the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and a morose field in Pennsylvania which shook our hearts and souls that fateful Tuesday? I fear that we have not.

ASSAULT ON AMERICA INVESTIGATION: Terrorism escape clause in World Trade Center lease PROPERTY:

The owners of the demolished World Trade Center in lower Manhattan acquired the buildings just two months ago under a 99-year lease allowing them to walk away from their investment in the event of "an act of terrorism".

The owners, Silverstein Properties and Westfield America - a shopping mall specialist - purchased the buildings from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for Dollars 3.2bn in July and completed the financing just two weeks ago.

Neither of the buyers would comment on terms of the lease, but such a clause would be considered reasonable for the purchase of a building that had already seen a terrorist bombing and was considered a possible future target.

The lease document is understood to spell out certain conditions under which the lessees could walk away from their obligation to spend Dollars 200m in capital improvements and pay annual rental charges. It is understood that the buildings are insured for more than Dollars 3 billion, enough to cover rebuilding costs. However, an executive connected to the buyers said: "Ultimately, the decision will be made by politicians. It is a state and federal government decision about whether or not to rebuild on the site." Larry Silverstein, chairman of Silverstein Properties, said yesterday that he was determined to rebuild on the site. "It would be the tragedy of tragedies not to rebuild on this part of New York," Mr Silverstein was quoted as telling the Wall Street Journal. "It would give the terrorists the victory they seek," he said, adding that he felt a moral (YEAHHHH) obligation to rebuild on the site. Although there have been some suggestions that the site should be left vacant as a memorial park, its location at the heart of America's financial capital means it is probably far too valuable to lie undeveloped.

EU Finance Chiefs Add To Attack Conspiracy Theory

LIEGE, Belgium (Reuters) - European Union policymakers added on Saturday to suspicions that those who planned last week's attacks on U.S. landmarks may have profited from the havoc they brought to financial markets.

Separately, ministers agreed to speed up ratification of an existing U.N. resolution calling for the freezing of assets of Afghanistan's ruling Taliban.

Bundesbank President Ernst Welteke said that in addition to strange movements in airline and insurance shares there were signs of suspicious dealings in gold and oil around the time of the September 11 attacks.

"There is lots of speculation and rumors at the moment so we have to be careful. But...that there are ever clearer signs that there were activities on international financial markets which must have been carried out with the necessary expert knowledge,'' Welteke said during a break in an EU finance ministers' meeting.

"With the oil price we have seen before the attacks a fundamentally inexplicable rise in the price, which could mean that people have bought oil contracts which were then sold at a higher price,'' he said.

Gold markets also saw movements "which need explaining.''

Welteke said the first evidence of unusual price movements emerged last Thursday, two days after the attacks.

He said they were now being looked at throughout the world although he stressed that, in Germany, the Bundesbank was not in the forefront of the probe as it was not responsible for oversight of equities markets.

Didier Reynders, the current chairman of EU finance ministers' meetings, said ministers would receive a report on the matter after national supervisors and regulators had completed their investigations.

Reynders said a joint meeting of EU finance and home and justice affairs ministers in October would check member states' progress in ratifying U.N. resolution 1333 on freezing Taliban assets abroad.

"Even in the financial sector there could be a global network (of terrorists) and we are looking into this, in Austria as well,'' Austrian Finance Minister Karl-Heinz Grasser said.

Cheney cronies at Halliburton, linked co's profited by pre-9.11 stock trading

Securities and Exchange investigators have announced that there are definite indications certain parties, obviously with prior knowledge of the Sept. 11 attack on the World Trade Center, engaged in extensive stock sell-offs, and options and puts manipulations in the days before the tragedy. This insider trading, based on the most serious sort of "inside" knowledge, enabled them to prevent substantial losses on key stocks in corporations which would suffer severe repercussions in the wake of the disaster yet to come.

Much of the suspicious movement was in insurance and reinsurance stocks, airline stocks, and oil company stocks.

We originally had some information on this matter emailed to us by a TOP VIEW reader who asked to remain confidential.

The information strongly indicated that certain former business partners and other associates of Dick Cheney, including some with Halliburton Oil as well as several smaller linked companies, were among those suspected of having profited handsomely via major sell-offs of large amounts of key stocks, in corporations which were VERY negatively affected by the 9.11 atrocity; along with other related insider trading activities.

There is NO DOUBT whatsoever that such genuinely suspicious actions occurred: there is no doubt that those who engaged in such activity had PRIOR, inside knowledge of the impending mass carnage at the World Trade Center. This entire body of information, then, is VERY, very important.

Further confirmation on this entire aspect of the 9.11 attacks has now come from European Union finance officials, who likewise report that the same kinds of highly suspicious activities have been found to have occurred on THEIR stock markets. As with the activities on American exchanges, people were CLEARLY seeking to safeguard against substantial profit losses with affected corporations certain to ensue in the economic aftermath of the 9.11 attacks.

Considering a very trusted source has relayed to us that illegitimate vice-president Dick "Mengele" Cheney was one of the primary architects and highest-level co-conspirators in the massive carnage of 9.11, it's SURELY to be considered a smoking gun that some of Cheney's closest associates -- and certainly the "Angel of death" himself -- were among those who protected their vast economic interests from the global 9.11 economic fallout on international stock exchanges. They were able to accomplish this because they had first-hand, prior, INSIDE knowledge of the impending "terrorist" attacks, as investigators in the U.S., Europe and elsewhere are FULLY aware.

The Overthrow Of The American Republic - Part 1

Starting after the multiple bombings of the Federal office building in Oklahoma City, April 19, 1995, I wrote and then spoke on talk radio about an aborted military coup. Brought home to me, however, was the reality that my fellow Americans had little knowledge or understanding of the masterstroke, the overthrow of government, whether for the good or for evil.

