October 6, 2001--There were no "suicide" pilots on those September 11 jets.  The jets were controlled by advanced robotics and remote-control technology, not hijackers.  Fantastic?  Before I explain, read about the history-making robot/remote-controlled jet plane.

Global Hawk: Now You Have It ...

"The aircraft essentially flies itself, right from takeoff, right through to landing, and even taxiing off the runway," according to the Australian Global Hawk manager Rod Smith.

A robot plane has made aviation history by becoming the first unmanned aircraft to fly across the Pacific Ocean.

The American high-altitude Global Hawk spy plane made flew (sic) across the ocean to Australia, defence officials confirmed.

The Global Hawk, a jet-powered aircraft with a wingspan equivalent to a Boeing 737 [NOTE: two of the aircraft involved in the 911 crashes were Boeing 757s, two were Boeing 767s] flew from Edwards Air Force Base in California and landed late on Monday at the Royal Australian Air Force base at Edinburgh, in South Australia state. . . .

... And Now You Don't

On autopilot into the future "Robert Ayling, a former boss of British Airways, suggested in The Financial Times this week that aircraft could be commandeered from the ground and controlled remotely in the event of a hijack ... (as quoted by KC <kettererkey@home.com> on alt.current-events.wtc explosion).

Then The New York Times ran this:

. . . In addition, the president [President Bush] said he would give grants to airlines to allow them to develop stronger cockpit doors and transponders that cannot be switched off from the cockpit. Government grants would also be available to pay for video monitors that would be placed in the cockpit to alert pilots to trouble in the cabin;  and new technology, probably far in the future, allowing air traffic controllers to land distressed planes by remote control.  ("Bush to Increase Federal Role in Security at Airports," The New York Times, Sept. 28, 2001; emphasis added.)

Run a Google Advanced Search on the phrase "Global Hawk," and you will find additional information.  Meanwhile, I have attached the text of the ITN article at the end of this piece.

Technically speaking, we could have a "suicidal" airplane fly into a building without a suicidal pilot.  Robotics and remote control technology has developed to the point that a high-altitude Global Hawk (or a low-altitude Tomahawk cruise missile) can be guided into collision with a target without a Kamikaze pilot in the cockpit.

America And Its Allies Would Never Attack America!

The Army's  School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS ) thinks Israel is capable of doing exactly that.  On September 10, 2001, The Washington Times ran a front page story which quoted SAMS officers:

"Of the Mossad, the Israeli intelligence service, the SAMS officers say: 'Wildcard.  Ruthless and cunning.  Has capability to target US forces and make it look like a Palestinian/Arab act.'" ("US troops would enforce peace under Army study," The Washington Times, Sept.. 10, 2001, pg. A1, 9.)  Just 24 hours after this story appeared, the Pentagon was hit and the Arabs were being blamed.

These SAMS officers are obviously interested in protecting their country, but not all Americans are.  Some are traitors and pay allegiance to Israel.  Recall the June 8, 1967, Israeli attack on the USS Liberty, and American complicity in the attack.

During the Six Day War, the Liberty, an American intelligence gathering ship, was sailing in international waters.  Israeli aircraft and torpedo boats attacked it for 75 minutes.  http://ennes.org/jim/ussliberty/

Now consider Operation Northwoods:  In 1962, US military leaders designed a plan to conduct terrorist acts against Americans and blame Cuba, to create popular sentiment for invasion of that country. Operation Northwoods included:

• Plans to shoot down a CIA plane designed to replicate a passenger flight and announce that Cuban forces shot it down.
• Creation of military casualties by blowing up a US ship in Guantanamo Bay and blaming Cuba:  "....casualty lists in the US newspapers would cause a helpful wave of national indignation," and
• Development of a terror campaign in the Miami and Washington, DC.

Why Take Chances?

Years ago I saw a local TV news reporter interview a New York mugger about the occupational hazards of his trade.  "It's a very, very dangerous trade," the mugger informed the interviewer.  "Some of these people are crazy!  They fight back!  You can get hurt!"

If a freelance New York mugger realized the unpredictable nature of human behavior, surely the pros who pulled this job off must have known the same truth.  Yet we are asked to believe that the culprits took four jet airliners, with four sets of crew and four sets of passengers -- armed with (depending on the news reports you read) "knives," "plastic knives" and box cutters.   Given the crazy and unpredictable nature of humans, why would they try this bold plan when they were so poorly armed?

A lady's handbag -- given the weight of the contents most women insist on packing -- is an awesome weapon.  I know, I have used mine in self defense.  Are we to believe that none of the women had the testosterone to knock those flimsy little weapons out of the hijackers' hands?   And what of the briefcases most men carry? Thrown, those briefcase can be potent weapons.  Your ordinary every-day New York mugger would never take the chances that our culprits took.

Flight attendant Michelle Heidenberger was on board Flight 77.  She had been "trained to handle a hijacking.  She knew not to let anyone in the cockpit.  She knew to tell the hijacker that she didn't have a key and would have to call the pilots.  None of her training mattered." ( "On flight 77: 'Our Plane Is Being Hijacked',"  The Washington Post, September 12, 2001, pgs. A 1, 11.)

That's right, The Washington Post for once is telling the whole truth.  Heidenberger's training didn't matter, the pilots' training didn't matter, the ladies handbags didn't matter, the mens' briefcases didn't matter.  The masterminds of Operation 911 knew that whatever happened aboard those flights, the control of the planes was in their hands.  Even if the crew and passengers fought back, my hypothesis is that they *could not* have regained control of the planes, for the planes were being controlled by Global Hawk technology.

Flight 77:  "The Plane Was Flown With Extraordinary Skill"

American Airlines Flight 77, a Boeing 757, took off from Dulles Airport in northern Virginia at 8:10 a.m. and crashed into the Pentagon at 9:40 a.m.  The Washington Post, September 12, says this:  "Aviation sources said that the plane was flown with extraordinary skill, making it highly likely that a trained pilot was at the helm, possibly one of the hijackers.  Someone even knew how to turn off the transponder, a move that is considerably less than obvious."

According to the article, the air traffic controllers "had time to warn the White House that the jet was aimed directly at the president's mansion and was traveling at a gut-wrenching speed--full throttle.

"But just as the plane seemed to be on a suicide mission into the White House, the unidentified pilot executed a pivot so tight that it reminded observers of a fighter jet maneuver.  The plane circled 270 degrees from the right to approach the Pentagon from the west, whereupon Flight 77 fell below radar level, vanishing from controller's screens, the sources said."  ("On Flight 77: 'Our Plane Is Being Hijacked'," The Washington Post, September 12, 2001, pgs. 1 & 11)

Meet Ace Suicide Pilot Hani Hanjour

Marcel Bernard, the chief flight instructor at the airport, said the man named Hani Hanjour went into the air in a Cessna 172 with instructors from the airport three times beginning the second week of August and had hoped to rent a plane from the airport.

According to published reports, law enforcement sources say Hanjour, in his mid-twenties, is suspected of crashing the American Airlines Flight 77 into the Pentagon. . . .

Hanjour had his pilot's license, said Bernard, but needed what is called a 'check-out' done by the airport to gauge a pilot's skills before he or she is able to rent a plane at Freeway Airport which runs parallel to Route 50.

Instructors at the school told Bernard that after three times in the air, they still felt he was unable to fly solo and that Hanjour seemed disappointed ...

... Published reports said Hanjour obtained his pilot's license in April of 1999, but it expired six months later because he did not complete a required medical exam.  He also was trained for a few months at a private school in Scottsdale, Ariz., in 1996, but did not finish the course because instructors felt he was not capable.

Hanjour had 600 hours listed in his log book, Bernard said, and instructors were surprised he was not able to fly better with the amount of experience .S Pete Goulatta, a special agent and spokesman for the FBI, said it is an on-going criminal investigation and he could not comment. (pg. 1.)

Yet this is the man the FBI would have us believe flew Flight 77 into the Pentagon "with extraordinary skill."  He could not even fly a Cessna 172!

Yes, maneuvering a Boeing 757 into a 270 degree turn under tense conditions (remember, the culprits were outmanned and had crude, non lethal weapons) demanded the skill of a fighter pilot.  But why would those bad, bad, Muslims want to do such a thing?

By shifting the plane's position so radically, Flight 77 managed to hit the side of the Pentagon *directly opposite* the side on which the offices of the Secretary of Defense and Joint Chief of Staff were located.  (Coincidentally, Flight 77 hit the offices of Army operations (US News and World Report, Sept. 14, 2001, pg. 25. Recall, it was the Army that warned of the possibility that Israel's Mossad might make a terror attack against the US.)  The  masterminds of Operation 911 were prepared to sacrifice the rank and file, but carefully avoided touching a hair on the head of the brass.

It reminds one of Operation Northwoods, doesn't it?  Remember the rank and file sailors who were to be sacrificed on a US Naval vessel in Guantanamo Bay, in order to justify war with Cuba?  No, neither Hanjour nor any other Muslim suicide pilot was at the controls of this plane.   It had been fitted with Global Hawk technology and was being remotely controlled.

Let's Meet The Other Aces

A flight instructor at Jones who asked not be identified said Atta and Al Shehhi arrived in September or October and asked to be given flight training.  Atta, the instructor said, was particularly difficult.  "He would not look at your face," the instructor said. "When you talked to him, he could not look you in the eye.  His attention span was very short."

The instructor said neither man was able to pass a Stage I rating test to track and intercept.  After offering some harsh words, the instructor said, the two moved on .... "We didn't kick them out, but they didn't live up to our standards." (page A 15.)

Last spring, two of the men visited Montgomery Field, a community airport ... and sought flying lessons.  They spoke to instructors at Sorbi's Flying Club, which allowed them to take only two lessons before advising them to quit.

"Their English was horrible, and their mechanical skills were even worse," said an instructor, who asked not to be named.  "It was like they had hardly even ever driven a car ..."

"They seemed like nice guys," the instructor said, "but in the plane, they were dumb and dumber." ("San Diegans See Area as Likely Target," The Washington Post, September 24, 2001, pg. A7.)

Missing: Air Traffic Control Conversations

Those conversations are recorded by the air traffic control centers. Surely those conversations were newsworthy.  They should have been available to the media immediately.  Why didn't we hear them?  I believe the answer to this question is simple:

If we could hear the conversations that took place, we would hear the airline pilots telling air traffic control that the controls of their airplanes would not respond.  The pilots, of course, would have no way of knowing that their craft had been fitted with Global Hawk technology programmed to take over their planes.

But no, we MUST believe the crashes were the work of Muslim terrorists. Therefore we were not permitted to hear the news as it happened.  We will have to wait for the  FBI/military intelligence people to cook up doctored and fictional conversations.  They will then serve them to the public through the complicitous mass media and strategically placed "investigative reporters," and we will be asked to swallow them.  Many of us will.  (See The Christian Science Monitor story discussed below, "Conversations with Flight 11.")

Yassaboss

Think back to Operation Northwoods in which the Pentagon considered reporting a bogus passenger airplane being shot down by a non-existent Cuban fighter jet.  The Pentagon was obviously confident that some airline would go along with the deception.   Not surprising, considering many commercial airline pilots and executives are former military pilots, and the government controls the airline industry in many ways.  These pilots and executives were trained to do as they are told, and would be out of a job if they broke the rules.

Why would the take-off time and the passenger list be held secret? The passengers, crew, and culprits were all dead.  The relatives must have known that when they heard the news of the crashes.  Flight departure and arrival times had been public knowledge.  The masterminds knew the details of their own plans.

No, it was the PUBLIC that was being denied information, and the significant information being denied was the conversations between the air traffic controllers and the pilots.  Recall that during the Vietnam War, the US "secretly" bombed Cambodia.  The bombing was no secret to the Cambodians.  It was only a secret from the American public, who were paying for the war and may have objected to the slaughter.  And that's the only purpose of the Operation 911 secrecy: To keep the information from the public.

Communication With Flight 11

Boston airport officials said they did not spot the plane's course until it had crashed, and said the control tower had no unusual communications with the pilots or any crew member." (The Washington Post, September 12, 2001, "At Logan Airport, Nobody Saw Plane's Sharp Turn South," pg. A 10.)

Note the date of The Washington Post story: September 12.  Now compare it to the very different story that appeared a day later, in The Christian Science Monitor:

An American Airlines pilot stayed at the helm of hijacked Flight 11 much of the way from Boston to New York, sending surreptitious radio transmissions to authorities on the ground as he flew.

Because the pilot's voice was seldom heard in these covert transmissions, it was not clear to the listening air-traffic controllers which of the two pilots was flying the Boeing 767.  What is clear is that the pilot was secretly trying to convey to authorities the flight's desperate situation, according to controllers familiar with the tense minutes after Flight 11 was hijacked.

There are some logical problems with this account, of course, not the least of which is that a) we are told the pilot's voice was seldom heard, b) it was not possible to tell which pilot was at the controls, and c) during the transmissions the pilot's voice was clearly audible.

