During W.W.II
Britain’s Dr. Alexander Cannon was put under house arrest in the
Isle if Man for breaking the official secrets acts, and speaking of
the Churchill sponsored occult operations, the official secrets act
has prevented much in the way of useful information reaching the
public, but many of these experts are now known to us.
Both Lord Dowding
and Archbishop Lang encouraged Churchill to use psychic methods
ethically, but disapproved of his mass fire bombing of German
cities, and his support of the soviet rape squads, sent in to
disrupt the Eugenics tables, this had to be carefully omitted from
the Nuremberg war crimes tribunals.
Dr Alexander Cannon
spoke of the electrical stimulation and its significance in
enhancing certain brain centre’s in psychic activity, many of these
experiments were later carried out in sixties and seventies Britain,
results varied but were generally accepted as proof of psychic
ability, many of these tests were carried out under the name of soap
company experiments, but their paymasters were still the military.
The brain wave
monitoring devices known as (.B.W M D.) were used to assess the
brain rhythms of successful mediums and psychics while in trance
states, this information was then used to programme, hothouse and
amplify the abilities of those susceptible for secret experimental
purposes, and socialist spies here in Britain sent this data to
Soviet Intelligence.
During the seventies
I personally witnessed similar tests in British universities, and
met several military and intelligence personnel, among the doctors
and psychologists, many of whom had no clue what they were doing,
but some did know and were very professional in their analysis, much
of this experimentation documentation originated from Churchill’s
wartime “Black-Team”.
Stanford Research
Institute has an annual budget of over $320,000,000 and carries out
psychic type surrogate experiments all over the world with real
experts, not quacks but people with real knowledge.
The investigation and
exploration of the psychic sciences, has developed over the past few
decades into very professional, and measurable procedures.
Several of the main
experts in these investigative procedures, such as Joseph Banks
Rhine, who used the Quantitive-Statistical study model at his
laboratory at the Parapsychology institute of N. Carolina, along
with his wife Louisa Ella Rhine, collected data which was added to
by serious academics such as Carlos Alvarado, Prof. Jessica Utts
of California
University, the extensive research of Prof. Robert Crookall which
was appropriated by the military, Wilhelm Tenhaeff who used
psychoanalysis with parapsychology in the Netherlands, this together
with, world renowned German parapsychologist Hans Bender who used
his knowledge in fringe psychology, the supernatural and mental
hygiene, along with Prof. Ian Stevenson and Emilio Servadio the
mental specialist documented much information which has moved the
boundaries from,
“Are
psychic abilities real or imaginary,” to “how
the hell are these things achieved”
and can they be
duplicated to order.?
The fact is that
anyone who still claims to be a sceptic, is really saying,
“I have not studied
the subject”
Searchers of N.A.S.A
files, have seen glimpses of the use of psychics going back over 23
years, but previous operations, going back to the late sixties, were
accomplished with surrogate organizations, some of which were
British.
General Stubblebine,
took over the Huge military budget of psychic testing and training
in the U.S.A. and focused in the main on remote viewing, and
statements from Soviet defectors, then led to “thought transmission
and control” which is what we in the west call telepathy, amazing
findings over time gave results which on rare occasions gave
results approaching an unheard of 100% but restricted documents
suggest new unskilled governors assisted by Czech disinformation
agents, spoilt many years of progress and results plummeted with new
operators, tests and impossible targets.
The book on General
Stubblebine’s findings; “ Men who stare at goats” which tell of
psychic killings in animal tests, deliberately misinforms on the
correct method on how psychic murders are achieved, in the thought
transmission procedures, the target will know they are about to die,
and some like Dr. David Kelly, Gerald Bull, Robin Cook and Princess
Diana actually said so.
The psychic war
between East and Western experimenters, played a small part behind
the Bay of Pigs fiasco, where Soviet psychics claimed to have
stopped the invasion in its tracks, and the shooting down of U 2 spy
pilot Gary Powers led many to
ask how did the
Soviets know he was there, and were there Soviet psi-spies in action
?
But one of the
strangest of Soviet events of which we know very little is,
“The Doctors Plot.”
Josef Stalin died on
March 5th 1953, this psychopathic Russian dictator killed over 18
million of his own people, these communists had murdered the Soviet
royal family in 1917, and this is why many British people including
the Queen Mother secretly supported Hitler, who was the only man to
stand up to the Soviets.
Stalin now proposed to
purge Russian Jews, this after many Jews claimed they won W.W.II
for him.
Wolf Messing is on
record as saying to Dr. Bekhterev, that psychics had put round
Stalin an Ectoplasmic wall, where a psychic would while Stalin
slept, cut his astral plexal cord, and he would die within weeks,
while Stalin’s 6 Jewish doctors allegedly poisoned him, thus
heroically saving the lives of so many.
Leonid Brezhnev was
perhaps the most superstitious of Russian premiers, and kept his own
psychic very close at all times, yet the U.S.A used psychic
thought-rods and projected negative group impulses continually to
separate him from his close colleague
Aleksie Kosygin, whom
they wrongly believed could be turned to favour the west, after
misreading coded transmissions from a very senior ( A.I.P.) agent in
place later identified as a defector codenamed “Sniper” believed to
be Michael Goleniewsky, who like other defectors was driven mad by
Soviet psychic interference.
Breznev a hardliner
on policy, became more and more of a vegetable becoming seriously
ill on March 1976 and finally died November 10 1982, how much of
this was genuinely down to psychic means, and how much to false
claims, remains a subject of close C.I.A conjecture at Langley.
Internal records show
Andropov during his time as K.G.B. boss assigned 500 million rubles
to his psywarrior teams, the N.A.T.O files listed under “JANUS.”
The west showed
great fear over this, and a long campaign to create doubt and
dissention among the team was instigated, one of the signatures is
the C.F.R boss Henry Kissenger.
The Spy Jonathan
Pollard has said that the U S security computers have been utterly
penetrated by Israel, China too has claimed they have also achieved
maximum penetration, China has used much of this to screen school
age children for psi abilities in the same way they used to with
athletes and gymnasts, most countries use the bodies own drugs
created during exertion and exercise, to enhance field performance,
the same techniques are in operation for psi-warriors, as is mental
focus, visualization, concentration and amplification.
If just some of the
psi info coming out of China is true, then we will see some big
advances in the years to come, especially in the healing areas.
Alexander Dubrov is
perhaps the most famous Psi specialist in Russia today, but firmly
refuses to speak of past Psi testing and results, his assertion to
me that so many of the so called psychics and mediums are cold
reading con men, is as true as ever.