In the past, had we as Americans been clearly informed by the popular press of a putsch, the overthrow of government by violence, by political assassination, such as to benefit domestic or foreign powers? After all, who benefited from the political assassination of President Abraham Lincoln if not the British and the French who held the means to swoop upon us at the time from their entrenched positions to the south and north of us, in Canada andMexico. The British wanted to split apart the nation by aggravating the natural friction between the ideas of the North and the South in America. The French were ready to carve up America as well. Since at least the War of 1812, the British had plotted to take back this continent as a puppet colony with so-called "Americans" again as subjects of the British Crown. [To their credit, Czarist Russia at the time of the War Between The States, or as called, the American Civil War, attempted to aid Lincoln with the Czar's naval fleet coming right offshore the U.S.]

Look what happened in the decades after the murder of Lincoln. President James Garfield was against the British controlling the growing financial power of the U.S. President William McKinley [the Brits hate the Irish] opposed the British trying to strangle the rise of American industrial power. Their political assassination in the years after that of Lincoln, in its simplest explanation, benefited British attempts to grab back America.

Seldom, if ever, are these events explained in this way.

The Clinton White House with prior knowledge, allowed the Oklahoma bombings to occur, to restore his power following the debacle of the 1994 Congressional elections putting a GOP majority to confront him in Congress. And, with Clinton as a marionette, it aided the Establishment in their continuing propaganda to make common Americans helpless to oppose tyranny by disarming them.

Two days before the Oklahoma bloodshed, on April 17, 1995, a plane-load of top military brass were murdered when their sabotaged plane blew up near Alexander City, Alabama. It was a real life version of "Seven Days in May". According to federal grand jurors we interviewed, there was an attempt, later blocked, by a grand jury to investigate this aborted coup. It was actually part of a series of events involving twenty four Admirals and Generals, some of the most patriotic flag officers in the history of this Republic. They vowed, under the Uniform Military Code, to arrest their Commander-in-Chief Bill Clinton, for his various acts of treason aiding and abetting sworn enemies of the United States, such as Red China and Iraq. If Clinton had them arrested for mutiny, they were prepared, if not assassinated, to defend themselves with their heavily documented charges of his treachery against the U.S. Constitution and the people of the United States.

Some of the coup plotters, deciding to be out of uniform, took up residence in a Paris suburb. The French CIA, aware of all this, used it to blackmail advantages out of the U.S. government. Such as, to blockade the U.S. Justice Department, itself a highly corrupt entity, from prosecuting some fourteen French nationals, resident in the U.S., who stole U.S. industrial and financial secrets. [The French used similar blackmail threatening to publicize their knowledge of Iran's complicity in the missile attack on TWA Flight 800. Eight top officials of the French CIA along with some 60 other French nationals died in the plane that had been scheduled for Paris. A top official, however, of the French CIA at the last minute refused to board Flight 800. The Clinton White House had a secret business/peace deal pending with the Teheran oligarchs which the missile disclosures would have wrecked.]

The purpose of several attempts to pull off a coup was NOT to install a junta [pronounced HOON-tah], that is, an evil military dictatorship. Rather, to restore by necessary force the American Republic, which has gone down hill since the overthrow, by the American secret political police, of the U.S. government, by way of the murder in 1963 of President John F. Kennedy.

In the months and years that followed the Alexander City incident, some ten like-minded Admirals, Generals, and other officials and former officials, were assassinated. Such as, Admiral Jeremy Boorda, Chief of Naval Operations, the highest naval officer in uniform. Such as General David McCloud, head of the Alaska Military District. Such as, former Director of Central Intelligence, DCI, William Colby. Our interviews with their family members, relatives, and confidants convinces us of the validity of our reports. The monopoly press wrote off their demise as "airplane accidents", "suicide", and "boat accident".

Some of those hearing me on the radio, wrote to me. I could see immediately they had no understanding of the subject. One letter stated simply, "Mr. Skolnick, send me your papers on the koo [sic]." Evidently, this subject is not in the usual U.S. history text books in the usual high schools and colleges.

Because of my analyses of the current emergency, I should, I suppose, expect to be heckled and reviled by some well-meaning but poorly- informed fellow Americans. Notwithstanding the pronouncements of the American secret political police, the FBI and CIA, and the oil-soaked, spy-riddled monopoly press, and the White House, the plot to destroy the American republic is entirely based WITHIN THIS NATION.

It is obviously good and proper to respect the U.S. flag, perpetuated with the blood of American heroes. On the other hand, it can be a fatal mistake, a nuking of the Bill of Rights, not to recognize scoundrels who wrap themselves in the same flag to cover up their crimes against the American common people.

In its simplest form, the Persian Gulf War was just the falling out of former private business partners. I was the only journalist to be in attendance in 1991, at the hearing of a federal court case in Chicago. My exclusive interviews of the participants confirmed why certain bank records had to be concealed, the subject matter of the litigation. They showed the secret private business partnership in the 1980s of George Herbert Walker Bush, President in 1991, and Saddam Hussein, the Iraqi strongman installed by Bush, starting when Bush was head of the secret police in 1976. Profoundly corrupt Chicago federal appeals judges put the case out of court and the file has been scattered to the wind. We apparently are the only ones still having the court file. The Elder Bush during the Gulf War, wanted the American public to falsely believe that putting the head of Saddam Hussein on a platter and delivering it to the White House, would cure every domestic and foreign problem of the U.S. On July 17, 1993, Saddam Hussein murdered some ten of his top military officers who were plotting, he said, to overthrow him. The Clinton White House, with Bill Clinton as a Bush Family crony, had apparently committed treachery in leaking CIA details to Saddam of the plot against him. Working on investigating both Clinton and Bush as to this treasonous leak, was FBI Director William Sessions who was unceremoniously sacked on frivolous charges two days later, all to protect the treachery from being disclosed of Bush/Clinton. The very next day, Vincent W. Foster, Jr., Clinton White House Deputy Counsel, who also knew what had happened, was assassinated and clumsily disguised as a "suicide". The aborted plot against Saddam did not become even a watered down version of what happened, in the U.S. monopoly press, until November 1, 1993. In 1991, the Elder Bush, as President, put some half a million Americans in harm's way, by way of Bush instigating a fight over Gulf oil properties wit= h his former business partner, Saddam Hussein. Together, in the 1980s, as known to the participants in the lawsuit mentioned, Saddam and Bush, as business partners, split billions of dollars extorted from the oil-soaked weak sheikdoms of the Persian Gulf. The same as done by gangsters who would extract "protection money" from shopkeepers and tax-cheating auto dealers.