This accounting is spook talk.  Let's get to the heart:

All of it was recorded by a Federal Aviation Administration traffic control center.  Those tapes are now presumed to be in the hands of federal law-enforcement officials, who arrived at the flight-control facility minutes after Flight 11 crashed into the World Trade Center. The tapes presumably could provide clues about the hijackers -- and may become even more important if they plane's 'black boxes' are damaged or never found. Flight 175

Less than 30 minutes into a journey that was to have taken six hours, Flight 175 took a sharp turn south into central New Jersey, near Trenton, an unusual diversion for a plane heading west, airline employees said.  It then headed directly toward Manhattan.

Somewhere between Philadelphia and Newark--less than 90 minutes from Manhattan--the aircraft made its final radar contact, according to a statement released by United Airlines. (The Washington Post, "Everything Seemed Normal When They Left' Boston Airport," September 12, 2001, pg. A10.)

Of course the controls would not respond to manual directions if they were under the control of Global Hawk.

Flight 11/Flight 175 Hijacker Passport Found

In New York, several blocks from the ruins of the World Trade Center, a passport authorities said belonged to one of the hijackers was discovered a few days ago, according to city Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik. That has prompted the FBI and police to widen the search area beyond the immediate crash site.  ("Leaders urge 'normal' Monday after week of terror ..., September 16, 2001 Posted: 7:07 p.m. EDT (2307 GMT)

Lawd, WHO WRITES THIS STUFF?

Flight 93

Without a doubt, Flight 93 was shot down.  The first TV network reports said exactly that:  Flight 93 had been shot down by a military jet.  That information even made it into the print media.

Local residents said they had seen a second plane in the area, possibly an F-16 fighter, and burning debris falling from the sky. [FBI Agent] Crowley said investigators had determined that two other planes were nearby but didn't know if either was military. ("Stories swirl around Pa. crash; black box found," USA Today, September 14, 2001.)

Pieces of the wreckage have been found as far away as New Baltimore, about eight miles from the crash site. When the eastbound plane crashed, a 9-knot wind was blowing from the southeast, [FBI Agent] Crowley said.  ("Bereaved may visit Flight 93 site," Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, Friday, September 14, 2001.)

The Washington Post reported that, just as Congressional leaders were discussing shooting the plane down, they learned it had crashed. ("Jetliner Was Diverted Toward Washington Before Crash in Pa," Sept. 12, 2001, pg. A10.) The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and the FBI denied that the plane had been shot down.

The FBI blamed the spread of debris over an 8-mile area on a 10 mph wind that was blowing at the time.   Of the debris, TIME Magazine of September 11 says: "The largest pieces of the plane still extant are barely bigger than a telephone book."   (Pages in this edition are not numbered: this quote appears on what should be pg. 40).

Planes that crash do not disintegrate in this manner.  However, the assertion that the hijackers had a bomb on board, and the bomb exploded, might provide an explanation for the disintegration.

There is a problem with this story, however:  Hijackers who planned to crash the plane into the Capitol would not want, or need, a bomb. In fact, a bomb might be counterproductive: Suppose it went off before hitting the plane hit the Capitol?  The mission would be ruined.   Bringing a bomb on board would greatly increase chances the hijacker who carried the bomb would be detected when boarding.  And it's hard to imagine why hijackers would mutilate and dismember passengers with plastic knives and box cutters when they were planning to blow them up, anyway.  No, the bomb story does not wash. More Missing Air Traffic Control Conversations

"That marks the point at which the plane must have been hijacked, investigators say.  Then it took a turn east."

Note that the investigators used the phrase "must have been" hijacked.  Didn't they know?  Weren't the air traffic controllers in touch with the pilots?  But the direction changes with the next paragraph:

ABCTVNEWS has learned that shortly before the plane changed directions, someone in the cockpit radioed in and asked the FAA for a new flight plan, with a final destination of Washington.

According to an MSNBC story of September 22, 2001, Flight 93 was late taking off, and did not make its way down the runway until 8:41 a.m. ("The Final Moments of Flight 93" http://www.msnbc.com/news/632626.asp)

It was aloft for almost two hours, crashing at 10:37 a.m.   Making a rough estimate from the distances traveled and the time in the air (see TIME Magazine, September 11, "The Paths of Destruction" ), Flight 93 went off course sometime between 9:45 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Recall that both towers had been hit by 9:06 a.m., and the New York airports had been closed since 9:17 a.m.  It would have been impossible for an air traffic controller on duty between 9:45--10:00 a.m. not to know that commercial air traffic in the US was in a dire emergency from "suicide planes."

And now Flight 93 calls in, asking permission to do a U-turn, fly east an hour and a half, and land in Washington DC ???  What, the pilot was nervous and didn't know there were airports in the midwest?

I'd love to hear the REAL conversation between Flight 93 and the air traffic controllers, wouldn't you?  But I think we'll have to wait a while ...

Come to think of it, why would a *hijacker* call in to ask for an OK to change directions?

Conflicting And Unbelievable Reports

On the other hand, TIME Magazine reported that one of the passengers called home to say:   "We have been hijacked.  They are being kind." (TIME, Sept. 24, pg. 73.)

Are we believing this?  I'm not.

No.  Something went wrong with the masterminds' plan.   They could not afford to have Flight 93 make a conventional landing and allow the pilots and passengers to talk about their experience.  They could not afford to have the "hijackers" survive and the electronic controls of the plane examined.  So Flight 93 was shot down.

Who Were Those People, Anyway?

On September 30 I looked at the passenger lists of those four flights.  To my surprise, the lists contained none of the hijackers' names.  Here are the URLs I checked:

The FBI may be lying, of course, and the airlines telling the truth: Perhaps none of the "hijackers' were passengers on those four planes. If that is true, the airlines are helping the FBI commit a most grievous fraud on the public.  What does that say for the airlines' integrity?  In either case, we can place little confidence in the veracity of the information in those lists.  Names could have been added just as easily as they may have been deleted.

Don't Take The Credit, Take The Blame

Brilliant as Mr. bin Laden is, he forgot to take credit for the attack.  Even worse, he forgot to issue any demands.  He allowed his operatives to use their Muslim names and leave a clear trail for the FBI to follow.  Mr. Atta, the pilot of Flight 11 (north World Trade Center), was particularly helpful.  He kindly left his car at the Boston Airport.  Luckily, an unnamed source drew the FBI's attention to this car.  According to radio reports, the FBI  found a suicide note written in Arabic and a copy of the Koran in the car.  Mr. Atta liked to write in Arabic; he wrote a second, long document in that language, which, for some reason, he put in his luggage. Coincidentally, this luggage did not make it to Flight 11, so the FBI found it at the airport.  Another lucky break!   But why Mr. Atta would take luggage on a suicide mission has not been explained.  The same note was carried by one of the hijackers on Flight 93, and, Mother of Miracles! survived the crash, even though the airplane itself was torn into shards.  Everything was so amazing that Bob Woodward, the man who talks to the dead, was called in to write a story about it all. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A37629 2001Sep27.html

Read Mr. Woodward's article.  Mr. Atta sounds like a Jewish lawyer with his wires crossed, exhorting his co-conspirators to remember their wills  and reminding them that Mohammed was an "optimist;" exhorting his fellows to "utilize" (ugh--there's a lawyer's word for you -- what's Arabic for "utilize"?) their few hours left to ask God's forgiveness.  God's forgiveness for what?  They were about to die heros, martyrs in the good cause ...

Sure, we believe every word.  We swallow the whole story.

"It can fly non-stop for 36 hours and search 52,895 square miles (37,000 square km) in 24 hours.  Australia is assessing the aircraft and might buy it in the future.

"Emerging systems such as the Global Hawk offer Australia great potential for surveillance, reconnaissance and ultimately the delivery of combat power," said Brendan Nelson, parliamentary secretary to the Australian defence minister.

"Nelson said the Global Hawk could be used in combat to 'detect, classify and monitor' targets as they approached the Australian coast."

The Al-Qa'idah group had nothing to do with the 11 September attacks on the USA, according to Usamah Bin-Ladin in an interview with the Pakistani paper Ummat.

The Al-Qa’idah group had nothing to do with the 11 September attacks on the USA, according to Usamah Bin-Ladin in an interview with the Pakistani paper Ummat. Usamah Bin-Ladin went on to suggest that Jews or US secret services were behind the attacks, and to express gratitude and support for Pakistan, urging Pakistan’s people to jihad against the West. The following is the text of an interview conducted by a “special correspondent”, published Pakistani newspaper Ummat on 28 September, place and date of interview not given. The first paragraph is Ummat’s introduction.

Kabul: Prominent Arab mojahed [holy warrior] Usamah Bin-Ladin has said that he or his al-Qa’idah group has nothing to do with the 11 September suicidal attacks in Washington and New York. He said the US government should find the attackers within the country. In an exclusive interview with daily “Ummat”, he said these attacks could be the act of those who are part of the American system and are rebelling against it and working for some other system. Or, Usamah said, this could be the act of those who want to make the current century a century of conflict between Islam and Christianity.

Or, the American Jews, who are opposed to President Bush ever since the Florida elections, might be the masterminds of this act. There is also a great possibility of the involvement of US intelligence agencies, which need billions of dollars worth of funds every year. He said there is a government within the government in the United States. The secret agencies, he said, should be asked as to who are behind the attacks. Usamah said support for attack on Afghanistan was a matter of need for some Muslim countries and compulsion for others. However, he said, he was thankful to the courageous people of Pakistan who erected a bulwark before the wrong forces. He added that the Islamic world was attaching great expectations with Pakistan and, in time of need, “we will protect this bulwark by sacrificing of lives”. Following is the interview in full detail:

Ummat: You have been accused of involvement in the attacks in New York and Washington. What do you want to say about this? If you are not involved, who might be?

Usamah: In the name of Allah, the most beneficent, the most merciful. Praise be to Allah, Who is the creator of the whole universe and Who Made the earth as an abode for peace, for the whole mankind. Allah is the Sustainer, who sent Prophet Muhammad for our guidance. I am thankful to The Ummat Group of Publications, which gave me the opportunity to convey my viewpoint to the people, particularly the valiant and Momin [true Muslim] people of Pakistan who refused to believe in lie of the demon. I have already said that I am not involved in the 11 September attacks in the United States. As a Muslim, I try my best to avoid telling a lie. I had no knowledge of these attacks, nor do I consider the killing of innocent women, children, and other humans as an appreciable act. Islam strictly forbids causing harm to innocent women, children, and other people. Such a practice is forbidden ever in the course of a battle. It is the United States, which is perpetrating every maltreatment on women, children, and common people of other faiths, particularly the followers of Islam. All that is going on in Palestine for the last 11 months is sufficient to call the wrath of God upon the United States and Israel. There is also a warning for those Muslim countries, which witnessed all these as a silent spectator. What had earlier been done to the innocent people of Iraq, Chechnya, and Bosnia? Only one conclusion could be derived from the indifference of the United States and the West to these acts of terror and the patronage of the tyrants by these powers that America is an anti-Islamic power and it is patronizing the anti-Islamic forces. Its friendship with the Muslim countries is just a show, rather deceit. By enticing or intimidating these countries, the United States is forcing them to play a role of its choice. Put a glance all around and you will see that the slaves of the United States are either rulers or enemies [of Muslims].

The US has no friends, nor does it want to keep any because the prerequisite of friendship is to come to the level of the friend or consider him at par with you. America does not want to see anyone equal to it. It expects slavery from others. Therefore, other countries are either its slaves or subordinates. However, our case is different. We have pledged slavery to God Almighty alone and after this pledge there is no possibility to become the slave of someone else. If we do that, it will be disregardful to both our Sustainer and his fellow beings. Most of the world nations upholding their freedom are the religious ones, which are the enemies of United States, or the latter itself considers them as its enemies. Or

The countries, which do not agree to become its slaves, such as China, Iran, Libya, Cuba, Syria, and the former Russia [as received]. Whoever committed the act of 11 September are not the friends of the American people. I have already said that we are against the American system, not against its people, whereas in these attacks, the common American people have been killed. According to my information, the death toll is much higher than what the US government has stated. But the Bush administration does not want the panic to spread. The United States should try to trace the perpetrators of these attacks within itself; the people who are a part of the US system, but are dissenting against it. Or those who are working for some other system; persons who want to make the present century as a century of conflict between Islam and Christianity so that their own civilization, nation, country, or ideology could survive. They can be any one, from Russia to Israel and from India to Serbia. In the US itself, there are dozens of well-organized and well-equipped groups, which are capable of causing a large-scale destruction. Then you cannot forget the American Jews, who are annoyed with President Bush ever since the elections in Florida and want to avenge him. Then there are intelligence agencies in the US, which require billions of dollars worth of funds from the Congress and the government every year. This [funding issue] was not a big problem till the existence of the former Soviet Union but after that the budget of these agencies has been in danger. They needed an enemy. So, they first started propaganda against Usamah and Taleban and then this incident happened. You see, the Bush administration approved a budget of 40bn dollars. Where will this huge amount go? It will be provided to the same agencies, which need huge funds and want to exert their importance. Now they will spend the money for their expansion and for increasing their importance. I will give you an example. Drug smugglers from all over the world are in contact with the US secret agencies. These agencies do not want to eradicate narcotics cultivation and trafficking because their importance will be diminished. The people in the US Drug Enforcement Department are encouraging drug trade so that they could show performance and get millions of dollars worth of budget. General Noriega was made a drug baron by the CIA and, in need, he was made a scapegoat. In the same way, whether it is President Bush or any other US president, they cannot bring Israel to justice for its human rights abuses or to hold it accountable for such crimes. What is this? Is it not that there exists a government within the government in the United Sates? That secret government must be asked as to who made the attacks.

