JEWISH
PRESIDENT IN LONG-RUNNING WARThe Jewish president has been fighting a war for more than seven years. And it seems that he just can’t win.
So the money flows, and the blood is spilled.
JUST BECAUSE OF THOSE “FOREIGN FIGHTERS”
He has a problem. With foreign fighters. They’re destabilizing things.
BLITZER: Who are these insurgents that are operating not only here in Mosul but throughout the country? Are they Iraqis? Are they foreign fighters? Who are they?
ABIZAID:
Most of them are Iraqis. Although,
the percentage
of foreign fighters over the past several
months seems to have increased. And I think
the percentage has increased because less
Iraqis have decided to resort to violence.
The terrorist groups, such as that led by
Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi, continue to be very
dangerous. They are certainly operating
primarily in the Sunni Arab areas, and they
are operating up in here. And then many of
the former Baathist criminals that know they
won’t have an opportunity to participate in
the political future of the country are
continuing to fight.
BLITZER: These foreign fighters who are coming in, are they still crossing in from Syria or from Jordan or from Iran?
ABIZAID: Well, it seems to be pretty well-established that they tend to cross over from Syria, although we know that there have been some infiltrations from the Saudi border. There have been some from the Iranian border. But the most well-established and well-known route comes in from Syria. (CNN LATE EDITION WITH WOLF BLITZER, Interview With General John Abizaid, Aired March 27, 2005) (emphasis added)
STAY AWAY AND LET THE AMERICAN FOREIGN FIGHTERS AND THE IRAQI PEOPLE CELEBRATE FREEDOM TOGETHER!!
The American story was that the Iraqi people really like the foreign fighters from America (and colonies), so anybody who really disliked the American foreign fighters would be a “foreign fighter” from somewhere else.
So for another 3 years, the brave American soldiers put up with the trials of combatting these foreign fighters. But then enough was enough, and the few, the proud, and the bold decided to strike the serpent in his lair.
Yes, it was time for a cross-border commando raid into Syria.
TERROR FROM THE SKIES
On 26 October 2008, a band of heavily armed terrorists travelled by helicopter to attack a civilian facility in Syria. The Sukkariyeh Farm was building a new agricultural building.
In this act of terrorism, the united states military targeted a farm, not a military target. The deliberate killing of civilians is just as morally grave as the act of abortion. (U.S. military breaks international law, kills civilians in unauthorized attack in Syria, Vox Nova.com)
The American intel info, customarily obtained under torture, made them think a farm building under construction was the home of a dangerous Al-Qaida leader:
The operation targeted the home of Abu Ghadiyah, the nickname for the leader of a key cell of foreign fighters in Iraq, the U.S. official told The Associated Press from Washington. He spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitive intelligence. (Zeina Karam and Hussein Malla, US official: Raid on Syria killed leader of cell, AP, 28 October 2008 )
Most people with a choice don’t make their home in farm buildings under construction. And that’s what makes this intelligence SO “sensitive” (totally unbelievable).
Its the American Way. Do something really stupid, and totally immoral, and then classify it TOP SECRET, and try to keep it secret for at least 50 years.
Or, as the Syrian foreign minister put it:
Syrian foreign minister Walid al-Muallem disputed the explanation.
“This is lies from the United States,” al-Muallem said. (Vox Nova, supra)
Construction
workers like to get an early start, so were
already at the jobsite shortly before dawn.
(Albert Aji, US special forces launch rare
attack inside Syria, AP, 26 October 2008 )
And that’s when the terror started.
VIOLENCE FROM THE MILITANTS
The armed militants (Militant: fighting
or warring. answers.com) unleashed a
bloodbath. They shot the construction
workers down execution style, in cold blood.
After murdering eight people, they climbed
back into
their
helicopters and flew away.
Was this war?
NOT WAR — SO JUST PLAIN OLD TERRORISM
No, the United States is not at war with Syria. So, if it wasn’t war, what was it?
The calculated use of violence or threat of violence to inculcate fear. (terrorism, US Military Dictionary)
The dictionary says it, and so does Mr. Walid Muallem, of the Syrian government:
The Syrian foreign minister has described a deadly raid on a village near the border with Iraq, allegedly carried out by the US, as a planned act of “terrorist aggression”.
Speaking in London on Monday, Walid Muallem also raised questions about how a pact between the US and Iraq over troop deployment next year could impact on neighbouring countries.
Muallem said the eight people killed in Sunday’s helicopter attack in the border village of Sukariya were civilians.
“All of them were unarmed and they are on the Syrian territories,” he said. “This killing of civilians in international law means a terrorist aggression.
“The Americans do it in the daylight, this means it is not a mistake it is by determination, by planned determination.” (Syria says raid is ‘terrorist’ act, ALJAZEERA.net, 27 October 2008 ) (emphasis added)
Premeditated murder.
So now you know why the war drags on and on. Terrorism doesn’t stop because the militants fighting the war keep on engaging in terrorist acts “by planned determination”. And if they just happen to fly in on American helicopters for their terror jobs?