As a sizeable stockholder of a unit of a French firm, American LaFarge, the Elder Bush was implicated in reportedly supplying the ingredients for poison gas to be manufactured by Iraq, to be used against Iraq's domestic dissidents, namely, the Kurds, as well as against the Iranians, during the Iran-Iraq War, 1980 to 1988. A Director of American LaFarge, naturally, was Hillary Rodham Clinton, wife of the Bush Family pal.

Ten years after 1991, the Elder Bush's son, as "resident" and "occupant" of the White House, installed under highly suspect means, is going to war AGAINST HIS reputed former business partner, Osama bin Laden. Like father, like son.

George W. Bush's business partner has been a Houston, Texas businessman, James R. Bath. Together, they owned an oil drilling company, Arbusto Energy. [The son, like his father, likes to name his businesses wit= h Spanish names. The Elder Bush named his firm Zapata Petroleum, later, Zapata Offshore, with 600 units worldwide as outposts for the American CIA, starting as early as 1959. The younger Bush's Arbusto is Spanish for "Bush".]

By and through James R. Bath, George W. Bush has been a business partner, in the tens of millions of dollars, with Osama bin Laden and his father. As an example, Bath had many millions of dollars of dealings with the Elder bin Laden who was part of the infamous spy/assassination/money laundry scandal of Bank of Credit and Commerce International, BCCI. Notice in our prior story about the Emergency, the details of Osama bin Laden's secret joint accounts (stemming from the George W. Bush/James R. Bath/bin Laden business partnerships) in the Harris Bank, a unit of Bank of Montreal, owned largely by the Bronfman Family, who have been the owners of the Seagrams booze cartel, and another major owner of the bank being U.S. Senator Peter Fitzgerald (R., Ill.). The U.S. units of Barclays Bank, = United Kingdom, have also sought to conceal such reputed joint accounts of Osama bin Laden/James R. Bath/George W. Bush. So, father and son, ten years apart, George Herbert Walker Bush and George W. Bush, went to war or are going to war against their former business partners. Throughout history, regimes have created an "enemy", as a straw man, and then sent their armies to fight their "enemy". This by way of consolidating their power and diverting attention from their domestic problems, and repressing the poorly informed populace.

From the sarcastic standpoint of those who rule us WITHOUT OUR CONSENT, in violation of the U.S. Constitution, America is becoming too populated for there to be supposedly guaranteed rights. Remember, the Bill of Rights is heavily packed with the word NO. It is a shield against a tyrannical central government. At the hands, however, of a corrupt and venal federal judiciary and a treasonous central government, and a bought off and blackmailed Congress, the Bill of Rights is a worthless, useless piece of paper. The cowardly mass media are mere scriveners, writing down what they are dictated.

Under the disguise of leading a religious "crusade" against the Moslem world, every utterance dripping with the word "terrorist", are the ruling elites in the process of overthrowing the American Republic?

Who all benefited from treasonous prior knowledge of the violence against America on September 11, 2001? Are some flag officers in the U.S. military, with full knowledge of all this, opposed to going to a war instigated by the highest circles WITHIN THE UNITED STATES? More coming.

Let a candid and vigilant populace consider my pleas and contentions. We ordinary Americans are being led, step by step, down the road to a dictatorship more evil and all-pervasive than that of the late Adolph Hitler and the Nazi Party of the German aristocracy.

The high-level treason that afflicts us cannot be cured or delayed by the alleged "U.S. Government" as now constituted. Within our borders, traitors to the U.S. Constitution and to the Bill of Rights, and to the American common people, cannot be prosecuted. Without the consent of us, the governed, they are in charge, have been in charge, and will remain in charge, to the bitter collapse of our organic law. With complete impunity, they turn over our most profound industrial, financial, and MILITARY secrets, to sworn enemies of the United States of America, such as to Red China and Iraq [the Bush Family and Bill Clinton have done that].

It is a dire reality that my well-meaning country-men must now ponder and understand, or fail to do so at their peril.

The overthrow of the American Republic began at least at the time of the political assassination of John F. Kennedy. In violation of their own rules and procedures, the U.S. Secret Service, on behalf of the ruling plutocrats, utterly refused, failed, and neglected to protect Kennedy as President. They knowingly took him in an open car around a hair-pin turn into the target sights of paid assassins, firing by military-style triangulation. No Secret Service agent, contrary to their rules, was there on foot, on duty, to examine and monitor the dangerous slowing down of the Presidential vehicle. With flimsy excuses, several reputedly venal and for-sale reporters were right there, available in the murder zone, to be later rewarded for false reports, opening the way for their promotion to highly-lucrative TV network status, such as Dan Rather, later CBS Network anchor face, and Robert MacNeil, later PBS co-anchor and co-owner of his own network program with Jim Lehrer.

Rather was standing in the shadows of the triple underpass bridge, a few feet from one of the concealed shooters. Rather was the only one on the planet to be able to verify that JFK had been mortally wounded as the Presidential motorcade passed right under Rather's view. MacNeil was in the Book Depository Building and was in a position to see Lee Harvey Oswald and give false data. [According to an FBI document of 11/29/63, the Elder Bush, already then in the CIA, was part of an apparent cover up of the assassination of JFK.]

If they survived, there were numerous eyewitnesses and reliable sources that could have contradicted the false declarations of reporters such as Dan Rather and Robert MacNeil, on behalf of the ruling elite, that a "lone assassin" murdered our President. In the wake of the bloody deed in Dallas, November 22, 1963, some 200 eyewitnesses and sources were themselves murdered, snuffing out their possible testimony, their demise a horror-filled death warrant warning to others available to testify.