Ummat: A number of world countries have joined the call of the United States for launching an attack on Afghanistan. These also include a number of Muslim countries. Will Al-Qa’idah declare a jihad against these countries as well?

Usamah: I must say that my duty is just to awaken the Muslims; to tell them as to what is good for them and what is not. What does Islam says and what the enemies of Islam want? Al-Qa’idah was set up to wage a jihad against infidelity, particularly to encounter the onslaught of the infidel countries against the Islamic states. Jihad is the sixth undeclared element of Islam. [The first five being the basic holy words of Islam, prayers, fast, pilgrimage to Mecca, and giving alms] Every anti-Islamic person is afraid of it. Al-Qa’idah wants to keep this element alive and active and make it part of the daily life of the Muslims. It wants to give it the status of worship. We are not against any Islamic country nor we consider a war against an Islamic country as jihad. We are in favour of armed jihad only against those infidel countries, which are killing innocent Muslim men, women, and children just because they are Muslims. Supporting the US act is the need of some Muslim countries and the compulsion of others. However, they should think as to what will remain of their religious and moral position if they support the attack of the Christians and the Jews on a Muslim country like Afghanistan. The orders of Islamic shari’ah [jurisprudence] for such individuals, organizations, and countries are clear and all the scholars of the Muslim brotherhood are unanimous on them. We will do the same, which is being ordered by the Amir ol-Momenin [the commander of the faithful] Mola Omar and the Islamic scholars. The hearts of the people of Muslim countries are beating with the call of jihad. We are grateful to them.

Ummat: The losses caused in the attacks in New York and Washington have proved that giving an economic blow to the US is not too difficult. US experts admit that a few more such attacks can bring down the American economy. Why is al-Qa’idah not targeting their economic pillars?

Usamah: I have already said that we are not hostile to the United States. We are against the system, which makes other nations slaves of the United States, or forces them to mortgage their political and economic freedom. This system is totally in control of the American Jews, whose first priority is Israel, not the United States. It is simply that the American people are themselves the slaves of the Jews and are forced to live according to the principles and laws laid by them. So, the punishment should reach Israel. In fact, it is Israel, which is giving a blood bath to innocent Muslims and the US is not uttering a single word.

Ummat: Why is harm not caused to the enemies of Islam through other means, apart from the armed struggle? For instance, inciting the Muslims to boycott Western products, banks, shipping lines, and TV channels.

Usamah: The first thing is that Western products could only be boycotted when the Muslim fraternity is fully awakened and organized. Secondly, the Muslim companies should become self-sufficient in producing goods equal to the products of Western companies. Economic boycott of the West is not possible unless economic self-sufficiency is attained and substitute products are brought out. You see that wealth is scattered all across the Muslim world but not a single TV channel has been acquired which can preach Islamic injunctions according to modern requirements and attain an international influence. Muslim traders and philanthropists should make it a point that if the weapon of public opinion is to be used, it is to be kept in the hand. Today’s world is of public opinion and the fates of nations are determined through its pressure. Once the tools for building public opinion are obtained, everything that you asked for can be done.

Ummat: The entire propaganda about your struggle has so far been made by the Western media. But no information is being received from your sources about the network of Al-Qa’idah and its jihadi successes. Would you comment?

Usamah: In fact, the Western media is left with nothing else. It has no other theme to survive for a long time. Then we have many other things to do. The struggle for jihad and the successes are for the sake of Allah and not to annoy His bondsmen. Our silence is our real propaganda. Rejections, explanations, or corrigendum only waste your time and through them, the enemy wants you to engage in things which are not of use to you. These things are pulling you away from your cause. The Western media is unleashing such a baseless propaganda, which make us surprise but it reflects on what is in their hearts and gradually they themselves become captive of this propaganda. They become afraid of it and begin to cause harm to themselves. Terror is the most dreaded weapon in modern age and the Western media is mercilessly using it against its own people. It can add fear and helplessness in the psyche of the people of Europe and the United States. It means that what the enemies of the United States cannot do, its media is doing that. You can understand as to what will be the performance of the nation in a war, which suffers from fear and helplessness.

Ummat: What will the impact of the freeze of al-Qa'idah accounts by the US?

Usamah: God opens up ways for those who work for Him. Freezing of accounts will not make any difference for Al-Qa’idah or other jihad groups. With the grace of Allah, al-Qa’idah has more than three such alternative financial system, which are all separate and totally independent from each other. This system is operating under the patronage of those who love jihad. What to say of the United States, even the combined world cannot budge these people from their path. These people are not in hundreds but in thousands and millions. Al-Qa’idah comprises of such modern educated youths who are aware of the cracks inside the Western financial system as they are aware of the lines in their hands. These are the very flaws of the Western fiscal system, which are becoming a noose for it and this system could not recuperate in spite of the passage of so many days.

Ummat: Are there other safe areas other than Afghanistan, where you can continue jihad?

Usamah: There are areas in all parts of the world where strong jihadi forces are present, from Indonesia to Algeria, from Kabul to Chechnya, from Bosnia to Sudan, and from Burma to Kashmir. Then it is not the problem of my person. I am helpless fellowman of God, constantly in the fear of my accountability before God. It is not the question of Usamah but of Islam and, in Islam too, of jihad. Thanks to God, those waging a jihad can walk today with their heads raised. Jihad was still present when there was no Usamah and it will remain as such even when Usamah is no longer there. Allah opens up ways and creates loves in the hearts of people for those who walk on the path of Allah with their lives, property, and children. Believe it, through jihad, a man gets everything he desires. And the biggest desire of a Muslim is the after life. Martyrdom is the shortest way of attaining an eternal life.

Ummat: What do you say about the Pakistan government policy on Afghanistan attack?

Usamah: We are thankful to the Momin and valiant people of Pakistan who erected a blockade in front of the wrong forces and stood in the first file of battle. Pakistan is a great hope for the Islamic brotherhood. Its people are awakened, organized, and rich in the spirit of faith. They backed Afghanistan in its war against the Soviet Union and extended every help to the mojahedin and the Afghan people. Then these are very Pakistanis who are standing shoulder by shoulder with the Taleban. If such people emerge in just two countries, the domination of the West will diminish in a matter of days. Our hearts beat with Pakistan and, God forbid, if a difficult time comes we will protect it with our blood. Pakistan is sacred for us like a place of worship. We are the people of jihad and fighting for the defence of Pakistan is the best of all jihads to us. It does not matter for us as to who rules Pakistan. The important thing is that the spirit of jihad is alive and stronger in the hearts of the Pakistani people.

The mass media has told the American people a Big Lie about the attack on September 11. They have purposely lied about why it happened so as to cover up the true reasons for the attack. Not understanding the real reasons why we were attacked will cost America the loss of more lives, our prosperity and our freedom.

My Dear Friends, No American will ever forget seeing on television the almost unbelievable carnage this past September 11. The horror at first seemed as if it were scenes a movie, not real life. Then as I as accepted the fact that it was real, emotion swept over me, Like so many other Americans, I struggled to keep back the tears for our people and our country. Almost immediately, I also realized that this terrorism could cost us even more than the terrible loss of lives and property suffered on that single day. I knew it would initiate a series of events that could threaten the very foundations of America.

Not only do Americans now face the specter of increasing terrorism, the horror of September 11 could well trigger a devastating economic depression.

It also might end up costing us our freedoms. And, as you know, the blood had not yet dried in the rubble before government leaders began to call for destruction of our most sacred constitutional rights.

The most important question we must ask ourselves about the terrorism is why. For without knowing why, we cannot hope to prevent these kinds of acts in the future.

Knowing who did the act is important, but why they did it is even more important. Don't get me wrong, we should certainly identify and obliterate all those directly responsible for these attacks, I am all for that.

However, it is essential that we understand the true motivations behind these men. Why are millions around the world growing to hate America so much? Why are growing numbers of men willing to sacrifice their lives to get at us? Even if we hunt down and kill all those remotely responsible for the terror of September, unless we find ways to lessen the growing world-wide hatred against us, more kamikazes will rise to take their place. America will sink into an increasing cycle of violence and fear.

Military might cannot protect us Many Americans suffer from a dangerous delusion, and this includes the leading politicians, that we can militarily protect ourselves from terrorism.

They don't realize that the events of September 11 moved us into a new era of world history.

In this new era, sheer military might is no protection. No longer can strong nations attack weak ones with impunity. The tiniest nation or political entity can easily revenge itself with mass terror. No nation is invulnerable from terrorism, not even the strongest on earth.

Because of increased scientific knowledge, the next terror could be far more deadly than what happened on September 11. The next horrific occurrence might not even entail an explosion of any kind, but the silent mass death of a biological, toxic or radiation attack.

It takes only a small number of people, little money, and only a high school level of scientific knowledge to create weapons of mass destruction. They can be manufactured in anybody's basement. The most important factor is the amount of motivation people have to commit such acts.

The terrorists of September 11 have proven that fear of punishment will not stop terrorism in the same way it lessens street crime. What good does the threat of punishment do to men who expect to sacrifice their lives?

The threat of the death penalty was certainly no deterrent for the terrorists of September 11.

The bad news is that no matter how many billions of dollars the government spends or how many thousands of bombs it drops, it is impossible to completely protect ourselves terrorism. In fact, the more bomb-dropping and devastation we do, the more likely we will suffer a future terrorist response. That is because every bomb we drop spawns more hatred against us and more motivation to strike back at us.

Unfortunately, the carnage of September 11 will embolden those growing millions who do hate us, for they now know they can strike spectacularly at even the most sacrosanct symbols of America.

For many years I, along with Patrick Buchanan, Ramsey Clark, and a few other political untouchables, have tried to prevent this kind of tragedy. We have warned against recklessly involving America in the many wars and blood feuds around the world. We beseeched the American people to follow the advice of the father our country. In his farewell address, George Washington warned us against foreign entanglements.

We warned that if America sheds blood overseas, that eventually blood would be shed in our own country. I feel no satisfaction in saying that we were right. Being right is no solace for my anguish at this great loss of American life.

I will be brutally honest in this letter, and my frankness may offend some people, but this crisis demands only the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Nothing less than the whole truth can help us build a secure and prosperous future for our nation.

A time for introspection We Americans have every right to be bitterly angry against the terrorists. But we also must go one step beyond our anger, for when something goes terribly wrong in an individual's life or even in the life of a nation; it is time for introspection. We must courageously ask ourselves what we might have done that has made us vulnerable to such ferocious attacks. That kind of thinking sometimes takes courage.

The world moves by a simple principal: cause and effect. In this instance, les us examine the possible causes for the motivation of these men to strike at America?

Any nation that bombs another naturally creates millions of angry enemies against it. America has repeatedly done that in recent times. We have taken sides in foreign conflicts, offered military assistance and weapons, and even bombed other nations. Our actions have caused the loss of many thousands of lives, including the lives of thousands of civilians. Many of the nations we bombed had never harmed a single American or acted in any way against the interests the United States.

For instance, we now partially blame Afghanistan for what happened on September 11. Have we conveniently forgotten that we bombed Afghanistan (and killed many innocent civilians) three years ago when we tried to kill Osama Bin Laden. Afghanistan is led by the same people we previously helped against the Soviets. At that time, we actually supported the terroristic activities of Osama Bin Laden against the Soviets and their collaborators. When Bin Laden later turned against us, we attempted to kill him by bombing Afghanistan.

We have seen the intense reaction of Americans to the attack on the Trade Centers. What would be the reaction of Americans to any nation who fired Cruise missiles and dropped thousands of bombs on America? After Clinton's bombing of Afghanistan, the Taliban promised revenge against America. September 11 may be that revenge.

We bombed Iraq after it invaded Kuwait, yet we supported Saddam Hussein with money and arms when he warred with Iran. In contrast, we continued to monetarily and militarily support Israel even after it invaded Lebanon and killed tens of thousands of Lebanese civilians. We support the Zionist state even though it tortures thousands of political prisoners in its jails. American support enabled Israel to ethnically cleanse itself of 700,000 Palestinians.

Bush says we must strike down terrorists wherever they are in the whole world, but he has shared tea and crumpets with Israeli Prime Minister, Ariel Sharon, one of the world's leading most brutal and bloodthirsty terrorists. Sharon committed a number of crimes against humanity, among them the massacre of 2,000 men, women and children in the Sabra and Shatila refugee camps in Lebanon. Mr. Bush did not strike Mr. Sharon, instead he toasted him.

America supplied weapons and bombs to Muslim separatist terrorists in Kosovo against the Yugoslav Christians, and then we bombed Yugoslavian cities full of civilians, when that country militarily attempted to suppress the revolt that we encouraged.

Please understand, I don't believe these American acts of war were the will of the American people. On the contrary, most Americans, at least up until September 11, have opposed almost every American involvement in foreign wars. For instance, a solid majority of Americans opposed the recent military intervention in Yugoslavia. But America is firmly in the grip of the New World Order crowd, and they use America to enforce their world hegemony.

