THE SUBORNING
OF PRESIDENTIAL TREASON
BY A DERELICT CONGRESS

“The laws should be rigidly enforced which prohibit the
immigration of a servile class to compete with American labor,
with no intention of acquiring citizenship, and bringing with
them and retaining habits and customs repugnant to our
civilization.” - Grover Cleveland - First Inaugural Address -
Wednesday, March 4, 1885
The substantial number of messages sent by readers of my
article, “It’s Time To Standup – Put Up – Or Shutup” was both
unanticipated and telling. It pointed up a rapidly building and
simmering resentment and anger in regard to 1. The impact of
illegal aliens upon the nation, and 2. the encouragement of the
illegal entry of huge numbers of aliens by George Walker Bush
and a congress that aids and abets his treasonous activities.
The delivering of the country, on the domestic front, to the
destructive forces of a continuing and deadly invasion of
illegal aliens and the equally deadly pursuit of a resource
wasting belligerence on the international level has set the
stage for an unprecedented conflict between the people of the
nation and the government that ignores their concerns in regard
to these issues.
Mr. Bush follows the dictates of the corporatists and ignores
the wishes of the people, and in connivance with a delinquent
congress he has succeeded in pushing the people to their limit
by aggressively agitating for open borders, unabated
immigration, and a North American Union. The fact is that both
he and the congress have succeeded only in removing from among
the people any commitment, or persuasion, for even legal
immigration. The oft quoted and written sentiment, by maudlin
advocates for unrestricted immigration and amnesty for
law-breaking illegal aliens, of send us your tired, poor, and
huddled masses is falling on deaf ears and blind eyes.. This is
not the nineteenth century, and we have no dearth of people.
Thanks to the illogical and stupid thinking on immigration by
our so-called political leaders we are experiencing a totally
unnecessary population explosion that has severely and
negatively impacted the quality of life for the people of this
nation.
The people, who foot the bill for the tremendous waste of our
resources by Mr. Bush and company, are showing an increasing
intolerance for the international intrigues of the president,
and they feel no obligation to fund the welfare for illegal
aliens, provide free medical care for the same, or to educate
their children. Too many legitimate U.S. citizens are being
bankrupted by the astronomical cost of medical care, the rampant
inflation, and the explosive out of control educational costs in
this country to entertain any inclination to support the welfare
of law-breaking illegal aliens. The welcome mat is not just
wearing thin, it is entirely worn through.
If my mail is any indication illegal aliens are persona non
grata even with a great many of our U.S. citizens of Latin
American heritage. The president has managed to further irritate
an already peeved public by proclaiming that those who are
opposed to the pending sell-out to amnesty and the legalization
of law-breaking aliens in the senate, “Don’t want what is right
for America.” Sometimes the ignorance of the man and his
arrogance amazes me. And I am finding out that a great majority
in this country are similarly fed up to the ears with the
president’s overbearing and condescending political assertions,
and his unbridled control of the nation’s course.
Readers from across the nation wrote to register their
frustration with the impact that the inflow of hoards of illegal
aliens has wrought in regard to their personal lives and the
lives of their families. But, it was those from the Southwestern
states, particularly Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada and California,
who were most outspoken in their comment. The people in these
states are, in reality, virtual hostages of illegal aliens, and
to say that they are angry is an understatement. The deference
by the government for interloping aliens over American citizens
has infuriated those who have had their communities and their
neighborhoods transformed into bastions of unfriendly, mostly
Mexican, aliens. These have hijacked their neighborhoods,
increased their local taxes, overloaded their schools and
hospitals, and debased their culture. The many letters that I
received from readers in these states were uncannily alike.
Following are several examples:
“When I moved here (to Nevada) about 12 years ago, my
neighborhood was equally balanced by race, now it is 95%
Hispanic The prevalent language is Latin American. Most of the
Hispanic neighbors have 5 or more cars parked on their front
lawn or have taken all of the parking spaces in front of the
homes of other residents, and they party all night every
Saturday in their garages on their driveways. In the public
schools many of the schoolbooks have been edited to pander to
the Hispanics. Press 1 for English and 2 for Spanish, what
bullshit! And now with the North American Union and the Super
highway from Mexico-thru-America-to-Canada, and the planning for
an Amero currency, things are looking gray.”
And “Things have gotten so out of hand today and I've gotten
to the point where I'm afraid of what the next day will bring.
Virtually all of our freedoms are being taken away, THEY want to
now tag us like cattle, we've got millions of illegals marching
in our streets demanding their "rights" (their rights are back
in their own country), our Border Patrol Agents are in prison
for doing their very dangerous jobs, the NAU, etc, etc, etc.
It's my idea of waking up in "The Twilight Zone". What used to
be considered wrong is now "right", what was unacceptable is now
acceptable. The President of "our" country is evil and has no
scruples whatsoever. As far as I can ascertain, he's driven by
greed and the lust for power and control. It's all so
heartbreaking; so very hard to accept.”
There is an increasing loathing of George Bush, and it is a
product of his own making. The comments of readers, in regard to
the president, were scathing and searing. The animosity runs
deep. His swaggering bluster, his disdain for constitutional
principles, his monomaniacal mindset in regard to the nationally
debilitating war in Iraq, and his never-ending sneaky endeavors
for a North American Union and a new world order have made him
the object of a deep and abiding resentment by a majority of U.S
citizens. Even an incompetent and gratingly patronizing Jimmy
Carter did not descend to the level of public condemnation that
George W. Bush has achieved during his tenure.
The return to power of the Democrats, granted by the voters
in the last congressional election, was not an endorsement of
their liberal politics, nor was it an abandonment of
conservative principles. It was, in fact, a desperate attempt to
curb the dictatorial aspirations of a megalomaniac by removing
those Republicans in congress who were, in deference to party
loyalty, enabling him in his excesses. The voters gambled that
the Democrats, out of vindictiveness and spitefulness, would
deny the president his authoritarian overreach for undivided
power, and that they would abridge his devastating policies both
domestically and internationally. It didn’t work; the Democrats
are in complete agreement with the socialistic endeavors of
George W. Bush, and they are colluding with him in his quest for
wide-open immigration.
They are so lockstep with the president that they, after some
transparent self-serving verbiage regarding their opposition to
the war, have sanctioned continued funding for his
unconstitutional war. The voters have learned a hard lesson, and
they are paying a high price for this miscalculation and their
lapse of judgment. We can only hope that it is not too late to
rectify this mistake and repair the monumental damage that has
been done to the country.