On behalf of the growing American dictatorship of almost near faceless satraps, a five-person tyranny of the U.S. Supreme Court, sitting as if a junta, with serious conflicts of interest, installed George W. Bush as the "occupant" and "resident" of the American White House. This done, contrary to basic case law precedents and in violation of the Bill of Rights, it being a near-midnight-deadline ancient-style edict, "obey our command or be banished from the kingdom".

So even if the complicit members of the American aristocracy were somehow to be apprehended, which historically is highly doubtful, they would suffer no punishment. The federal prosecutors are selected on the basis of being blackmailable and with the implicit understanding that they would go against primarily small fish, no one of any great importance. Even if traitors were put in custody, federal grand juries and U.S. District Court trial juries are carefully screened to eliminate independent-minded persons. The American Gestapo, the FBI, constituting part of the nation's secret political police, in most federal districts, select the pool from which grand jurors are selected, and hand-pick the venire, likewise the pool, from which trial jurors are chosen. In Chicago, for example, the supposedly all-seeing FBI selected a known gangster to sit on a federal grand jury for a number of months, corrupting and perverting the process, and he being supposedly part of investigating fellow mobsters. [The Chicago U.S. District Court case of U.S. versus Robert Girardi, not adequately reported by the monopoly press. A watered down story appeared in the Chicago Tribune, January 21, 1994, "Ex-U.S. Grand Jury Member Indicted In Leaking of Information".]

In its simplest explanation, we went to war in 1991 because George Herbert Walker Bush, then President, was disgruntled against his former private business partner, Saddam Hussein, the Iraqi strongman. Some ten years after 1991, we went to war again because the former head of the secret police's son, George W. Bush, is disgruntled against HIS former business partners, the Bin Laden Family and their family member Osama bin Laden, falsely described as being on the outs with his family. Osama was, like Saddam Hussein, created by the American CiA, with the connivance of former Director of Central Intelligence, the Elder Bush, as Vice President and later as President, to engage in a war with the Soviet Union. The Soviets were worn out by this. This led, in part, to the downfall of the Soviet Union and the Moscow government. Also helping destroy the Soviet Union, to make them now a "friend" of the United States, was the CIA-orchestrated attack on the Russian ruble, which undermined the Soviet's financial validity. Over the centuries, Afghanistan has been the graveyard of invaders. No prior army ever previously has succeeded against the tunnels, the mountains, the terrain. The American CIA has been instrumental, in the past, in helping the Afghans finance their way of life with growing poppies and being the supplier of upwards of sixty per cent of the heroin to Europe. With a large supply of heroin parked outside Afghanistan, the Afghans are in the works to flood heroin throughout the world AT HALF THE GOING PRICE. The Afghans resisted Unocal and others of the oil cartel, tied to the Bush Family, in putting a natural gas/oil pipeline through Afghanistan to Pakistan and to Red China. The Afghanis, in the view of the cartel, have been demanding too large a per centage as their cut for allowing the pipeline project to proceed. Hence, the oil monopoly needs to overthrow the Kabul government, install their own government, and proceed with the pipeline project. [A situation somewhat similar to the British Counter-Intelligence joint effort with CIA, in 1953, to overthrow the Iran elected government and arbitrarily restore, as a CIA puppet, the Shah to the Peacock Throne. When the Shah became difficult, in 1979 the CIA overthrew him, and installed a British Counter-Intelligence agent, Ayotollah Khomeini, to rule. George Bush worked a treasonous deal in 1980, to delay the release of 52 U.S. hostages, held by Iran, so as to make Jimmy Carter, running for re-election, appear to be a wimp. This benefitted the Reagan/Bush election campaign. The hostages were released at the very moment Reagan/Bush were inaugurated in January, 1981. This treachery by George Herbert Walker Bush was dubbed part of "The October Surprise".]

British royalty put the Elder Bush into the oil business. [See, for example, "The Unauthorized Biography of George Bush" by Webster Tarpley and Anton Chaitken.] For laundering the proceeds of dope trafficking, oil deals, and weapons smuggling, the Bush Family has a joint account with the Queen of England in her private bank, Coutts Bank London. Through that joint account, hundreds of billions of illicit dollars are washed. For almost 40 years, our group, the Citizen's Committee to Clean Up the Courts, has successfully time and again fingered corrupt members of the state and federal judiciary. Our firm policy always has been to NEVER divulge eyewitnesses and sources, since the government is incapable of protecting them. As the Chairman/Founder of the group, I take the responsibility of confronting the judges to their face and have suffered the consequences repeatedly over the decades. The corrupt judges have demanded I divulge methods of investigation, witnesses, and sources, and when I refuse, invoking our policy, they have time and again put me, wheelchair and all, in prison, for contempt of court, a nebulous power that seems to be inherent in their black robes of office. Most every such judge, having falsely jailed me, later was sent to jail for bribery. An identified crook on the bench is no longer useful. No decent bagman will further bother to bribe them (a funny contradiction of terms). A crooked judge is thrown away like an old shoe, no longer capable of doing as told.

I have always tried to be fair even to known corrupt judges. I have made it our policy, that I or a close associate in my presence, asks the targeted judge to confess his crimes. I explain that this will save the taxpayers expense in getting rid of the judge by having to put him or her on trial and after conviction, sending them away. Will George Herbert Walker Bush confess his prior knowledge of the violence occurring on September 11, 2001? Will he admit that HE was running the country from in or near the White House on that tragic day? What provision, if any, of the U.S. Constitution, empowers the Elder Bush to have such a power? Will the Elder Bush confess openly his private business partnership which went sour with Saddam Hussein, being part of an unpublicized lawsuit in Chicago? The Overthrow Of The American Republic, Part Three The Anthrax Commissars

Invoking War Power-like authority, the Younger Bush White House ordered the suppression of certain news under the disguise of plugging up leaks of so-called "military secrets". The details.

For a number of years the State of Michigan, through Michigan State University, owned and operated the Michigan Biologic Products Institute. They had the exclusive contract with the Department of Defense to, among other things, develop and produce an anthrax vaccine.

A strange and mysterious group, in 1998, bought out the state-owned Institute, calling themselves BIOPORT CORPORATION, and the Department of Defense became its only customer.