The death of 500,000 children I think most Americans would be appalled if they were fully aware of the suffering caused by American policy. For instance, most Americans no nothing about the effect of our embargo of food and medicine to Iraq. We caused the death of at least half a million children. That's right; I repeat: we are directly responsible for the death of 500,000 kids. Some of you might not believe what I am telling you. Well, for those who don't believe it, here is an excerpt of an interview between Leslie Stahl of CBS and Madeline Albright when she was US Secretary of State. The segment was called PUNISHING Saddam and Stahl was asking if the death of 500,000 children was worth it to punish this one man.

Leslie Stahl, speaking of US sanctions against Iraq: "We have heard that a half million children have died. I mean, that's more children than died in Hiroshima. And -- and you know, is the price worth it?" Madeline Albright: "I think this is a very hard choice, but the price -- we think the price is worth it."

How would you view anyone who is willing to cause the death of 500,000 children to punish one man?

How can we not understand why so many people hate the United States when our own Secretary of State says murdering 500,000 children is quote, "worth it?"

The Big Lie of September 11 Knowing who did the terrorism of September 11 is important, but why they did it is even more important to us.

Yet, strangely, there has been little discussion in the mass media on why the attack occurred. Politicians and media personalities have given us completely inadequate explanations why a couple of dozen young men would blow themselves up to get at us. In fact, they have told us absurd lies to keep Americans from understanding the real reason for the attacks.

We have been told that the attackers were simply crazy, cowardly men who committed a quote "unprovoked attack." Media and government spokesmen repeatedly assured us that these attacks had "nothing to do with America's support of Israel." The official view, as expressed by the President to the U.S. Congress was that the terrorists attacked us because they hate our freedom! Here is an excerpt of his remarks before Congress

Americans are asking "Why do they hate us?"

They hate what they see right here in this chamber: a democratically elected government. Their leaders are self-appointed. They hate our freedoms

I am not trying to be disrespectful, but what he said is so ridiculous that even this intellectually-challenged President cannot really believe it. Does Bush really think that a bunch of young men would give up their families, their homes, and immolate themselves in a huge ball of fire simply because they hate our democracy! Right on Mr. President! Next week, will we will hear about Islamic kamikazes crashing planes into Iceland, the oldest enduring democracy on earth.

Mr. Bush is asking America to support a massive war over the next ten years. We are being asked to support a huge conflict whose huge costs could well bankrupt America and cause the loss of great numbers of American lives. Before we can make such a crucial decision, we deserve to have the whole truth concerning this cataclysmic event.

Of course, Mr. Bush did not tell us the truth; he simply repeated the Big Lie put out by the American mass media.

Saying that these acts were born out of hatred for freedom is a calculated lie to divert us from associating this disaster with our support for Israel.

You see, associating the attack with our Israeli policy would be bad public relations for Israel and the Jewish Lobby. The last thing they want is for the American people to realize that our unconditional support of Israel has directly led to this disaster.

If the American people clearly understand that fact, people might begin to ask a similar question to the one asked by Leslie Stahl, "Is our support of Israel really worth it?"

To keep people from asking that obvious question, the media made up the Big Lie that the men of October 11 were simply crazy, cowardly people who hated freedom and democracy!

The real reason for the attack Even the date the terrorists chose for this attack shows their true motivation.

The attack occurred on September 11. That is the anniversary of the League of Nations proclaiming in Palestine the British Mandate in 1922. The date represents the first physical step toward the implementation of the Balfour Declaration and the establishment of Israel.

Why has the mass media kept this important fact from the American people?

Frankly, this fact has been suppressed because the American media are thoroughly dominated by Jews. Many Americans suspect that Jews have disproportionate influence in the press, but their actual power is more than most people imagine. Just as Jewish Israel-Firsters dominate the mass media, so Congress and the President are afflicted by the Israeli Lobby. It should anger every American to think that the most powerful lobby in Congress is in the service of a foreign nation. Yet, the immense power of the Jewish Lobby is a proven fact, and nobody on capital hill will dare defy this all-powerful lobby. Even one of the most powerful U.S. Senators in American history, William Fulbright, bluntly said on CBS's Face the Nation, that, "Israel controls the U.S. Senate."

Recently, a Hebrew Israeli radio station, Kol Yisrael, on October 3rd reported that during an argument in an Israeli cabinet meeting, Shimon Peres warned Prime Minister Ariel Sharon that unless he would heed American requests for a cease fire with the Palestinians, he could cause America to turn against Israel. In a fit of anger, Sharon responded to Peres:

"Every time we do something you tell me America will do this and will do that . . . I want to tell you something very clear: Don't worry about American pressure on Israel. We, the Jewish people, control America, and the Americans know it." The media bosses and the Israeli bought politicians know the real reasons behind this terrorism. They have read the interviews of Osama Bin Laden. He and almost every other Islamic opponent of America has put support for Israel at the top of their top ten reasons for hating America. Laden and countless millions in the Muslim world blame the attacks on Lebanon, on Iraq, on Libya, on Iran, on Afghanistan and on Sudan as a direct result of Israel's control over America.

They point out that the many Israeli massacres of Palestinians, the ongoing torture of thousands of prisoners, the use of assassination of political enemies, the bombing of refugee camps, and the expansive wars launched by Israeli against their Arab neighbors; that all these Israeli crimes are completely dependent on unconditional American aid. They also see the deaths of the 500,000 Iraqi children, as admitted by our former Jewish Secretary of State, as a direct result of Jewish control over America.

The American people who are under the bombardment of a biased multimedia, might not realize the Jewish control of American foreign policy, but the Palestinians and their allies such as Bin Laden, they all understand it, and they hate us for it.

In fact, the same mass media that are giving out the Big Lie that the terrorist motivation is "hate for freedom," are clearly aware of Laden's real motivations.

I can easily prove the true motivation of Bin Laden and I can prove the media has known the truth all along. In May of 1998 Bin Laden was interviewed by reporter John Miller of ABC. Bin Laden talks about why he seeks to attack America. You can find it on the ABC and the PBS websites. Here are excerpts of Bin Laden's own words.

"For over half a century, Muslims in Palestine have been slaughtered and assaulted and robbed of their honor and of their property. Their houses have been blasted, their crops destroyed" "This is my message to the American people: to look for a serious government that looks out for their interests and does not attack other people's lands, or other people's honor. And my word to American journalists is not to ask why we did that but ask what their government has done that forced us to defend ourselves"

"So we tell the Americans as people, and we tell the mothers of soldiers and American mothers in general that if they value their lives and the lives of their children, to find a patriotic government that will look after their interests and not the interests of the Jews"

I say to them that they have put themselves at the mercy of a disloyal government, and this is most evident in Clinton's administration. We believe that this administration represents Israel inside America. Take the sensitive ministries such as the Secretary

of State and the Secretary of Defense and the CIA, you will find that the Jews have the upper hand in them. They make use of America to further their plans for the world.

In the interview, Laden never said one word about opposing democratic principles, nor has he ever done so in his lifetime. So, now we know Laden's true motivation. He attacked us not because he "hates democracy, but because he thinks Israel controls and uses America to attack his people.

If Laden turns out to be the one behind the terrorism, there is no defense of what he did. As far as I am concerned, he deserves to be blown to hell for killing so many Americans.

But why must the media and government create this huge, absurd lie about why we were attacked on September 11.

This Big Lie is, of course, meant to hide an obvious truth. Its purpose is to keep Americans from associating this attack with our Israeli policy.

If that happens people might begin to wonder if it is in our true interest to having given Israel countless billions of our dollars.

They might begin to wonder if it is good for America to serve as the Israeli's shock troops and techno killers in attacks on Israel's enemies such as Iraq.

So, the unvarnished truth is that we suffered the terror of September 11 because of our support of the criminal policies of Israel. We have let our country be controlled by a foreign lobby that has worked against the best interests of the American people.

Israel has time and again proven it is not really our friend. It has conducted covert terrorist activities against America such as the Lavon affair in Egypt. It has deliberately attacked the USS Liberty with unmarked fighters and torpedo boats causing 174 American casualties in an attempt to blame Egypt and garner American support during the war of 1967. It has spied on us and stolen our greatest secrets, such as in the Jonathan Pollard affair. It has sold secret American technologies to the Communist Chinese. It has stolen nuclear materials from the United States. It has tricked America into bombing other nations such as in the attack on Libya in 1986. I could go on and on about Israel's treachery against the America.

And now, under guidance of the Israel Lobby and the Jewish controlled media, the Zionists are preparing America to strike a massive blow against all of Israel's mortal enemies in a global war. They are already talking about not only bombing, but invading and occupying whole nations such as Libya, Iran, Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Such would spawn a huge wave of hatred and retribution against America from all over the planet. The costs of such a war would cost the American people untold billions of dollars and could well cause the deaths of thousands of Americans. Finally, such a war would not end terrorism, but only spawn more acts of terror against us.

The real attackers of freedom The first great cost of this new war is already being implemented: an outright attack on our American constitutional rights.

The Big Lie is that the terrorists attacked freedom. The truth is simply that they committed the terrible deed of blowing up the Trade Center as well as part of the Pentagon and taking 7,000 American lives. That action took away lives and property, but it did not take away our freedoms. Only our own leaders can do that.

America's media and government leaders now tell us that we must fight to defend freedom. But, pray tell, how do they plan to fight for freedom? In the ultimate oxymoron, they plan to do it by taking freedoms away from the American people.

We are told not to worry, though, it will only be temporary. Yet, has any government, once it has taken away the rights of the people, ever voluntarily given them back? Once a government takes away individual rights, expecting it to give them back is the same thing as expecting a dog to meow.

My fellow Americans, please open your eyes! Bush's first action after September 11 was to fund the creation of the biggest Secret Police apparatus in the history of the world. If you ever wondered what a police state looks like, you had better look quickly, for its coming straight at you like a runaway locomotive.

When the billions of appropriated monies work its way, the size of our "secret police" will make the former soviet KGB look like a kite next to a Jumbo Jet. Americans will have about as much privacy as one would have in a glass outhouse.

And how about the war against terrorism, after we spend countless billions, and spend unknown numbers of American and foreign lives, what are chances that terrorism will be lessened?

A war that shall not defend us The Jewish media are already whipping up as much hatred as it can. News programs no longer report the many newsworthy things that happen in America and abroad, they are one long commercial for a massive, drawn out, bloody war.

This propagandizing has already had an effect. When CBS and CNN polled the American people and asked them if we should attack the suspected enemies of America even if it will, quote: "cost the lives of thousands of innocent people." Almost 70 percent said yes.

It hurts my heart to think that a vast majority of the American people now take exactly the same view toward innocent human life as did the terrorists of September 11.

How do you think the rest of the world views America when they hear the results of those polls?

So far, I have heard no one, not even one of the great moral media pontificators, the President of the United States, our church leaders, or anyone else of prominence -- courageous enough to point out this blatant moral hypocrisy.

So, we are now going to fight terrorism in a global war. And what happens when America goes out and bombs the hell out of countries and indiscriminately kills "thousands of innocent people?" Will we really end the threat of terrorism? America has done the same thing before. Let's take a look at how it has protected us from terrorism.

In 1986, the Israelis gave America false evidence against Libya and induced us to bomb the hell out of the country. We bombed a nation to "fight terrorism" for a crime it did not even commit. A year later, a couple of members of a radical group in Libya were alleged to have bombed Pan Am flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland, causing one of the worst air disasters of all time, killing 270.

We exact our revenge with B-1 bombers; they do it through suicide bombers.

There is no way to completely protect ourselves from those kinds of acts. Even one fanatic person, if he is willing to commit suicide, can easily, with a small amount (non-detectible) plastic explosives, crash a plane with 400 people on it. We live in an era in which deadly biological agents of mass destruction can be made in anyone's basement.

America must take heed; the next terroristic act can be committed by just one person and kill hundreds of thousands of people. The exercise of brute military force can no longer protect any nation.

Let me repeat, we send our B1 bombers and they send their suicide bombers. And now, unless cooler head prevail, we are ready to embark on another war on terrorism that may kill thousands of innocent people and escalate the cycle of violence.

September 11 has forever changed the world The world changed forever on September 11.

If anything, it proved that a handful of men, with little money and no weapons save some box openers, could wreck major destruction and havoc on the most powerful nation on earth. It showed how every nation is vulnerable to terrorism, even ours.

How then do we then protect ourselves from terror in the future?

Unless we remedy the underlying motivation of the terrorism and give America a better course, every new missile and bomb we send will come back to us again. Every drop of blood we spill in foreign lands will result in more American blood lost here and abroad. America will sink more and more into uncertainty and fear.

After the events of September 11, a father who lost his daughter in the Lockerbie plane crash, John Mosey, wrote to British Prime Minister Tony Blair. He pointed out that the 270 who died in the 1988 bombing were killed in reprisal for "aggressive" US policies in the Arab world. He went on to caution, "The utmost care must be taken that whatever path is eventually pursued is successful and does not harm innocent people, thus producing another batch of terrorists."

We must have cool heads now and break this cycle of violence.

Let us pray for the American victims of these events and for their suffering families. Let us go after the perpetrators of these dastardly acts with absolute precision.

But, even more importantly, let us understand why these events occurred and how we can heal the hatred against our nation.

Many traitors in our government have supported Zionism's criminal activities rather than the true interests of the American people. They have spawned the hatred against America that drove on these terrible acts. They are as much responsible for the carnage of September 11 as if they themselves piloted these planes that were turned into bombs.