Of course, not everyone in the world agrees with the Jewish president’s disrespect for human rights:
I grew up in Canada, where we were taught the Americans were our best friends. I had an American uncle. I had an American girlfriend. But over the years, all my love for Americans has vanished. At 60, I see them as a despicable people. They think they own the world, and they are ignorant about all others. They are fiendishly vicious. I would never ever consider Americans friends again not of myself not of anybody. They are not even friends of themselves. (John Wiseman, A Horrible People a Failure of a Nation, Comment, http://english.aljazeera.net/news/middleeast/2008/10/2008102716234134944.html)(emphasis added)
WHICH
FITS THE DEFINITION OF MURDER
It was killing, but not in war. Since it was not lawful, it was murder.
The unlawful killing of one human by another, especially with premeditated malice. (murder, answers.com)
So the militants flew into Syria in their helicopters and commited an act of terror.
A U.S. military official said the raid by special forces targeted the
network of al-Qaida-linked foreign fighters moving through Syria into Iraq. (Aji, supra)
PUTTING A FACE ON THE FOREIGN FIGHTER
This case is of great interest, because it finally gives us the opportunity to see who these “al-Qaida-linked foreign fighters” really are.
Al-Qaida
is a term tossed around a lot by the
Americans, without any proofs being offered.
Is Al-Qaida an organization? If so, where is
the HQ (maybe at left)?
If Al-Qaida is an organization, who are the members? Do they have to pay dues? Do they get ID cards?
Or
is Al-Qaida just an invention. Something
much discussed, but never seen. A matter of
smoke and mirrors.
The government said civilians were among the dead, including four children. (id.)
Ah, 50% of the targeted fighters were children. They could have been foreign, in that they were not Americans. And, of course, children often fight with their brothers and sisters. So the American special forces shot them down in cold blood.
As the survivors will tell you:
About 30 women dressed in black wept in a small courtyard outside the home of Dawoud al-Hamad, who was killed in the bombing along with his four sons.
“They were innocent laborers who worked from dusk to dawn,” said the man’s wife, Rima. She said work at the construction site started last week. (Karam, supra)
Just simple, ordinary laborers in the local community. Mr. al-Hamad had a house and wife. And the house and wife are still there. But the terrorists took his life and that of his children.
THE ANATOMY OF A LIE
The survivors of the terrorist act all say, These people were ours, and they were innocent laborers and children. The Government of Syria says, These were all unarmed civilians.
But the Americans have an “unnamed official”. He says an al-Qaida “operative” was murdered.
But the unnamed official doesn’t have a name, or even a face. Sure he has his “senstive intelligence” (torture information), but he can’t offer anything more.
If the Americans had real evidence, they could have brought a legal action in the courts of Syria (yes, they have a justice system there). But they didn’t. Sure they have their torture transcripts, but in a real court, that evidence just means that the Americans were torturing their prisoners, and nothing more.
In September 2006, the U.S. government announced it had moved Mohammed from a secret prison to the facility at Guantánamo Bay.[5] There have been allegations by Human Rights Watch and Khalid Sheikh Mohammed himself that he was tortured while in custody. On February 4, 2008 it was revealed that he was subjected to the controversial technique of “simulated drowning,” also called “waterboarding.” (Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Wikipedia)(emphasis added)
Which is why they need a special court in Guantanamo, with special rules. If the Americans had any real evidence, they would have conducted a speedy, open trial. But they didn’t. So they needed “secret” prisons, and torture.
But even then you can’t go to a real court, because the torture evidence comes out.
So they have their special court, with the witnesses unnamed on grounds of “sensitive intelligence”. Its all so classified.
Another “foreign fighter” targeted was Akram Hameed. He had been fighting with the fish in the Euphrates river. He wanted to get away from the militants and their terroristic violence, but they shot him as he tried to leave the area on his motorcycle. (Syria: Deadly U.S. attack ’serious aggression’, AP, 26 October 2008 )
CLASSIC “FOREIGN FIGHTER” - MOTHER FIGHTS FOR LIFE OF HER CHILD
Another “foreign fighter” was a local mother, who tried to protect her child.
The
terrorists shot her down too.
These militants travel the region, from Pakistan to Afghanistan, from Iraq to Syria, spreading terror wherever they go.
American special operations troops have been working for months to shut down Sunni extremist networks that smuggle weapons and fighters through Iraq’s northern desert to Mosul, where al-Qaida and other Sunni militants remain active. (Karam, supra) (emphasis added)
And the best they can do is to murder four children and Syrian construction workers?
So how can the violence be stopped? Is there an easy solution to the terror war?
STOPPING THE TERROR WOULD BE SO EASY
Absolutely. Bring all the American
soldiers (pictured above making friends with
Iraqis, pyramid style) home.
Then there will be more mayhem in America, but these foreign children who like to fight with each other, and the foreign fishermen who like to fight the fish, and even the foreign mothers who love their children, can live in peace.