"The takeover itself is considered suspicious by some. 'The company acquired the Michigan Biologic Products Institute for the express purpose of taking over and acquiring a lucrative military contract', said a bio-warfare expert who asked not to be named and accused company officials of 'WAR PROFITEERING'". (Emphasis added.)

"Why Anthrax Vaccine is Scarce" by Kristen Philipkoski, WIREDNEWS, on- line 10/10/2001. The story went on to state "The FDA [Food and Drug Administration] repeatedly flunked BioPort in inspections in 1999 and 2000 because of contamination and suspicious changes made to expiration dates. The agency has barred the company from releasing any of the vaccine as a result." The story went on to assert that as to the company that an audit by the Pentagon's inspector general in April 2000 that BioPort had spent several million dollars inappropriately, and paid out unsubstantiated consulting costs.

WIREDNEWS further stated, "The anthrax vaccine was the subject of controversy even before it was in such high demand. Approximately 400 soldiers faced reprimands rather than take the vaccine because of side effects that some said were severe."

The Board of Directors of BioPort included Admiral William J. Crowe, Jr., former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and former chairman of the President's FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE ADVISORY BOARD. Crowe is a member of the conspiratorial COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS, CFR, and chairman of the New World Order group, Senior Advisory Board for GLOBAL OPTIONS. That group included five other CFR members such as the former Director of Central Intelligence, R. James Woolsey. The administrations of Jimmy Carter, the Elder Bush, Bill Clinton, and the Younger Bush were and are absolutely riddled with CFR overlords.

The stockholders of BioPort Corporation reportedly include the following:

* The CARLYLE GROUP that includes former cabinet members of the Elder Bush White House and other oil monopolists, such as James A. Baker 3rd, once Secretary of State. Some contend that Baker in part handled the 40 million dollars of secret dope loot that was used to corrupt and influence DEMOCRATS in Florida to stop the ballot recount even before the U.S. Supreme Court "Gang of Five" got into the picture and installed George W. Bush as the "occupant" and "resident" of the White House. The 40 million dollars was reportedly dope trafficking funds from U.S./Colombia Medellin Dope Cartel Co-Founder Carlos Lehder. According to outspoken drug enforcement current and former officials, Lehder is the private business partner of the Bush Family. Although extradited to the U.S., prosecuted and sent to a 55-year term in U.S. prison, Lehder has disappeared from the Federal Prison System. Uncovering these details was Chandra Levy. The Carlos Lehder matter could put members of the Bush Family in long federal prison terms.

The Carlyle Group, headquartered in the nation's capital, specializes in seizing control of shaky aerospace and defense contractors and then strong-arming, some say blackmailing, contracts out of the Department of Defense. An investor in the Carlyle Group has been George Herbert Walker Bush. The Elder Bush has been a paid consultant to the Bin Laden Group, helping them with his CIA links. Bush helped create Osama bin Laden as an American CIA bought and paid for alleged "terrorist", originally dubbed a "freedom fighter" to wear out the Soviets in their prolonged war, 1979-1989, in Afghanistan. The monopoly press falsely states that Osama is on the outs with his family, yet his family reportedly funnels tens of millions of dollars to Osama through banks such as Algemene Bank Nederland, now called ABN-AMRO, in part through their American flagship, Chicago-based La Salle National Bank.[We have identified La Salle as also having secret accounts for bribing state and federal judges.] To evade having their own secrets coming out linked to Osama, the Younger Bush White House flatly refuses to freeze Osama's numerous accounts, wire- transfers, and such through ABN-AMRO.

The Carlyle Group, in turn, is owned and supervised by a worldwide reputed money laundry for World Government, the BLACKSTONE GROUP.

* Another stockholder of BioPort Corp., is the Bin Laden Group, some 24 family members of which were whisked out of the U.S., on "safety" reasons by the secret political police, the FBI, following the September 11, 2001 events. Through the National Commerce Bank of Saudi, the Bin Laden Group reportedly also funnels large sums to Osama directly and as go-betweens of Saudi moneybags who are anti- American and support Osama bin Laden.

* BioPort Corporation Board Chairman and CEO and a sizeable stockholder, directly and as nominee for Saudi and other Mid-East interests, many reportedly supportive of Osama bin Laden, is FUAD EL- HIBRI.

Under the disguise of invoking national emergency provisions, George W. Bush has ordered National Guard sentries to guard the BioPort facility in Lansing, Michigan. Bush has ordered, under pretext of "national security", that employees and officials of BioPort are forbidden to discuss with reporters, commentators, and researchers, the nature of the ownership of BioPort Corporation. This was done to preclude details of this private corporation from being publicly disclosed. This presidential edict was quietly put through just prior to the beginning of bombing by the U.S. of Afghanistan. Despite this clamp-down on disclosure, some very patriotic employees of BioPort have informed independent-minded commentators of the reputed ownership and operations details of BioPort Corporation.

As part of an apparent blackmail effort against the Younger Bush White House, the Washington Post began inquiring into some of the ownership and other details mentioned herein about BioPort. Targeted to shut up by George W. Bush, has been, in particular, Post official Bob Woodward.

Having no background in journalism, his stories about Watergate and such were handed to him on a silver platter by the espionage community to depose Nixon, for treason, without resorting to political assassination. Woodward's espionage background is mentioned in the book "Silent Coup"---see my website story, "The Late Grand Dragon of the Washington Post".

To unsuccessfully try to block the mass media from heckling him about Watergate, Nixon threatened to prosecute some of the major news outlets for Anti-Trust violations. Similarly, the Younger Bush White House, to deter the press whores from asking real questions about anthrax vaccine and BioPort, is also raising behind the scenes threats to prosecute the six major communications empires for monopoly violations.

Being basically blackmailers, the monopoly press is really not ready to scandalize the Bush Family on matters mentioned here and in related stories. The British press, however, has expressed an interest into inquiring into BioPort. After all, the Brits relish the idea of wrecking the war-mongering, often criminal American presidency as a way to destroy the American Republic. Since the War of 1812, the Brits have vowed to somehow take back this Continent as puppet colonies and to have so-called "Americans" as mere docile subjects of the British Crown.