This event happened because the American government and media are ruled by those who put Israel's interests over America's. Unless that foreign power over us is broken, Americans will be haunted by an increasing specter of terrorism.

Perhaps one positive thing that came out of the sad events of September 11 is the increased patriotism in America. That is good, for if Americans had been more patriotic in the past few years, and not allowed a foreign power to control us, we would not be facing such an uncertain future.

By understanding the reason why we now face the specter of terrorism, we can develop a plan to prevent such terroristic acts in the future. Here are five steps America must take to end the immediate and long term threat of terrorism.

Five steps to American security and freedom First, we must recognize that the America's Israel-first foreign policy has been morally wrong as well as immensely damaging to the United States of America. It has cost us hundreds of billions of dollars in direct aid over the years and it has cost trillions of dollars in economic damage such as incurred by higher petroleum costs. A direct consequence of America's Israel-first policy is the terror we faced on September 11 and the likelihood of increasing terror against the American people.

Second, we must first seek diplomatic and economic pressures to extradite and legally try and execute those responsible for terror upon Americans. If that fails, we should use surgical operations to apprehend and punish those responsible for terrorism. But, we must not let the Jewish Lobby maneuver us into a wider war and an increasing cycle of violence that would cost billions of American dollars and untold numbers of innocent lives. Such an action can only result in increased terrorism in America.

Third, we must absolutely protect the Constitutional Rights of the American people. Erosion of Constitutional rights exposes us to greater danger than any individual acts of terrorism. Taking away Constitutional rights in the fight against terrorism is like burning your coat to protect yourself against the cold. Benjamin Franklin said it right. "People who give up freedom for security achieve neither."

Fourth, we must never allow any foreign power to have any monetary or other influence on internal American politics. All political lobbies on behalf of foreign nations must be absolutely prohibited.

Fifth, we must break the Jewish power over the American mass media. Americans must be entitled to an honest and unbiased media that serves only the true interests of the American people and not the agenda of a Jewish-Supremacist minority.

America first The solution to ending this current threat of terrorism is very obvious; it is as clear as the true reasons for the terrorist attacks.

America must heed the farewell address of the Father of our Country and "avoid foreign entanglements."

We would not now be in this mess if the American government would have always put the interests of America first. The only way to work America out of the present danger is to rigidly apply this principle.

The hour is late, but it is not too late to save our country.

We must now embark on the only sure path to America's security and freedom. Let us always put the interests of America First.

To George W. Bush President of the United States Dear Mr. President,

During your passionate and truly great speech before Congress, you told us of the need to protect America against terrorism. True. You also eloquently told us of the greatness and the courage exhibited by many Americans during the crisis faced on September 11. As a former elected official who has heard thousands of speeches, I must say that yours was perhaps one of the best speeches I have heard in my lifetime.

But, Mr. President, Sir, you also told Congress and the American people something quite inaccurate.

I quote:

"Americans are asking "Why do they hate us?"

"They hate what they see right here in this chamber: a democratically elected government. Their leaders are self-appointed. They hate our freedoms: our freedom of religion, our freedom of speech, our freedom to vote and assemble and disagree with each other."

With all do respect to you, Mr. President, that statement is completely false. The media has said repeatedly and incorrectly that this was an attack against freedom, and unfortunately you simply repeated that absurd idea in your speech.

The obvious truth is that those who attacked us couldn't care less about the kind of government we have. They did not attack us because they hate our democracy or our freedoms. They certainly did not attack Switzerland or Sweden or any other democracies in the world.

I pray that you will agree with me that the American people deserve the utmost honesty before we take the most serious and dangerous step that a nation can ever make: go to war.

The attack on September 11 was certainly not about people hating our freedoms. It was purely in response to America's foreign policy; and it was primarily about our monetary and military support of Israel.

As strange as it may sound to Americans, those who attack us do so because they view our nation's leaders in exactly the same way as we view them. They believe that you and all of America's recent leaders are the real terrorists.

If you want to know the true reasons why they attack America, you can easily read what they write about America. There are even many interviews with Bin Laden that make clear his motivations.

He and many others say that they must fight America for its support of 50 years of Israel's terrorism against the Palestinian and other Mideastern people. He says this in precisely the same way that some say we must bomb Afghanistan into further oblivion for supporting the terrorism of Bin Laden.

America is seen as a terrorist nation for having supported the Israeli ethnic cleansing of 700,000 Palestinians from their land and homes and the stripping them of their most basic human rights, even depriving them of the right to live where they were born!

America is accused of supporting terrorism for backing Israel, even America is aware that Israel tortures 500 to 600 Palestinians in its jails each month.

America is called terrorist for supporting Israel even as it killed 40,000 Lebanese in its invasion of that country. They ask the world how America could support Israel even as it bombed civilian Red Cross shelters and killed women and children by the score.

Millions of people ask how the President of the United States could dine in the White House with Israel Sharon, a man with a proven history of massacring civilians, and who even Israel held responsible for the cold-blooded murder of 2000 people at the Sabra and Shatila camps in Lebanon.

America is also called a terrorist state for causing the death of more than 500,000 Iraqi children.

It is difficult for us to act morally superior to our enemies when our own U.S. Secretary of State, Madeline Albright, told Leslie Stahl of CBS that America's causing the death of 500,000 Iraqi children was "worth it." What would you say, Mr. President, of someone who thinks it is worth killing 500,000 children in order to punish one man?

Of course, whatever the reasons for the attack on September 11, Americans must defend ourselves by whatever means necessary. No American should ever face such horrible terror as on that fateful black Tuesday. And, I salute your determination to defend us.

But, before we respond in an indiscriminate way and breed even more hatred against us, we must be honest about why we are hated and why we are being attacked.

Telling us that we were attacked simply because they hate our freedom -- keeps America from examining the real reasons why we are hated. It must be acknowledged that we cannot end the terrorism against us unless we first heal the hatred that spawns it.

Of course, the Israel Firsters who control America's media don't want us to discuss the dire consequences of our monetary and military actions for Israel. They don't want us to even discuss the relationship between Israel and the events of September 11. Some are even telling the big lie that the attacks had nothing to do with our support of Israel. It is strange that Europe and the whole world recognize this obvious fact, but the American people do not.

We must access the anti-American consequences of our Mideast Policy. It is vital to our own national security.

As President, you must carefully reconsider our foreign involvement and policies over the last 50 years. You must determine if it is truly in the best interest of the American people to be involved in all these foreign wars and conflicts.

As President you were sworn to defend the United States, not Israel or any other foreign nation. I beseech you to exclusively put first the interests of the American people. We cannot afford to be manipulated by powerful lobbies who owe their allegiance to Israel over that of America.

You must also certainly recognize that the agenda of the Jewish-dominated news media can seriously conflict with the interests of the American people. I pray that you as our President will single-mindedly put the interests of the American people first, last and always.

The tragic events of September 11 did not happen because people hate America's freedom. Unless we examine the root causes of the growing hatred against our country, we shall be doomed to suffer more terrible days like September 11. Let us not be drawn into the hatreds and blood feuds of foreign nations.

May God keep and protect you Mr. President. And may he also give America and all the American people his shining protection.

You have in your hands the most powerful sword on earth. At this critical moment in American history may God grant you the wisdom to use its power to heal rather than to inflame an even greater cycle of hate and violence against the American people.

Learning from the September 11 Attacks, By Mark Weber Director Institute for Historical Review, September 15, 2001

With thousands of victims and riveting images of death and destruction, war has come home to America with terrible, devastating suddenness. Together with our fellow citizens, we mourn the many victims of the September 11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York and the Pentagon building. But beyond the feelings of grief and fury must come clarity and understanding. President George W. Bush said on national television that "America was targeted for attack because we're the brightest beacon for freedom and opportunity in the world." The next day he said that "freedom and democracy are under attack," and that the perpetrators had struck against "all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world."

But if "democracy" and "freedom-loving people" are the targets, why isn't anyone attacking Switzerland, Japan or Norway? Bush's claims are just as untrue as President Wilson's World War I declaration that the United States was fighting to "make the world safe for democracy," and President Roosevelt's World War II assurances that the US was fighting for "freedom" and "democracy."

In the wake of the September 11 attacks, speculation has been rife about who the perpetrators may have been. That itself is an acknowledgment that so many people hate this country so intensely that one cannot easily determine just who may have mounted these well-organized attacks of suicidal desperation.

These shocking attacks were predictable. In 1993 Islamic radicals set off a bomb at the World Trade Center that claimed six lives. In August 1998 the United States carried out missile attacks against Afghanistan and Sudan, strikes that senior Clinton administration officials said signaled the start of "a real war against terrorism." In the wake of those attacks, a high-ranking US intelligence official warned that "the prospect of retaliation against Americans is very, very high'." (The Washington Post, Aug. 21, 1998, p. A1)

Our political leaders and the American mass media promote the preposterous fiction that the September 11 attacks are entirely unprovoked and unrelated to United States actions. They want everyone to believe that the underlying hatred of America by so many around the world, especially in Arab and Muslim countries, that motivated the perpetrators of the September 11 attacks is unrelated to this country's policies. It is clear, however, that those who carried out these devastating suicide attacks against centers of American financial and military might were enraged by this country's decades-long support for Israel and its policies of aggression, murderous repression, and brutal occupation against Arabs and Muslims, and/or American air strikes and economic warfare against Afghanistan, Sudan, Iraq and Iran.

America is the only country that claims the right to deploy troops and war planes in any corner of the globe in pursuit of what our political leaders call "vital national interests." George Washington and our country's other founders earnestly warned against such imperial arrogance, while far-sighted Americans such as Harry Elmer Barnes, Garet Garrett and Pat Buchanan voiced similar concerns in the 20th century.

For most Americans modern war has largely been an abstraction -- something that happens only in far-away lands. The victims of US air attack and bombardment in Vietnam, Lebanon, Sudan, Libya, Iraq and Serbia have seemed somehow unreal. Few ordinary Americans pay attention, because US military actions normally have little impact on their day-to-day lives.

Just as residents of Rome in the second century hardly noticed the battles fought by their troops on the outer edges of the Roman empire, residents of Seattle and Cleveland today barely concern themselves with the devastation wrought by American troops and war planes in, for example, Iraq.

Ramsey Clark, former US Attorney General, has accused the United States of committing "a crime against humanity" against the people of Iraq "that exceeds all others in its magnitude, cruelty and portent." Citing United Nations agency reports and his own on-site investigations, Clark charged in 1996 that the scarcity of food and medicine as a result of sanctions against Iraq imposed by the United States since 1990, and US bombings of the country, had caused the deaths of more than a million people, including more than half a million children.

Madeleine Albright, Secretary of State in President Clinton's administration, defended the mass killings. During a 1996 interview she was asked: "We have heard that half a million children have died [as a result of sanctions against Iraq]. I mean, that is more children than died in Hiroshima...Is the price worth it?" Albright replied: "...We think the price is worth it." ("60 Minutes," May 12, 1996).

President Bush is now pledging a "crusade," a "war against terrorism" and a "sustained campaign" to "eradicate the evil of terrorism."

But such calls sound hollow given the US government's own record of support for terrorism, for example during the Vietnam war. During the 1980s, the US supported "terrorists" in Afghanistan -- including Osama bin Laden, now the "prime suspect" in the September 11 attacks -- in their struggle to drive out the Soviet invaders.

American presidents have warmly welcomed to the White House Menachem Begin and Yitzhak Shamir, two Israeli prime ministers with well-documented records as terrorists. President Bush himself has welcomed to Washington Israel's current prime minister, Ariel Sharon, whose forces have been carrying out assassinations of Palestinian leaders and murderous "retaliatory" strikes against Palestinians. Even an official Israeli commission found that Sharon bore some responsibility for the 1982 massacres of Palestinian civilians in the Sabra and Shatila refugee camps.

Jewish and Zionist leaders, and their American servants, have predictably lost no time exploiting the September 11 attacks to further their own interests. Taking advantage of the current national mood of blind rage and revenge, they demand new US military action against Israel's many enemies.

In the weeks to come, therefore, we can expect the US government, supported by an enraged public, to lash out violently. The great danger is that an emotion-driven, reactive response will aggravate underlying tensions and encourage new acts of murderous violence.

What is needed now is not a vengeful "crusade," but coherent, reasoned policies based on sanity and justice.

In the months and years ahead, most Americans will doubtless continue to accept what their political leaders and the mass media tell them.

But the jolting impact of the September 11 attacks -- which have, for the first time, brought to our cities the terror and devastation of attacks from the sky -- will also encourage growing numbers of thoughtful Americans to see through the lies propagated by our nation's political and cultural elite, and its Zionist allies, to impose their will around the world. More and more people will understand that their government's overseas policies inevitably have consequences even here at home.

In 1948, as the Zionist state was being established in Palestine, US Secretary of State George C. Marshall, along with nearly every other high-level US foreign affairs specialist, warned that American support for Israel would have dire long-term consequences. Events have fully vindicated their concerns.

Over the long run, the September 11 attacks will encourage public awareness of our government's imperial role in the world, including a sobering reassessment of this country's perverse "special relationship" with the Jewish ethnostate. Along with that, rage will grow against those who have subordinated American interests, and basic justice and humanity, to Jewish-Zionist ambitions.

For more than 20 years the IHR has sought, through its educational work, to prevent precisely such horrors as the attacks in New York and Washington. Some Current Perceptions Regarding 11 September 2001

The underlying cause of the animosity against America is rooted in America's support of Israel. Oh, of course Islamic militants abhor America's terrorism against all those unfortunate folks trying to eke out an existence in such poor places such as Iraq, Libya, Sudan, Afghanistan, etcetera - but make no mistake about it, it's the continual and gigantic American backing of expansionist Israel which is the root cause of the animosity against my country. If America were not Israel's big backer, thousands of those innocent victims of the eleventh of September could still be alive.

Thanks for that introduction and congratulations to the organizers of this conference here in Italy. Before today, the most recent country outside of my native USA in which I was a scheduled Speaker was Lebanon, but of course we know that the Beirut Conference on Revisionism and Zionism was canceled due to the muzzling influence of the enemies of Free Speech. So it is with this in mind that I acknowledge the organizers of this Italian Revisionist Conference as dauntless comrades persevering in the honorable cause for the search of historical truth, and I for one say BRAVO!

Ladies and gentlemen if you remember just one thing from my presence with you here today, let it be simply this:

If America really wanted to prevent more September the 11th type of attacks upon itself, it would stop doing the things which provoked them!

The most provocative thing which is the main answer to the "why" is the American government's supplying Israel with everything for its aggression against the Palestinians and anyone else who helps them. Remember - the main reason why my country was attacked on the eleventh of September was because of the US support of Israel.

The Moslems have other grievances about America - but none so basic as the Israeli connection. America should stop killing and maiming countless innocent children in the Middle East, such as in Iraq for example, and lift its sanctions with all its terrible consequences. Talk about terrorism - the United States has, and continues to conduct terrorism!

I say that for any country to reduce the probability of receiving terrorism upon itself, it should simply refrain from delivering terrorism upon others!

And just how are people in my country now reacting to the current media blitz? They are showing the colors and running out of American flags to wave!

You know, I clearly remember during the early days of the John Birch Society that the wearing of American flag lapel pins by folks wanting to display their patriotism was stridently ridiculed by a Jewish-led opposition. Now, since September the eleventh, one sees the American flag everywhere folks are attaching them to their cars, buildings, on their persons, and street vendors are running out of flags to sell.

America is in a frenzy. As a matter of fact, it has been reported that an opinion poll of New Yorkers revealed that the people are overwhelmingly in favor of concentration camp type incarceration for those who show support for terrorists! But, only of foreign terrorists, of course!

There certainly has been a lot of perceptions regarding September the eleventh. It has been reported that there was inside trading in insurance and airline shares that points to a previous knowledge of the forthcoming attack and it has also been reported that there were some advance warnings in the Jewish-owned investment banking system. We shall have more on this.

In a different vein, there is a school of thought which perceives the air attacks on New York and Washington as marking the Close of the American Century - the end of global capitalism and mammonism with its devotion above all to the pursuit of wealth. This school of thought includes persons who sympathize for the Manhattan and Washington victims and their families, and who at the same time share with the grief of the Germans concerning the many more victims of the Anglo-American bomb terrorism against all those German civilians in their towns and cities. The pictures of the gray dust of Manhattan and Washington bring remembrance of the holocausts perpetrated by Anglo-Americans against Dresden and Hiroshima.

This school of thought perceives our current situation as a world-wide war on unseen fronts. They see the military defeat of the Germans in 1945 as leaving the peoples of Europe and the rest of the world unprotected from the American military forces and their plundering. The victors have been controlling the vanquished by various means including an incessant "re-education" propaganda as well as infecting them with the usurious interest-slavery virus of credits and unpayable indebtedness which have kept the vanquished peoples in thrall and in vassal status.

The air attacks struck at the heart of the monster and lamed it. The symbolic force of 11 September 2001 struck a blow at the self-satisfied, complacent attitude of the contemporary be-bop based American life-style. At this point, this is as yet a comparatively small war which is a war of liberation and at the same time a world war, because the enemy of the people controls the world.

There is a perception of an anti-Arab hysteria concerning the events of the eleventh of September which is being whipped up into a frenzy by the controlled mass media. There is the perception that we are in the midst of another cover-up being orchestrated by the media masters. There's a lot of questions, beginning with how was it possible for those actions to have occurred - how come nobody reported any of these highjackings to any of the various security sectors? The NSA, the National Security Agency, spies on the whole world via satellites - how could the NSA Echelon electronic net have not known anything at all about such a multi-faceted operation? It's no secret that the NSA is specialized to security in the skies - so just what was this space-based intelligence doing since it has not merely one, but several spy satellites engaged in real-time monitoring. How could Echelon have failed to notice several airliners going off course - and how could the FBI which is engaged in apprehending terrorists in the United States, and how could the CIA, whose duty it is to keep track of enemies of the US beyond its borders - how could all of them fail to notice anything about such an attack about to happen? Is it simply enough to try to blame it all on airport security - and what about the strange inaction of US military helicopters based near New York - for example, during the 18 minutes when the second terrorist aircraft was on course for its target - those 18 minutes would have been enough to hit it with air-to-air missiles - and all the more so because it approached the city from the side of the Hudson River and would have fallen in the water instead of on the city if it had been shot down.

And then there is the amazing ability of the terrorists - not only were they able to calculate fight times and make preparations without being noticed by any intelligence gathering procedures - so we are told - it turns out that they were able to fly modern airliners. Taken altogether, it is simply incredible that all of these things among others were beyond the knowledge or even the suspicion of the American intelligence network.

Query: What did the Mossad know?

Will not the method of Revisionism in the hands of researchers eventually shed more light on all this - absolutely!

There are as yet unconfirmed reports of a US military intelligence source having revealed details of an internal intelligence memo that points to the Israeli Mossad having links to the September 11th attacks. These attacks required a high level of military precision and the resources of an advanced intelligence agency. In addition, the attackers would have needed to be extremely familiar with both Air Force One flight operations, civilian airline flight paths and aerial assault tactics on sensitive US cities such as Washington and New York.

The attacks have certainly turned US public opinion firmly back in Israel's favor after a year of Palestinian uprisings and the heavy criticism of Israel for war crimes and racism by the United Nations conference in Durban. The timing of these attacks came in the midst of international condemnation of the Israelis because of Israel's death squad assassination of Palestinian politicians and police. The September 11 attacks did not serve the interest of any Arab group - it served the Israeli agenda, and if documented, the revelation of an Israel involvement in those September attacks will not come as a surprise to intelligence experts, because the state of Israel has a long history of covert operations against Western targets from at least as far back as its attacks on the King David Hotel, the USS Liberty, the murder of a Scandinavian UN envoy, as well as espionage against the USA during the Jonathan Pollard case, to list just a few.

It has been reported that the US Defense Department issued a warning to its officials to halt the leak of information on this investigation which it says is happening every day since the attacks.

There is the perception that there was a Mossad connection and that it was perhaps the most covert operation since the existence of modern Israel.

Are reports of Mossad connections sufficiently mentioned by our official mass media? Isn't Israel maneuvering for a full scale war - most probably beginning against the Palestinians, with all that may entail?

There is the report about CNN showing Palestinians allegedly cheering the death and destruction of the 11th of September. Reportedly those scenes were repeatedly shown around the world manufacturing hatred against the "callous" Palestinians - but it's said that in this case, CNN used old footage from back in 1991 showing Palestinians celebrating the invasion of Kuwait! Naw - our mass media wouldn't do anything like that - would they? Just think for a moment about the impact of such images: People are hurt; emotionally fragile, and then this deceptive broadcasting takes place with its high probability of causing waves of anger and rage against Palestinians. It is grossly immoral to telecast deceptive images such as those.

And then there is the school of thought which recalls seeing a series of fast flashes and hearing several explosions at the time of the collapse - this in reaction to observations to the televised images of the September attacks which suggest that explosive devices were used in the collapse of both towers. It's reported that Van Romero, Vice President for research at New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology contends that the televised images of the attacks on the World Trade Center suggest that explosive devices caused the collapse of both towers - that the collapse of the buildings appears too methodical to be a chance result of airplanes colliding with the structures. It is his opinion based on the videotapes, that after the airplanes hit the World Trade Center, there were some explosive devices inside the buildings that caused the towers to collapse. Romero said the collapse resembled those of controlled implosions used to demolish old structures. He was quoted as saying that it would be difficult for something from the plane to trigger an event like that. If explosions caused the towers to collapse, the detonations could have been caused by a small amount of explosive placed in strategic points, Romero said. The explosives likely would have been put in more than two points in each of the two towers. Attackers detonate an initial, diversionary explosion that attracts emergency personnel to the scene, then detonate a second explosion.

If that scenario is correct, the diversionary attack was the collision of the planes into the towers. It was also reported that the President of New Mexico Tech had said that Tech had not been asked to take part in the investigation into the attacks although Tech often assists in forensic investigations.

Well, of course the questions also arise as to who had the knowledge, the opportunity and the ability to effectively plant such explosives, and who could have secretly accessed specific parts of those structures - and I say to you that the principal beneficiary of these attacks is the government of Israel.

Another point of view is that we are heading toward a Jihad versus McWorld [as in McDonald's].

As an example of Israeli terrorism supported by the USA, Robert Fisk, the long time Middle East correspondent, reported in August just how Israeli police carry out their routine, organized cruelty. He pointed out that while the Arabs called it a "day of rage", it was the Israelis who were the ones demonstrating their rage outside Orient House, and the Palestinian youth who dared to hold up a Palestinian flag made out of paper, was seized by six border guards and plain-clothes police - the boy was kicked, beaten, punched in his face and back and then kneed in the groin in front of everyone. They don't care. Fisk informs us about a tall, thin young man with shaggy brown hair who tried to escape a policeman's grasp at the iron security barriers who was dragged back into the police lines and then attacked by eight men. There must have been 20 television cameras and a score of photographers running along with the Shin Bet intelligence police as they dragged that boy screaming up the road toward Orient House, kicking him in the chest and forcing back his head until he choked. Then the moment the youth was in the back seat of a white police van, an Israeli plain-clothesman in a red shirt attacked him - and while he was being held down from the other side of the vehicle, the Israeli kicked him again and again between the legs until the young man screamed out in a high-pitched cry. It was, as one of the foreign protesters muttered, enough to turn a Palestinian into a suicide-bomber. Indeed!

And it was also very weird: here we were, reports Fisk - around a hundred journalists watching a hundred so-called "peace" demonstrators Europeans, Americans, Christians, Jews, and Palestinians - and every few minutes, on a signal from a fat policeman in a blue shirt, his colleagues would run amok - after all the talk of Israel being a peace-loving state among the nations, founded upon the rule of law, the Israeli police would suddenly prove that those constant Palestinian complaints of beatings and brutality were absolutely true - right there in front of us, Fisk says. There was a border guard who became so fascinated by the beating of one man that he couldn't take his eyes off the fists that were hammering into the man's stomach and ribs. A lot of the border guards were grinning when the Palestinians screamed - after a while it was obscene to watch. Up the street, closer to Orient House, here's how the Israeli police were taking care of their prisoners: In front of the horrified eyes of a group of humanitarian workers, one of whom was an American, the Israeli police beat the captured Palestinians all over again. Police horses were run into the crowd. A couple of stun grenades were fired into the crowd. After more than an hour of this, one officer realized that this Israeli state terror was a public relations disaster, and he shouted "Stop carrying them!" as two Palestinians were being dragged in front of the cameras as they were being beaten. "Let them walk!" But of course they couldn't walk. They couldn't even stand up.

One of them had his shirt pulled up over his head, and it revealed his back completely red. A thought kept recurring in our minds: If this is what the Israeli police do to Palestinians right there in front of us, asks Fisk, then what do they do to them behind our backs.

As far as the Palestinians and their many supporters are concerned, they see no difference between Israel and America since the US has always been and continues to be Israel's gigantic backer - all the way.

The Jewish controlled mass media tells us that Osama bin Laden and his followers attacked the US because as President Bush put it "America was targeted for attack because we're the brightest beacon for freedom and opportunity in the world" and because "they hate our values" and they "hate what America stands for", and "they have attacked America because we are freedom's home and defender" - well, ladies and gentlemen, that is not merely wrong - it is dead wrong because death must result from that lie.

Mark my words, I predict that if my countrymen believe the President and make all-out war against Islamic fundamentalism, they will only succeed in adding millions more to the millions who already hate America - and some of them will put forth more attacks even worse than those of the eleventh of September.

The underlying cause of the animosity against America is rooted in America's support of Israel. Oh, of course Islamic militants abhor America's terrorism against all those unfortunate folks trying to eke out an existence in such poor places such as Iraq, Libya, Sudan, Afghanistan, etcetera - but make no mistake about it, it's the continual and gigantic American backing of expansionist Israel which is the root cause of the animosity against my country. If America were not Israel's big backer, thousands of those innocent victims of the eleventh of September could still be alive.

Whatever Israel has wanted, Israel has gotten - with the backing of my country.

The way I see it, Israel wants a full-scale war - with the backing of my country, of course.