[One of the private details the Younger Bush White House is prepared to use to shut up Bob Woodward on the BioPort and the Anthrax Commissars matter is a subject most usually not to be made into a scandal subject. To some it is either a forbidden topic or laughable. Woodward's first wife, once a secretary to a long-time White House press correspondent, was reportedly divorcd from Woodward because Woodward had a vicious private disposition. Snickering commentators from grocery tabloid magazines might call such a husband a "wife- beater". Whether or not Bob Woodward is privately brutal, he is most certainly a fraudulent "reporter" easy for George W. Bush to pull on Bob Woodward's chain.]

An accomplished reputed blackmailer and shake-down artist, the Reverend strong-armed his way apparently into the strange anthrax deal. Since private citizens are forbidden by federal statute from negotiating U.S. FOREIGN POLICY, someone in the White House perhaps reminded Jesse to stay out of the Afghanistan matter where he tried to stick in his nose. Poking into the Anthrax Commissars, such as Carlyle Group, the Blackstone Group, the Bush Family, Admiral Crowe and others, might open up many prior tragedies. Before the forming of BioPort, a supposed anthrax vaccine or substance was forced upon the U.S. Military (not the brass) in the Persian Gulf War. Some claim that such a purported "vaccine" did not have FDA approval when given and is, at least in part, responsible for the Gulf War Syndrome. In a full-scale battlefield war, the Military expects twenty per cent casualties. Some 15 thousand GI's died prematurely after the Gulf War ended, and some 85 thousand more are very sick, some terminally so, together with their wives, their childen, even their dogs and cats. Of the 500 thousand that served in that war, that means the U.S. has been afflicted with 100 thousand casualties, which the Defense Department covers up or denies, just as if the Gulf War had been a set-piece, typical war of yesteryear.

At the time of this story, we common Americans are beset with statements by the Washington dictators that an anthrax "terror" attack is coming. Are the matters as simple as using uncontrollable fear to just promoting the business of the Anthrax Commissars, including the Bush Family? More coming.

US Facing Military Disaster?

Because of war-time-like mass media censorship in the U.S., few, if any, dissenting views on Afghanistan are reported by what some call the monopoly press. Some in key places, in fact, do oppose the policies of George Herbert Walker Bush as to the Mid-East. Although his son is the current "occupant" and "resident" of the White House, the Elder Bush, as the puppet of the American aristocracy and the oil cartel, appears to be giving the orders.

The Bush family are certainly well aware that if something goes wrong, they are all subject, suddenly and with scandal commotions, to be thrown away into history's junk-pile. Among those who oppose their policies are some sixty U.S. Admirals and Generals. They do not simply go along with the Establishment parade, awaiting their military retirement and their pensions. [More about them later.]

A growing number of thinking people are becoming aware that the whole September 11, 2001, violence is just another step in making common Americans docile, to the point that the U.S. Bill of Rights and the U.S. Constitution, could easily, bit by bit, be suspended and the American Republic ENDED.

From the Establishment's standpoint, an ideal happening is that the American commonfolk, beset with orchestrated fear and terror, will absolutely DEMAND that the American organic law be scrapped in favor of SECURITY. Some of the steps:

1. To consolidate the American secret political police under a Homeland Security Chief to serve at the right hand of the "president" installed himself by highly questionable and controversial means. Not everyone has forgotten December, 2000. The ideas behind this, both mentioned and unmentioned, are similar to the Nazi Gestapo and the Soviet KGB.

[For a federal official to dare mention the word GESTAPO is a removal or death warrant. Some years ago a more-independent-minded California U.S. District Judge, a latino, was hearing evidence in his court as to the bad practices of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, INS, and the FBI. After considering the evidence thus elicited, the Judge dared pronounce from the bench that these agencies are the American Gestapo. When I first read it in some newspaper, I said uh- oh, he is a goner. Shortly thereafter, the INJUSTICE Department tried in vain to send the Judge to prison on frivolous and foolish charges that he had a distant cousin, a mafioso. Scarred and battle-worn, the Judge beat back the muzzling efforts, an unsung hero.]

Tom Ridge, the new American Gestapo Chief, head of Homeland Security, is tightly aligned with Charles Zogby and his cousin, James Zogby, president of the Arab American Institute, considered by some a militant pro-Arab lobby. Is this part of a route to manipulate Mid- East affairs, enriching and empowering the oil cartel, by putting Arabs against Israelis, and vice versa? Some think so. The British, after all, installed the State of Israel to act as an irritant against the oil-soaked Moslem nations surrounding the tiny nation. Thus keeping such nations perpetually off-balance and subject to Anglo-American oil financial control.

2. The liars and whores of the press continue to escalate the terror scenario against the often poorly informed people. Stories scream out at us, ANTHRAX! soon to be followed by hollaring SMALL POX! BUBONIC PLAGUE! BOTULISM! To their credit, some scientists, not those acceptable as paid consultants to the newsfakers, point out the difficulties in using anthrax against large numbers of people all at one time.

The pharmaceutical monopolies, set to heavily profit, see this as a great opportunity. For some time, they have been promoting their prescription-required nostrums on the television, to have those with vague aches and pains disregard medicinal side-effects, and bombard their doctors with demands for such supposed cure-all pills and capsules.

One magazine head-lined it, "PRIMETIME PUSHERS---Freed from federal restrictions, pharmaceutical companies are flooding television with ads for prescription drugs. What does it mean for our health care when serious medicine is marketed like soap?" Mother Jones Magazine, March/April, 2001.

As the article stated in another headline, "Direct-to-consumer advertising has paid off for the drug companies, often turning solid earners into blockbuster drugs". The highly political and corrupt U.S. Food and Death Administration, FDA, has turned loose the airwaves with these pill and capsule factories.

The drug companies, financially interlocked with the television networks, and their affiliates, are set to promote their expensive remedies for anthrax, and such, just like soap-drugs they already push on us. The drug factories violently oppose those who could produce the same so-called remedies as generic drugs. Also, some contend there are simpler, less expensive, already known ways to combat these poisons.