In closing, ladies and gentlemen, I want you to know that it gives me no pleasure to tell you that I have absolutely no reason to doubt that international Jewry will continue to act as it has throughout its entire history.

Israel gets what it wants.

Israel wants war.

Israel will get war. All the way!

What makes me especially convinced that Israel will get its big war, is because my country supports Israel - all the way.

Is there any hope?

There is always hope - and it is my fervent hope that my countrymen will recognize the error of their ways and change their interventionist behavior to a foreign policy of neutrality in the spirit of my country's founding father and first President, George Washington, who warned and wisely advised my country to adopt a policy of staying out of foreign entanglements.

That is my hope.

I also have a wish.

I wish that our current President George Bush would pay heed to our former President George Washington.

The Great Game - The War For Caspian Oil And Gas

President Bush's "crusade against the Taliban of Afghanistan has more to do with control of the immense oil and gas resources of the Caspian Basin than it does with "rooting out terrorism.

Once again an American president from the Bush family is leading Americans down an oil-rich Middle Eastern warpath against "enemies of freedom and democracy.

President George W. Bush, whose family is well connected to oil and energy companies, has called for an international crusade against Islamic terrorists, who he says hate Americans simply because we are "the brightest beacon of freedom.

The focus on religion-based terrorism serves to conceal important aspects of the Central Asian conflict. President Bush's noble rhetoric about fighting for justice and democracy is masking a less noble struggle for control of an estimated $5 trillion of oil and gas resources from the Caspian Basin.

One of the material results of the elder Bush's Desert Storm military campaign in 1991 was to secure access to the huge Rumaila oil field of southern Iraq, which was accomplished by expanding the boundaries of Kuwait after the war. This allowed Kuwait, a former British protectorate where American and British oil companies are heavily invested, to double its prewar oil output.

The Trep?a mine complex in Kosovo, one of the richest mines of Europe, was seized last year by George Soros and Bernard Kouchner, two Jewish members of the New World Order gang who devastated Serbia.

A similar geopolitical strategy, influenced by Zionist planners, to control the valuable mineral resources of the Caspian Basin underlies the planned aggression against Afghanistan, a Central Asian nation that occupies a strategic position sandwiched between the Middle East, Central Asia, and the Indian subcontinent.

Central Asia has enormous quantities of undeveloped oil resources, including some 6.6 trillion cubic meters of natural gas, waiting to be exploited. The former Soviet republics of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan are the two major gas producers in Central Asia.

Today, the only existing export routes from the area lead through Russia. Investors in Caspian oil and gas are interested in building alternative pipelines to Turkey and Europe, and especially to the rapidly growing Asian markets.

India, Iran, Russia, and Israel, are working on a plan to supply oil and gas to south and southeast Asia through India but instability in Afghanistan is "posing a great threat to this effort.

Afghanistan lies squarely between Turkmenistan, home to the world's third-largest natural gas reserves, and the lucrative markets of the Indian subcontinent, China and Japan. A memorandum of understanding has been signed to build a 900-mile natural gas pipeline from Turkmenistan to Pakistan via Afghanistan, but the ongoing civil war and absence of a stable government in Afghanistan have prevented the project from going forward.

Afghanistan was at the center of the so-called "Great Game in the 19th century when Imperial Russia and the British Empire in India vied for influence. Today, its geographical position as a potential transit route for oil and natural gas pipelines, makes Afghanistan an extremely important piece of a global strategy by energy magnates to obtain control over these precious resources.

Enron, a Texas-based gas and energy company, together with Amoco, British Petroleum, Chevron, Exxon, Mobil and Unocal are all engaged in a multi-billion dollar frenzy to extract the reserves of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan, the three newly independent Soviet republics that border on the Caspian Sea.

On behalf of the oil companies, an array of former cabinet members from the elder Bush administration have been actively involved in negotiations with the former Soviet republics. The dealmakers include James Baker, Brent Scowcroft, Dick Cheney, and John Sununu.

Turkmenistan and Azerbijan are also both closely allied with Israeli commercial interests and Israeli military intelligence. In Turkmenistan, a "former Israeli intelligence agent, Yosef A. Maiman, president of Merhav Group of Israel, is the official negotiator and policy maker responsible for developing the energy resources of Turkmenistan.

"This is the Great Game all over, Maiman told The Wall Street Journal about his role in furthering the "geopolitical goals of both the U.S. and Israel in Central Asia. "We are doing what U.S. and Israeli policy could not achieve, he said, "Controlling the transport route is controlling the product.

"Those that control the oil routes out of Central Asia will impact all future direction and quantities of flow and the distribution of revenues from new production, said energy expert James Dorian recently in Oil & Gas Journal on September 10.

Foreign business in Turkmenistan is dominated by Maiman's Merhav Group, according to The Washington Report on Middle East Affairs (WRMEA). Maiman, who was made a citizen of Turkmenistan by presidential decree, serves as Turkmenistan's "official negotiator for its gas pipeline, special ambassador, and "right-hand man for the "authoritarian President Saparmurad Atayevich Niyazov, a former Politburo member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.

The Merhav Group of Israel officially represents the Turkmen government and has brokered all of the energy projects in Turkmenistan, contracts worth many billions of dollars.

Merhav has been contracted to modernize existing natural gas infrastructure and will build new facilities in an oil refinery in the city of Turkmenbashi on the Caspian Sea. Merhav refuses to disclose its sources of financing.

In keeping with Israeli political interests, Maiman's planned pipelines bypass Iran and Russia. Maiman has said that he would have no objection to dealing with Iran, "when and if Israeli policy allows it.

Iran has accused the U.S. of trying to keep regional pipelines from passing through Iran. Creating a counterbalance to Iran's regional influence was a cornerstone of the Clinton administration, which was concerned that Iran could gain too much control over Caspian exports.

"This is a common interest for the U.S. and Israel, said Dr. Nimrod Novik, vice president of Merhav, "The primary interest is to prevent the development of Turkish strategic dependence on Iran, given the unique emerging strategic relationship between Turkey and Israel.

Russia and Turkmenistan are in a battle to conquer the Turkish gas market, the supplier that offers the best price for its gas will emerge as the winner. "This is a great race, Maiman says, "Whoever takes Turkey first wins. Whoever comes second will have lean years.

Although the U.S. needs Russian assistance in its campaign against Afghanistan, when AFP asked Alex Chorine of Caspian Investor what kind of relationship existed between the Russian and Western/Israeli energy companies doing business in the Caspian Basin, Chorine said, "They act as enemies.

One of Maiman's proposed pipelines would bring Turkmenistan's gas and oil to Turkey via Azerbaijan and Georgia. Maiman's Merhav Group is also involved in a $100 million project that would reduce the flow of water to Iraq by diverting water from the Tigris and Euphrates rivers to southeastern Turkey.

Israeli officials boast of having "excellent relations with Azerbaijan, where an Israeli company, Magal Security Systems, has a contract to provide security at Baku airport. Magal is one of several Israeli companies that will "turn Israel into a major player in Azerbaijan by providing security for the 1,200 mile pipeline taking oil from the Caspian to the Turkish port of Ceyhan on the Mediterranean Sea.

Enron, the biggest contributor to the Bush campaign of 2000, conducted the feasibility study for a $2.5 billion Trans-Caspian gas pipeline, which is being built under a joint venture agreement signed in February 1999 between Turkmenistan and two American companies, Bechtel and General Electric Capital Services. Maiman acted as the intermediary between the Turkmenis and the U.S. firms, but won,t discuss "his cut or whether he will receive a stake in the pipeline.

The Merhav Group has hired a Washington lobbying firm, Cassidy & Associates, and spent several million dollars to "encourage U.S. officials to push for the Trans-Caspian pipeline. During the Clinton administration, Secretary of Energy Bill Richardson and "special adviser to the president, Richard Morningstar promoted the Baku- Ceyhan pipeline, calling it "critical to the economic survival of Turkmenistan.

The relationship between Israel, Turkey, and the U.S. is the major factor for the selection of the Baku-Ceyhan route, which could be extended to bring oil directly to energy deficient Israel, however, energy experts question the wisdom and cost of this route. Companies are under pressure from the U.S. and Israel to invest in east-west pipelines, although most companies would prefer cheaper north-south pipelines through Iran, according to WRMEA.

The U.S. firm Unocal was leading a pipeline project to bring Turkmenistan's abundant natural gas through Afghanistan to the growing markets of Pakistan and India, until the turmoil in Afghanistan led them to withdraw from the project in 1998. The planned pipeline would carry gas from the Turkmen Dauletabad fields, among the world's largest, to Multan in Pakistan, with a planned extension to India. The line from Dauletabad through Afghanistan is planned to transport 15 billion cubic feet of gas per year for 30 years. This pipeline is on hold until the political and military situations in Afghanistan improve.

There is a second Unocal project to build a 1,030 mile oil pipeline called the Central Asian Oil Pipeline Project, which would start at Chardzhou in Turkmenistan linking Russia's Siberian oil field pipelines to Pakistan's Arabian coast. This line could transport 1 million barrels a day of oil from other areas of the Former Soviet Union. It would run parallel to the gas line route through Afghanistan and branch off in Pakistan to the Indian Ocean terminal in Ras Malan.

ISRAEL's SOVIET DICTATORS IN CENTRAL ASIA

Niyazov, the authoritarian president of the Turkmen Soviet Socialist Republic was elected in 1990, and remained in power when Turkmenistan declared independence in October 1991. In May 1992, Niyazov oversaw the passage of a new constitution giving the president extraordinary powers.

Under the new constitution, the president is head of government as well as head of state, and can appoint a prime minister at any time. The president can also appoint and remove all judges.

Niyazov's leadership became increasingly authoritarian during the 1990s. In September 1993 he defended his policy of tight censorship of the press as a prerequisite for stability and peace in the country. In a referendum held in January 1994, nearly 100 percent of the voters endorsed Niyazov's leadership, allowing him to extend his presidency until 2002.

Niyazov renamed himself Turkmenbashi (father of the Turkmen) and presents himself as a prophet and messiah. Every morning, state radio and television (no independent broadcasters exist) transmit the words of a prayer that includes an oath of allegiance to the president along with the traditional appeal to Allah.

Like Turkmenistan, the other Central Asian nations of Uzbekistan, Kazakstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan are all ruled by former Communists who came to power under the Soviet system. All five have been re-elected to their posts without opposition, garnering over 90 percent of the votes and securing comfortable lives in the national palaces.

In each of the Central Asian countries a strange and officially imposed dichotomy between "official" and "unofficial" Islam has appeared. Official Islam refers to religious institutions under the control of the state authorities. Unofficial Islam includes all other Muslims, especially those who believe that Islam cannot be controlled by the state power. They are accused of being extremists.

The strength of Islamic fundamentalist movements like the Taliban in Afghanistan and the anti-Russian Chechen rebels threatens the Soviet style dictatorships and their control of the region's immense mineral wealth.

FOCUS ON AFGHANISTAN

Before the sun had set on the apocalyptic day that New York's gleaming twin towers collapsed, the U.S. government had already determined to affix the blame for the kamikaze attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on Osama bin Laden, the Saudi-born guerilla leader, and the Taliban government of Afghanistan which harbored him.

Although the U.S. government did not present its evidence in support of its case against bin Laden, Secretary of State Colin Powell said on September 23, "I think in the near future, we will be able to put out a paper, a document, that will describe quite clearly the evidence that we have linking him to this attack.

When it was reported that the Taliban might turn bin Laden over to face justice, the Bush administration said that surrendering bin Laden would not prevent an American-led attack on Afghanistan.

An international plan to remove the fundamentalist Islamic Taliban from power has been a subject of international diplomatic discussions for months and was reportedly raised by India during the Group of Eight summit in July in Genoa, Italy.

The Indian press reported in June that, "India and Iran will facilitate, U.S. and Russian plans for limited military action, against the Taliban if the contemplated tough new economic sanctions don,t bend Afghanistan's fundamentalist regime.

The invasion plans described in the Indian press in June may come to pass in October: "Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will lead the ground attack with a strong military back up of the U.S. and Russia. Vital Taliban installations and military assets will be targeted.

The economic reasons for the multi-national assault against the Taliban were explained: "Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan are threatened by the Taliban that is aiming to control their vast oil, gas, and other resources by bringing Islamic fundamentalists into power.

What was not explained in the Indian press is how these four predominantly Islamic Central Asian nations would be "threatened by having "Islamic fundamentalists in power.

Here are the facts about the Mossad connection to the first attack on the World Trade Center (WTC) revealed by investigative reporter Robert I. Friedman in the Aug. 3, 1993 article in The Village Voice, an independent left-wing New York weekly that has occasionally dared to raise criticisms of Israel.

Friedman reported that Ahmad Ajaj, a 27-year-old West Bank Palestinian held in federal custody for conspiring to bomb the World Trade Center, may have been a Mossad mole, according to Israeli intelligence sources.

Ajaj was arrested at Kennedy Airport on Sept. 1, 1992, after he arrived on a Pakistani International flight from Peshawar carrying a forged Swedish passport and bomb-making manuals. He was taken into custody, and subsequently pleaded guilty to entering the country illegally.

Ajaj's traveling companion was Ramzi Ahmed Yousef, an Iraqi who law enforcement sources say is a "key player" in the World Trade Center bombing.

Although the FBI identified Ajaj as a senior intifada terrorist, with links to Hamas, the Palestinian Islamic fundamentalist organization, Kol Ha'ir, a respected Hebrew-language weekly published in Jerusalem, said Ajaj was never involved in intifada activities or with Hamas or even the Palestine Liberation Organization.

Instead, according to Kol Ha'ir, Ajaj was actually a petty crook arrested in 1988 for counterfeiting U.S. dollars out of East Jerusalem. Ajaj was convicted of counterfeiting and then sentenced to two-and-a-half years in prison.

According to Friedman, writing in The Village Voice: "It was during his prison stay that Mossad, Israel's CIA, apparently recruited him, say Israeli intelligence sources. By the time he was released after having served just one year, he had seemingly undergone a radical transformation."

Friedman reports that Ajaj had suddenly become a devout Muslim and an outspoken hard-line nationalist. Then, Ajaj was arrested for smuggling weapons into the West Bank, supposedly for El Fatah, a subdivision of the PLO.

But Friedman's sources in Israeli intelligence say that the arrest and Ajaj's subsequent deportation were "staged by Mossad to establish his credentials as an intifada activist. Mossad allegedly 'tasked' Ajaj to infiltrate radical Palestinian groups operating outside Israel and to report back to Tel Aviv. Israeli intelligence sources say that it is not unusual for Mossad to recruit from the ranks of common criminals."

After Ajaj's "deportation" from Israel, he showed up in Pakistan where he turned up in the company of the anti-Soviet mujahedin rebels in Afghanistan.

This in itself could point further toward Ajaj working for the Mossad, for according to Covert Action Information Bulletin (September 1987) the funding and supply lines for the mujahedin was not only the "the second largest covert operation" in the CIA's history, but it was also, according to former Mossad operative Victor Ostrovsky (writing in The Other Side of Deception) under the direct supervision of the Mossad.

After Ajaj's ventures with the mujahedin, he popped up in New York and purported to befriend members of a small so-called "radical" clique surrounding Sheikh Abdel-Rahman who was accused of being the mastermind of the World Trade Center bombing.

On Feb. 26, 1993, the day of the first World Trade center bombing, Ajaj was "safe" in federal prison serving a six-month sentence for entering the country on a forged passport. Later, he was indicted for conspiracy in the WTC bombing.

Said Robert Friedman:

If Ajaj was recruited by Mossad, it is not known whether he continued to work for the Israeli spy agency after he was deported. One possibility, of course, is that upon leaving Israel and meeting radical Muslims close to the blind Egyptian sheikh, his loyalties shifted.

Friedman reports a second frightening possibility:

Another scenario is that he had advance know ledge of the World Trade Center bombing, which he shared with Mossad, and that Mossad, for whatever reason, kept the secret to itself. If true, U.S. intelligence sources speculate that Mossad might have decided to keep the information closely guarded so as not to compromise its undercover agent.

Friedman broke amazing ground with these revelations that were ignored by the mainstream press. H

U.S. Army Officers Say: 'Mossad May Blame Arabs'

Sometimes "the most likely suspect" in an act of terrorism is actually a "false flag" working for-or otherwise "framed" by- those who are responsible.

Top U.S. Army analysts believe Israel's intelligence agency, the Mossad, is "ruthless and cunning," "a wildcard" that "has [the] capability to target U.S. forces and make it look like a Palestinian/Arab act."

This eye-opening assertion about America's supposed closest ally was reported in a front page story in The Washington Times on September 10-just one day before the terrorist attacks in America that are being blamed on "Arabs."

The Times reported that this serious charge by U.S. Army officers against the Israelis appeared in a 68-page paper prepared by 60 officers at the U.S. Army's School for Advanced Military Studies, a training ground for up-and-coming Army officers.

Then, just hours after the terrorist tra gedies, a well-known pro-Israel analyst, George Friedman, proclaimed Israel as the primary beneficiary.

"The big winner today, intended or not, is the state of Israel," wrote Fried man, who said on his Internet website at stratfor.com that "There is no question … that the Israeli leadership is feeling relief" in the wake of the terrorist attack on America as a result of the benefits that Israel will glean.

Considering the U.S. Army's questions about possible provocations by Israel, coupled with this noted intelligence analyst's suggestion that Israel was indeed "the big winner" on Sept. 11, a previous report in the Aug. 3, 1993 issue of The Village Voice that Israel's Mossad was perhaps involved in (or had foreknowledge of) the previous "Arab terrorist" attack on the World Trade Center, takes on new dimensions.

The events of Sept. 11 do require careful attention in light of the fact that Israel has had a long and proven record in planting "false flags"-orchestrated assassinations and acts of terrorism for its own purposes and pinning those atrocities on innocent parties.

Perhaps the best-known instance in which Israel used a "false flag" to cover its own trail was in the infamous Lavon Affair. It was in 1954 that several Israeli-orchestrated acts of terrorism against British targets in Egypt were carried out. Blame for the attacks was placed on the Muslim Brotherhood, which opposed the regime of Egyptian President Gamul Abdul-Nasser. However, the truth about the wave of terror is found in a once-secret cable from Col. Benjamin Givli, the head of Israel's military intelligence, who outlined the intended purpose behind the wave of terror:

[Our goal] is to break the West's confidence in the existing [Egyptian] regime. The actions should cause arrests, demonstrations, and expressions of revenge. The Israeli origin should be totally covered while attention should be shifted to any other possible factor. The purpose is to prevent economic and military aid from the West to Egypt.

Ultimately the truth about Israel's involvement became public and Israel was rocked internally in the wake of the scandal. Competing political elements within Israel used the scandal as a bludgeon against their opponents. But the truth about Israel's use of a "false flag" had come to international attention and demonstrated how Israel was willing to endanger innocent lives as part of its grand political strategy to expand its influence in the Middle East.

BLAMING 'RIGHT WING' EXTREMISTS

A shadowy "right wing" group known as "Direct Action" was accused of the attack on Goldenberg's Deli in Paris on Aug. 9, 1982. Six people died and 22 were injured. The leader of "Direct Action" was Jean-Marc Rouillan who had been operating in the Mediterranean under the cover name of "Sebas" and had been repeatedly linked to the Mossad. All references to Rouillan's Mossad links were deleted from the official reports issued at the time.

However, the Algerian national news service, which has ties to French intelligence, blamed the Mossad for Rouillan's activities. Angry French intelligence officers were believed to have leaked this information. Several top French security officials quit in protest over the cover-up of Mossad complicity in Rouillan's crimes. However, other Mossad false flag operations also took place on French soil.

FALSE CLUES

On Oct. 3, 1980, a synagogue on Co pernicus Street was bombed in Paris. Four bystanders were killed. Nine were injured. The media frenzy which followed the incident was worldwide. Reports held that "right wing extremists" were responsible. Yet, of all the "right wing extremists" held for questioning, none was arrested. In fact, all were released. In the upper echelons of French intelligence, however, the finger of suspicion was pointed at the Mossad.

According to one report: "On April 6, 1979, the same Mossad terror unit now suspected of the Copernicus carnage blew up the heavily guarded plant of CNIM industries at La Seyne-sur-Mer, near Toulon, in southeast France, where a consortium of French firms was building a nuclear reactor for Iraq.

"The Mossad salted the site of the CNIM bomb blast with 'clues' followed up with anonymous phone calls to police-suggesting that the sabotage was the work of a 'conservative' environmentalist group-'the most pacific and harmless people on earth' as one source put it."

MORE OF THE SAME

o On June 28, 1978, Israeli agents exploded a bomb under a small passenger car in the Rue Saint Anne in Paris, killing Mohammed Boudia, an organizer for the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). Immediately afterward, Paris police received anonymous phone calls accusing Boudia of involvement in narcotics deals and attributing his murder to the Corsican Mafia. A thorough investigation subsequently established that Mossad special-action agents were responsible for the terrorist killing.

o In October 1976 the same Mossad unit kidnapped two West German students named Brigette Schulz and Thomas Reuter from their Paris hotel. Planted "clues" and anonymous phone calls made it appear that a Bavarian "neo-nazi" formation had executed the abduction. French intelligence established that the two German youths had been secretly flown to Israel, drugged, tortured, coerced into a false "confession of complicity" in PLO activities, and then anonymously incarcerated in one of the Israeli government's notorious political prisons.

o In February 1977 a German-born, naturalized U.S. citizen named William Jahnke arrived in Paris for some secretive business meetings. He soon vanished, leaving no trace. Paris police were anonymously informed that Jahnke had been involved in a high-level South Korean bribery affair and "eliminated" when the deal went sour. A special team of investigators from SDECE, the leading French intelligence agency, eventually determined that Jahnke had been "terminated" by the Mossad, which suspected him of selling secret information to the Libyans. Along with other details of this sordid case, the SDECE learned that Jahnke had been "fingered" to the Mossad by his own former employer, the CIA.

BLAMING THE LIBYANS

One of Israel's most outrageous "false flag" operations involved a wild propaganda story aimed at discrediting Libyan leader Muamar Qaddafi. In the early months of the administration of President Ronald Reagan, the U.S. media began promoting a story that a "Libyan hit squad" was in the United States to assassinate the president. This inflamed public sentiment against Libya.

Suddenly, however, the "hit squad" stories vanished. Ultimately it was discovered that the source of the story was Manucher Ghorbanifar, a former Iranian SAVAK (secret police) agent with close ties to the Mossad. Even the liberal Washington Post acknowledged that the CIA itself believed that Ghorbanifar was a liar who "had made up the hit-squad story in order to cause problems for one of Is rael's enemies."

The Los Angeles Times had already blown the whistle on Israel's scare stories. "Israeli intelligence, not the Reagan administration," reported the Times, "was a major source of some of the most dramatic published reports about a Libyan assassination team allegedly sent to kill President Reagan and other top U.S. officials . . . Israel, which informed sources said has 'wanted an excuse to go in and bash Libya for a longtime,' may be trying to build American public support for a strike against [Qaddafi]."

In other words, Israel had been promoting the former SAVAK agent, Ghorbanifar, to official Washing ton as a reliable source. In fact, he was a Mossad disinformation operative waving a "false flag"-yet another Israeli scheme to blame Libya for its own misdeeds, using one "false flag" (Iran's SAVAK) to lay blame on another "false flag" (Libya).

The Mossad was almost certainly responsible for the bombing of the La Belle discotheque in West Berlin on April 5, 1986. However, claims were made that there was "irrefutable" evidence that the Libyans were responsible. A U.S. serviceman was killed. President Ronald Reagan responded with an attack on Libya.

However, intelligence insiders believed that Israel's Mossad had concocted the phony "evidence" to "prove" Libyan responsibility. West Berlin police director Manfred Ganschow, who took charge of the investigation, cleared the Libyans, saying, "This is a highly political case. Some of the evidence cited in Washington may not be evidence at all, merely assumptions supplied for political reasons."

BLAMING THE SYRIANS

On April 18, 1986, Nezar Hindawi, a 32-year-old Jordanian man was arrested in London after security guards found that one of the passengers boarding an Israeli plane bound for Jerusalem, Ann Murphy, 22, was carrying a square, flat sheet of plastic explosive in the double bottom of her carry-on bag.

Miss Murphy told security men that the detonator (disguised as a calculator) had been given to her by her fiancee, Hindawi. He was charged with attempted sabotage and attempted murder.

Word was leaked that Hindawi had confessed and claimed that he had been hired by Gen. Mohammed Al-Khouli, the intelligence director of the Syrian air force. Also implicated were others including the Syrian ambassador in London. The French authorities warned the British prime minister that there was more to the case than met the eye-that is, Israeli involvement. This was later confirmed in reports in the Western press.

BLAMING THE PLO

In 1970, King Hussein of Jordan was provided incriminating intelligence that suggested the Palestine Liberation Organization was plotting to murder him and seize power. Infuriated, Hussein mobilized his forces for what has become known as the "Black September" purge of the PLO. Thousands of Palestinians living in Jordan were rounded up, some of the leaders were tortured, and in the end, masses of refugees were driven from Jordan to Lebanon.

New data, coming to light after the murder of two leading Mossad operatives in Larnaka, Cyprus, suggested that the entire operation had been a Mossad covert action, led by one of its key operatives, Sylvia Roxburgh. She contrived an affair with King Hussein and served as the linchpin for a major Mossad coup designed to destabilize the Arabs.

In 1982, just when the PLO had abandoned the use of terrorism, the Mossad spread disinformation about "terror attacks" on Israeli settlements along the northern border in order to justify a full-scale military invasion of Lebanon. Years later, even leading Israeli spokesmen, such as former Foreign Minister Abba Eban, admitted that the reports of "PLO terrorism" had been contrived by the Mossad.

It is also worth noting that the attempted assassination in London of Israeli ambassador Shlomo Argov was initially blamed on the PLO. The attempted assassination was cited by Israel as one excuse for its 1982 incursion into Lebanon. In fact, the diplomat was one of Israel's "doves" and inclined toward a friendly disposition of Israel's conflict with the PLO and an unlikely target of PLO wrath.

It appears that the assassination attempt was carried out by the Mossad-under yet another "false flag"-for two purposes: (a) elimination of a domestic "peacenik" friendly toward the Palestinians; and (b) pinning yet another crime on the PLO. H