3. So far, the monopoly press studiously avoids discussing prior knowledge of the Bush White House and others, as to the September 11, 2001, violence. To brainwash youngsters with little knowledge of the debacle at Pearl Harbor, Mickey Mouse came out with a movie omitting the prior knowledge of the Roosevelt White House in allowing us to slip into a World War, first with Japan, and then Germany, now fully documented. We had to go to war with Japan first, so that Germany, who did not want to fight a huge population, industrial giant like the U.S., would feel compelled to Declare War on us pursuant to their Axis pact with Japan.

Pushing the U.S. falsely into World War Two was to save Great Britain without the means to fight off Hitler on their own.

Will it take another sixty years from 2001, until Americans, if they still have their Bill of Rights and U.S. Constitution intact, to accept the prior knowledge of the 911 disaster? Needed to be done: LET THOSE KNOWING ABOUT PRIOR KNOWLEDGE BE HEARD NATIONWIDE uncensored.

4. Demonizing rhe CIA-created devil, Osama bin Laden, is the entire focus of the Establishment. America will have permanent happiness and prosperity, they claim, if only Osama's head could be delivered on a platter to the oil-soaked Bush White House. In a similar vein, the Elder Bush White House asserted the same, 1990-1991, in demonizing his former private business partner,Saddam Hussein, the Iraqi strongman originally installed by the American CIA. Like Daddy Bush, George W. Bush has declared war on HIS former private business partner, Osama bin Laden.

5. A growing number of better-informed folks understand that the entire Afghanistan Affair revolves around major oil companies, tied to the Bush Family, for some years now planning a natural gas/oil pipeline through Afghanistan to Pakistan, Red China, and elsewhere. The Kabul government apparently demanded too high a cut of the action, thus interfering with the pipeline plan. Remedy? Simple. Find an excuse, to try to overthrow by force the Kabul government and replace it with one that will NOT question the pipeline deal.

Is the oil-soaked, war-mongering, monopoly press, shackled and hand- cuffed as they are to the American aristocracy, prepared to finger the Bush Family as tied to the oil cartel and their Afghanistan pipeline plans?

What the sixty very brave, very patriotic U.S. Admirals and Generals will do (out of some 600 flag officers), while understanding this treason and dissenting from current policies, remains to be seen. Contained in some of our prior stories are the details of the 24 flag officers, as authorized by the Uniform Military Code, who vowed to arrest their Commander-in-Chief Bill Clinton for documented charges of treason. As we have written in exclusive prior stories, if Clinton arrested them for mutiny, if they were not assassinated, they intended to defend themselves with documents of his treason with Red China and Iraq jointly with the Elder Bush.

Ten of those original 24 flag officers have been assassinated. Some of their names are in a prior part of this series. What will come of the current 60 such flag officers who apparently oppose George W. Bush? History will tell.

A very high, non-U.S. military officer, extremely well-informed, contends that the U.S. is facing a land-war military disaster in Afghanistan. Obviously, if true, it could bring down the American Central Government and with it the Bill of Rights and the U.S. Constitution. The 60 American flag officers agree, and assert that a coup d'etat, for the good and not for evil, is absolutely necessary to save the American Republic.

The source asserts that several battalions of Ranger-like U.S. forces were on the ground in Afghanistan. They relied, he contends, on the assistance of the supposed opposition to the Taliban, namely, the Northern Alliance, which either steered them into a trap or knowingly withdrew their guidance at a key moment. Some 250 to 400 U.S. Military was thus slaughtered, according to the well-positioned source. So far, this has not been confirmed by other sources, foreign or domestic. If so, the cover up, the body bags, will not be returned to the U.S., for six months, if ever.

If true, it raises the entire question of land-invasion of Afghanistan as being the fore-runner of possible U.S. Military disaster. A nation that loses a war, soon has their government overthrown, often by evil-doers. The criminal-element that took over the Moscow government after the humiliating Soviet defeat in Afghanistan should be clear to most people. By the way, as we have pointed out, the Russian mafiya operates in the United States, like the Red Chinese Secret Police, with complete impunity and immunity from the FBI/CIA. The Russian criminals, such as in Chicago, operate the Red Light District and circulate, without restraint, superior quality counterfeit U.S. and other currencies, as well as using stolen credit cards and identities. Most of the Russian mafiya in the U.S. are former KGB officers adept at their ways, and the FBI is frightened of them.

Busy with themselves and their families, and worried about their jobs, the ordinary Americans have to be repeatedly reminded of history. With its terrain, secret tunnels developed over centuries, and mountains, Afghanistan has always been the graveyard of invaders.

Part Five Disclosures And Financial Crisis?

We were the first, earlier in this series, to mention that the Bush White House flatly refused to freeze-up accounts of so- called "terrorists" such as Osama bin Laden in ABN-AMRO, the Dutch bank octopus, operating in 15 major U.S. cities, including Chicago. Why? Simply put, because the secret accounts implicated the Bush Family jointly with the so-called "terrorists".

Freezing those accounts in the billions of dollars would inevitably lead to disclosures of the huge financial tie-in between the Bush Family and the worldwide bin Laden Group business cartel and their relative Osama bin Laden. Although demonized as the head "terrorist" of the world, Osama reportedly does get huge sums, clandestinely transferred, through members of the Saudi Royal Family who are secretly, some openly, anti-American. The reputed transit point? Algemene Bank Nederland, known as ABN-AMRO. And, not everyone accepts as a fact that Osama has been cut off from heavy funding of his family members, 24 top ones having resided in the U.S. until a few days after the September 11, 2001 violence.

The Bush Family is tied financially to the Carlyle Group which, in turn, has had Daddy Bush as a heavily paid consultant to the bin Laden Group, and ultimately, to Osama, once described by Daddy and the American CIA as a "freedom fighter" when Osama carried out the Bush/CIA agenda to drive the Soviets into humiliation by stalemating them in the Afghan-Soviet War, 1979-1989. That led, in part, to the downfall of the Soviet Union, to breakaway provinces, also by way of the CIA-orchestrated attack on the Soviet Ruble currency.

The oil cartel, headed by Unocal and others, tied to the Bush Family, have instigated the whole war with Afghanistan because the Taliban/Kabul government interfered with letting the natural gas/oil pipeline through Afghanistan and then, as planned, on to Pakistan as a link to energy-hungry India, Red China, and Japan.

In its simplest form, Osama and the Taliban wanted a bigger cut than they were offered by the oil consortium. Some of the huge joint secret accounts at ABN-AMRO linking the Bush Family to bin Laden Group and Osama bin Laden are reportedly tied to the Unocal oil consortium. Key officials of Taliban, now demonized, were honored guests in Texas by Unocal when George W. Bush was Governor. Details are tucked away in a Chicago Tribune story, 10/21/2001, "University helped U.S. Reach Out to Taliban".

My story referring to the Bush White House flatly refusing to freeze up so-called "terrorist" accounts at ABN-AMRO, touched off a furor by being replicated on other websites worldwide. Result? The more independent-minded Internal Affairs unit of the U.S. Treasury Department, finally ordered the freeze up of those accounts, leading to an analysis of who and what and where. [The same unit investigated the 25 worldwide secret accounts of the Bush Family, used for laundering billions and billions of dollars of illicit funds from dope trafficking and such. Experts examining the records proclaim they are authentic.]

Years ago, the late currency expert, Franz Pik, said that sooner or later, every nation gets into a crunch and has to renounce and repudiate their paper securities. Such as their bonded debt issued by or for their Treasury. Is the U.S. next? Partly a consequence of a White House treason scandal?

U.S. tax collection income has dropped drastically, recession-style. Through their purported fiscal agent, the Federal Reserve (NOT a U.S. government entity but a private, some say conspiratorial, central bank), the U.S. Treasury may have to repudiate ALL U.S. Treasury securities---an unthinkable calamity.

Nevertheless, the Treasury is proceeding toward that wreckage. They have announced, about the time of the ABN-AMRO freeze-up, that they will no longer issue long-term U.S. Bonds, called 30-year Treasury Bonds. When the present ones come due, they will not be, as in the past, subject to optional roll-over into another long-term issue. Senior citizens, pension funds, and banks and such, that rely on the coupon interest of such bonds will be cut off.

U.S. Treasury securities are part of the capital structure of banks. Several money center banks have capital way below---some below zero--- the minimum approximately three cents of the fractional reserve dollar required by federal regulators. Included in this insolvent category is Bank of America, owned principally nowadays by the Japanese mafia, the Yakuza, and the older group of owners being the French Rothschilds and the Jesuits. Also apparently insolvent is Bank One, formerly known as First National Bank of Chicago, dominated by the Rockefellers. Another apparently insolvent bank octopus is First Union. It is little-known that it is tied to the scandal-ridden Lippo Group, ethnic Chinese and the Red Chinese Secret Police. Do you remember First Union's surrealistic television ads showing a weird blizzard of papers and people flying down Wall Street, and then one of them falls down and like a mannequin, disintegrates? [Sort of like what happened in Lower Manhattan on September 11, 2001?]

By stopping the issuance of 30-year Bonds, the Treasury has only temporarily boosted the price, on the market of such bonds, thus artificially, for the moment, pumping up such failing banks as to their capital structure.

Will they next renounce and repudiate U.S. Treasury securities, such as Bills, which are short-term, and Notes, which are mid-term, like five year maturity? By halting the issuance of U.S. Treasury long- term bonds, the U.S. government is going to have to squeeze big oney out of their former enemy, Germany, to finance the U.S. recession- created debt. The budget surplus has apparently disappeared in a puff of financial smoke.

As some historians point out, a nation that loses a war soon is swept into the junk-pile and overthrown. Do we have to be reminded that we could not conquer Viet Nam, populated by a fiercely historic people. We were the ones that lost the war and departed, some say humiliated.

Outspoken activist Dick Gregory once mentioned that it cost the U.S. half a million dollars for every Viet Namese we slaughtered. It would have been cheaper, he claimed, to pay them all to leave their country and the U.S. pave it over with green cement, to match the jungle.

Some contend a perverted, certifiably crazy, satanic-dominated element in the American aristocracy has created the terror syndrome now gripping America and falsely blamed by the press whores on Moslems. If this is some kind of latter day religious crusade, supposedly "Christians" versus Moslems, have the Establishment pundits forgotten the bloody history of such movements?

Some rightfully contend that the anthrax, courtesy of the U.S. aristocracy, is actually supplied from U.S.Military and other government storage. And others assert, with scientific supporting details, that the supposedly suicide commercial planes of the 911 tragedy, were actually computer-controlled from the ground and the supposed on-board "kamikaze" Moslems thought it was just a routine hostage flight, not a suicide mission. [As to the ground-based computers used to over-ride the airplane on-board computers, put the term GLOBAL HAWK into a web search engine.]

The White House and the U.S. government may be swept away in treachery at the highest level stemming from disclosures resulting from freezing up so-called "terrorist" accounts in banks like ABN- AMRO. Also tied in, the Red Chinese Secret Police, the Chicago markets, such as the Chicago Mercantile Exchange reportedly handling so-called "terrorist" funds and put options with prior knowledge of the 911 violence.

The foreign press relishes attacking the highly-vulnerable Bush Family administration implicated in oil-soaked and dope-linked laundering. Siding supposedly with the Northern Alliance, the White House would like to avoid mentioning that this supposed dissident group in Afghanistan are in charge of the vast dope trafficking to Europe. U.S. soldiers are going to die to safeguard major dope traffickers?

Are common Americans facing a financial crisis brought on by disclosures of treachery and the so-called U.S. Dollar no longer backed and supported, directly or indirectly, by U.S. Treasury securities? And after U.S. Treasury Bonds are scrapped, is the next to be thrown away, being the organic law, the Bill of Rights and the U.S. Constitution?

All this is a study of the American Establishment and their treason.
